Outdoor-Öl:

Schädlich für Wasserorganismen, mit

langfristiger Wirkung. Freisetzung in der Umwelt

vermeiden. Inhalt/Behälter gemäß lokalen und na-

tionalen Vorschriften der Entsorgung zuführen. Ent-

hält 3-iodo-2-propynyl butylcarbamate; 3-iodo-

prop-2-yn-1-yl butylcarbamate. Kann allergische

Reaktion hervorrufen.

In den Ölbehälter nur das auf dem Etikett ausge-

zeichnete Öl einfüllen, keine Fremdfabrikate nach-

füllen.

Während und nach dem Verarbeiten die Räume gut

lüften.

Vor Hitze und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung schüt-

zen.

Vor Frost schützen!

Verbrauch

Auftragsmenge ist vorher per Probeauftrag zu er-

mitteln. Erfahrungswerte je nach Saugfähigkeit des

Holzes: 20-40 g/m².

Verarbeitung

Der Untergrund muss trocken (Holzfeuchte max. 14

%), fest, saugfähig, sauber, fett- und staubfrei sein.

Vor Gebrauch gut aufschütteln bzw. aufrühren.

Trockenzeit

Bei 20° C und mittlerer Luftfeuchtigkeit nach 6-8

Stunden trocken und überstreichbar.

Mit dem Produkt getränkte Arbeits-

materialien, wie z.B. Putzlappen,

Schwämme, Schleifstäube etc. mit

nicht durchgetrocknetem Öl, in Wasser aufbe-

wahren oder in Wasser tauchen und ausge-

breitet trocknen lassen. Dann entsorgen, da

sonst

Selbstentzündungsgefahr

aufgrund des

Pflanzenölgehaltes besteht. Das Produkt an

sich ist nicht selbstentzündlich.

Lagerung

Kühl und trocken lagern. Ungeöffnet mindestens

Jahre haltbar. Angebrochene Gebinde gut ver-

schließen, Reste in kleinere Gebinde umfüllen.

Entsorgung

Gemäß den örtlichen, behördlichen Vorschriften.

Eingetrocknete Produktreste können dem Haus-

müll zugeführt werden.

Heavy-Duty

Anwendungsbereich

Für stark beanspruchte Hölzer im Innenbereich,

z.B. Küchenarbeitsplatten, Möbel, Parkett, Kinder-

spielzeug sowie sonstige Holzoberflächen.

Eigenschaften

Ohne Zusatz von Lösemitteln, veredelt das Holz

dauerhaft und garantiert eine widerstandsfähige

Oberfläche. Imprägnierend, wasserabweisend,

offenporig, dampfdurchlässig. Speichel- und

schweißecht nach DIN 53 160. Geprüft nach DIN

EN 71, Teil 3.

Anwendungsbereich

Für dekorative, wenig beanspruchte Flächen im In-

nenbereich: Garderoben, Regale oder Wohnzim-

mermöbel werden mit dem Öl in einem Arbeitsgang

geölt und gewachst. Hervorragende Polier- und Re-

paratureigenschaften

Für stark beanspruchte Flächen wie Küchenar-

beitsplatten sowie Treppen und Fußböden nicht ge-

eignet.

Eigenschaften

Öl-Wachs Gemisch, ohne Zusatz von

Lösemitteln, Kobaltfrei, imprägnierend. Elastisch,

Anwendungsbereich

Das Produkt ist eine hochwertige Ölharzbehand-

lung für alle Hölzer im Außenbereich, wie z.B. Teak-

u. Gartenmöbel, Pergolen, Holzterrassen, Zäune,

Kinderspielgeräte, etc. Sehr gut geeignet auch für

Tropenhölzer, wie z. B. Bangkirai. Hochwertige

pflanzliche Öle imprägnieren neues Holz und fri-

schen altes wieder auf. Mit UV-Schutz und Film-

schutz gegen Pilzbefall.

Eigenschaften

Schnelle und leichte Verarbeitung. Die natürlichen

Öle dringen tief in das Holz ein. Sie halten es gesund

und elastisch und lassen es nicht austrocknen. Gute

Auffrischung auch für bereits gestrichenes Holz.

