The instructions for use are part of the product. They

contain important information concerning safety, use

and disposal. Before using the product, please famil-

This product is solely designed to remove human

nose and ear hairs. This product is solely intended

for private use. It has not been approved for commer-

cial purposes.

Safety advice

concerning batteries

DANGER TO

LIFE! Batteries are not intended

to be in the hands of children. Do

not leave batteries lying around.

They could be swallowed by chil-

dren or pets. In the event of swal-

lowing a battery, contact a doctor

immediately.

FIRE HAZ-

ARD! Do not allow the battery to

short-circuit. Overheating, ﬁre or

bursting of the batteries might

result.

Never throw

batteries into ﬁre or water. Never

attempt to recharge single-use

batteries! The batteries might

explode.

Spent or damaged batter-

ies may irritate the skin on

contact; so always wear suitable

protective gloves in these circum-

stances.

Remove used batteries from the

product. Very old or used batter-

ies may leak. The chemical ﬂuid

can damage the product.

Remove the battery from the

product if it will not be used for a

prolonged period.

Check the battery regularly for

leaks.

Switch the product on by pushing the On / Oﬀ

CAUTION! DANGER OF INJURY! Be care-

ful not to insert the product too deep into nose or

ears. Carefully insert only the tip of the nose and

ear hair trimmer attachment

into the front

area of your nostril or ear. Remove the nose or

ear hair with small circular movements.

After using the product, switch the product oﬀ by

pushing the On / Oﬀ switch

towards the

marking “0”.

Cleaning, care and storage

Note: Always switch oﬀ the product before cleaning it.

Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning

agents. These might damage the surface of the

product.

running water. Then fully dry the nose and ear

hair trimmer attachment

before re-installation.

Attention: The product is only protected

against splash water. Never immerse it in water.

Otherwise, irreparable damage may result.

If there are still hairs inside the nose and ear hair

trimmer attachment

, clean it with the a soft brush.

Occasionally place one or two drops of oil onto the

blade

and distribute the oil evenly (see Fig. C).

Only use an acid-free oil suitable for electric

razor products.

Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recycla-

ble materials, which you may dispose of

at local recycling facilities. The Green

Dot is not valid for Germany.

Observe the marking of the packaging

materials for waste separation, which are

marked with abbreviations (a) and num-

bers (b) with following meaning: 1–7:

plastics / 20–22: paper and ﬁbre-

board / 80–98: composite materials.

recyclable, dispose of it separately for bet-

ter waste treatment. The Triman logo is

valid in France only.

Contact your local refuse disposal author-

ity for more details of how to dispose of

your worn-out product.

To help protect the environment, please

dispose of the product properly when it

has reached the end of its useful life and

not in the household waste. Information

on collection points and their opening

hours can be obtained from your local au-

thority.

Faulty or used batteries must be recycled in accord-

ance with Directive 2006/66/EC and its amend-

ments. Return the batteries and / or the

product through the appropriate collection facilities.

Environmental damage through

incorrect disposal of the batteries!

Batteries may not be disposed of with the usual do-

mestic waste. They may contain toxic heavy metals

and are subject to hazardous waste treatment rules

and regulations. The chemical symbols for heavy met-

als are as follows: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury,

Pb = lead. That is why you should dispose of used

batteries at a local collection point.
