Durch betätigen der Menütastegelangen Sie in das Menü 1

Standby Temperatur

Die Standby Temperatur ist ein voreinstellbarer Wert auf den der Heißluftkolben bei Nichtbenutzung

geregelt wird.

OFF Standby deaktiviert (OFF)

Standby Zeit (Temperaturabschaltung)

Der Heißluftkolben, wird bei Nichtbenutzung nach der voreingestellten Standby Zeit auf die Standby

Temperatur geregelt.

Drücken der Taste am Heißluftkolben (oder Fußschalter) beendet den Standby Zustand.

OFF Standby deaktiviert (Werkseinstellung OFF)

OFF Zeit

Bei Nichtgebrauch wird nach Ablauf der OFF Zeit der Heißluftkolben deaktiviert. Die Temperaturab-

schaltung wird unabhängig von der eingestellten Standby-Funktion ausgeführt. Die Isttemperatur wird

blinkend angezeigt und dient als Restwärmeanzeige. Im Display erscheint „AUTO-OFF“.

Solange der Heißluftkolben abkühlt wird die Restwärme angezeigt.

Zusätzlich blinkt „Cooling“ im Display.

Sobald die Temperatur 50°C (122°F) unterschreitet, zeigt das Display OFF an und die Hintergrundbe-

leuchtung wird deaktiviert.

Gleichzeitiges Drücken der UP und DOWN Taste aktiviert das Gerät.

Window-Funktion

Option 1 (Werkseinstellung):

Fußschalter Funktion auf FS ON stellen.

Einschränkung des Einstellbereichs auf ± 1-99 °C (±1-180 °F) ausgehend von einer durch die „LOCK“

Funktion verriegelten Temperatur.

Die verriegelte Temperatur stellt somit die Mitte des einstellbaren Temperaturfensters dar.

Option 2:

Fußschalter Funktion FS OFF stellen.

Ausgehend von einer eingestellten, verriegelten Temperatur kann mit Hilfe der WINDOW-Funktion ein

Temperaturfenster von ± 1-99 °C (±1-180 °F) eingestellt werden. Liegt die Ist-Temperatur innerhalb

dieses Fensters, wird der potentialfreie Kontakt (Optokopplerausgang) durchgeschaltet.

LOCK

Verriegelung der Station. Nach dem Verriegeln sind am Gerät keine Einstellungsänderungen mehr

Alle anderen Einstellungen können bis zur Entriegelung nicht mehr verstellt werden.

Station verriegeln

Den gewünschten dreistelligen Verriegelungscode (zwischen 001-999) einstellen und mit der Me-

nütaste bestätigen.

Die Verriegelung ist aktiv (im Display ist ein Schloss zu sehen).

Offset

Prol

Im diesem Menüpunkt können bis zu 5 Parametersätze aktiviert und eingestellt, sowie der Automati-

sche Ablauf der einzelnen Schritte (Reowprol) aktiviert werden.

Je Parametersatz sind Temperatur, Luftmenge und Zeit individuell einstellbar.

Ein Reowprol kann individuell aus den einzelnen Parametersätzen 1 – 5 aufsteigend konguriert

werden.

Eingestelltes Reowprol kann abgespielt werden:

z. B. 1 und 3 und 5

Eingestellte Parametersätze können gewechselt werden:

z. B. 2 und 4 und 5 (ohne Automatik Symbol oder Prol

)

Reowprole und Parametersätze können im Hauptbildschirm mit der Taste Exit an

und ausgeschaltet werden.

Ist der Automatische Ablauf deaktiviert, können mit den Tasten UP und DOWN die

einzelnen Parametersätze ausgewählt werden.

Reowprole und Parametersätze können mit der Taste Air und dem Fingerschalter

(Fußschalter) gestartet und gestoppt werden.

Ist LOCK aktiviert kann nur das Reowprol bzw. die aktivierten Parametersätze ausgewählt und

gestartet werden.

Pressing the Menu button takes you to menu 1

Standby Temp.

The standby temperature is a preset value to which the hot air gun is adjusted when not in use.

Option Description

Standby time (temperature deactivation)

If the hot air gun is not in use, it is adjusted to the standby temperature after the preset standby time.

Pressing the button on the hot air gun (or foot-operated switch) exits standby mode.

OFF time

If the hot air gun is not used, it is deactivated after the OFF time elapses. Temperature deactivation is

performed independently of the set standby function. The actual temperature is indicated by ashing

LED and serves as a residual heat display. The display reads „OFF“.

While the hot air gun cools, the residual heat is displayed.

„Cooling“ also ashes in the display.

As soon as the temperature falls below 50 °C (122 °F), OFF appears in the display and the backligh-

ting is deactivated.

Pressing the UP and DOWN buttons at the same time activates the device.

Window function

Option 1 (factory setting):

Set the foot-operated switch function to FS ON.

Limiting the adjustment range to ± 1-99 °C (±1-180 °F) based on a temperature locked using the

„LOCK“ function.

