Troubleshooting possible malfunctions
The device does not turn on. Possible cause: No AC mains voltage. Solution:
check if there is power by plugging in another device.
There is voltage in the mains, but the kettle does not turn on. Possible causes:
lack of water in the kettle, activation of protection against overheating.
Solution: Fill the kettle with water above the "MIN" mark on the inside of the
device.
There is power and water in the kettle, but the device does not turn on. Possible
cause: a short circuit in the electrical circuitry of the device. Solution: contact
the service center.

supplier or service center. Please do not disassemble or attempt to repair the
unit yourself.
