1. Introduction
Important!
When using equipment, a few safety
precautions must be observed to avoid injuries
and damage. Please read the complete
operating manual with due care. Keep this
manual in a safe place, so that the information
is available at all times. If you give the
equipment to any other person, give them
these operating instructions as well.
We accept no liability for damage or accidents
which arise due to non-observance of these
instructions and the safety information.
2. Safety information
Ensure that you observe the following points in
order to avoid accidents and injuries.
Do not overload your swing arm.
Do not continue to use the swing arm if it is
damaged.
Ensure that all bolts are tightly fastened
and check them frequently for your own
safety.
Ensure that the cotter pin is properly
inserted through the bore holes.
Lifting and carrying persons with the cable
winch is strictly prohibited! Additionally,
persons may not loiter underneath the
cable winch/swing arm assembly.
Persons who are not aware of these safety
precautions may not use this product.
All components must be regularly checked for
any kind of deformation or damage.
Observe the maximum permissible load
capacity (see „Technical Data“)!

4. Proper use
The swing arm is designed to be attached to a
cable winch. For this, the swing arm must be
mounted to a well fastened steel bar with a
diameter of 48 mm.
The machine is to be used only for its
prescribed purpose. Any other use is deemed
to be a case of misuse. The user / operator
and not the manufacturer will be liable for any
damage or injuries of any kind caused as a
result of this.
Please note that our equipment has not been
designed for use in commercial, trade or
industrial applications. Our warranty will be
voided if the machine is used in commercial,
trade or industrial businesses or for equivalent
purposes.

6. Before putting the machine
into operation
The swing arm is designed to take a cable
winch.
To mount the swing arm, you need a round
steel bar with a diameter of Ø 48 mm; its
wall must be a minimum of 3 mm thick.
Ensure that the anchor points of the steel
bar are able to adequately support the
forces that will be applied to it. Consult an
authorized professional to ensure that this
is properly done.
7. Mounting and assembly
Attach pipe collar (9) (with large hinge pin
(5)) to the steel bar using the two hexagon
bolts (6), washers (4), spring washers (3)
and two hexagon nuts (2). Before you
tighten the bolts, push the pipe collar (9) to
the desired work height of the swing arm
(Fig. 3-5).
Apply lubricating grease to the hinge pin
(5).
Slide the rectangular boom (11) over the
hinge pin (5) and push the cotter pin (8)
through the hole in the hinge pin (Fig. 6-7).
Finally, bend both shanks apart from each
other so that the cotter pin (8) cannot work
its way out of the bore hole. (Fig. 8)
Now attach pipe collar (7) (with small hinge
pin (19)) to the steel bar above the
rectangular boom (11) in the same way as
you did with pipe collar (9).
Slide support arm (10) with the large bore
hole over the hinge pin of pipe collar (7).
Push the cotter pin (1) into the bore hole of
the hinge pin (19) and bend both shanks of
the cotter pin (1) apart from each other so
that the cotter pin (1) cannot work its way
out of the bore hole (Fig. 9-10).
Adjust the height of the upper pipe collar
(7) and the support arm (10) so that the
distance H between both pipe collars (7/9)
measures exactly 380 mm (Fig. 9).
Now tighten the bolts of the pipe collars.
Tighten the bolts (6) with 70 Nm of torque.
Slide the sleeve (20) into the extension
pipe (17) until you reach the middle hole,
as shown in Figures 11 and 12. When
screwing together the square-edged boom
(11), extension pipe (17) and support arm
(10), make sure the screw (12) is inserted
into the sleeve (20).
Push the extension pipe (17) into the
rectangular boom (11) (Fig. 13).
Connect the support arm (10) with the
rectangular boom (11) and the extension
pipe (17) by inserting the hexagon bolt (12)
through the overlapping bore holes, placing
a washer (4) and the spring washer (3)
over the bolt (12) and tightening with a
hexagon nut (2). (Fig. 14-16)
A bolt (18) is inserted at the end of the
extension pipe (17) to prevent the cable
winch from sliding off. (Fig. 17-19).
When the cable winch is pushed out to 750
mm, it may not lift any more than 600 kg
(Fig. 20).
When the cable winch is pushed out to
1100 mm, it may not lift any more than 300
kg (Fig. 22).
When mounting the cable winch to the
extension pipe (17), the pads (13) must be
pushed in under the clamping brackets in
order to ensure that the cable winch is
securely held in place (Fig. 21). After all of

