PRODUCT INSTALLATION

› Connect the power cable to the cigarette lighter. Ensure the cable is placed around

the windscreen so as not to obstruct the driver’s view and then fix it securely in

place. Attach the device between the glass and the mirror. This will give you the

optimal picture.

› Do not install in a position which obstructs the driver’s view or distracts them.

› Use only a high-quality microSDHC card of class 10 or higher. For optimal recording

use, we recommend cards with a capacity of at least 8 GB up to a maximum of

32 GB. If this is the first use of the card, we recommend formatting it first.

QUICK FUNCTIONS

› LED light – tap the “ON/OFF” button.

› Parking mode – hold the “PARKING MODE” button.

› Switch OFF screen – tap the “PARKING MODE” button.

› Audio recording – tap the “UP” arrow button.

› File lock – when recording video, lock the current recording by tapping the “MENU”

button.

OPERATING THE DASHCAM

INSERTING A microSDHC CARD

› Insert or remove the microSDHC card from the card slot only when the camera is

turned off and not connected to a computer or power supply.

POWER

› Plug the adapter into the cigarette lighter and with a USB cable, connect it to

the camera mount.

› Camera is designed to be powered continuously. Built-in battery cannot be

removed or replaced.

› Integrated battery is primarily for use in parking mode.

TURNING THE CAMERA ON/OFF

› To switch on the camera, press the ON/OFF button.

› Camera automatically turns on when connected to a power supply.

› To switch off the camera, press and hold the ON/OFF button for 3-5 seconds.

› Camera automatically turns off after disconnecting the power supply.

CHANGING THE SETTINGS

› Press the “MENU” button to enter the settings menu. Use the “UP” and “DOWN”

buttons to scroll through the menu. Click “OK” to confirm your choice.

› To exit the settings menu, press the “MENU” button.

VIDEO MODE

› Recording starts automatically when the dashcam is turned on.

› Press the “OK” button to start / stop the recording.

PHOTO MODE

› Press the “OK” button to take a photo.

PLAYBACK MODE

› Press the “OK” button to start / pause playback of the recording.

› To delete the selected recording, press the “MENU” button and confirm with

the “OK” button.

CHANGING MODES

› Use the “MODE” button to switch between video / photo / playback modes.

CONNECTING TO A PC

› You can also view the recordings by connecting the dashcam to a PC using the

data cable that comes included.

SETTINGS MENU

› Video resolution – Higher resolutions ensure better recording, but also larger file

sizes.

› Loop length – Sets the length of each individual recording. The camera records a

1, 3 or 5 minutes video in a loop. If the memory card becomes full, the dashcam

will start overwriting the oldest recordings. The individual videos follow each other

smoothly.

› G-sensor – Thanks to the G-sensor, the camera can detect an impact, for example

in a traffic accident. As soon as the camera detects an impact, it immediately

protects the shot currently being recorded against being overwritten. The sensitivity

can be set from 2G (lowest) to 8G (highest).

› Parking mode – If an impact is detected by the G-sensor, the camera automatically

turns on and starts recording. After 20 seconds the recording will be saved,

protected and the camera will turn off again. When parking mode is activated, the

display is turned off so as not to attract attention. The sensitivity can be set from

2G (lowest) to 8G (highest). Use the parking mode function with the power supply

disconnected!

› Motion detection – The camera automatically starts recording when it detects

movement in the lens field of view and stops recording after about 10 seconds. If

you stop recording manually or turn off the camera, motion detection is disabled.

The function is for monitoring a parked vehicle, do not use whilst driving. To use

the motion detection function, the camera must be turned on and connected to

the power supply.

› Audio recording – Allows you to mute or unmute the microphone when recording

video. This can be done quickly by pressing the UP button.

› Backlight – Allows you to turn on the LED backlight. Do not use in the car while

driving, but e.g. when an accident is recorded outside the car.

› Screensaver – Sets the screen to turn off automatically when you are not operating

the camera. The time intervals are 3, 5 or 10 minutes, or the screensaver can be

switched off completely.

› Auto Power Off – Allows you to set the dashcam to turn off automatically when

idle after 1 or 3 minutes.

› Photo resolution – Higher resolutions ensure better recording but larger file sizes.

› Exposure – Adjusts the camera exposure to optimize video and photo brightness.

› Date Stamp – Sets whether to display date on the video.

› Language – Sets the preferred language of the camera operating system.

› System Sounds – Allows you to switch ON or OFF the key sound and the welcome

tone.

