1.1 Konstruktion und Funktion

Der Quickchange Adapter 4R11 ermöglicht einen schnellen, werk

zeuglosen Wechsel von Prothesenkomponenten. Der Adapter besteht

aus einer Basis und unterschiedlichen Anschlüssen, die zusammen

gesteckt und verriegelt werden.

1.2 Kombinationsmöglichkeiten

Diese Prothesenkomponente ist kompatibel mit dem Ottobock Modu

larsystem. Die Funktionalität mit Komponenten anderer Hersteller, die

über kompatible modulare Verbindungselemente verfügen, wurde

nicht getestet.

Kombinationseinschränkungen

•Kombination mit einem Drehadapter (4R57, 4R57=WR): Den

Drehadapter direkt auf dem Prothesenkniegelenk montieren.

•Verbinden mit einem Justierkern des Modularsystems für

Kinder: Die Reduzierung 4X907=1 in die Justierkernaufnahme

des Quickchange Adapters einsetzen.

2 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

2.1 Verwendungszweck

Das Produkt ist ausschließlich für die exoprothetische Versorgung der

unteren Extremität einzusetzen.

2.2 Einsatzgebiet

Produkt zugelassen bis max. Körpergewicht

• Das maximal zugelassene Körpergewicht ist in den Technischen

Daten angegeben (siehe Seite10).

2.3 Umgebungsbedingungen

Lagerung und Transport

Temperaturbereich -20°C bis +60°C, relative Luftfeuchtigkeit

20% bis 90%, keine mechanischen Vibrationen oder Stöße

Zulässige Umgebungsbedingungen

Temperaturbereich: -10°C bis +45°C

Chemikalien/Flüssigkeiten: Süßwasser, Salzwasser, Schweiß,

Urin, Seifenlauge, Chlorwasser

Feuchtigkeit: Untertauchen: maximal 1h in 3m Tiefe, relative Luft

Reinigen Sie das Produkt nach Kontakt mit Feuchtigkeit/Che

2.4 Lebensdauer

Das Produkt wurde vom Hersteller mit 3 Millionen Belastungszyklen

geprüft. Dies entspricht, je nach Aktivitätsgrad des Benutzers, einer

Lebensdauer von maximal 5Jahren.

Freizeitsport: Die Lebensdauer beträgt maximal 3 Jahre.

Leistungssport: Die Lebensdauer beträgt 1 Jahr.

3 Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise

VORSICHT!

Verletzungsgefahr und Gefahr von Produktschäden

►Halten Sie das Einsatzgebiet des Produkts ein und setzen Sie es

keiner Überbeanspruchung aus (siehe Seite6).

►Beachten Sie die Kombinationsmöglichkeiten/Kombinationsaus

schlüsse in den Gebrauchsanweisungen der Produkte.

►Setzen Sie das Produkt keinen unzulässigen Umgebungsbedin

gungen aus.

►Prüfen Sie das Produkt auf Schäden, wenn es unzulässigen Um

gebungsbedingungen ausgesetzt war.

►Verwenden Sie das Produkt nicht, wenn es beschädigt oder in ei

nem zweifelhaften Zustand ist. Ergreifen Sie geeignete Maßnah

men (z.B. Reinigung, Reparatur, Ersatz, Kontrolle durch den

Hersteller oder eine Fachwerkstatt).

►Beachten Sie eventuelle Herstellerangaben zu Magnetfeldern

(z.B. eines medizinischen Implantats).

Anzeichen von Funktionsveränderungen oder -verlust beim Ge

brauch

Funktionsveränderungen können sich z.B. durch ein verändertes

Gangbild, eine veränderte Positionierung der Prothesenkomponenten

zueinander sowie durch Geräuschentwicklung bemerkbar machen.

INFORMATION

Beachten Sie den Aufbau der Prothese für alle Kombinationen.

►Platzieren Sie den Adapter so in der Prothese, dass Sie die Auf

bauhöhe gut anpassen können (z.B. dicht am Prothesenschaft).

►Führen Sie für jede Kombination von Prothesenkomponenten die

Schritte "Grundaufbau", "Statischer Aufbau" und "Dynamische

Optimierung" durch.

Adapter ausrichten

Die Anschlüsse des Adapters dürfen beliebig nach proximal oder dis

tal ausgerichtet werden. Die Ausrichtung des Adapters nach anterior

oder posterior ist abhängig von seiner Einbauhöhe in der Prothese.

