(DE) Wer seine TT-Anlage vorbildgetreu aufbauen möchte und nach einer güns-

tigen und schnellen Form der Herstellung von Böschungen mit Beschotterung

sucht, wird bei der STYROSTONE®-Gleisbettung von TILLIG schnell fündig.

Lieferbar sind diese Bettungen in zwei unterschiedlichen Farbtönen:

Braun eingefärbt, vorzugsweise für Altbaustrecken und hellgrau eingefärbt für

die Neubaustrecken der Bahn. Bei der Verlegung dieser Bettung tauchen eine

Reihe von Fragestellungen immer wieder auf, die uns veranlasst haben, dieses

Anleitungsblatt herauszugeben.

Unsere Gleisbettung wird unter Verwendung hochwertiger Natur- und Kunst-

(DE) Sehr geehrter Modellbahnfreund!

Die vorliegende Gleisbettung wurde unter Verwendung

hochwertiger Natur- und Kunststoe in sorgfältiger

Handarbeit hergestellt. Der Gleisbettkörper besteht

aus extrudiertem Polystyrol-Hartschaum, welcher beim

großen Vorbild als Trassenunterlage Verwendung n-

det. Das Material ist absolut verrottungsfest, UV-be-

ständig und schwer entammbar nach PA-III 2. 198 DIN

4102, Baustoklasse B 1. Der Schotterbelag besteht

aus elastischer Gummikorkfolie, auf welcher der form-

und maßstabsgetreue Steinschotter aufgeklebt ist.

Wie bei allen Produkten aus Kunststo hängt deren

Elastizität und Flexibilität weitgehend von der Tempe-

ratur ab. Deshalb sollte die Verlegung der STYROSTO-

NE-Gleisbettung nicht unter einer Raumtemperatur von

20° erfolgen. Da die Schwellen der Modellbahngleise

unten breiter sind als oben, müssen Sie den Stein-

schotterbelag vor dem Eindrücken der Gleise mit

einem Fön (Haartrockner) auf ca. 50° erwärmen. Das

selbe gilt auch beim Herausnehmen der Gleise aus der

Gleisbettung. Nach Abkühlung des Steinschotterbela-

ges sitzt das Gleis so fest in der Gleisbettung, dass

eine zusätzliche Befestigung mit Klebsto oder Nägeln

nicht mehr erforderlich ist. Das Aufkleben der Gleis-

bettung erfolgt am besten mittels STYROPAL-Kontakt-

kleber auf der Unterlage. Somit bleibt Ihr Gleismaterial

immer sauber und bei einem evtl. Ab- oder Umbau

wieder verwendungsfähig.

Hinweise für die Verlegung der

STYROSTONE-Gleisbettung:

Bei den Gleisbettungen für die gebogenen und den

geraden Gleisen (auch Flex) ist die Böschung be-

reits soweit vorgeschnitten, so dass Sie nur noch mit

einem Bastelmesser den Böschungsstreifen abtren-

nen brauchen.

Anschließend bestreichen Sie den Schotterbelag als

auch die Böschung mit dem STYROPAL-Kontaktkleber

(dazu einen keilförmig zugeschnittenen Schaumsto-

streifen verwenden). Den STYROPAL-Kontaktkleber

auf den Flächen trocknen lassen und erst dann zu-

sammendrücken. Für eine Nachschotterung wird der

1:15 mit Wasser verdünnte Leim über den Schotter ge-

strichen. Für den Ansatz von Böschungen für gerade

Weichen empfehlen wir unsere Böschungsstreifen.

Ablängen der Gleisbettung: Wenn Sie die Gleisbet-

tung ablängen müssen, um kleinere Stücke herzustel-

len, dann stechen Sie mit einer Nadel an der Stelle, wo

Sie das Gleisbett trennen wollen, die Bettung von oben

durch. Drehen Sie nun die Gleisbettung um, legen an

den beiden Durchstichen ein Stahllineal an und tren-

nen mit einem Skalpell- oder Bastelmesser vorsichtig

die Bettung durch.

(GB) Dear model railway enthusiast,

he enclosed track bedding has been produced in care-

ful manual work using highquality natural and synthetic

materials. The core of the track bedding is composed

of extruded hard-foamed polystyrene, which is also

used as a bedding material by our national railways.

The material is absolutely rot-proof, UV-resistant and

ameresistant to PA-III 2.198 DIN 4102, material class

B 1. The ballast layer comprises an elastic rubber cork

foil, to which the true-to-scale stone ballast is adhered.

As with all plastic-based products, exibility and elasti-

city are dependent above all on the temperature. For

this reason, STYROSTONE track bedding should not

be laid at room temperatures below 20° C. As the slee-

pers of the model railway tracks are wider at the bottom

than at the top, you should use a hair dryer or the like

to warm the stone ballast to approx. 50° C before pres-

sing in the track. The same applies when removing the

track from the bedding. When the ballast layer cools,

the track is seated so rmly in the bedding that additio-

nal xing with adhesive or nails is no longer necessary.