Kein Anschleifen bei Nachanstrich erforderlich.

Keine Geruchsbelästigung. Speichel- und schwei-

ßecht nach DIN 53160.

A typical smell is emitted from the natural raw ma-

terials used.

Do not induce vomiting if swallowed. Consult a doc-

tor immediately and produce the packaging or label.

Wear an approved inhalation mask when

using spraying devices.

Wear a dust mask when sanding.

Outdoor-Oil:

Harmful to aquatic life with long last-

ing effects. Avoid release to the environment. Dis-

pose of contents/container to in accordance with lo-

cal and national regulations. Contains 3-iodo-2-

propynyl butylcarbamate; 3-iodoprop-2-yn-1-yl bu-

tylcarbamate. May produce an allergic reaction.

Observe the specifications in the EU Safety Data

Sheet which can be found on www.festool.com.

Only fill the oil container with the oil specified on the

label and do not refill with other makes.

Ventilate the area well during and after work.

Protect against heat and direct sunlight.

Use

The order quantity must be defined in advance per

trial order. Empirical values depending on the suc-

tion capacity of the wood: 20-40 g/m².

Processing

The base must be dry (wood humidity max. 14 %),

solid, absorbent, grease-free and dust-free. Shake

well or mix before use.

Drying time

Allow to dry at 20° C and mean air humidity. Can be

recoated after 6-8 hours.

Storage

Store in a cool and dry place. Durable for at least

years when unopened. Seal broken/open contain-

ers. Pack the rest in smaller containers.

With work materials soaked in the

product, such as for example clean-

ing cloths, sponges, abrasive dust,

etc., with oil that is not dried, stored in water or

immersed in water and stretched out to dry.

Then dispose of accordingly as otherwise there

is a

risk of spontaneous combustion

nent basis and guarantees a hard-wearing surface.

Can be impregnated, water-repellent, open porous,

using a lint-free towel/cloth.

Depending on the request for intermediate sanding

One-Step

Area of application

For decorative, less hard-wearing surfaces in inter-

nal areas: wardrobes, shelves or living room furni-

ture are oiled and waxed in one work process. Excel-

lent polishing and repair properties

Not suitable for hard-wearing surfaces such as

kitchen worktops, carpets and flooring.

Properties

Oil/Wax mix, solvent-free, cobalt-free, can be

im-pregnated. Resilient, anti-static. Sweat-

above 15 °C.

After approx. 15 minutes' soak-in time grind in with

green Festool non-woven cloth and remove excess

using a lint-free towel/cloth.

with white Festool non-woven cloth.

Outdoor

Area of application

The product is a high-quality oleo-resin treatment

for all woods in outdoor areas, e.g. teak and garden

furniture, pergola, wooden terraces, fences, chil-

dren's toys, etc. Very suitable also for tropical

woods, e.g. bangkirai. High-quality plant oils im-

pregnate new wood and have a freshening-up effect.

UV-protected and film protection against fungal in-

fection.

Properties

Quick and simple processing. The natural oils pen-

etrate deep into the wood. They keep it healthy and

do not let it dry out. Good refreshment also for wood

that has already been painted. No light sanding re-

quired for recoating. No offensive smells. Sweat-

and saliva-proof i.a.w. DIN 53160.

Déterminer auparavant la quantité nécessaire par

Application

Le support doit être sec (humidité du bois max. 14

%), stable, absorbant, propre et exempt de graisse

et de poussière. Bien secouer ou remuer avant uti-

lisation.

Temps de séchage

Pour une température de 20° C et une humidité de

l'air moyenne, sec et recouvrable après 6-8 heures.

Les objets imbibés du produits,

comme les chiffons, éponges, pous-

sières de ponçage, etc. doivent être

conservés dans l'eau alors que l'huile n'est

pas encore sèche ou plongés dans l'eau puis

étendus pour sécher. Ils doivent ensuite être

éliminés, sinon

risque d'auto-inflammation

du fait de la teneur en huile végétale. Le pro-

duit en lui-même n'est pas auto-inflammable.

