CAUTION

•Important: In order to guarantee additional protection,

it is recommended that a differential breaker with an

intervention current not greater than 30 mA is installed

in the electrical system which feeds the device. For

further information, contact a qualified electrician.

•Make sure the unit is perfectly dry before using it.

•WARNING: Do not use this appliance near

bathtubs, showers, basins or other vessels

containing water.

•This appliance can be used by children from 8 years of

age and over, and by persons with limited physical,

sensory or mental abilities or who lack the relevant

experience and knowledge, if they are suitably

supervised or have been educated to use the appliance

safely and made aware of the associated risks.

•Do not allow children to play with the appliance.

•Children must not perform cleaning and maintenance

procedures unless supervised.

•Prevent the hot surface on the unit from coming into

contact with the face, neck or any other parts of the

body. Use the unit, holding it by the handgrip and when

changing the accessories hold them by the plastic

guards.

•Allow the metal parts to cool down before touching them.

•If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by

the manufacturer, its service agent or a similarly

qualified person in order to avoid a hazard. Do not use

your unit if it is not working properly. Do not try to repair

this electrical unit yourself, rather contact an authorized

technician.

•When the appliance is used in a bathroom, unplug it

after use since the proximity of water presents a hazard

even when the appliance is switched off.

•Only connect this unit to alternating current and check

that the mains supply voltage corresponds to that

indicated on the unit.

•Never immerse this unit in water or other liquids.

•Do not put this unit down where it could fall into water

or other liquids.

•Do not try to pull any electrical appliance out when it

has fallen into water - disconnect the plug from the

power socket immediately.

•Make sure the unit is perfectly dry before using it.

•Do not put the appliance on heat sensitive surfaces

•After use always switch the unit off and remove the plug

from the power supply socket. Do not pull on the wire to

•Check that the cord has not been damaged from time to

•Prevent the cord from coming into contact with the metal

parts while these are still hot.

•Use the unit on dry hair.

•Do not use this unit on wigs that have synthetic hair.

•Do not use your unit if it is not working properly. Do not

try to repair this electrical unit yourself, rather contact

an authorized technician.

•The elements used to pack the unit (plastic bags,

cardboard box, etc.) must be kept out of reach of

children as they are a potential danger to them.

•This unit must only be used for the purposes for which

it is expressly intended. Any other use is to be

considered improper and therefore dangerous. The

manufacturer accepts no responsibility for damage

caused by improper or erroneous use.

•Do not use hair spray while the unit is running.

•Keep the plates clean and free of dust, hair spray, styling

gel, etc.

•To avoid dangerous overheating, it is advisable to

unwind the entire length of the cord.

•The A-weighted sound pressure level of the hair crimper

for professional use is below 70 dB(A).

Switching the appliance on and off

To turn on the appliance, all you need to do is insert the plug into the electricity socket and then press

the ON switch (fig. 1a, ref.4) To turn the appliance off, press the OFF switch (fig. 1a, ref.5) and then

remove the plug from the socket.

Important:

never leave the appliance unattended when on.

Locking/Unlocking the plates

To unlock the plates, move the lock switch (fig. 1, ref. 8) towards the symbol .

Temperature settings

To set the temperature you desire, once the appliance is switched on, press the "+" or "-" control

buttons (fig. 1a, ref. 6) until the desired temperature appears on the display (fig. 1b, ref. 3). The desired

temperature value will then flash on and off until the set temperature has been reached. You can then

proceed with your hair treatment

If you wish to lock a recently set temperature, to avoid changing it by mistake, press the "-" button (fig.

1a, ref. 6) and keep it pressed for 3 seconds. The display will then show the symbol (fig. 1b,

ref. 3). To unlock the temperature setting again, press the "-" temperature control button for 3 seconds.

You can select different temperatures depending on the type of hair to be treated:

up to 140°C for fine, straight hair

up to 170°C for fine, wavy hair

up to 210°C for thick, curly hair

ION FUNCTION

This product also has the “ION” function, which is always active during operation. The appliance

produces a flow of negative ions.

The ion generator may emit a slight humming noise, but this is perfectly normal.

What are ions?

Ions are electrically charged particles found in nature. Negatively charged ions help to purify the air

by neutralising the positively charged ions that, by contrast, reduce its quality by retaining in the

atmosphere many polluting agents.

An abundance of negatively charged ions can be found after a thunder storm or at the seaside or in

the mountains, close to waterfalls and waterways where the feeling of well-being is due to the

increased presence of pure, natural, revitalising air.

Improved hydration of hair

Negatively charged ions help to maintain the proper hydration of your hair.

Conditioning effect on the hair

Improved hydration assists with the conditioning of your hair, has a regenerating effect and makes it

softer and easier to comb, with greater volume and shine.

No electrostatic charge or “fly away”

Negatively charged ions help to reduce static electricity, the “fly away” effect and unwanted frizzles.

OPERATING TIPS

This appliance has been designed to create flamboyant hairstyles with large waves.

• Wait for the appliance to reach the set temperature.

• CAUTION: burning hazard. Do not let the appliance come into direct contact with the skin.

