Introduction

Congratulations on the purchase of your new appli-

ance. You have selected a high quality product.

The operating instructions are part of this product.

They contain important information on safety, usage

and disposal. Before using the product, familiarise

yourself with all handling and safety instructions.

Use the product only as described and for the range

of applications speciﬁed. Hand over all documents

when the product is passed on to a third party.

Intended use

This appliance is designed for inﬂating bicycle tires,

inﬂatable mattresses, sport balls, inﬂatable dinghies,

etc. in conjunctions with the supplied adapter. Any

other usage of or modiﬁcation to the appliance is

deemed to be improper and carries signiﬁcant risk

of accidents. The manufacturer accepts no responsi-

bility for damage(s) resulting from improper usage.

The appliance is not intended for commercial use.

General Safety Warnings

WARNING!

► Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Fail-

ure to follow the warnings and instructions may

result in electric shock, ﬁre and/or serious injury.

Save all warnings and instructions for future

reference.

The term "power tool" in the warnings refers to your

mains-operated (corded) compressor.

1. Work area safety

a) Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered

or dark areas invite accidents.

b) Do not operate power tools in explosive at-

mospheres, such as in the presence of ﬂam-

mable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools cre-

ate sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.

c) Keep children and bystanders away while

operating a power tool. Distractions can cause

you to lose control.

2. Electrical safety

a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet.

Never modify the plug in any way.

Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed

(grounded) power tools. Unmodiﬁed plugs

and matching outlets will reduce risk of electric

shock.

b) Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded

surfaces, such as pipes, radiators, ranges and

refrigerators. There is an increased risk of elec-

tric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.

c) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet

conditions. Water entering a power tool will

increase the risk of electric shock.

d) Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for

carrying, pulling or unplugging the power

tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp

edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled

cords increase the risk of electric shock.

e) If operating a power tool in a damp location

is unavoidable, use a residual current device

(RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD re-

duces the risk of electric shock.

3. Personal safety

a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and

use common sense when operating a power

tool. Do not use a power tool while you are

tired or under the inﬂuence of drugs, alcohol

or medication. A moment of inattention while

operating power tools may result in serious

personal injury.

b) Use personal protective equipment. Always

wear eye protection. Protective equipment such

as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat,

or hearing protection used for appropriate

conditions will reduce personal injuries.

c) Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the

switch is in the oﬀ-position before connecting

to power source and/or battery pack, picking

up or carrying the tool. Carrying power tools

with your ﬁnger on the switch or energising power

tools that have the switch on invites accidents.

d) Remove any adjusting key or wrench before

turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key

left attached to a rotating part of the power tool

may result in personal injury.

e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and

balance at all times. This enables better control

of the power tool in unexpected situations.

f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or

jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves

away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewel-

lery or long hair can be caught in moving parts.

g) If devices are provided for the connection of

dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure

these are connected and properly used.

Use of dust collection can reduce dust-related

hazards.

4. Power tool use and care

a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct

power tool for your application. The correct

power tool will do the job better and safer at

the rate for which it was designed.

b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does not

turn it on and oﬀ. Any power tool that cannot

be controlled with the switch is dangerous and

must be repaired.

c) Disconnect the plug from the power source

and/or the battery pack from the power tool

before making any adjustments, changing

accessories, or storing power tools. Such

preventive safety measures reduce the risk of

starting the power tool accidentally.

d) Store idle power tools out of the reach of

children and do not allow persons unfamiliar

with the power tool or these instructions to

operate the power tool. Power tools are

dangerous in the hands of untrained users.

e) Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment

or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts

and any other condition that may aﬀect the

power tool’s operation. If damaged, have

the power tool repaired before use. Many ac-

cidents are caused by poorly maintained power

tools.

f) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly

maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges

are less likely to bind and are easier to control.

g) Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits

etc. in accordance with these instructions,

taking into account the working conditions

and the work to be performed. Use of the

power tool for operations diﬀerent from those

intended could result in a hazardous situation.

5. Service

a) Have your power tool serviced by a qualiﬁed

repair person using only identical replace-

ment parts. This will ensure that the safety of

the power tool is maintained.

b) Always arrange for the exchange of the plug

or the power cord to be carried out by the

manufacturer of the appliance or by its ap-

proved customer services. This will ensure that

the safety of the power tool is maintained.

