Drucksprüher

Einleitung

Wir beglückwünschen Sie zum Kauf Ihres

neuen Produkts. Sie haben sich damit für ein

hochwertiges Produkt entschieden. Machen

Sie sich vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme mit

dem Produkt vertraut. Lesen Sie hierzu auf-

merksam die nachfolgende Bedienungsan-

leitung und die Sicherheitshinweise. Benutzen

Sie das Produkt nur wie beschrieben und für

die angegebenen Einsatzbereiche. Bewahren

Sie diese Anleitung an einem sicheren Ort

auf. Händigen Sie alle Unterlagen bei Wei-

tergabe des Produktes an Dritte mit aus.

Bestimmungsgemäßer

Gebrauch

Das Produkt dient zum Versprühen von Flüssig-

keiten im Haus, Garten und Gewächshaus.

Als nicht bestimmungsgemäß gilt insbesondere

das Versprühen von Lösungsmitteln oder

lösungsmittelhaltigen Flüssigkeiten sowie

Öl. Das Produkt ist ausschließlich für den

privaten Gebrauch vorgesehen.

Der Drucksprüher dient ausschließlich zum

Versprühen von folgenden Flüssigkeiten im

Haus, Garten oder in Gewächshäusern:

- Wasser,

- Milde, PH-neutrale Reinigungsmittel

Die Sprühmittel dürfen nur in der vom Sprüh-

mittel-Hersteller angegebenen Konzentration

versprüht werden. Im Zweifelsfall erkundigen

Sie sich bitte beim Hersteller des Sprühmittels.

Der Drucksprüher ist ausschließlich für den

privaten Gebrauch vorgesehen.

Als nicht bestimmungsgemäß gilt insbesondere

das Versprühen von:

- Pﬂanzenschutzmitteln

- Unkrautvertilgungsmitteln

- Desinfektionsmitteln

- Düngemitteln

- Lösungsmitteln oder lösungsmittelhaltigen

Flüssigkeiten

- Öl

- leicht entzündlichen Flüssigkeiten

- ätzenden Flüssigkeiten wie Säuren oder

Laugen.

Kinder oder Personen, denen es an

Wissen oder Erfahrung im Umgang mit

dem Gerät mangelt, oder die in ihren

körperlichen, sensorischen oder geistigen

Fähigkeiten eingeschränkt sind, dürfen

das Gerät nicht ohne Aufsicht oder

Anleitung durch eine für ihre Sicherheit

verantwortliche Person benutzen.

Gesicht nach dem Sprühen.

Setzen Sie das

Gerät (leer oder gefüllt)

keiner direkten Sonneneinstrahlung aus!

Beachten Sie immer die chemischen

Herstellerangaben beim Arbeiten und

Mischen mit Sprüh-Lösungen.

Lassen Sie vor jedem Öﬀnen des Behäl-

ters den Restdruck im Behälter durch

Zug am Sicherheitsventil ab (Abb. C).

Niemals gegen den Wind, in Wasser

oder Trinkwasserquellen sprühen.

Lassen Sie nach jeder Benutzung den

Restdruck ab.

Niemals das Sicherheitsventil abschrauben

oder entfernen.

Der Drucksprüher darf nicht verwendet

werden, wenn der Benutzer müde oder

krank oder unter Einﬂuss von Alkohol,

Drogen oder Medikamenten ist.

Fordern Sie ggf. die Sicherheitsdatenblät-

ter

für chemische Stoffe und deren Zube-

reitungen beim Sprühmittel-Hersteller an.

VORSICHT! Sichere Funktion prüfen!

Prüfen Sie den Drucksprüher vor jedem

Benutzen auf sichtbare Beschädigungen

und sichere Funktion. Führen Sie hierzu

folgende Prüfungen durch:

Prüfen Sie den Behälter

Prüfen Sie die Schlauchanschlüsse auf

Hinweis: Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem

Drücken Sie den Handgriﬀ der Pumpe

Hinweis: Um noch im Behälter

vorhandenen Druck abzulassen, ziehen

Setzen Sie die Pumpe

wieder in den

und drehen Sie den Hand-

im Uhrzeigersinn

bis zum Anschlag.

Betriebsdruck erzeugen

Bewegen Sie den Handgriﬀ der Pumpe

auf und ab, bis der Drucksprüher maxi-

mal bis zum zulässigen Betriebsdruck

von 2,5 bar aufgepumpt ist.

Beachten Sie zu diesem Zweck während

des Pumpvorgangs das Manometer

Hinweis: Wenn der Luftdruck im

Behälter

2,5 bar überschreitet, wird

automatisch Druck über das Sicherheits-

ventil

abgelassen.