the assembly work is finished, a two-part
no-load test must be performed by raising
and lowering the winch and swinging the
swing arm 180° to the left and to the right.
Then the cable winch must be
incrementally loaded up to the maximum
permissible load weight. Only when the
cable winch/swing arm assembly
successfully passes these tests may the
equipment be used for normal operation.
8. Cleaning, maintenance and
ordering of spare parts
8.1 Cleaning and maintenance
Regularly clean the swing arm and lubricate
the hinge pins (5/19).

9. Disposal and recycling
The unit is supplied in packaging to prevent its
being damaged in transit. This packaging is
raw material and can therefore be reused or
can be returned to the raw material system.
The unit and its accessories are made of
various types of material, such as metal and
plastic. Defective components must be
disposed of as special waste. Ask your dealer
or your local council.

10. GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE
Dear Customer,
All of our products undergo strict quality checks to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely
event that your device develops a fault, please contact our service department at the address shown on this
guarantee card. Of course, if you would prefer to call us then we are also happy to offer our assistance under
the service number printed below. Please note the following terms under which guarantee claims can be made:
1. These guarantee terms cover additional guarantee rights and do not affect your statutory warranty rights.
We do not charge you for this guarantee.
2. Our guarantee only covers problems caused by material or manufacturing defects, and it is restricted to the
rectification of these defects or replacement of the device. Please note that our devices have not been
designed for use in commercial, trade or industrial applications. Consequently, the guarantee is invalidated
if the equipment is used in commercial, trade or industrial applications or for other equivalent activities. The
following are also excluded from our guarantee: compensation for transport damage, damage caused by
failure to comply with the installation/assembly instructions or damage caused by unprofessional
installation, failure to comply with the operating instructions (e.g. connection to the wrong mains voltage or
current type), misuse or inappropriate use (such as overloading of the device or use of non-approved tools
or accessories), failure to comply with the maintenance and safety regulations, ingress of foreign bodies
into the device (e.g. sand, stones or dust), effects of force or external influences (e.g. damage caused by
the device being dropped) and normal wear resulting from proper operation of the device.
This applies in
particular to rechargeable batteries for which we nevertheless issue a guarantee period of 12 months.
The guarantee is rendered null and void if any attempt is made to tamper with the device.
3. The guarantee is valid for a period of 3 years starting from the purchase date of the device. Guarantee
claims should be submitted before the end of the guarantee period within two weeks of the defect being
noticed. No guarantee claims will be accepted after the end of the guarantee period. The original guarantee
period remains applicable to the device even if repairs are carried out or parts are replaced. In such cases,
the work performed or parts fitted will not result in an extension of the guarantee period, and no new
guarantee will become active for the work performed or parts fitted. This also applies when an on-site
service is used.
4. In order to assert your guarantee claim, please send your defective device postage-free to the address
shown below. Please enclose either the original or a copy of your sales receipt or another dated proof of
purchase. Please keep your sales receipt in a safe place, as it is your proof of purchase. It would help us if
you could describe the nature of the problem in as much detail as possible. If the defect is covered by our
guarantee then your device will either be repaired immediately and returned to you, or we will send you a
new device.

