Hilti HVU Verbundankerpatrone
Vor der Anwendung diese Gebrauchsanweisung und die Sicherheitsvorschriften lesen. Geeignet für Befestigungen in Beton mit einer
Mindest-Druckfestigkeit von 15 N/mm² (2000 psi) ! Zulassungen beachten! Nur unbeschädigte Patronen verwenden.
Haltbarkeitsdatum: Siehe Aufdruck auf der Schachtel und der Patrone. Nach Ablauf des Haltbarkeitsdatums nicht mehr verwenden!
Untergrundtemperatur: muss bei der Anwendung zwischen –5 °C/23 °F und 40 °C/105 °F betragen.
Bei Anwendungen, die in dieser Anweisung nicht behandelt werden, Rücksprache mit Hilti halten.
Erstellung des Bohrlochs: Bohrhammer: Richtige Bohrtiefe am Tiefenanschlag einstellen.

Ankerstange mittels Setzwerkzeug unter mäßigem Druck mit 250–1000 U/min. und eingeschaltetem Schlagwerk gleichmäßig eindrehen.
Nach dem
Setzen muss Mörtel den Ringspalt bis an die Betonoberfläche satt ausfüllen. Achtung! Zu langes Drehen kann zum Herausfördern des
Mörtels führen und die Tragfähigkeit des Ankers verringern.
«t rel» beachten (siehe Bild 11). Aufgeschraubte Setzwerkzeuge dürfen erst nach
Ablauf «t rel» gelöst werden.
«t rel» bis zum Ablauf der Aushärtezeit «t cure» jede Manipulation oder Belastung am
Befestigungselement unterlassen.
«t cure» darf der Dübel belastet werden.
«t rel» und die Aushärtezeiten «t cure» einhalten!
In Deutschland existiert eine abweichende Bedienungsanleitung (Artikel 2102759) mit zusätzlichen Installationsmöglichkeiten für die HVU
M16 für die Befestigung von Leitplanken. Diese zusätzlichen Freigaben können nicht auf andere Anwendungen übertragen werden, da
die Leitplanke technisch andere Bedingungen erfüllen muss.

Read the instructions for use and safety instructions before using this product. Suitable for anchor fastenings in concrete with a
minimum compressive strength of 15 N/mm² (2000 psi). Approvals requirements must be observed! Use only undamaged capsules!
Expiry date: See date printed on box and capsule. Do not use if expiry date has been exceeded!