Die drei Kugeln des Verschlussmechanismus werden dabei unter

schiedlich ausgerichtet.

>Voraussetzung: Der Adapter ist zusammengesteckt und verrie

gelt.

1) Die Anschlüsse des Adapters proximal-distal ausrichten.

2) INFORMATION: Ein Punkt auf der Basis zeigt die Position

der einzelnen Kugel an.

Den Adapter anterior-posterior ausrichten, je nach Einbauhöhe in

der Prothese:

→Unterhalb des Kniegelenks: Zwei Kugeln posterior aus

richten, eine Kugel (Punkt) anterior (siehe Abb.2).

→Oberhalb eines Prothesenkniegelenks: Zwei Kugeln an

terior ausrichten, eine Kugel (Punkt) posterior (siehe

Abb.3).

3) Den Prothesenaufbau durchführen.

4) Bei Montage oberhalb eines Prothesenkniegelenks: Das Pro

thesenkniegelenk beugen und prüfen, ob der Adapter das Gelenk

berührt. Bei Berührung geeignete Maßnahmen ergreifen, bei

spielsweise:

→Den Abstand zwischen Adapter und Prothesenkniegelenk

vergrößern.

→Einen Beugeanschlag einsetzen.

Justierkern und Justierkernaufnahme verbinden

Der Justierkern wird mit den Gewindestiften der Justierkernaufnahme

fixiert.

>Benötigte Materialien: Drehmomentschlüssel (z.B. 710D20),

Loctite241 636K13

1) Wenn eine Komponente des Kinder-Modularsystem verbun

den wird: Die Reduzierung 4X907=1 in die Justierkernaufnahme

des Quickchange Adapters einsetzen.

2) Kein Loctite während der Anprobe verwenden.

Anprobe: Die Gewindestifte eindrehen und anziehen.

Kinder-Modularsystem: 9Nm

Modularsystem: 10Nm

3) Definitive Montage: Die Gewindestifte mit Loctite sichern und

anziehen.

Kinder-Modularsystem: 9Nm

Modularsystem: Vorziehen 10Nm, dann anziehen 15Nm

4) Zu weit herausstehende oder zu tief eingeschraubte Gewinde

stifte ersetzen (siehe Seite7).

Justieren

Mit den Gewindestiften der Justierkernaufnahme kann der Aufbau der

Prothese angepasst werden.

Austauschen und Demontieren

Um die mit den Gewindestiften eingestellte Position beizubehalten:

Nur die beiden am tiefsten eingeschraubten, nebeneinander liegen

den Gewindestifte herausschrauben.

6 Gebrauch

Die beiden Teile des Adapters können nach dem Entriegeln auseinan

der gezogen werden. Nach dem Wechseln der Prothesenkomponen

ten wird der Adapter wieder verriegelt.

>Voraussetzung: Der Benutzer sitzt oder die Prothese wird nicht

getragen.

>Voraussetzung: Die Teile des Adapters sind sauber und frei von

Staub oder Sand.

1) Den Verschlussring drehen, um den Adapter zu entriegeln (siehe

Abb.4).

2) Die beiden Teile des Adapters auseinander ziehen.

3) Eventuelle Verschmutzungen mit einem trockenen Tuch entfer

nen.

4) Den Wechsel vornehmen und den Adapter zusammenstecken.

5) INFORMATION: Unterstützen Sie Kinder beim Verriegeln

des Adapters.

Den Verschlussring drehen, um den Adapter zu verriegeln (siehe

Abb.4).

6) Den Verschlussring bei belasteter Prothese noch etwas nachzie

hen.

7 Reinigung

►Reinigen Sie das Produkt nur gemäß den Anweisungen in die

sem Kapitel.

►Beachten Sie für die Prothese die Reinigungshinweise aller Pro

thesenkomponenten.

Feststoffe wie Staub oder Sand können das Zusammenstecken und

Verriegeln der beiden Teile des Adapters behindern. Darum muss bei

der Reinigung besonders auf das Entfernen von Staub und Sand ge

achtet werden.

Reinigen mit Wasser

1) Den Adapter entriegeln und auseinander ziehen.

2) Die beiden Teile des Adapters entweder mit sauberem Wasser

abspülen oder mit einem feuchten Tuch reinigen.

3) Die Teile mit einem weichen Tuch abtrocknen und an der Luft

trocknen lassen.

Reinigen mit Druckluft

Für eine tiefgehende Reinigung, zum Beispiel während einer Kontrolle

der Prothese, kann ölfreie Druckluft verwendet werden.

