Generator PSE 2800 A1

Introduction

We congratulate you on the purchase of your new

device. You have chosen a high quality product. The

instructions for use are part of the product. They

contain important information concerning safety,

use and disposal. Before using the product, please

familiarise yourself with all of the safety information

and instructions for use. Only use the unit as de

scribed

and for the speciﬁed applications. If you pass the

product on to anyone else, please ensure that you

also pass on all the documentation with it.

IMPORTANT!

When using the equipment, a few safety precautions

must be observed to avoid injuries and damage.

Please read the complete operating instructions and

safety information with due care.

We cannot accept any liability for damage or acci-

dents which arise due to a failure to follow these in-

structions and the safety information.

Safety instructions

1. No modiﬁcations are allowed to be made to

the generator.

The speed preset by the manufacturer may not

be changed. The generator or connected de-

vices could be damaged.

2. RISK OF POISONING! Fumes, fuels and lu-

bricants are toxic. Do not breath in the fumes.

3. FIRE RISK! Petrol and petrol fumes are highly

ﬂammable and explosive.

Do not use the generator in non ventilated rooms

or in highly ﬂammable areas. When the gener-

ator should be used in a well ventilated room,

the fumes must be channeled outside through

a exhaust hose.

Even when using an exhaust hose, toxic gas can

still escape. Due to the risk of ﬁre, the exhaust

hose should never be aimed at combustible

material.

Never use the generator in rooms with highly

ﬂammable materials.

4. HOT SURFACE! Risk of burning, do not touch

the exhaust system and engine unit.

Do not touch any of the mechanically moving

or hot parts. Do not remove any of the protec-

tive caps.

5. PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT! Use suitable ear

protection when near the device.

6. Only original parts should be used for mainte-

nance and accessories.

Repair and maintenance work must only be

performed by authorised qualiﬁed personnel.

7. Protect yourself from electric shocks.

Never touch the generator with wet hands.

Only use outside with a extension cable which

is suitable for that and is appropriately marked

(H07RN).

Safety instructions

When using an extension cable, the total length

should not exceed 50 m for 1.5 mm², 100 m

for 2.5 mm².

Do not use the generator in the rain or snow.

8. Always turn oﬀ the engine when transporting

or refuelling.

Ensure that no fuel is spilt on the engine or ex-

haust when refuelling.

Do not refuel or empty near naked lights or

ﬂames or ﬂying sparks. Do not smoke!

9. Put the generator on a secure and level place.

Turning, tipping or changing its position during

operation is forbidden.

Install the generator at least 1 m away from the

walls or attached devices.

10. Keep the generator away from children.

11. Emission levels are represented in the technical

data under the stated values for sound power

level (L

WA) and sound pressure level (LpA) and

are not compulsory deﬁnite working levels. Be-

cause there is a connection between emission

levels and immission levels, this can not reliably

used to determine the potentially necessary ad-

ditional precautions. Inﬂuencing factors on the

workforce‘s current immission level includes the

properties of the work area, other noise sources,

air borne sound, etc. such as e.g. the number

of machines and other neighbouring processes

and intervals, to which the user is exposed. Also

the admissible immission levels can vary from

country to country. However, this information

gives the user of the machine the opportunity to

have a better estimation of the risks and dangers.

Occasionally acoustic measurements should be

take after installation in order to determine the

sound pressure level.

ATTENTION: Only use unleaded normal

petrol as fuel.

230 AC voltage source.

The generator is designed to power electric power

tools and be the power supply for light sources.

Please check the suitability for use of house hold

devices on the manufacturer information.

The machine may only be utilised for its intended use.

Any other use is not intended. The user / operator,

not the manufacturer, is liable for resulting damages

or any type of injury resulting from any other use

that is not intended.

Installation

You will need two open ended spanners

for install this device (spanner size 12).

Install the stand

, wheels

and the push

bar

as shown in ﬁgures F–I.

Install all parts before pouring in the fuel and

oil to avoid the ﬂuids leaking.

To install the wheels ﬁrst push the wheel axle

through the brackets on the underside of the

generator and install the wheels

as shown

in ﬁgure G.