Drücken Sie den Handgriﬀ der Pumpe

nach unten in die Aussparungen.

Lösen Sie nun das Spritzrohr

aus der

Halterung.

Sprühen

Hängen Sie den Drucksprüher mit dem

Trageriemen

über die Schulter.

Hinweis: Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich

der Drucksprüher immer in senkrechter

Lage beﬁndet. Nur so ist eine einwand-

freie Funktion möglich.

Halten Sie das Spritzrohr am Handgriﬀ

fest und richten Sie die verstellbare

Spritzdüse

z. B. auf eine Pﬂanze.

Drücken Sie den Auslösehebel

, um

mit dem Sprühvorgang zu beginnen.

Lassen Sie den Auslösehebel

los,

um den Sprühvorgang zu beenden.

Hinweis: Wenn der Druck im Behälter

nicht mehr zum Sprühen ausreicht,

pumpen Sie den Behälter

nach jeder Verwendung! Leeren Sie die

Flasche nach jedem Gebrauch.

Schrauben Sie die Spritzdüse

Reinigen Sie die Spritzdüse

unter

ﬂießendem Wasser.

Um eine verstopfte Spritzdüse

reinigen, benutzen Sie eine Nadel zum

Durchstoßen der Spritzdüse

Spülen Sie den Drucksprüher und die

Leitungen mit Wasser.

Reinigen Sie die Oberﬂächen mit einem

feuchten Tuch.

Saugschlauch reinigen

Um den Saugschlauch

zu reinigen, gehen

Sie wie folgt vor:

Entfernen Sie den Filter, reinigen Sie

den Filter und den Saugschlauch

unter ﬂießendem Wasser.

Nach dem Reinigen setzen Sie den Filter

ein und stecken Sie den Saugschlauch

wieder in die dafür vorgesehene Öﬀnung

des Behälters

Drehen Sie die Überwurfmutter

handfest an.

Drucksprüher lagern

Lassen Sie nach dem Gebrauch den

eventuell vorhandenen Restdruck im

Behälter ab. Ziehen Sie hierzu den

Knopf des Sicherheitsventils hoch, bis

Sie kein Zischen mehr hören.

Reinigen Sie das Gerät gründlich und

lassen Sie es trocknen, bevor Sie es im

Winter einlagern. So vermeiden Sie

eine Beschädigung durch Frost.

Bevor Sie den Drucksprüher lagern,

reinigen Sie diesen.

Entfernen Sie eventuell vorhandene

Restmengen von Spritzmitteln aus dem

Behälter und den Leitungen.

Lagern Sie den Drucksprüher an einem

trockenen, staubfreien Ort.

Fehlerbehebung

Sollten die unten aufgeführten Maßnahmen

nicht zum Erfolg führen, benachrichtigen Sie

den Hersteller.

Introduction

We congratulate you on the purchase of your

new product. You have chosen a high quality

product. Familiarise yourself with the product

before using it for the ﬁrst time. In addition,

please carefully refer to the operating instruc-

tions and the safety advice below. Only use

the product as instructed and only for the in-

dicated ﬁeld of application. Keep these instr

uc-

tions in a safe place. If you pass the product

on to anyone else, please ensure that you

also pass on all the documentation with it.

Proper use

The product is used for spraying liquids in the

home, garden and greenhouses. The spray-

ing of solvents or solvent-containing liquids

or oil is a particular example of improper use

of the product. This product is intended for

private use only.

The pressure spraying device is used only

for spraying the following ﬂuids in the

house, garden or in greenhouses.

- Water,

- Mild, PH-neutral cleaning agents

The sprayed agent may only be sprayed in

the concentration speciﬁed by the manufac-

turer of the agent. If in doubt, consult the man

facturer of the agent. The pressure spraying

device is designed for private use only.

Incorrect use includes, in particular, the

spraying of the following:

- Pesticides

- Weed sprays

- Disinfectants

- Fertilisers

- Solvents or liquids containing solvents

- Oil

- Easily ﬂammable ﬂuids

- Corrosive ﬂuids such as acids or lye.

KEEP ALL THE SAFETY ADVICE AND

INSTRUCTIONS IN A SAFE PLACE FOR

FUTURE REFERENCE!

Children or persons who lack the knowl-

edge or experience to use the device or

whose physical, sensory or intellectual

capacities are limited must never be al-

lowed to use the device without supervi-

sion or instruction by a person responsi-

ble for their safety. Children must never

be allowed to play with the device.