Stockage

Conserver au frais et au sec. Se conserve fermé

pendant au moins

ans. Bien fermer les récipients

ouverts, verser le reste dans des récipients plus pe-

Élimination

Domaine d'application

Pour les surfaces décoratives et peu sollicitées en

lon sont huilés et nettoyés en une seule opération.

Excellentes propriétés de polissage et de réparation

Non adapté pour les surfaces fortement sollicitées

comme les plans de travail de cuisine ainsi que les

sols et escaliers.

Propriétés

Mélange huile-cire, sans solvants, sans cobalt, im-

perméabilisant. Élastique, antistatique. Résistant à

la salive et à la sueur selon DIN 53 160.

Extérieur

Domaine d'application

Le produit est un soin haut de gamme à base d'huile

et de résine pour tous les bois en extérieur, comme

les meubles en teck et les meubles de jardins, les

pergolas, les terrasses en bois, les clôtures, les jeux

pour enfants, etc. Également très bien adapté aux

bois tropicaux comme le bangkirai. Les huiles végé-

tales haut de gamme imperméabilisent les bois

nouveaux et donnent une nouvelle jeunesse aux

bois anciens. Avec protection UV et film de protec-

tion contre les champignons.

Propriétés

Application simple et rapide. Les huiles naturelles

pénètrent dans le bois en profondeur. Pour un bois

sain, élastique et qui ne dessèche pas. Soin de qua-

lité également pour les bois déjà peints. Pas de pon-

çage nécessaire lors de l'application d'une nouvelle

couche. Sans odeur. Résistant à la salive et à la

sueur selon DIN 53160.

vocar una reacción alérgica.

Introducir en el depósito de aceite solo el aceite que

se indica en la etiqueta, no llenar con productos de

otros fabricantes.

Consumo

Primero, hay que determinar la cantidad a emplear

con una prueba. Valores derivados de la experiencia

dependiendo de la capacidad de absorción de la ma-

dera: 20-40 g/m².

Procesamiento

La base debe estar seca (humedad máx. de la ma-

dera del 14%), fija, absorbente, limpia y libre de pol-

vo y grasa. Agitar y remover bien antes de su uso.

Conservar los materiales de trabajo

empapados en el producto, como

p.ej. paños de limpieza, esponjas,

polvo resultante del lijado, etc. con aceite no

seco del todo en agua o sumergir en agua y

dejar secar. Eliminar a continuación ya que de

lo contrario existe

peligro de inflamación

espontánea

debido al contenido en aceite

vegetal. Este producto no se inflama espontá-

neamente por sí solo.

parqué, juguetes para niños así como otras superfi-

cies de madera.

Propiedades

Sin disolventes, embellece la madera de forma du-

radera y garantiza una superficie resistente. Im-

pregnante, hidrófobo, de poros abiertos, permeable

al vapor. Resistente a la saliva y al sudor de acuerdo

a DIN 53 160. Comprobado de acuerdo a DIN EN 71,

Indicaciones especiales para el tratamiento

Dejar actuar aprox. 15 minutos, esmerilar con ve-

llón Festool verde y retirar los restos con un paño

El producto es un tratamiento de resina de aceite de

gran calidad para todas las maderas de uso exterior,

como, p.ej., muebles de teca y de jardín, pérgolas,

terrazas de madera, cercas, aparatos de juego para

niños, etc. Muy adecuado para maderas tropicales

como p. ej. bangkirai. Los aceites vegetales de gran

calidad impregnan la madera nueva y renuevan la

vieja. Con protección frente a los rayos ultravioleta y

película protectora contra el moho.

Propiedades

Tratamiento rápido y fácil. Los aceites naturales se

introducen profundamente en la madera. La man-

tienen sana y elástica y no dejan que se reseque.

Buena regeneración de la madera ya pintada. No es

necesario lijar para aplicar de nuevo. Sin olores mo-

lestos. Resistente a la saliva y al sudor de acuerdo a

Nel contenitore dell'olio, versare esclusivamente

Consumo

La quantità da ordinare deve essere calcolata pre-

cedentemente tramite prove. Valori empirici in base

alla capacità di assorbimento del legno: 20-40 g/m².