The track bedding is best glued to the layout base with

STYROPAL contact adhesive. This keeps your track

material clean and enables ist to be re-used should you

decide to dismantle or rebuild your layout.

Notes on the laying of

STYROSTONE track bedding:

In the case of the track bedding for curved and straight

tracks (including exi-track), cuts for the embankment

have already been made, meaning that you only need

to trim o the embankment strips with a sharp craft

knife.

Then coat both the ballast layer and the embankment

with the STYROPAL contact adhesive (using a piece of

foam cut to the shape of a wedge). Allow the STYRO-

PAL contact adhesive to dry on the surfaces and only

then press the two pieces together. To restore the bal-

last, dilute the adhesive 1:15 with water and paint the

adhesive on the ballast. For embankments for straight

points, we recommend the use of our special embank-

ment strips.

Shortening the track bedding: If you need to cut the

track bedding to produce shorter sections, push two

needles through the bedding from the top at the point

where the bedding is to be cut. Now turn the bedding

over, place a steel rule against the tips of the two need-

les and carefully cut through the bedding with a scalpel

or craft knife.

Le présent ballast a été minutieusement fabriqué à la

main en utilisant des produits naturels et des plastiques

de haute qualité. Le corps de ballast est une mousse

dure de polystyrène extrudé qui trouve utilisation dans

les grands modèles comme sous-couches de tracés.

Ce matériau est absolument imputrescible, insensible

aux UV et dicilement inammable selon le certicat

de contrôle PA-III 2 198 DIN 4102 classe B1 des maté-

riaux de construction. Le lit de cailloutis consiste en

une feuille élastique de caoutchouc-liège sur laquelle

est collé le ballast de cailloux reproduits dèlement en

forme et en dimensions.

Comme pour tous les produits en matière plastique,

l'élasticité et la exibilité sont fortement assujettis

à la température. C'est pourquoi la pose du ballast

STYROSTONE ne doit pas se faire au-dessous d'une

température ambiante de 20°. Étant donné que les

traverses des voies de modèle réduit sont plus larges

dessous que dessus, vous devez chauer le lit de

ballast à environ 50° à l'aide d'un sèche-cheveux avant

d'y appuyer les voies. Ce qui vaut aussi pour retirer les

voies du ballast. Après refroidissement de la couche

de ballast, la voie adhère si fortement dans le ballast

qu'une xation supplémentaire avec de la colle ou des

clous est superue. Le collage du ballast sur la base se

fait avantageusement au moyen de l'adhésif de contact

STYROPAL. Ainsi votre matériel de voies ferroviaires

reste toujours propre et réutilisable lors d'un démon-

tage ou d'une éventuelle transformation.

Conseils pour la pose du

ballast STYROSTONE:

Pour les ballasts des voies courbes et des voies

droites (Flex aussi), le remblai est déjà pré-découpé,

de sorte que vous n'avez plus qu'à détacher les

bandes de remblai à l'aide d'un cutter.

Ensuite vous badigeonnez le ballast et le remblai

aussi avec de la colle de contact STYROPAL (utilisez

pour cela un morceau de mousse synthétique taillé en

pointe). Et après avoir laissé sécher la colle de con-

tact STYROPAL sur les surfaces enduites, ap-

puyez-les l'une sur l'autre. Pour un ballastage ultéri-

eur, on enduit le ballast avec de la colle diluée à 1:15

avec de l'eau. Pour les remblais des voies droites

nous recommandons nos bandes de remblai.

Tronçonnage de ballast: Si vous devez tronçonner du

ballast pour obtenir des morceaux plus courts, plantez

une épingle à travers le ballast par le dessus à l'end-

roit où vous voulez le couper, retournez-le, alignez une

règle métallique sur les deux trous d'épingle et tronçon-

nez avec précaution le ballast avec un scalpel ou un

cutter.

Toto kolejové lože bylo vyrobeno z vysoce kvalitních

přírodních a syntetických materiálů pečlivou ruční prací.

Těleso kolejového lože se skládá z extrudované polysty-

renové tvrdé pěny, která se používá jako podložka trasy.

Materiál je absolutně odolný proti hnilobě, ultraalovému

záření a nehořlavý podle PA-III 2. 198 DIN 4102, třída

stavebního materiálu B 1. Štěrkový povrch je vyroben z

elastické gumové korkové fólie, na kterou je nalepen ka-

menný štěrk ve věrné napodobenině tvaru a v měřítku.