› Time / Date – Allows you to manually set the current date and time.

› Format SD-Card – This feature deletes all photos and videos on the camera.

Attention, this even includes protected files! We recommend formatting at least

once a month.

› Default Settings – Allows you to reset the camera settings to factory settings.

› FW Version – Learn about the currently installed firmware version.

PRODUKTINSTALLATION

› Das Anschlusskabel sollte in der Form über den Frontscheibenbereich zum

Zigarettenanzünder verlaufen, dass der Fahrer freie Sicht hat. Befestigen Sie das

Anschlusskabel sicher. Befestigen Sie das Gerät zwischen der Scheibe und dem

Rückspiegel. Auf diese Weise erzielen Sie optimale Aufnahmen.

› Installieren Sie das Gerät nicht in einer Position, durch welche die Sicht des Fahrers

behindert oder er abgelenkt würde.

› Verwenden Sie microSDHC-Karten von Markenherstellern der Klasse 10 und

höher. Um die optimale Aufnahmelänge ausnutzen zu können, empfehlen wir

Ihnen, Karten mit einer Kapazität von mindestens 8 GB, höchstens jedoch 32 GB zu

verwenden. Wenn Sie die Speicherkarte das erste Mal verwenden, empfehlen wir

Ihnen, diese zu formatieren.

KURZWAHLFUNKTIONEN

› LED-Dioden-Beleuchtung – durch kurzes Drücken der Taste „EIN/AUS“.

› Parkmodus – durch langes Drücken der Taste „PARKMODUS“.

› Bildschirm ausschalten – durch kurzes Drücken der Taste „PARKMODUS“.

› Videoton – durch kurzes Drücken des Pfeils „NACH OBEN“.

› Dateisperre – während der Videoaufnahme kann die Momentaufnahme durch

kurzes Drücken der Taste „MENÜ“ gesperrt werden.

AUTOKAMERA VERWENDEN

EINLEGEN DER microSDHC-KARTE

› Die microSDHC-Karte legen Sie in den Slot für die microSDHC-Karte ein bzw.

nehmen diese aus dem Slot heraus, wenn die Kamera ausgeschaltet und nicht

an den Rechner oder an eine Versorgungsquelle angeschlossen ist.

VERSORGUNG

› Den Adapter in den Auto-Zigarettenzünder stecken und über USB-Kabel mit der

Kamera-Halterung verbinden.

› Die Kamera ist zur dauerhaften Versorgung bestimmt. Die integrierte Batterie

kann weder herausgenommen noch ausgewechselt werden.

› Die integrierte Batterie ist primär zur Verwendung im Parkmodus bestimmt.

EIN- UND AUSSCHALTEN DER KAMERA

› Die Kamera schalten Sie ein, indem Sie die Taste EIN/AUS drücken.

› Nach dem Anschluss an die Versorgungsquelle schaltet sich die Kamera

automatisch ein.

› Die Kamera schalten Sie aus, indem Sie die Taste EIN/AUS drücken sowie für

einen Zeitraum von 3 bis 5 Sekunden gedrückt halten.

› Die Kamera schaltet sich automatisch aus, nachdem sie von der Ver-

sorgungsquelle getrennt wurde.

EINSTELLUNGEN ÄNDERN

› Mit der „MENÜ“-Taste wechseln Sie zum Menü Einstellungen. Blättern Sie mit

den Tasten „AUF“ und „AB“ durch das Menü. Mit der „OK“-Tate bestätigen Sie

Ihre Wahl.

› Das Menü Einstellungen verlassen Sie mit der „MENÜ“-Taste.

VIDEO-MODUS

› Die Aufnahme startet automatisch beim Einschalten der Autokamera.

› Mit der „OK“-Taste starten/beenden Sie die Aufnahme.

FOTO-MODUS

› Mit der „OK“-Taste nehmen Sie ein Bild auf.

WIEDERGABE-MODUS

› Mit der „OK“-Taste starten/stoppen Sie die Wiedergabe der Aufzeichnung.

› Durch das Drücken der „MENÜ“-Taste und das Bestätigen der „OK“-Taste

entfernen Sie die ausgewählte Aufzeichnung.

MODUS WECHSELN

› Die Modi Video/Foto/Wiedergabe werden mit der „MODE“-Taste gewechselt.

AN PC ANSCHLIESSEN

› Sie können sich die Aufzeichnungen auch durch das Anschließen der Autokamera

an PC über das mitgelieferte Datenkabel ansehen.