2. Wskazówki bezpieczeństwa
W celu uniknięcia wypadków i zranień,
przestrzegać poniższych wskazówek.
Nieprzeciążać swojego urzadzenia.
W razie uszkodzenia nie używać ramienia.
Pamiętać, aby śruby były mocno
dokręcone. Dla własnego bezpieczeństwa

Ramię wyciągarki służy do mocowania
wyciągarki. Ramię to musi być zamontowane
na stalowym pręcie o średnicy 48 mm.
Urządzenia używać tylko zgodnie z jego
przeznaczeniem. Każde użycie, odbiegające
od opisanego w niniejszej instrukcji jest
niezgodne z przeznaczeniem urządzenia. Za
powstałe w wyniku niewłaściwego użytkowania
szkody lub zranienia odpowiedzialność ponosi

Proszę pamiętać o tym, że nasze urządzenie
nie jest przeznaczone do zastosowania

6. Przed uruchomieniem
Ramię wyciągarki służy do mocowania
wyciągarki.
Do zamocowania ramienia potrzebny jest
okrągły stalowy pręt o średnicy 48 mm,
grubość ścianki nie może być mniejsza niż
3 mm. Uważać na to, aby zakotwiczenie
tego pręta wytrzymywało występujące siły.
Poradzić się autoryzowanego doradcy.
7. Montaż
Przy pomocy śrub (6), podkładek (4),
podkładek sprężynowych (3) i dwóch
nakrętek (2) zamocować kołnierz rurowy (9)
(z dużym sworzniem(5)) na pręcie
stalowym. Przed dokręceniem śrub,
przesunąć kołnierz rurowy (9) na wybraną
wysokość roboczą ramienia (rys. 3-5).
Nasmarować sworzeń (5) smarem.
Zawiesić czterokątny wysięgnik (11) na
sworzniu (5) i włożyć zawleczkę (8) w otwór
w sworzniu (rys. 6-7).
Następnie rozgiąć zawleczkę (8), tak aby
nie mogła się wysunąć z otworu. (rys. 8)
Teraz zamocować kołnierz rurowy (7)
(małym sworzniem 19)), podobnie jak
kołnierz rurowy (9) powyżej wysięgnika
czterokątnego (11) na stalowym pręcie.
Następnie w większym otworze zawiesić
wspornik (10) na sworzniu kołnierza
rurowego (7). Wsunąć zawleczkę (1) w
otwór sworznia (19) i rozgiać obydwa jej
końce, tak aby nie mogła się z niego
wysunąć (rys 9-10).
Ustawić wysokość kołnierza rurowego (7) i
wspornika (10), tak , aby odległość H
między obydwoma kołnierzami (7/9)
wynosiła dokładnie 380 mm (rys 9).
Dokręcić teraz śruby kołnierza. Moment
dociskowy śrub (6) musi wynosić 70Nm.
Wsunąć tuleję (20), tak jak pokazano na
rys. 11-12, aż do momentu, gdy środkowy
otwór dojdzie do rurki przedłużającej (17).
Przy przykręcaniu wysięgnika
czterokątnego (11), rurki przedłużającej
(17) i wspornika (10) zwracać uwagę na to,
czy śruba (12) została przeciągnięta prze
tulejkę (20).
Nasunąć rurkę przedłużającą (17) na
wysięgnik czterokątny (11) (rys. 13).
Połączyć wspornik (10) z wysięgnikiem
czterokątnym (11) i rurką przedłużającą (17)
przekładając śrubę (12) przez leżące nad
sobą otwory wsuwając podkładkę (4) i
podkładkę sprężynową (3) przez śrubę (12)
i dokręcić nakrętką (2) (rys. 14-16).
Na końcu rurki przedłużającej (17)
zamontować śrubę (18), aby zapobiec
zsunięciu się wyciągarki. (rys. 17-19)
Przy wyciągniętej lince 750 mm ciężar
podnoszony nie może być cięższy niż 600
kg (rys. 20).
Przy wyciągniętej lince 1100 mm ciężar
podnoszony nie może być cięższy niż 300
kg (rys. 22).
W czasie montażu wyciągarki na rurce
przedłużającej (17) pod mocowaniem
zaciskowym muszą być włożone podkładki
(13), aby zapewnić bezpieczne trzymanie
wyciągarki (rys. 21). Po zamontowaniu
trzeba wykonać najpierw 2 krotny test bez
załadunku, do góry i w dół oraz test
odchylania 180° w prawo i w lewo.
Następnie trzeba stopniowo obciążać coraz
większym ciężarem, aż do maksymalnego
ciężaru podnoszonego przez wyciągarkę.
Dopiero po tym można używać wyciągarki
w normalnym trybie.

