LENGTH OF THE CONTROL: Unless stated in the order otherwise, 2/3 of the height

of the blind is selected as the standard variant. Minimum length of control for roller

1. Assembly in window wings:

Ordering dimensions (dimensions of nished roller blind):

roller blind width W = width from left top of glazing bar to right top of glazing bar, at the attachment point of the roller blind. In the case of

windows with a square glazing bar the roller blind width is equal to the width of the glass pane, including the rubber or silicone seal. In case of

o set or otherwise shaped glazing bars the measurement should be consulted.

roller blind height H = the height from the top of the glazing bar to the bottom of the glazing bar.

Note: In the case of the o set LUNA roller blind the total dimensions of the roller blind is specied including the top section, side

plates with covers.

Note:

In order to be able to open the window to 90°, the minimum distance be-

tween the window wing frame and window lining must be 40 mm.

Note: For installation of the Luna roller blind the minimum depth of the glazing bar is 14 mm.

Tools for Assembly:

- tape measure

- drill, drill bits

- bits PZ1, PZ2

- pencil, cutter, scissors

- degreasing agent (soapy water, technical benzene, etc.)

Assembly:

- Remove the side covers of the roller blind RRn 02/1 and RRn 01 (left control), by pulling towards yourself.

- Place the roller blind onto the window wing and check that it ts the window width. Check that the blind control elements are on the correct

side, we recommend marking the position of the screws, using the openings in both side plates, onto the glazing bar of the window wing; take

care that the roller blind is horizontal!

- We recommend you check the quantity and type of supplied screws and pre-drill four holes for attaching the roller blind using a think drill bit.

- Using the supplied screws attach the roller blind to the glazing bars on the left side and also on the right side. In case of o set or otherwise

shaped glazing bars it is necessary to place distance washers under the roller blind and guide bars (not included in delivery).

- If screws cannot be used to attach the roller blind, attach double-sided adhesive tape along the entire length of the top section RR 07, as well

as on the bottom surfaces of both side plates, and attach the roller blind to the window which must be thoroughly cleaned and degreased.

- Place the side covers back onto the roller blind.

- Installation of guide bars:

Check the correct length of the guide bars, remove the protective layer from the double-sided adhesive tape and attach the guide bars to

a thoroughly cleaned and degreased glazing bar according to the diagram below. In case of an o set roller blind you must use U-shaped

guide bars instead of the at guide bars. Installation is identical.

- Setting bottom stop:

- Drop the blind to the bottom position and attach the chain coupling IS 28 to the chain so that it touches the top side cover and close the

coupling with an audible click. Screw tight the chain arrester.

Assembly onto window wing:

Ordering dimensions (dimensions of nished roller blind):

Roller blind width W = actual width including control mecha-

nism and side brackets of roller blind. The shaded area (fabric

width) is 32 mm smaller than the actual width of the roller

blind.

Roller blind height H = total height including side brackets of

roller blind.

Tools for Assembly:

- drill, drill bits

- tape measure

- bit PZ2

- pencil, cutter, scissors

Assembly:

- Check the roller blind to make sure it corresponds to the required width.

- Mark the holes for attachment of the roller blind plastic side parts and drill the holes with a smaller drill bit (two anchoring points for one part),

the roller blind must be tted in a horizontal position.

- Attach the side brackets using the supplied screws.

- Insert the shaft of the roller blind, at the opposite end to the control end, into the do component width the cross pin, inserted in the side

bracket.

- Fit the component with the cross pin onto the control side and insert this entire segment into the grooves of the roller blind side bracket.

- Fix the inserted shaft against falling out face covers.

- Using the second chain coupling set the bottom end position.

- Check the functionality of the roller blind and brake.

The roller blind can also be installed as a day/night fabric version. Prior to attaching the shaft into the side brackets the end of the fabric with

section must be attached into the prepared holes in these brackets.

The roller blind can also be installed using special hangers without the need to screw into the window wing. The side brackets are inserted

from the side into special hangers and these are then attached into window top bar.

Notication: To open the window to 90°, the distance between the frame and the window wing

and the reveal must be a minimum of 4 cm.

1. Measurement

The width and height of the light hole in the window wing is measured in the following manner:

W.... (width)

The measurement is from the left top point of the glazing bar to the right top point of the glazing bar on the top in the place of xation of the

blind. For windows with a perpendicular glazing bar, the width of the blind is equal to the width of the glass, including any rubber or silicon

sealing. For specially formed glazing bars, it is necessary to consult the measurements with the manufacturer.

The height of the blind is produced with a precision of millimetres from the width of 300 mm up to the width of 1,400 mm.

It is recommended to consult with the manufacturer if dimensions are outside the stated limits.

Measurements are taken the same as the width, i.e. from the upper top of the glazing bar to the lower top of the glazing bar; this height is

then written into the order form.

The height of the blind is produced with a precision of millimetres up to the height of 1,700 mm.

Maximum guaranteed area: 1.5 m2

It is recommended to consult with the manufacturer if dimensions are outside the stated limits.

2. Assembly

Assemble exactly according to this manual to prevent redundant assembly errors and other related problems.

Aids for assembly:

- tape measure

- pencil

- cordless drilling machine, bit PZ2

- drills

Inspection:

before assembly we recommend inspecting all parts after the delivery of the goods to prevent any problems. Any defects or comments con-

cerning the assembly or blinds must be notied to the manufacturer.