Ensure that when installing the push bar

the

slanting side (ﬁg. I / Pos. I1) is slanting outwards.

Electrical safety

Electrical cables and attached devices must be

defect free.

Never connect the generator to the mains

(power point).

Keep the cables as short as possible.

Environmental protection

Dispense of polluted maintenance and operatin

materials in a suitable collection point.

Operation

ATTENTION! When being used for the ﬁrst

time, motor oil (15 W-40, approx. 0.6 l) and petrol

(unleaded normal petrol) must be put in.

Check the fuel level and the oil, and if necessary

top them up.

Make sure you have adequate ventilation.

Ensure that the spark cable is securely in the

spark plug.

Unplug any electric device connected to the

generator.

Start the engine

ATTENTION! When starting with the express

start

you can injure your hand with the sudden

kick back.

Wear protective gloves when starting.

Open the petrol tap

by turning the tap down-

wards.

Put the on / oﬀ switch

to the on position.

Turn the choke lever

to I Ø I (in the left

position).

Start the engine with the express start

sharply pulling the handle. If the engine has not

started pull the handle again.

Push the choke lever

back once the engine

has started (in the right position).

To load the generator

Connect the device to the 230 V∼ socket

ATTENTION! This socket can be loaded con-

tinuously (S1) with 2600 W and short term (S2) for

a maximum of 2 minutes with 2800 W.

Note: Some electric devices (sabre saws, drills etc.)

can use more electricity when doing heavy duty tasks.

Storing the engine

Before putting away, let the generator run with-

out load so that the device can „cool down“.

Turn the on / oﬀ switch

to the „OFF“ position.

Close the petrol tap

Before cleaning and maintenance work, turn oﬀ the

engine and pull the spark plug connector

out of

the spark plug

ATTENTION! Turn the device off imme-

diately and contact your Service Station:

- With unusual vibrations or noises.

- If the engine seems overloaded or has backﬁred.

Cleaning

Keep the safeguards, air vents (ﬁg. B / Pos. B1)

and the engine housing as dust and dirt free as

possible. Wipe the device with a clean cloth or

blow it with compressed air with low pressure.

We recommend that you clean the device after

every use.

Regularly clean the device with a damp cloth

and a little soft soap. Do not use any cleaning

products or solvents which could attack the plas-

tic part of the device. Ensure that no water can

penetrate the housing.

Air ﬁlter

Also refer to the service information.

Clean the air ﬁlter regularly, and if necessary

exchange it.

Remove the ﬁlter element (ﬁg L / Pos. L1).

When cleaning the element do not use any strong

cleaners or petrol.

Clean the element by tapping it on a ﬂat surf

ace.

If it is very dirty wash with soapy water, rinse

with clean water and leave to dry.

Put it back together in the opposite order.

Spark plug (ﬁg. M–N)

Check the spark plug

after the ﬁrst 20 hours of

use for dirt and if necessary clean it with a copper

wire brush. Then service the spark plug after every

50 hours of use.

Remove the spark plug connector

Put it back together in the opposite order.

Changing the oil, checking the

oil level (before each use)

Changing the oil should take place when the engine

is warm.

Only use engine oil (15 W-40).

Put the generator on a suitable mat, slightly

tilted towards the oil drain plug

Open the oil ﬁll plug

Open the oil drain plug and pour the warm

engine oil into a collection tank.

After pouring out the old engine oil, close the

oil drain plug and put the generator upright.

Pour in engine oil up to the top mark on the

dipstick (approx. 0.6 l).

ATTENTION! When checking the oil level

with the dipstick (oil ﬁll plug) do not screw it

on, just plug it in until the threads.

The old oil must be disposed of according to

the regulations.

Low oil switch oﬀ

The low oil switch-oﬀ responds, if there is not enough

engine oil. In this case, the engine will not start or

switches oﬀ automatically after a short period of

operation. A restart will only be possible after top-

ping-up the oil level (see Chapter „Oil change,

checking the oil level (before every use)“).

Preparation for storage

Empty the petrol tank with a petrol suction pump.