8. Czyszczenie, konserwacja i
zamawianie części

Regularnie czyścić ramię i smarować sworznie
(5/19).

9. Utylizacja i recycling
Podczas transportu, aby zapobiec
uszkodzeniom, urządzenie znajduje się w
opakowaniu. Opakowanie to jest surowcem,
który można użytkować ponownie lub można
przeznaczyć do powtórnego przerobu.
Urządzenie oraz jego osprzęt składają się z
różnych rodzajów materiałów, jak np. metal i
tworzywa sztuczne. Uszkodzone części
dostarczyć do punktu utylizacji. Proszę pytać w
sklepie specjalistycznym lub w urzędzie
samorządy lokalnego.

10. Świadectwo gwarancyjne
Na opisywane w instrukcji obsługi urządzenie udzielamy 3-letniej gwarancji, na wypadek
wadliwości naszego produktu. 3-letni okres gwarancyjny zaczyna obowiązywać w momencie
przejścia ryzyka lub przejęcia urządzenia przez klienta.
Warunkiem skorzystania z uprawnień gwarancyjnych jest prawidłowa konserwacja urządzenia,
zgodnie z instrukcją obsługi oraz użytkowanie zgodne z przeznaczeniem.
Oczywiście w okresie tych 3 lat przysługują Państwu również uprawnienia gwarancyjne w
ramach ustawowej rękojmi.
Gwarancja obowiązuje na terenie Republiki Federalnej Niemiec lub w kraju generalnego
przedstawiciela handlowego, jako uzupełnienie obowiązujących lokalnie przepisów ustawowych.

1. Uvod
Pozor!
Pri uporabi naprav je potrebno upoštevati
preventivne varnostne ukrepe, da bi tako
preprečili poškodbe in škodo na napravi. Zato
ta navodila skrbno preberite. Ta varnostna
navodila shranite dobro, da Vam bodo
informacije vsak čas na razpolago. V primeru,
da bi to napravo predali drugim osebam, Vas
prosimo, da ta navodila za uporabo izročite
skupaj z napravo.
Mi ne prevzemamo nobene odgovornosti za
nesreče ali škodo, ki bi nastala zaradi
neupoštevanja teh navodil in varnostnih
navodil.
2. Varnostna navodila
Brezpogojno upoštevajte v nadaljevanju
navedene točke, da se izognete nezgodam in
poškodbam.
Ne preobremenjujte Vaše obračalne ročice.
V primeru poškodovanja obračalne ročice,
le-te več ne uporabljajte.
Pazite na to, da so vijaki čvrsto zategnjeni
in jih zaradi Vaše lastne varnosti redno
kontrolirajte.
Pazite na to, da so razcepke pravilno
pritrjene v svojih luknjah.
Strogo prepovedano je, da bi se z žično
dvigalno napravo prenašalo osebe. Nadalje
se pod obračalno ročico oz. žično dvigalno
napravo ne smejo zadrževati osebe.
Osebe, ki niso seznanjene s temi
varnostnimi napotki, ne smejo uporabljati
tega proizvoda.
Vse sestavne dele naprave je treba redno
pregledovati, če niso kakorkoli zviti ali
poškodovani.
Upoštevajte največjo dopustno

4. Predpisana namenska
uporaba
Obračalna ročica se uporablja za sprejem žične
dvigalne naprave. V ta namen je potrebno
obračalno ročico montirati na dobro pritrjeno
jekleno palico premera 48 mm.
Stroj je dovoljeno uporabljati samo za namene,
za katere je bil konstruirani. Vsaka druga
uporaba ni dovoljena. Za kakršnokoli škodo ali
poškodbe, ki bi nastale zaradi nedovoljene
uporabe, nosi odgovornost uporabnik /
upravljalec, ne pa proizvajalec.
Prosimo, da upoštevate, da naše naprave niso
bile konstruirane za namene profesionalne,
obrtniške ali industrijske uporabe. Ne
prevzemamo nobenega jamstva, če se
naprava uporablja za profesionalne, obrtniške
ali industrijske namene ali za izvajanje
podobnih dejavnosti.