Lavorazione

Il fondo deve essere asciutto (umidità del legno max.

14 %), stabile, assorbente, pulito, privo di grasso e

polvere. Prima dell'uso scuotere o mescolare bene.

Tempo di asciugatura

A 20° C e con umidità dell'aria media, asciuga dopo

6-8 ed è pronta per una nuova mano.

Conservare i materiali di lavoro

imbevuti del prodotto, come panni di

pulizia, spugne, polveri di levigatura,

ecc. con olio non essiccato, nell'acqua o

immergere in acqua e lasciare asciugare

steso. Successivamente smaltirli, altrimenti

potrebbe sussistere il

rischio di autocombu-

stione

per via del contenuto di oli vegetali. Il

prodotto di per sé non è autocombustibile.

Magazzinaggio

Immagazzinare in luogo fresco e asciutto. Conser-

vabile almeno 5 anni in confezione chiusa. Chiudere

bene i serbatoi aperti, versare i residui in serbatoi

più piccoli.

Smaltimento

Smaltimento secondo le disposizioni locali e di leg-

ge. I residui del prodotto asciutti possono essere

gettati con i rifiuti domestici.

Area di applicazione

Per superfici decorative e poco sollecitate in am-

bienti interni: guardaroba, scaffali o mobili da salot-

to, si trattano con olio e cera in una passata. Ecce-

zionali caratteristiche di lucidatura e riparazione

Non adatto per superfici molto sollecitate, come

piani di lavoro da cucina e scale o pavimenti.

Caratteristiche

Miscela olio-cera, privo di solventi, privo di cobalto,

impregnante. Elastico, antistatico. Resistente a

i legni tropicali, come Bangkirai. Gli oli vegetali di

qualità impregnano il legno nuovo e rinnovano il le-

gno invecchiato. Con protezione UV e pellicola pro-

tettiva contro i funghi.

Caratteristiche

Lavorazione rapida e facile. Gli oli naturali penetra-

no in profondità nel legno. Lo mantengono sano ed

elastico, senza farlo seccare. Ottimo trattamento

anche per il legno già verniciato. Non è necessario

levigare la mano successiva. Non crea odori. Resi-

stente a saliva e sudore secondo DIN 53160.

Bij inslikken geen braken opwekken. Direct een arts

raadplegen en de verpakking of het etiket laten zien.

Bij gebruik van spuitapparaten een toe-

gelaten ademhalingsbescherming dra-

gen.

Outdoor-oliën:

Schadelijk voor in het water levende

organismen, met langdurige gevolgen. Voorkom lo-

zing in het milieu. Inhoud/verpakking afvoeren naar

de lokale / nationale voorschriften. Bevat 3-iodo-2-

propynyl butylcarbamate; 3-iodoprop-2-yn-1-yl

butylcarbamate. Kan een allergische reactie ver-

oorzaken.

Het oliereservoir alleen vullen met olie die op het

Verbruik

Toepassingshoeveelheid vooraf d.m.v. een proef-

laag vaststellen. Ervaringsgegevens afhankelijk van

absorptievermogen van het hout: 20-40 g/m².

Verwerking

De ondergrond dient droog (houtvochtigheid max.

14 %), vast, absorberend, schoon en vet- en stofvrij

te zijn. Voor gebruik goed schudden of omroeren.

Droogtijd

Bij 20° C en gemiddelde luchtvochtigheid na 6-8 uur

droog en overschilderbaar.

Opslag

Koel en droog opslaan. Ongeopend minstens

jaar

houdbaar. Aangebroken verpakking goed afsluiten,

restanten in kleinere verpakking overgieten.

Met het product doordrenkt werk-

materiaal, zoals poetsdoeken, spon-

zen, schuurstof, etc., ingeval van

niet-grondig gedroogde olie, in water bewaren

of in water dompelen en goed laten drogen.

Pas daarna als afval verwijderen omdat anders

gevaar van zelfontbranding

bestaat vanwege

het plantoliegehalte. Het product ontbrandt

niet uit zichzelf.
