NOTE: If your Mac only has USB port, you will need a genuine Apple USB-C to USB
female adapter to for connection. And please plug the USB adapter into your Mac first,
then connect the mic with the adapter.
NOTE (Applicable for MAC and Windows)
1. If computer prompts that it’s unable to identify USB devices, please restart
computer and replug the headset into USB port of your computer.
2. If the headset is recognized but no sound coming out, please check whether
System Sound or audio volume in apps is on.
3. If the mic on headset recognized but no sound comes out, and your PC is running
in Windows 10, please go to Settings-Privacy-Microphone and click the “Allow
apps to access the microphone” to ON, then restart your PC.
4. After plugging the headset, RGB lighting on does not mean that sound will be
heard by the headset. Make sure you have selected the correct output device and
turned on the volume settings.
PRECAUTIONS
On Headset Use
• To avoid high volume harming your ears, please turn down the audio volume
before you start to listen by the headset. And then adjust the appropriate volume
levels you need.
• Please wear the headset correctly according to the “L” and “R” on the headset.
Wear the “L” side on the left ear, and wear the “R” side on the right ear.
• Please enjoy music at a moderate volume to prevent adverse effects on the
hearing.
• Do not listen for a long time at high volume to avoid hearing damage.
• There is a tendency to raise the volume when using in noisy places. However, for
reasons of safety, it is advised to keep the volume at a level whereby you can still
hear sounds around you.
• When the volume is too high, the sound may leak outside the headset. Be careful
not to raise the volume so high that it bothers people around you.