Start the engine and leave it running until the

rest of the petrol has been used up.

Change the oil after each season. To do this,

remove the old oil from the warm engine and

reﬁll with new oil.

Remove the spark plug (ﬁg. N / Pos. N1). Fill

about 20 ml of oil into the cylinder using an oil

can. Slowly pull the express start so that the oil

protects the cylinder from the inside. Screw the

spark plug back in.

Store the device in a well ventilated place or

area.

Preparation for transporting

Empty the petrol tank with a petrol suction pump

or alternatively using the petrol tap and a suita-

ble canister.

Once it it ready for use, leave the engine running

until the rest of the petrol has been used up.

Empty the engine oil from the engine (as de-

scribed).

Remove the spark plug connector (Fig M) from

the spark plug.

Secure the device with a tension belt to prevent

it slipping out of place.

Úvod

Blahoželáme vám ku kúpe nového výrobku. Rozhodli

ste sa pre veľmi kvalitný výrobok. Návod na obsluhu

je súčasťou tohto výrobku. Obsahuje dôležité

upozornenia týkajúce sa bezpečnosti, používania

a likvidácie. Skôr ako začnete výrobok používať,

oboznámte sa so všetkými pokynmi k obsluhe a

bezpečnosti. Výrobok používajte iba v súlade s

popisom a v uvedených oblastiach používania. V

prípade postúpenia výrobku ďalším osobám odo-

vzdajte aj všetky dokumenty patriace k výrobku.

POZOR!

Pri používaní prístrojov sa musia dodržiavať prís-

lušné bezpečnostné opatrenia, aby bolo možné

zabrániť prípadným zraneniam avecným škodám.

Preto si starostlivo prečítajte tento návod na obsluhu /

bezpečnostné pokyny.

Nepreberáme žiadne ručenie za nehody ani škody,

ktoré vzniknú nedodržaním tohto návodu na obsluhu

Bezpečnostné upozornenia

1. Na generátori nesmiete vykonávať žiadne

zmeny.

Výrobcom nastavený počet otáčok nemožno

meniť. Generátor alebo iné zapojené prístroje

by sa mohli poškodiť.

2. NEBEZPEČENSTVO OTRAVY! Odpadové

plyny, pohonné a mazacie látky sú jedovaté,

odpadové plyny nesmiete vdychovať.

3. RIZIKO POŽIARU! Benzín a benzínové vý-

pary sú ľahko vznietiteľné príp. výbušné.

Generátor nesmie byť prevádzkovaný v nevet-

raných priestoroch alebo v ľahko vznietiteľnom

prostredí. Ak má byť generátor prevádzkovaný

v dobre vetraných miestnostiach, musia byť od-

padové plyny odvádzané prostredníctvom vý-

fukovej hadice priamo von.

I pri prevádzke výfukovej hadice môžu unikať

jedovaté odpadové plyny. Kvôli nebezpečen-

stvu požiaru nesmie byť výfuková hadica nikdy

nasmerovaná na horľavé látky.

Generátor nikdy neprevádzkujte v priestoroch

s ľahko zápalnými látkami.

4. HORÚCE POVRCHY! Nebezpečenstvo po-

álenia, nedotýkajte sa zariadenia pre odpadové

plyny a pohonného agregátu.

Nedotýkajte sa žiadnych mechanicky pohybli-

vých alebo horúcich častí. Neodstraňujte žiadne

ochranné kryty.

OCHRANNÉ VYBAVENIE! Používajte vhodnú

ochranu sluchu, keď sa nachádzate v blízkosti

prístroja.

6. Pre údržbu a príslušenstvo môžete používať iba

originálne diely.

Inštaláciu, opravy a nastavovacie práce môže

vykonávať iba autorizovaný odborný personál.

7. Chráňte sa pred elektrickými nebezpečenstvami.

Nikdy sa nedotýkajte generátora holými rukami.

V exteriéri používajte iba pre tento účel prí-

pustné a náležite označené predlžovacie káble

(H07RN).

Pri používaní predlžovacích vedení nesmie ich

celková dĺžka prekročiť pre 1,5 mm² 50 m, pre

2,5 mm² 100 m.