Device-speciﬁc safety instructions

■ This appliance may not be used by children or

people with reduced physical, sensory or mental ca-

pabilities or a lack of experience and knowledge.

Children must not use the appliance as a plaything.

Cleaning and user maintenance tasks may not be

carried out by children unless they are supervised.

■ Avoid using the compressor at temperatures

below +5 degrees.

■ Never leave the compressor unsupervised while

it is in use.

■ Ensure that the ON/OFF switch

is turned oﬀ

when connecting to the mains power supply.

■ Caution! Operate the compressor only for a

short time. The appliance may overheat if oper-

ated continuously for longer than 10 minutes.

Switch the appliance oﬀ immediately and allow

it to cool down for at least 10 minutes.

■ Risk of injury! Do not pump any objects up to

more than the intended pressure. They could

burst and cause injury and/or material damage.

■ Do not exceed the permissible output range of

the compressor. Do not pump up any lorry,

tractor or other large tires.

■ Do not work with any materials that are or could

be easily inﬂammable or explosive.

■ Never use the appliance for purposes other

than the ones for which it was designed.

■ The appliance must always be kept clean, dry

and free from oil or grease.

■ Never use gasoline or other inﬂammable liquids

to clean the unit! Vapours remaining in the ap-

pliance could be ignited by sparks and lead to

the explosion of the appliance!

■ Remain alert at all times! Never use the appli-

ance when you are distracted or don’t feel well.

Safety instructions for working with

compressed air and blow-out guns

■ The compressor and hoses can get very hot dur-

ing operation. Touching them can cause burns.

■ The gases or vapours sucked in by the compres-

sor intake must be kept free of admixtures that

could lead to ﬁres or explosions inside the

compressor.

■ When removing the hose coupling, always hold

the hose coupling ﬁrmly to avoid injury caused

by the hose ﬂying oﬀ.

■ When working with the blow-out gun, wear

goggles. Foreign bodies and blown out parti-

cles can easily cause injuries.

■ Do not direct the blow-out gun at people or use

it to clean clothing you are wearing.

■ Check all connections and supply lines. All

maintenance units, couplings and hoses must

correspond to the appliance parameters in

terms of pressure and air ﬂow. Excessively low

pressure will adversely aﬀect the function of the

appliance; excessively high pressure can cause

property damage and personal injury. Protect

the hoses against kinking, constriction, solvents

and sharp edges.

■ Ensure that the hose clamps are always tight.

Loose or damaged hose clamps can allow air

to escape in an uncontrolled manner.

■ Replace a damaged hose immediately. A faulty

supply line can cause a compressed-air hose to

thrash about and cause personal injury.

■ Do not breathe in the exhaust air directly.

■ The hose must be designed for at least 150% of

the maximum pressure generated in the system.

■ The tool and the supply hose must be ﬁtted with

a hose coupling that allows the pressure of the

coupling hose to be dispersed completely during

disconnection.

■ WARNING! An undersized compressed air sys-

tem will reduce the eﬃciency of your appliance.

■ Avoid getting exhaust air in your eyes.

The exhaust air from the appliance may contain

water, oil, metal particles or impurities from the

compressor. This can cause damage to health.

WARNING!

► Take care when putting down the appliance!

Always put the appliance down so it does not

lie on the ON/OFF switch

. Under certain

circumstances, this could cause an accidental

activation of the appliance which, in turn,

could lead to hazards.

Operation

NOTE

► The appliance vibrates during operation.

Therefore, always put it down during opera-

tion. There are four feet

on the bottom of

the appliance for this purpose.

♦ Remove the required accessories from the ac-

cessory compartment

Switching on and oﬀ

Switching the appliance on:

♦ Move the ON/OFF switch into the position

"I" to switch the appliance on. The integrated

control lamp lights up.

Switching the appliance oﬀ:

♦ Move the ON/OFF switch

into the position

"O" to switch the appliance oﬀ. The integrated

control lamp goes out.

CAUTION!

► Caution! This appliance is not designed for

continuous operation. To prevent the motor

from overheating, the appliance may only be

used as follows: within a period of 10 min-

utes the appliance may only be operated at

the rated power input for 15% of the period,

in other words, 1.5 minutes. During the rest of

the time period (cooling phase 8.5 minutes),

the appliance cools down again.