►Den Adapter mit ölfreier Druckluft ausblasen.

8 Wartung

►Die Prothesenkomponenten nach den ersten 30Tagen Gebrauch

einer Sichtprüfung und Funktionsprüfung unterziehen.

HINWEIS! Die einzelnen Komponenten des Quickchange Adapters

nutzen sich unterschiedlich ab, je nach Häufigkeit und Intensität der

Nutzung. Bringen Sie zur Kontrolle immer alle Komponenten, die mit

einander verbunden werden können, mit.

►Während der regelmäßigen Kontrolle: Die Prothese auf Abnut

zungserscheinungen überprüfen und die Funktion kontrollieren.

►Jährliche Sicherheitskontrollen durchführen.

9 Entsorgung

Das Produkt nicht mit unsortiertem Hausmüll entsorgen. Eine unsach

gemäße Entsorgung kann sich schädlich auf die Umwelt und die Ge

sundheit auswirken. Beachten Sie die Angaben der zuständigen Be

hörde Ihres Landes zu Rückgabe, Sammel- und Entsorgungsverfah

ren.

10 Rechtliche Hinweise

Alle rechtlichen Bedingungen unterliegen dem jeweiligen Landesrecht

des Verwenderlandes und können dementsprechend variieren.

10.1 Haftung

Der Hersteller haftet, wenn das Produkt gemäß den Beschreibungen

und Anweisungen in diesem Dokument verwendet wird. Für Schäden,

die durch Nichtbeachtung dieses Dokuments, insbesondere durch

unsachgemäße Verwendung oder unerlaubte Veränderung des Pro

dukts verursacht werden, haftet der Hersteller nicht.

10.2 CE-Konformität

Das Produkt erfüllt die Anforderungen der Verordnung (EU) 2017/745

über Medizinprodukte. Die CE-Konformitätserklärung kann auf der

1.1 Construction and Function

The 4R11 Quickchange adapter makes it possible to quickly change

prosthetic components without tools. The adapter consists of a base

and various connectors that are plugged together and locked into

place.

1.2 Combination possibilities

This prosthetic component is compatible with Ottobock's system of

modular connectors. Functionality with components of other manufac

turers that have compatible modular connectors has not been tested.

Limited combination options

•Combination with a rotation adapter (4R57, 4R57=WR): Fit

the rotation adapter directly onto the prosthetic knee joint.

•Connect to a pyramid of the modular system for children:

Insert reducer 4X907=1 into the pyramid receiver of the

Quickchange adapter.

2 Intended use

2.1 Indications for use

The product is intended exclusively for lower limb exoprosthetic fit

tings.

2.2 Area of application

3 General safety instructions

CAUTION!

Risk of injury and risk of product damage

►Comply with the product's field of application and do not expose

it to excessive strain (see page11).

►Note the combination possibilities/combination exclusions in the

instructions for use of the products.

►Do not expose the product to prohibited environmental condi

tions.

►Check the product for damage if it has been exposed to prohib

ited environmental conditions.

►Do not use the product if it is damaged or in a questionable con

dition. Take suitable measures (e.g.cleaning, repair, replace

ment, inspection by the manufacturer or a specialist workshop).

►Observe the maximum lifetime of the product.

►To prevent mechanical damage, use caution when working with

the product.

►If you suspect the product is damaged, check it for proper func

tion and readiness for use.

►Do not use the product if its functionality is restricted. Take suit

able measures (e.g.cleaning, repair, replacement, inspection by

the manufacturer or a specialist workshop).

►Keep the product away from devices and items that are sensitive

to magnetic fields. (e.g.pacemakers, electronic devices, swipe

cards). The magnets in the product may affect or damage other

devices and objects.

►Pay attention to any information of the manufacturer regarding

magnetic fields (e.g.for a medical implant).

Signs of changes in or loss of functionality during use

Among other factors, changes in functionality can be indicated by an

altered gait pattern, a change in the positioning of the prosthetic com

ponents relative to each other and by the development of noises.

5 Preparing the product for use

CAUTION

►Clean the threads before every installation.

►Apply the specified torque values.

►Follow the instructions regarding the length of the screws and

about how to secure the screws.

INFORMATION

Observe the alignment of the prosthesis for all combinations.

►Position the adapter in the prosthesis in a way that makes it easy

to adjust the structural height (e.g.close to the socket).

►Perform the “basic configuration,” “static alignment” and

“dynamic optimisation” steps for each prosthetic component

combination.