Nikdy neprevádzkujte generátor počas dažďa

alebo sneženia.

8. Pri transporte a tankovaní vždy vypnite motor.

Dbajte na to, aby pri tankovaní nevytekala z

motora alebo výfuka pohonná látka.

Nedopĺňajte alebo nevyprázdňujte palivovú

nádrž v blízkosti otvoreného svetla, ohňa alebo

lietajúcich iskier. Nefajčite!

9. Umiestnite generátor na bezpečnom, rovnom

mieste. Otáčanie a prevracanie alebo zmena

miesta postavenia počas prevádzky je zakázaná.

Generátor umiestnite minimálne 1 m vzdialený

od stien alebo pripojených prístrojov.

ržte deti v bezpečnej vzdialenosti od generátora.

11. Hodnoty hladiny akustického výkonu (LWA) a

hladina akustického tlaku (L

pA) uvedené v tech-

nických údajoch predstavujú emisnú hladinu a

nie sú nutne bezpečnou pracovnou hladinou.

Keďže existuje súvislosť medzi emisnou a imis-

nou hladinou, nemôže byť táto spoľahlivo

vztiahnutá pre určenie prípadne potrebných

dodatočných bezpečnostných opatrení. K fak-

torom ovplyvňujúcim aktuálnu hladinu imisií

patria vlastnosti pracovného prostredia, iné

hlukové zdroje, vzdušný hluk atď., ako napr.

počet strojov a iných hraničiacich procesov a

časový úsek, počas ktorého je obsluhujúca

osoba vystavená hluku. Prípustná imisná hla-

dina sa prípadne môže v jednotlivých krajinách

odlišovať. Táto informácia však umožňuje ob-

sluhujúcej osobe lepšie odhadnúť riziká a ne-

bezpečenstvá.

V jednotlivých prípadoch by mali prebiehať

akustické merania po inštalácii, aby bolo možné

určiť hladinu akustického tlaku.

POZOR: Používajte ako pohonnú látku

výhradne normálny benzín neobsahujúci

olovo.

Prečítajte si všetky bezpečnostné upozor-

nenia a pokyny. Zanedbanie dodržiavania

bezpečnostných upozornení a pokynov môže mať

za následok zásah elektrickým prúdom, požiar

a / alebo závažné poranenia.

Všetky bezpečnostné upozornenia a po-

kyny uschovajte pre neskoršie použitie.

Používanie v súlade

s určeným účelom

Generátor je vhodný pre prístroje, ktoré sú určené

pre prevádzku na 230 V zdroji striedavého napätia.

Cieľom generátora je pohon elektroprístrojov a

zásobovanie prúdom pre zdroje svetla. V prípade

prístrojov v domácnosti prosím skontrolujte podľa

príslušných údajov od výrobcu, či sú vhodné.

Prístroj možno používať iba v súlade s jeho určením.

Každé iné používanie nie je v súlade s určeným

účelom. Za škody alebo poranenia akéhokoľvek

druhu vzniknuté v dôsledku používania, ktoré nie je

v súlade s určeným účelom, je zodpovedný použí-

vateľ / obsluhujúca osoba a nie výrobca.

Myslite prosím na to, že prístroj nie je konštruovaný

pre komerčné používanie. Nepreberáme ručenie, ak

je prístroj nasadený v živnostenskej, remeselníckej

Elektrická bezpečnosť

Elektrické prívodové vedenia a pripojené prí-

stroje musia byť v bezchybnom stave.

Nikdy nespájajte generátor s elektrickou sieťou

(zástrčkou).

Dĺžka vedení k spotrebiču by mala byť čo naj-

kratšia.

Ochrana životného prostredia

Znečistený údržbový materiál a pohonné látky

odovzdajte na zbernom mieste určenom pre

tento účel.

Uzemnenie

Pre odvod statických nábojov je nutné uzemne-

nie schránky. Preto spojte kábel na jednom konci

uzemňovacej prípojky

generátora (obr. C /

poz. 4) a na druhej strane s externou hmotou.