The locked temperature therefore represents the middle of the adjustable temperature window.

Option 2:

Set the foot-operated switch function to FS OFF.

Starting from a set, locked temperature, it is possible to set a temperature window of ± 1-99 °C (±1-

180 °F) using the WINDOW function. If the actual temperature is within this window, the potential-free

contact (optocoupler output) becomes conductive.

LOCK

Lock for the station. After the station is locked, it is no longer possible to change any device settings.

All other settings are disabled until the station is unlocked again.

Locking the station

Set the three-digit locking code of your choice (between 001 and 999) and conrm by pressing the

Menu button.

The lock is active (the display shows a lock symbol).

Unlocking the station

Press the Menu button. ON appears in the display

Set the three-digit locking code.

Press the Menu button to conrm the code.

Prole

This menu item allows up to ve parameter sets to be activated and adjusted and the automatic

sequence of the individual steps (reow prole) to be activated.

Depending on the parameter set, the temperature, air quantity and time can be adjusted individually.

A reow prole can be individually congured in a cumulative manner from the individual parameter

sets 1 – 5.

The set reow prole can be implemented:

E.g. 1 and 3 and 5

The set parameter sets can be changed:

E.g. 2 and 4 and 5 (Without automatic symbol or prole

)

Reow proles and parameter sets can be switched on and off in the main screen

using the Exit button.

If the automatic sequence is deactivated, the UP and DOWN buttons can be used to

select the individual parameter sets.

Reow proles and parameter sets can be started and stopped with the Air button and

the nger-operated switch (foot-operated switch).

If LOCK is activated, only the reow prole or the activated parameter sets can be selected and

started.

Temp. standby

La temperatura Standby es un valor predeterminado en el cual se regula un soldador de aire caliente

cuando no se utiliza.

Cuando no se utiliza, se desactiva el soldador de aire caliente una vez transcurrido el tiempo OFF.

La desconexión de temperatura se realiza independientemente de la función standby ajustada. La

temperatura real parpadea y sirve para indicar el calor residual. Mientras aparece en la pantalla

„AUTO-OFF“.

Mientras se enfría el soldador de aire caliente, se indica el calor residual.

Además, en la pantalla parpadea la palabra «Cooling».

En cuanto la temperatura es inferior a 50 °C (122 °F), en la pantalla aparece «OFF» y se desactiva la

iluminación de fondo.

Al pulsar las teclas UP y DOWN de forma simultánea, se activa la herramienta.

Función Window

Opcional 1 (conguración de fábrica):

Ajustar la función del interruptor de pedal a «FS ON».

Limitación del rango de ajuste a ±1-99 °C (±1-180 °F) a partir de una temperatura bloqueada con la

función «LOCK».

Por tanto la temperatura bloqueada representa el centro del rango térmico ajustable.

Opcional 2:

Ajustar la función de interruptor de pedal a «FS OFF».

Partiendo de una temperatura ajustada y bloqueada es posible ajustar una ventana de temperatura de

aproximadamente ±1-99 °C (±1-180 °F) con la ayuda de la función WINDOW. Si la temperatura real

está dentro de este margen, el contacto sin potencial (salida del optoacoplador) estará conectado.

LOCK

Bloqueo de la estación. Cuando se bloquea el aparato, ya no se pueden cambiar los ajustes.

No es posible cambiar ninguno de los demás ajustes hasta que se desbloquee.

Bloquear estación

Ajustar el código de bloqueo deseado con tres dígitos (comprendidos entre 001 y 999) y conrmar

mediante la tecla del menú.

El bloqueo está activado (en la pantalla aparecerá un candado).

Desbloquear la estación

Pulsar la tecla de menú. En la pantalla, aparecerá «ON»

Ajustar el código de bloqueo de tres dígitos.

Conrmar el código con la tecla de menú.

Perl

En este punto del menú, se pueden activar y ajustar hasta 5 grupos de parámetros, así como la

secuencia automática de los pasos individuales (perl de reujo).

Los grupos de parámetros de temperatura, cantidad de aire y tiempo se pueden ajustar individual-

mente.

Es posible congurar un perl de reujo (Reowprol) de forma ascendente y personalizada a partir

de los grupos de parámetro individuales 1-5.

Se puede ejecutar el perl de reujo ajustado:

p. ej., 1 y 3 y 5

Se pueden cambiar los grupos de parámetros ajustados:

p. ej., 2 y 4 y 5 (sin símbolo automático o perl

)

Los perles de reujo y los grupos de parámetros se pueden conectar y desconectar

en la pantalla principal con la tecla Exit (salir).

Si la secuencia automática está desactivada, se pueden seleccionar los grupos de

parámetros uno por uno con las teclas UP y DOWN.

Los perles de reujo y los grupos de parámetros se pueden iniciar y parar con la

tecla Air y el interruptor de dedo (o interruptor de pedal).

Si LOCK está activado, solo se puede seleccionar e iniciar el perl de reujo o los grupos de paráme-

tros activados.