EINSTELLEN DER AUTOKAMERA

› Video auflösung – Höhere Auflösung sorgt für eine bessere Aufnahme, aber auch

für größere Dateien.

› Länge der Zeitschleife – Hier wird die Länge der einzelnen Aufzeichnungen

eingestellt. Die Kamera nimmt 1, 3 oder 5 minütige Videos in einer Schleife auf.

Wenn die Speicherkarte voll ist, überschreibt die Kamera die ältesten

Aufzeichnungen. Die einzelnen Videos folgen kontinuierlich aufeinander.

› G-Sensor – Dank dem G-Sensor kann die Kamera einen Aufprall wie z.B. bei einem

Verkehrsunfall erkennen. Sobald die Kamera einen Aufprall erkennt, sichert sie die

aktuell aufgezeichnete Aufnahme sofort gegen Überschreiben. Die Empfindlichkeit

kann zwischen 2G (niedrigste) und 8G (höchste) eingestellt werden.

› Parkmodus – Bei jedem vom G-Sensor erkannten Aufprall schaltet sich die Kamera

automatisch ein und beginnt mit der Aufnahme. Nach 20 Sekunden wird die

Aufnahme gespeichert, gesperrt und die Kamera wieder ausgeschaltet. Wenn der

Parkmodus aktiviert ist, schaltet die Kamera das Display aus, damit er nicht auffällt.

Die Empfindlichkeit kann zwischen 2G (niedrigste) und 8G (höchste) eingestellt

werden. Verwenden Sie die Funktion Parkmodus, wenn die Stromversorgung

unterbrochen ist!

› Bewegungsmelder – Die Kamera beginnt automatisch aufzuzeichnen, wenn

sie eine Bewegung in dem Sichtfeld des Objektivs wahrnimmt und falls eine

Bewegung stattfindet, so ist nach etwa 10 Sekunden die Aufzeichnung beendet.

Falls Sie die Aufzeichnung manuell beenden oder die Kamera ausschalten, wird

Bewegungsmelder der Bewegung deaktiviert. Die Funktion dient der Aufzeichnung

von parkenden Fahrzeugen, verwenden Sie sie nicht während der Fahrt. Wenn

Sie die Funktion Bewegungsmelder verwenden möchten, muss die Kamera

eingeschaltet sein und geladen werden.

› Audioaufnahme – Ermöglicht das Aus- oder Einschalten des Mikrofons beim

Aufnehmen eines Videos. Diese Funktion bietet auch die Möglichkeit der

Schnellwahl durch Drücken der UP-Taste.

› Hintergrundbeleuchtung – Hier können Sie die LED-Hintergrundbeleuchtung

einschalten. Nicht im Auto während der Fahrt verwenden, sondern z. B. bei der

Aufnahme eines Unfalls außerhalb des Fahrzeugs.

› Bildschirmschoner – Legt fest, dass das Display automatisch ausgeschaltet wird,

wenn Sie die Kamera nicht bedienen. Die Zeitintervalle betragen 3, 5 oder 10

Minuten oder der Bildschirmschoner kann vollständig ausgeschaltet werden.

› Automatische Abschaltung – Ermöglicht die Einstellung der automatischen

Abschaltung der Autokamera bei Inaktivität nach 1 oder 3 Minuten.

› Foto auflösung – Höhere Auflösung sorgt für eine bessere Aufnahme, aber auch

für größere Dateien.

› Belichtung – Ermöglicht die Anpassung der Belichtung der Kamera für die

Optimierung der Schärfe des Videos und Fotos.

› Datum anzeigen – Ermöglicht die Einstellung des Wasserzeichens für das Datum,

das im Video angezeigt werden soll.

› Sprache – Einstellen der bevorzugten Kamerasprache.

› Systemtöne – Ermöglicht das Ein- bzw. Ausschalten des Tastentons und des

Begrüßungstons.

› Uhrzeit / Datum – Ermöglicht das manuelle Einstellen des aktuellen Datums und

der aktuellen Uhrzeit.

› SD-Karte formatieren – Diese Funktion löscht alle Fotos und Videos auf der

Kamera. Achtung, auch geschützte! Wir empfehlen, die Formatierung mindestens

einmal im Monat durchzuführen.

› Standardeinstellung – Ermöglicht das Zurücksetzen der Kameraeinstellungen auf

die Werkseinstellungen.

› Firmware-Version – Hier erhalten Sie Informationen zur aktuell installierten

Firmware-Version.