Compressed air hose with quick coupler

Connecting:

♦ Push the compressed air connector into the

quick coupler of the compressed air hose ,

the sleeve automatically springs forwards.

Cutting:

♦ Pull back the sleeve on the quick coupler of

the compressed air hose

and remove the

compressed air connector .

CAUTION!

► Caution! When disconnecting the quick

coupler of the compressed air hose

, hold

the coupler ﬁrmly to prevent injuries caused

by the hose ﬂying oﬀ.

Inﬂation

with adapter

Schrader valve

Area of use:

This application allows for a simple and accurate

inﬂation. The manometer

is used to check the

tire pressure. Thanks to the integrated release valve

it is possible to reduce the tire pressure if it is

too high.

ATTENTION!

► Please note, the manometer

is not cali-

brated! After inﬂation, always check the tire

pressure immediately, for example, at a petrol

station.

♦ Ensure that the ON/OFF switch

is set to "O".

♦ Press the lever quick coupler

downwards to

attach it.

♦ Place the lever quick coupler

onto the valve

and then release the lever.

♦ Insert the mains plug

of the compressor into

a mains power socket.

♦ Switch the ON/OFF switch

to "I". The inte-

grated control lamp lights up.

♦ Pull the trigger

♦ Read the air pressure from the manometer

Maintenance and cleaning

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY! Switch

the appliance oﬀ and remove the

power plug before commencing any

work to the appliance.

■ Do not use any sharp objects to clean the

appliance. Never permit ﬂuids to penetrate

inside the appliance. The appliance could be

damaged.

■ The appliance is maintenance-free.

■ Ensure that the appliance has cooled down

completely, otherwise there is a risk of burns.

■ The appliance must be depressurised before

all cleaning and maintenance tasks. To do this,

open the release valve

until no more air

escapes.

■ Clean the appliance regularly, preferably im-

mediately after completion of the work.

■ Clean the housing with a dry cloth – do NOT

use petrol, solvents or cleaners that can attack

the plastic.

■ Ensure that no water gets into the appliance.

■ Ventilation openings must never be obstructed.

NOTE

► Replacement parts not listed (such as adapter

nozzles, switch) can be ordered via our

service hotline.

NOTE

This appliance is maintenance free. Never open

the appliance. The appliance may only be re-

paired by an authorised service centre or Cus-

tomer Service. If one of the faults listed below

occurs, note the following:

♦ Disconnect the appliance from any power

supply.

♦ Allow the appliance to cool down and wait a

short while for the residual energy to neutralise.

♦ Ensure that the appliance is in good working

condition.

The packaging consists of environmentally

friendly material. It can be disposed of in

the local recycling containers.

Do not dispose of power tools in

your normal household waste!

European Directive 2012/19/EU requires that

worn-out power tools be collected separately and

recycled in an environmentally compatible manner.

Your local community or municipal authorities can

provide information on how to dispose of the worn-

out appliance.

Dear Customer,

This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from

the date of purchase. If this product has any faults,

you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your

statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the

warranty described below.

Warranty conditions

The validity period of the warranty starts from the

date of purchase. Please keep your original receipt

in a safe place. This document will be required as

proof of purchase.

If any material or production fault occurs within

three years of the date of purchase of the product,

we will either repair or replace the product for you

at our discretion. This warranty service is depend-

ent on you presenting the defective appliance and

the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written

description of the fault and its time of occurrence.

If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product

will either be repaired or replaced by us. The repair

or replacement of a product does not signify the

beginning of a new warranty period.

Warranty period and statutory claims for

defects

The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs

eﬀected under the warranty. This also applies to

replaced and repaired components. Any damage

and defects present at the time of purchase must

be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs

carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall

be subject to a fee.

Scope of the warranty

This appliance has been manufactured in accordance

with strict quality guidelines and inspected meticu-

lously prior to delivery.

The warranty covers material faults or production

faults. The warranty does not extend to product parts

subject to normal wear and tear or fragile parts such

as switches, batteries, baking moulds or parts made

of glass.

The warranty does not apply if the product has been

damaged, improperly used or improperly maintained.

The directions in the operating instructions for the

product regarding proper use of the product are

to be strictly followed. Uses and actions that are

discouraged in the operating instructions or which

are warned against must be avoided.