Aligning the adapter

The adapter connections can be aligned proximally or distally as

required. The anterior or posterior alignment of the adapter is depend

ent upon its build height in the prosthesis. In the process of this, the

three balls of the locking mechanism are aligned in different direc

tions.

>Prerequisite: The adapter is connected and locked into place.

1) Carry out proximal/distal alignment of the adapter connections.

2) INFORMATION: A point on the base indicates the position of

each sphere.

Carry out anterior/posterior alignment of the adapter according to

the build height in the prosthesis:

→Below the knee joint: Align two of the balls in the posteri

or, align one ball (with the point) in the anterior (see fig.2).

→Above a prosthetic knee joint: Align two balls in the

anterior, align one ball (with the point) in the posterior (see

fig.3).

3) Carry out the prosthetic alignment.

4) For assembly above a prosthetic knee joint: Flex the prosthet

ic knee joint and check whether the adapter is touching the joint.

Take appropriate measures if they are touching, for example:

→Increase the distance between the adapter and prosthetic

knee joint.

→Insert a flexion stop.

Connecting the pyramid adapter and pyramid receiver

The pyramid adapter is fixed with the set screws of the pyramid receiv

er.

>Required materials: Torque wrench (e.g.710D20), Loctite241

1) When a component of the modular system for children is

connected: Insert reducer 4X907=1 into the pyramid receiver of

the Quickchange adapter.

2) Do not use Loctite during the fitting.

Fitting: Screw in and tighten the set screws.

Modular system for children: 9Nm

Modular system: 10Nm

3) Final assembly: Secure the set screws with Loctite and tighten

them.

Modular system for children: 9Nm

Modular system: Pull forward 10Nm, then tighten 15Nm

4) Replace set screws that are protruding or have been screwed in

too far (see page12).

Adjustment

The set screws of the pyramid receiver can be used to adjust the

alignment of the prosthesis.

Replacement and disassembly

To keep the position that was set using the set screws: Only unscrew

the two adjacent set screws that are screwed in the furthest.

6 Use

Both parts of the adapter can be pulled apart after they are unlocked.

After the prosthetic components are changed, the adapter is locked

once more.

>Prerequisite: The user is sitting or the prosthesis is not being

worn.

>Prerequisite: The adapter's parts are clean and free of dust or

sand.

1) Rotate the locking ring to unlock the adapter (see fig.4).

2) Pull apart both parts of the adapter.

3) Use a dry cloth to remove any soiling.

4) Make the change and plug the adapter back together.

5) INFORMATION: Help children to lock the adapter.

Rotate the locking ring to lock the adapter (see fig.4).

6) Retighten the locking ring slightly while the prosthesis is under

load.

7 Cleaning

CAUTION

Use of unsuitable cleaning agents or disinfectants

Impairment of functionality and damage due to incorrect cleaning

agents or disinfectants

►Clean the product only according to the instructions given in this

section.

►For the prosthesis, observe the cleaning instructions for all pros

thetic components.

Solids such as dust or sand can prevent the two parts of the adapter

from connecting and locking together. As a result, special attention

must be paid when removing dust and sand during cleaning.

Cleaning with water

1) Unlock the adapter and pull apart.

2) Either rinse both parts of the adapter with clean water or clean

with a damp cloth.

3) Dry the parts with a soft cloth and leave to air dry.

Cleaning with compressed air

Oil-free compressed air can be used for in-depth cleaning, for

8 Maintenance

►A visual inspection and functional test of the prosthetic compo

NOTICE! The individual components of the Quickchange adapter

show signs of wear differently depending on frequency and intensity

of use. Always bring all of the components that can be connected to

each other for inspection.

►During regular inspection: Inspect the prosthesis for signs of

1.1 Conception et fonctionnement

L’adaptateur Quickchange 4R11 permet de remplacer rapidement

des composants de la prothèse, sans outils. L’adaptateur se compose

d’une base et de différents raccords connectés ensemble et ver

rouillés.

1.2 Combinaisons possibles

Ce composant prothétique est compatible avec le système modulaire

Ottobock. Le fonctionnement avec des composants d’autres fabri

cants disposant de connecteurs modulaires compatibles n’a pas été

testé.

Limitations de combinaisons

•Combinaison avec un adaptateur rotatif (4R57, 4R57=WR):

monter l’adaptateur rotatif directement sur l’articulation de genou

prothétique.