Obsluha

POZOR! Pri prvom uvedení do prevádzky musí

byť doplnený motorový olej (15 W-40, ca. 0,6 l) a

pohonná látka (normálny benzín neobsahujúci olovo).

Skontrolujte a príp. doplňte stav pohonnej látky

a motorového oleja.

Zabezpečte dostatočné vetranie prístroja.

Uistite sa, že je zapaľovací kábel pripevnený

na zapaľovacej sviečke.

Eventuálne pripojený elektrický prístroj odpojte

od generátora.

Štartovanie motora

POZOR! Pri štartovaní štartovacím tiahovým

lankom

môže dôjsť spätným úderom k porane-

niam na ruke.

Pri štarte noste ochranné rukavice!

Otvorte benzínový kohútik

otočte kohútik nadol.

Za-/ vypínač

nastavte do polohy „ON“.

Posuňte páku sýtiča

do polohy I Ø I (do

Naštartujte motor pomocou štartovacieho tiaho-

rukoväť. Ak motor neštartuje, ešta raz potiahnite

rukoväť.

Zaťaženie generátora

Zapojte prístroje na 230 V∼ zástrčky

POZOR! Tieto zásuvky môžu byť zaťažené

trvalo (S1) s 2600 W a krátkodobo (S2) na max.

2 minúty s 2800 W.

Poznámka: Niektoré elektroprístroje (motorové

dierovacie píly, vŕtačky atď.) môžu mať zvýšenú

spotrebu prúdu, ak sú v nasadení pri sťažených

podmienkach.

Odstavenie motora

Pred vypnutím nechajte generátor krátko bežať

bez zaťaženia, aby agregát mohol „dodatočne

chladiť“.

Čistenie, údržba, skladovanie,

transport a objednávanie

Pred čistiacimi a údržbovými prácami odstavte mo-

tor a vytiahnite spínač zapaľovacej sviečky

POZOR! Prístroj ihneď vypnite a ob-

ráťte sa na Vaše servisné miesto:

– Pri nezvyčajnom chvení alebo zvukoch.

– Ak motor pôsobí preťažene alebo dochádza

Čistenie

Udržujte ochranné zariadenia, vzduchové štrbiny

(obr. B / poz. B1) a schránku motora pokiaľ

možno bez prachu a nečistôt. Utierajte prístroj

iba čistou handričkou alebo ho prefúkajte stla-

čeným vzduchom pri nízkom tlaku.

Odporúčame čistiť prístroj ihneď po každom

použití.

Pravidelne čistite prístroj vlhkou handričkou a

trochou tekutého mydla. Nepoužívajte žiadne

čistiace prostriedky alebo rozpúšťadlá, mohli

by napadnúť umelohmotné časti prístroja.

Dbajte na to, aby sa do vnútra prístroja nedo-

stala voda.

Vzduchový ﬁlter

Dbajte tu i na servisné informácie.

Vzduchový ﬁlter pravidelne čistite, v prípade

potreby ho vymeňte.

Otvorte obe svorky (obr. K / poz. K1) a od-

stráňte kryt vzduchového ﬁltra (obr. K /poz. K2).

Vyberte ﬁltrovacie elementy (obr. L / poz. L1).

Na čistenie elementov nesmiete používať agre-

sívne čistiace prostriedky alebo benzín.

Elementy čistite vyklopaním na plochej ploche.

V prípade silného znečistenia umyte mydlovým

lúhom, následne opláchnite čistou vodou a ne-

chajte vyschnúť na vzduchu.

Montáž prebieha v opačnom poradí.

Zapaľovacia sviečka

Skontrolujte zapaľovaciu sviečku

najskôr po 20

prevádzkových hodinách ohľadom znečistení a v

prípade potreby ju vyčistite medenou drôtenou kef-

kou. Potom ošetrujte zapaľovaciu sviečku po každých

50 prevádzkových hodinách.

Stiahnite spínač zapaľovacej sviečky

M) otáčavým pohybom.

Odstráňte zapaľovaciu sviečku

poz. N1) pomocou priloženého kľúča pre za-

paľovacie sviečky

Montáž prebieha v opačnom poradí.