This product is intended solely for private use and

not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall be

deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling,

use of force and modiﬁcations/repairs which have

not been carried out by one of our authorised

Bevezető

Gratulálunk új készüléke megvásárlásához. Vásár-

lásával kiváló minőségű termék mellett döntött.

A használati útmutató a termék része. Fontos tud-

nivalókat tartalmaz a biztonságra, használatra és

ártalmatlanításra vonatkozóan. A termék haszná-

lata előtt ismerkedjen meg valamennyi használati

és biztonsági utasítással. Csak a leírtak szerint és a

megadott célokra használja a készüléket. A készülék

harmadik személynek továbbadása esetén adja át

a készülékhez tartozó valamennyi leírást is.

Rendeltetésszerű használat

A készülékkel a készülékhez kapott adapter segít-

ségével kerékpár-gumiabroncsokat, felfújható mat-

racokat, sportlabdákat, gumicsónakokat stb. lehet

felfújni. A készülék minden más felhasználása nem

rendeltetésszerűnek minősül és jelentős balesetve-

szélyt okozhat. Nem rendeltetésszerű használatból

eredő károkért nem vállalunk felelősséget. A készü-

lék nem alkalmas ipari használatra.

utasítások

FIGYELMEZTETÉS!

► Olvassa el az összes biztonsági előírást és

utasítást. A biztonsági előírások és utasítások

ﬁgyelmen kívül hagyása áramütést, tüzet és/

vagy súlyos sérüléseket okozhat.

Őrizze meg az összes biztonsági előírást és

utasítást későbbi használatra.

A biztonsági előírásokban használt „elektromos

kéziszerszám“ kifejezés hálózatról üzemeltetett

elektromos kompresszorokra vonatkozik.

1. Munkahelyi biztonság

a) Tartsa tisztán és jól megvilágítva a munkate-

rületét. A rendetlenség és a rosszul megvilágí-

tott munkaterület balesetet okozhat.

b) Ne dolgozzon a készülékkel olyan robba-

násveszélyes környezetben, ahol gyúlékony

folyadékok, gázok vagy porok vannak. Az

elektromos kéziszerszámok szikráznak, amik

meggyújthatják a port vagy gőzöket.

c) Az elektromos kéziszerszám használata köz-

ben ne engedjen közel gyermekeket és más

személyeket. Ha elterelik a ﬁgyelmét, elveszít-

heti uralmát a készülék felett.

2. Elektromos biztonság

a) Az elektromos kéziszerszám csatlakozódugója

illeszkedjen a csatlakozóaljzatba. A csatla-

kozót semmilyen módon nem szabad megvál-

toztatni.

A földelt elektromos kéziszerszámokat ne

használja adapterrel. A nem módosított csatla-

kozó és a megfelelő csatlakozóaljzat használa-

ta csökkenti az elektromos áramütés veszélyét.

b) Ügyeljen arra, hogy teste ne érintkezzen

földelt felülettel, mint például csővezeték, fű-

tőtest, tűzhely vagy hűtőszekrény felületével.

Az áramütés kockázata nagyobb, ha a teste

földelve van.

c) Óvja az elektromos kéziszerszámot esőtől

vagy nedves környezettől. Növeli az áramütés

kockázatát, ha víz kerül az elektromos készülék-

be.

d) Ne használja a vezetéket rendeltetésellenes

célra, ne hordozza és ne akassza fel az elekt-

romos kéziszerszámot a kábelnél fogva és

ne a vezetéknél fogva húzza ki a csatlakozót

az aljzatból. Tartsa távol a vezetéket hőtől,

olajtól, éles szegélyektől vagy mozgó alkatré-

szektől. A sérült vagy összecsavarodott vezeték

növeli az áramütés kockázatát.

e) Ha az elektromos kéziszerszám nedves helyen

történő használata elkerülhetetlen, akkor hasz-

náljon hibaáram védőkapcsolót. A hibaáram

védőkapcsoló használata csökkenti az áramütés

veszélyének kockázatát.