•Connexion à une pyramide du système modulaire pour les

enfants: insérer la réduction 4X907=1 dans le logement pour py

ramide de l’adaptateur Quickchange.

2 Utilisation conforme

2.1 Usage prévu

Le produit est exclusivement destiné à l’appareillage exoprothétique

des membres inférieurs.

2.2 Domaine d’application

Produit admis pour un poids corporel max.

• Le poids corporel maximum admissible est indiqué dans le cha

pitre consacré aux caractéristiques techniques (consulter la

page19).

2.3 Conditions d’environnement

Entreposage et transport

Plage de températures -20°C à +60°C, humidité relative 20% à

90%, aucune vibration mécanique ou choc

2.4 Durée de vie

Le fabricant a contrôlé le produit en le soumettant à 3millions de

cycles de charge. Ceci correspond, en fonction du degré d’activité de

l'utilisateur, à une durée de vie maximale de 5ans.

Sport de loisirs: la durée de vie maximale est de 3ans.

Sports de performance: La durée de vie est d’un an.

3 Consignes générales de sécurité

PRUDENCE!

Risque de blessure et risque de détérioration du produit

►Respecter le domaine d’application du produit et ne pas l’exposer

à une sollicitation excessive (consulter la page15).

►Respecter les combinaisons possibles/exclues qui sont indiquées

dans les notices d’utilisation des produits.

►Ne pas exposer le produit à des conditions ambiantes non autori

sées.

►En cas d’exposition à des conditions ambiantes non autorisées,

vérifier que le produit n’a subi aucun dommage.

►N’utilisez pas le produit s’il est endommagé ou en cas de doute

sur son état. Prenez les mesures nécessaires (p.ex. nettoyage,

réparation, remplacement, contrôle par le fabricant ou un atelier

spécialisé).

►Respecter la durée de vie maximale du produit.

►Manipuler le produit avec précaution pour éviter toute dommage

mécanique.

►En cas de doute sur l’état du produit, vérifier qu’il est bien en état

de fonctionner.

►Ne pas utiliser le produit si sa fonctionnalité est limitée. Prendre

les mesures nécessaires (p.ex. nettoyage, réparation, remplace

►Tenir le produit éloigné des appareils et des objets sensibles aux

champs magnétiques (p.ex. stimulateurs cardiaques, appareils

électroniques, cartes magnétiques). Les aimants qui se trouvent

d’autres appareils et objets.

►Respecter les recommandations éventuelles du fabricant sur les

champs magnétiques (p.ex. dans le cas d’un implant médical).

Signes de modification ou de perte de fonctionnalité détectés

lors de l’utilisation

Une modification de la démarche, un changement du positionnement

des composants prothétiques les uns par rapport aux autres ainsi que

l’émission de bruits constituent des exemples de signes qui

confirment des modifications de la fonctionnalité.

Prendre en considération l’alignement de la prothèse pour toutes

les combinaisons.

►Placer l’adaptateur dans la prothèse de manière à pouvoir ajus

ter correctement la hauteur de montage (parexemple, près de la

prothèse).

►Pour chaque combinaison de composants prothétiques, suivre

les étapes «Alignement de base», «Alignement statique» et

«Optimisation dynamique».

Aligner l’adaptateur

Les raccords de l’adaptateur peuvent être orientés de manière proxi

male ou bien distale. L’orientation de l’adaptateur en position anté

rieure ou postérieure dépend de sa hauteur de montage dans la pro

thèse. Les trois billes du mécanisme de verrouillage sont alors orien

tées différemment.

>Condition: l’adaptateur est branché et verrouillé.

1) Aligner les raccords de l’adaptateur dans le sens proximal-distal.

2) INFORMATION: Un point sur la base indique la position de

chaque bille.

Aligner l’adaptateur en position antérieure-postérieure selon la

hauteur de montage dans la prothèse:

→En dessous de l’articulation du genou: aligner deux

billes en position postérieure, une bille (point) en position

antérieure (voir ill.2).

→Au-dessus d’une articulation de genou prothétique: ali

gner deux billes en position antérieure, une bille (point) en

position postérieure (voir ill.3).

3) Exécuter l’alignement de la prothèse.

4) En cas de montage au-dessus d’une articulation de genou

prothétique: fléchir l’articulation de genou prothétique et vérifier

si l’adaptateur touche l’articulation. Prendre les mesures appro

priées en cas de contact, par exemple:

→Augmenter la distance entre l’adaptateur et l’articulation de

genou prothétique.

→Utiliser une butée de flexion.