6. Pred prvim zagonom
Obračalna ročica je namenjena namestitvi
žične dvigalne naprave.
Za pritrditev obračalne ročice potrebujete
okrogli jekleni drog s premerom Ø 48 mm,
debelina stene droga ne sme biti manjša
od 3 mm. Pazite na to, dabo pritrditev
jeklenega droga vzdržala silo obremenitve.
V ta namen poiščite nasvet pooblaščene
strokovne službe.
7. Montaža
Pritrdite cevno manžeto (9) (z velikim
tečajnim zatičem (5)) s pomočjo dveh
šestrobnih vijakov (6), s podložkami (4),
vzmetnimi ploščicami (3) in dvema
šestrobnima maticama (2) na jekleni drog.
Preden zategnete vijake, potisnite cevno
manžeto (9) na želeno delovno višino
obračalne ročice (slika 3-5).
Namažite tečajni zatič (5) z mastjo.
Potem obesite štirirobno ročico (11) na
tečajni zatič (5) in potisnite razcepko (8)
skozi luknjo tečejnega zatiča (slika 3-5).
Potem upognite oba kraka narazen tako,
da razcepka (8) ne bo mogla zdrsniti ven iz
luknje (slika 8).
Sedaj pritrdite cevno manžeto (7)
(z majhnim tečajnim zatičem (19)) analogno
kot cevno manžeto (9) nad štirirobno
ročico (11) na jeklenem drogu.
Sedaj obesite nosilno ročico (10) z večjo
luknjo na tečajni zatič cevne manžete (7).
Potisnite razcepko (1) v luknjo tečajnega
zatiča (19) in upognite narazen oba kraka
razcepke (1) tako, da razcepka (1) ne bo
mogla zdrsniti ven iz luknje (slika 9-10).
Sedaj naravnajte višino zgornje cevne
manžete (7) in nosilne ročice (10) tako, da
bo razmak H med obema cevnima
manžetama (7/9) znašal natančno 380 mm
(slika 9).
Sedaj zategnite vijake cevne manžete.
Zatezni moment za vijake (6) mora znašati
70 Nm.
Potisnite pušo (20) do srednje luknje na
podaljšku cevi (17) kot je prikazano na
slikah 11 do 12. Pazite pri privijanju
štirirobne ročice (11), podaljška cevi (17) in
oporne ročice (10) na to, da bo vijak (12)
speljan skozi pušo (20).
Potisnite cevni podaljšek (17) v štirirobno
ročico (11) (slika 13).
Povežite nosilno ročico (10) s štirirobno
ročico (11) in cevnim podaljškom (17) tako,
da vstavite šestrobni vijak (12) skozi ena
nad drugo nahajajočo se luknjo, potisnite
podložko (4) in vzmetno ploščico (3) na
vijak (12) in zategnite s šestrobno matico
(2) (slika 14-16).
Na konci cevnega podaljška (17) je
montirani vijak (18), ki preprečuje zdrs
žične dvigalne naprave (slika 17-19).
Z dosegom žične dvigalne naprave 750
mm ne sme teža dviganega bremena
znašati več kot 600 kg (slika 20).
Z dosegom žične dvigalne naprave 1100
mm pa teža dviganega bremena ne sme
prekoračiti 300 kg (slika 22).
Pri montaži žične dvigalne naprave na
cevni podaljšek (17) je treba pod privojne
ročaje pritrditi podložke (13), da se zagotivi
varni položaj žične dvigalne naprave (slika
21). Po montaži je treba najprej izvršiti
najmanj dvakrat poizkusno pomikanje brez
obremenitve na vzgor in navzdol ter za
180° levo in desno z obračalno ročico.
Potem je treba žično dvigalno napravo