3. Személyi biztonság

a) Legyen mindig ﬁgyelmes, ﬁgyeljen arra, amit

tesz és hozzáértéssel végezze a munkát az

elektromos kéziszerszámmal. Ne használjon

elektromos szerszámot, ha fáradt, vagy ha

kábítószer, alkohol vagy gyógyszer hatása

alatt áll. Az elektromos szerszám használatakor

már egy pillanatnyi ﬁgyelmetlenség is komoly

sérüléseket okozhat.

b) Viseljen egyéni védőeszközöket és mindig

vegyen fel védőszemüveget. Az elektromos

kéziszerszám jellegének és használatának

megfelelő személyi védőfelszerelés, például

pormaszk, csúszásmentes biztonsági cipő,

védősisak vagy fülvédő csökkenti a személyi

sérülések veszélyét.

c) Előzze meg a készülék véletlenszerű bekap-

csolását. Győződjön meg arról, hogy az

elektromos kéziszerszám ki van kapcsolva,

mielőtt a hálózatra csatlakoztatja, kézbe ve-

szi vagy viszi. Balesetet okozhat, ha a készülék

hordozása közben az ujja a BE/KI kapcsolón

van vagy a készülék már bekapcsolt állapotban

van, amikor csatlakoztatja az áramellátásra.

d) Távolítsa el a beállításhoz használt szerszá-

mokat vagy csavarkulcsokat az elektromos

kéziszerszám bekapcsolása előtt. A készülék

forgó részében maradt szerszám vagy kulcs

balesetet okozhat.

e) Kerülje a normálistól eltérő testtartást. Vegyen

fel biztonságos álló helyzetet és tartsa meg

folyamatosan az egyensúlyát. Ily módon

váratlan helyzetekben is jobban úrrá tud lenni a

készüléken.

f) Viseljen alkalmas ruházatot. Ne viseljen bő

ruházatot vagy ékszert. Tartsa távol a haját,

ruháját és kesztyűjét a mozgó részektől.

A laza ruházat, az ékszer vagy a hosszú haj

beleakadhat a mozgó részekbe.

g) Amennyiben a készülékhez porelszívó és por-

gyűjtő berendezés is szerelhető, akkor győ-

ződjön meg arról, hogy azok csatlakoztatva

vannak és használatuk helyesen történik.

A porelszívó alkalmazása csökkentheti a por

általi veszélyeztetést.

4. Az elektromos kéziszerszám

használata és kezelése

a) Ne terhelje túl a készüléket. A munkájának

megfelelő elektromos kéziszerszámot hasz-

náljon. A megfelelő elektromos kéziszerszám-

mal jobban és biztonságosabban tud dolgozni

a megadott teljesítmény-tartományban.

b) Ne használjon olyan elektromos kéziszer-

számot, amelynek hibás a kapcsolója. A nem

be- és kikapcsolható elektromos kéziszerszám

használata veszélyes és meg kell javíttatni.

c) Húzza ki a csatlakozódugót az aljzatból,

mielőtt módosítja a készülék beállításait,

tartozékokat cserél vagy elteszi a készüléket.

Ezzel a megelőző biztonsági intézkedéssel

megakadályozható az elektromos kéziszerszám

véletlen bekapcsolása.

d) A nem használt elektromos kéziszerszámot

gyermekektől elzárva tárolja. Ne engedje,

hogy olyan személyek használják a készülé-

ket, akik nem ismerik annak használatát,

vagy nem olvasták az erre vonatkozó utasítá-

sokat. A tapasztalatlan személyek által használt

elektromos kéziszerszámok veszélyesek.

e) Gondosan ápolja az elektromos kéziszer-

számokat. Ellenőrizze, hogy a mozgó részek

tökéletesen működnek és nincsenek beszorul-

va, részei nincsenek eltörve vagy olyannyira

megsérülve, hogy ez károsan befolyásolná

az elektromos szerszám működését. A készü-

lék használata előtt javíttassa meg a sérült

részeket. A rosszul karbantartott elektromos

kéziszerszámok sok balesetet okoznak.

f) A vágószerszámokat tartsa mindig élesen és

tisztán. A gondosan karbantartott, éles vágó-

eszközök kisebb valószínűséggel szorulnak be

és könnyebben irányíthatók.

g) Az elektromos kéziszerszámot, a tartozéko-

kat, a betétszerszámokat stb. a használati

utasításnak megfelelően használja. Vegye

ﬁgyelembe a munkakörülményeket és az

elvégzendő feladatot. Az elektromos kéziszer-

szám nem rendeltetésszerű használata veszé-

lyes helyzeteket teremthet.