Raccordement de la pyramide et du logement pour pyramide

La pyramide est fixée avec les tiges filetées du logement pour pyra

mide.

>Matériaux nécessaires: clé dynamométrique (parexemple

710D20), Loctite241 636K13

1) Lorsqu’un composant du système modulaire pour enfant est

relié: Insérer la réduction 4X907=1 dans le logement pour pyra

mide de l’adaptateur Quickchange.

2) Ne pas utiliser de Loctite pendant l’essayage.

Essayage: visser et serrer les vis sans tête.

Système modulaire pour enfants: 9Nm

Système modulaire: 10Nm

3) Montage définitif: fixer et visser les vis sans tête avec Loctite.

Système modulaire pour enfants: 9Nm

Système modulaire: avancer 10Nm, puis visser 15Nm

4) Remplacer les vis sans tête qui dépassent ou qui sont vissées

trop profondément (consulter la page16).

Ajustement

Les vis sans tête du logement pour pyramide permettent d’ajuster

l’alignement de la prothèse.

Remplacement et démontage

Pour conserver la position réglée avec les vis sans tête: dévisser uni

quement les deux vis sans tête juxtaposées les plus enfoncées.

6 Utilisation

Les deux parties de l’adaptateur peuvent être séparées après le dé

verrouillage. Après le remplacement des composants de la prothèse,

l’adaptateur se verrouille à nouveau.

>Condition: l’utilisateur est assis ou la prothèse n’est pas portée.

>Condition: les pièces de l’adaptateur sont propres et exemptes

de poussière et de sable.

1) Tourner la bague de serrage pour déverrouiller l’adaptateur (voir

ill.4).

2) Séparer les deux parties de l’adaptateur.

3) Éliminer toute saleté éventuelle à l’aide d’un chiffon sec.

4) Effectuer le changement et raccorder l’adaptateur.

5) INFORMATION: Aider les enfants à verrouiller l’adaptateur.

Tourner la bague de serrage pour verrouiller l’adaptateur (voir

ill.4).

6) Resserrer encore un peu la bague de serrage si la prothèse est

chargée.

7 Nettoyage

PRUDENCE

Utilisation de nettoyant ou de désinfectant non appropriés

Limitation de la fonctionnalité et dommages provoqués par un net

toyant ou un désinfectant non appropriés

►Nettoyez le produit uniquement en respectant les instructions de

ce chapitre.

►Pour le nettoyage de la prothèse, respectez les consignes de

nettoyage de tous les composants prothétiques.

Les corps solides tels que la poussière ou le sable peuvent empêcher

le raccordement et le verrouillage des deux parties de l’adaptateur.

C’est pourquoi une attention particulière doit être accordée à

l’élimination de la poussière et du sable lors du nettoyage.

Nettoyage à l’eau

1) Déverrouiller l’adaptateur et le démonter.

2) Rincer les deux parties de l’adaptateur avec de l’eau propre ou

les nettoyer avec un chiffon humide.

3) Sécher les parties avec un chiffon doux et laisser sécher à l’air

libre.

Nettoyage à l’air comprimé

Pour un nettoyage en profondeur, par exemple lors d’une vérification

de la prothèse, il est possible d’utiliser de l’air comprimé sans huile.

►Gonfler l’adaptateur d’air comprimé sans huile.

8 Maintenance

►Faites examiner (contrôle visuel et contrôle du fonctionnement)

les composants prothétiques après les 30 premiers jours

d’utilisation.

AVIS! Les différents composants de l’adaptateur Quickchange

s’utilisent différemment selon la fréquence et l’intensité d’utilisation.

Toujours apporter tous les composants qui peuvent être connectés

entre eux lors du contrôle.

►Pendant le contrôle régulier: vérifiez si la prothèse présente des

signes d’usure et contrôlez son fonctionnement.

►Effectuez des contrôles de sécurité une fois par an.

9 Mise au rebut

Il est interdit d’éliminer ce produit avec des ordures ménagères non

triées. Une mise au rebut non conforme peut avoir des répercussions

négatives sur l’environnement et la santé. Respectez les prescriptions

des autorités compétentes de votre pays concernant les procédures

de retour, de collecte et de recyclage des déchets.

10 Informations légales

Toutes les conditions légales sont soumises à la législation nationale

du pays d’utilisation concerné et peuvent donc présenter des varia

tions en conséquence.

10.1 Responsabilité

Le fabricant est responsable si le produit est utilisé conformément aux