Jako u všech plastových výrobků, je jejich pružnost a

ohebnost do značné míry závislá na teplotě. Z toho-

to důvodu by se kolejové lože STYROSTONE nemělo

pokládat při pokojové teplotě pod 20°. Protože pražce

modelových kolejí jsou ve spodní části širší než

nahoře, musíte před zatlačením kolejí štěrkový povrch

nahřát fénem (vysoušečem vlasů) na cca 50°. Totéž

platí také při vyjímání kolejí z kolejového lože. Po vych-

ladnutí kamenné štěrkové vrstvy je kolej v loži usazená

základně, je kontaktní lepidlo STYROPAL. Tak zůstane

Váš kolejový materiál vždy čistý a může být v případě

demontáže nebo rekonstrukce znovu použit.

Pokyny pro pokládání kolejového

lože STYROSTONE:

U kolejového lože pro obloukové i rovné koleje (také ko-

leje Flex) je násep již předem natolik nastřižen, že stačí

příslušné pásy náspu odříznout modelářským nožem.

Poté potřete štěrkový povrch i násep kontaktním

lepidlem STYROPAL (použijte klínovitý seříznutý pro-

užek pěny). Nechte kontaktní lepidlo STYROPAL na

povrchu zaschnout a teprve poté přitiskněte. Pro do-

sypání štěrku potřete štěrk lepidlem zředěným vodou

v poměru 1:15. Pro použití náspů u přímých výhybek

doporučujeme naše náspové pásy.

Zkracování kolejového lože: Pokud potřebujete zkrá-

tit délku kolejového lože, propíchněte lože shora jehlou

na místě, kde chcete lože oddělit. Nyní kolejové lože

otočte, položte mezi oba vpichy ocelové pravítko a lože

pečlivě oddělte skalpelem nebo modelářským nožem.

Niniejsza podłoże toru została wytworzone w staran-

nej pracy ręcznej z zastosowaniem wysokiej jakości

materiałów naturalnych i tworzyw sztucznych. Korpus

podłoża toru zrobiony jest z wytłaczanej polistyrenowej

pianki sztywnej, znajdującej w dużym wzorcu zastoso-

wanie jako podłoże tras. Materiał jest absolutnie odpor-

ny na rozkład, działanie promieniowania UV i trudno pal-

ny zgodnie z PA-III 2. 198 DIN 4102, klasa materiałów

budowlanych B 1. Nawierzchnia tłuczniowa zrobiona

jest z elastycznej folii z korków gumowych, na którą na-

klejono tłuczeń kamienny odpowiedni w kształcie i skali.

Jak w przypadku wszystkich produktów z tworzywa

sztucznego, ich elastyczność zależy w znacznym

stopniu od temperatury. Dlatego podłoże toru STYRO-

STONE powinno być układane w temperaturze poko-

jowej nie niższej niż 20°. Ponieważ podkłady torów

modelu kolejki są na dole szersze niż u góry, należy

nawierzchnię tłuczniową przed wciśnięciem torów

ogrzać suszarką (suszarką do włosów) do temp. ok.

50°. Tak samo należy postępować przy wyjmowaniu

torów z podłoża. Po ostygnięciu nawierzchni tłucznio-

wej tor osadzony jest tak mocno w podłożu, że dodat-

kowe mocowanie za pomocą kleju lub gwoździ jest

zbędne. Podłoże toru należy przykleić do podkładki

najlepiej za pomocą kleju kontaktowego STYROPAL.

Pozwala to na zachowanie materiału torowego w

czystości i ponowne użycie w przypadku demontażu

lub przebudowy.

Wskazówki dotyczące układania podłoża

toru STYROSTONE:

W przypadku podłoża toru dla torów wygiętych i pros-

tych (również Flex) stok jest już tak podcięty, że należy

jeszcze tylko oddzielić wstęgę stoku za pomocą noża

do majsterkowania.

Następnie należy posmarować nawierzchnię tłucz-

niową oraz stok za pomocą kleju kontaktowego STY-

ROPAL (należy użyć do tego paska gąbki przycię-

tego w kształcie klina). Klej kontaktowy STYROPAL

pozostawić na powierzchniach do wyschnięcia i

dopiero wtedy je ścisnąć. Dla dołożenia tłucznia należy

posmarować tłuczeń klejem rozcieńczonym w sto-

sunku 1:15 z wodą. Dla zastosowania stoku dla zwrot-

nic prostych polecamy nasze wstęgi stoku.

Przycinanie podłoża toru na długość: Jeżeli trzeba

przyciąć podłoże toru na długość, aby uzyskać mnie-

jsze odcinki, należy przekłuć igłą podłoże od góry w

miejscu, gdzie ma ono być podzielone. Należy teraz

podłoże przekręcić, w miejscu obu przekłuć położyć

linijkę stalową i ostrożnie rozdzielić podłoże za pomocą

skalpela lub noża do majsterkowania.