5. Szerviz

a) Az elektromos kéziszerszámot csak szakkép-

zett szakemberrel és csak eredeti csereal-

katrészekkel javíttassa. Ezzel biztosíthatja az

elektromos kéziszerszám hosszan tartó bizton-

ságos működését.

b) A csatlakozó vagy a csatlakozóvezeték

cseréjét mindig az elektromos kéziszerszám

gyártójával vagy annak ügyfélszolgálatával

végeztesse. Ezzel biztosíthatja az elektromos

kéziszerszám hosszan tartó biztonságos műkö-

dését.

Készülékspeciﬁkus biztonsági

utasítások

■ A készüléket gyermekek, valamint csökkent ﬁzi-

kai, érzékszervi vagy értelmi képességű, vagy

kellő tapasztalattal és tudással nem rendelkező

személyek nem használhatják. Gyermekek nem

játszhatnak a készülékkel. Gyermekek nem

végezhetik a készülék tisztítását és felhasználói

karbantartását.

■ Kerülje a kompresszor használatát + 5 fok alatti

hőmérsékleten.

■ A kompresszort soha ne hagyja felügyelet nélkül

működni.

■ Az elektromos hálózatra való csatlakoztatás előtt

győződjön meg arról, hogy a BE/KI kapcsoló

ki van kapcsolva.

■ Vigyázat! Csak rövid ideig üzemeltesse a komp-

resszort. A 10 percet meghaladó, megszakítás

nélküli üzem esetén túlmelegszik a készülék.

Azonnal kapcsolja ki a készüléket és min.

10 percig hagyja hűlni.

■ Sérülésveszély! A felpumpálandó tárgyakat ne

pumpálja a megengedett nyomás fölé. Ezek

szétdurranhatnak és sérüléseket és / vagy

anyagi károkat okozhatnak.

■ Ne lépje túl a kompresszor megengedett telje-

sítménytartományát. Ne fújjon fel teherautó- és

traktorgumikat, valamint nagyméretű abroncso-

kat.

■ Ne dolgozzon gyúlékony vagy robbanásveszé-

lyes anyagokkal.

■ Soha ne használja a készüléket rendeltetésellenes

célra.

■ A készülék mindig legyen tiszta, száraz és olaj-

vagy kenőanyagmentes.

■ A készülék tisztításához soha ne használjon

benzint vagy más gyúlékony anyagot! A szikrák

begyújthatják a készülékben maradó gőzöket,

és a készülék könnyen felrobbanhat.

■ Legyen óvatos! Semmiképpen se használja

a készüléket, ha szétszórt vagy rosszul érzi

magát.

Sűrített levegővel és fúvópisztollyal

végzett munkákra vonatkozó bizton-

sági utasítások

■ Működés közben a kompresszor és a vezetékek

erősen felmelegszenek.

Érintésük égési sérülést okozhat.

■ A kompresszor által felszívott gázokban vagy

gőzökben nem lehet olyan anyag, ami tüzet

vagy robbanást okozhatna a kompresszorban.

■ A tömlőcsatlakozó kioldásánál kézzel meg kell

tartani a tömlő csatlakozóelemét, így meg lehet

előzni a visszacsapódó tömlő által okozott

sérüléseket.

■ A fúvópisztollyal végzett munka során viseljen

védőszemüveget. Az idegen testek és az elfújt

részecskék súlyos sérülést okozhatnak.

■ A fúvópisztollyal ne fújjon emberi testre, és ne

tisztítson testen lévő ruhát.

■ Ellenőrizze a csatlakozókat és a tápvezetéke-

ket. A karbantartási egységeket, csatlakozókat

és tömlőket a készülék jellemző értékeinek

megfelelő nyomás- és légmennyiség-értékekre

kell méretezni. A túl alacsony nyomás hátrá-

nyosan befolyásolja a készülék működését,

a túl magas nyomás pedig anyagi károkat és

sérüléseket okozhat. Védje a tömlőket a megtö-

réstől, összenyomódástól, oldószerektől és éles

szegélyektől.

■ Ügyeljen arra, hogy a tömlőbilincsek mindig

meg legyenek húzva. A nem megfelelően meg-

húzott vagy sérült tömlőbilincseknél ellenőrizet-

lenül eltávozhat a levegő.