RISK OF INJURY!

There is a risk of injury to the skin resulting

from contact with the spray product.

Always wear suitable protective clothing,

gloves and breathing protection when

spraying.

Do not carry out any

repairs or modiﬁcations to the pressure

sprayer. Do not change or repair any

components.

Wash your hands and face after each

spraying session.

CAUTION! RISK OF

EXPLOSION! Do not place

the device (empty or full) in

direct sunlight!

Always read and observe the information

provided by the chemical manufacturer

when working with or mixing spray

solutions.

Release the residual pressure in the

container by pulling the safety valve

upwards before you open the container

(Fig. C).

Never spray into wind, water, or drink-

ing water source.

Release the residual pressure after

each use.

Do not unscrew or remove the safety

valve.

The sprayer may not be used if the oper-

ator is tired or ill or under inﬂuence of

alcohol, drugs or medication.

If necessary, request the safety data

sheets for chemical substances and their

preparations from the manufacturer of

the spray agent.

watch the manometer to

check the operating pressure.

Before using for the ﬁrst time,

pls read the instruction care-

fully.

Before use

CAUTION! Check that the device is

functioning properly! Check the pres-

sure sprayer before each use to ensure

that it is free of visible damage and is

functioning safely. To do this, carry out

the following tests and inspections:

Check the tank

, the suction hose

and the carry strap

for visible damage.

Check that the hose connections are ﬁtted

tightly.

Check that the pipe connections are ﬁtted

tightly.

Pump the empty pressure sprayer to

approx. 1 bar.

The pressure must not fall more than ap-

prox. 0.5 bar in a space of 30 minutes.

Pump the pressure sprayer to approx.

2 bar.

amount of liquid that you actually need

until the pressure sprayer has been

pumped up to a pressure not exceeding

the maximum permissible operating

pressure of 2.5 bar. To ensure this value

is not exceeded, monitor the pressure

gauge

during the pumping process.

Note: If the pressure of the air in the

exceeds 2.5 bar, the pres-

sure is automatically released through

the safety valve

Note: Ensure that the pressure sprayer

is always kept upright. Only when held

in this orientation will the sprayer work

e.g. at a plant.

Press the trigger

Setting the spray nozzle

To adjust the the spray nozzle

proceed

as follow:

To generate a wider spray zone, turn

the tip of the spray nozzle

clockwise

as far as it will go.

To create a concentrated jet, turn the tip

of the spray nozzle

a quarter turn

anti-clockwise.

Cleaning and care

If the nozzle seems to be blocked, do

not try to blow it free with your mouth.

Note: Clean the pressure sprayer after

each use! Empty the bottle after each use.

Clean the pressure sprayer

Unscrew the spray nozzle

Clean the spray nozzle

under running

water.

If the spray nozzle

is clogged,

clean it by pushing a needle through it.

Flush through the pressure sprayer,

pipes and tubes with water.

Clean the surfaces of the product with

a moist cloth.

Clean the suction hose

as follows:

Loosen the union nut of the suction hose

on the container

Pull the suction hose

out of the

tank

Remove the ﬁlter, clean the ﬁlter and

suction hose

under running water.

After cleaning, plug in the ﬁlter and insert

the suction hose

back in its opening

on the tank

Tighten the union nut

hand-tight.

Store the pressure

sprayer

Release any residual pressure still present

in the container after use. To do this,

pull the safety valve button upwards

until you can no longer hear the hiss of

escaping air.

Thoroughly clean the device and allow

it to dry before you put it away for the

winter. This will avoid frost damage.

Clean the pressure sprayer before storing

it away.

Remove any leftover spray product from

the tank and the pipes.

Store the pressure sprayer in a dry,

dust-free place.

ful, contact the manufacturer.

mise en service, vous devez vous familiariser

Utilisation conforme

Le produit est utilisé pour pulvériser des liqui-

des dans une maison, un jardin ou une serre.

La pulvérisation de solvants ou de liquides

contenant des solvants comme l‘huile n‘est

pas conforme aux directives. Ce produit est

exclusivement destiné à un usage privé.

Le pulvérisateur à pression est utilisé unique-

ment pour pulvériser les liquides suivants

dans une maison, un jardin ou une serre :

- Eau,

- Nettoyant doux à PH neutre

Les produits de pulvérisation ne peuvent être

utilisés que dans les concentrations indiquées

par le fabricant de produits de pulvérisation.

En cas de doute, veuillez contacter le fabri-

cant du produit de pulvérisation. Le pulvéri-

sateur à pression n‘est prévu que pour un

usage privé.