■ Azonnal cserélje ki a sérült tömlőt. A tápvezeték

sérülése esetén a tekeredő sűrítettlevegő-tömlő

sérüléseket okozhat.

■ Ne lélegezze be közvetlenül a kivezetett levegőt.

■ A tömlőt a rendszerben keletkező legnagyobb

nyomásérték legalább 150%-ára kell méretezni.

■ A kéziszerszámot és az adagolótömlőt tömlő-

csatlakozóval kell ellátni, így a csatlakozótömlő

szétválasztása esetén a nyomás teljesen meg-

szűnik.

■ FIGYELEM! Az alulméretezett sűrítettlevegő-

rendszer csökkentheti készüléke hatékonyságát.

■ A kivezetett levegő nem kerülhet szembe. A

készülékből kivezetett levegőben víz, olaj, vala-

mint a kompresszorból származó fémrészecskék

és szennyeződések lehetnek. Ez egészségkáro-

sodást okozhat.

FIGYELMEZTETÉS!

► Legyen nagyon óvatos a készülék lehelyezé-

sénél! Mindig úgy helyezze le a készüléket,

hogy ne a BE/KI kapcsolón feküdjön

Ilyenkor akaratlanul aktiválódhat a készülék,

ami további veszélyekhez vezethet.

Használat

TUDNIVALÓ

► Működés közben a készülék rezeg. Ezért mű-

ködés közben fektesse le. Erre a célra négy

állítóláb

található a készülék alján.

♦ A szükséges tartozékokat vegye ki a tárolóre-

keszből

Be- és kikapcsolás

A készülék bekapcsolása:

♦ A bekapcsoláshoz állítsa a BE/KI kapcsolót

„I“ helyzetbe. A beépített ellenőrzőlámpa

világít.

A készülék kikapcsolása:

♦ A kikapcsoláshoz állítsa a BE/KI kapcsolót

„O“ helyzetbe. A beépített ellenőrzőlámpa

kialszik.

FIGYELEM!

► Figyelem! Ezt a készüléket nem tartós

üzemre tervezték. A motor túlzott felmele-

gedésének elkerülése érdekében a készülék

kizárólag az alábbiak szerint használható:

A készülék 10 perces üzemidőn belül csak az

üzemidő 15 százalékában (vagyis 1,5 per-

cig) üzemeltethető a névleges felvett teljesít-

ménnyel. Az üzemidő fennmaradó részében

(8,5 perces lehűlési idő) a készülék lehűl.

Gyorscsatlakozós sűrítettlevegő-tömlő

Csatlakoztatás:

♦ Csúsztassa a sűrítettlevegő-csatlakozódugót

a sűrítettlevegő-tömlő gyorscsatlakozójába

és a hüvely automatikusan előreugrik.

Leválasztás:

♦ Húzza vissza a sűrítettlevegő-tömlő gyorscsatla-

kozóján

lévő hüvelyt és távolítsa el a sűrített-

levegő-csatlakozódugót .

FIGYELEM!

► Figyelem! A sűrítettlevegő-tömlő gyorscsat-

lakozójának

kioldása során a csatlako-

zóelemet erősen kell tartani, így elkerülheti a

visszacsapódó tömlő által okozott sérüléseket.

Alkalmazási terület:

Ez az alkalmazási terület egyszerű és pontos feltöl-

tést tesz lehetővé. A nyomásmérő

segítségével

ellenőrizhető az abroncsnyomás. A beépített le-

eresztő szelep segítségével csökkenteni lehet a

túl magas abroncsnyomást.

FIGYELEM!

► Figyelem, a nyomásmérő

nem hiteles!

A feltöltést követően azonnal ellenőrizze az

abroncsnyomást pl. egy benzinkúton.

♦ Ellenőrizze, hogy a BE/KI kapcsoló

„O“

állásban van-e.

♦ Felhelyezéséhez nyomja le a karos gyorszárat

♦ Helyezze a karos gyorszárat

a szelepre,

majd engedje el.

♦ Csatlakoztassa a kompresszor hálózati csatla-

kozódugóját

egy hálózati csatlakozóaljzatba.

♦ Kapcsolja a BE/KI kapcsolót

„I“ állásba.