• Hair that has just been washed and dried can be styled better.

• The first few times you use this unit it is advisable to practice on small areas of your hair.

• Take the section of hair and starting at the roots. (Fig. 2)

• Hold the plates over each section for a few seconds. (Fig. 3)

• For a continuous ridged effect, place the plate on the last ridge of the previous section. (Fig. 4,5)

• Leave as is for a sharp finish.

• For a softer effect loosen with your fingers or brush for more volume.

This unit can be cleaned using a damp cloth, but it must never be immersed in water or any other liquid!

This appliance conforms to European Directives 2014/30/EU, 2014/35/EU, 2011/65/EC,

2009/125/EC and Regulation (EC) No. 1275/2008.

GUARANTEE

VALERA guarantees the appliance you have bought at following conditions:

1. The guarantee conditions for this appliance are as defined by our dealer in the country of sale. In

Switzerland and European Union countries the warranty period is 24 months for personal use and

6 months for professional or similar use. The guarantee period starts from the date of purchase

as stated on the present guarantee card regularly filled out and stamped by the dealer or on the

sale’s invoice.

2. The guarantee is applicable only against submission of the present guarantee card or the sale’s

invoice.

3. The guarantee covers the elimination of all defects arisen during the guarantee period resulting

from proven faults in material or workmanship. The elimination of the defects will be made either

by repairing the appliance or exchanging it. The guarantee does not cover any damage arising from

incorrect connection to the power supply, improper use, breakage, normal wear and non-

compliance with the Instructions for Use.

4. All other claims of any nature, including those for eventual damages outside of the appliance, are

excluded, unless our liability is legally mandatory.

5. The guarantee service is carried out free of charge; it does not affect the expiry date of the

guarantee.

6. The guarantee becomes void if repairs are undertaken by unauthorized persons.

For UK only: this guarantee in no way affects your rights under statutory law.

In case of defect, please return the appliance well packed and together with the guarantee card regularly

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

•Wichtig: als zusätzlicher Schutz wird die Installation einer

Fehlerstromschutzeinrichtung (RCD) mit einem

Bemessungauslösestrom von nicht mehr als 30 mA im

Badezimmerstromkreis empfohlen. Lassen Sie sich von Ihrem

Elektroinstallateur beraten.

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät völlig trocken ist, bevor Sie

Gerät ein- und ausschalten

Zum Einschalten des Gerätes einfach den Stecker in die Steckdose stecken und den ON-Schalter

drücken (Abb. 1a, Ref.4). Zum Ausschalten des Gerätes den OFF-Schalter (Abb.1a, Ref.5) drücken und

den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.

Wichtig:

Das Gerät nicht unbeaufsichtigt eingeschaltet lassen

Arretierung und Freigabe der Plattenöffnung

Zur Freigabe der Platten den Zeiger des Arretierhebels (Abb. 1, Ref. 8) auf das Symbol

erschieben

Zur erneuten Arretierung den Zeiger wieder auf das Symbol stellen.

Temperaturwahl

Betätigen Sie zur Auswahl der Betriebstemperatur nach dem Einschalten des Gerätes die

Bedienelemente “+” oder “-” (Abb. 1a, Ref. 6), bis am Display (Abb. 1b, Ref. 3) die gewünschte

Temperatur angezeigt wird. Der eingestellte Wert blinkt solange, bis diese Temperatur erreicht ist.

Danach können Sie mit der Behandlung Ihrer Haare beginnen.

Sie können den eingestellten Temperaturwert gegen ein unerwünschtes Verstellen sichern, indem Sie

3 Sekunden lang die Temperatureinstelltaste “-“ drücken (Abb. 1a, Ref. 6). Am Display wird das

Symbol angezeigt (Abb. 1b, Ref. 3). Zur Aufhebung der Temperaturauswahl drücken Sie erneut

3 Sekunden lang die Temperatureinstelltaste “-“.

JJe nach Haar-Typ können verschiedene Temperaturen gewählt werden:

bis 140°C für feines, glattes Haar

bis 170°C für feines, welliges Haar

bis 210°C für starkes, lockiges Haar

FUNKTION IONEN

Dieses Gerät verfügt über eine Ionenfunktion die bei eingeschaltetem Gerät immer aktiv ist und einen

negativen Ionenstrom erzeugt.

Ein leichtes Brummen des Ionen-Generators ist eine normale Erscheinung.

Was sind Ionen?

Ionen sind in der Natur vorhandene elektrisch geladene Teilchen. Die negativ geladenen Ionen helfen

die Luft zu reinigen, indem sie die positiv geladenen Ionen unwirksam machen. Positiv geladene Ionen

dagegen halten den grössten Teil der sich in der Luft befindenden Schmutzteilchen und tragen deshalb

zur Luftverschmutzung bei.

Eine grosse Menge von Ionen mit negativer Ladung gibt es nach einem Gewitter, sowie am Meer oder

in den Bergen, in der Nähe von Wasserfällen und Wasserläufen, wo man sich wohl fühlt, weil dort die

Luft reiner, natürlicher und erfrischender ist.

Idealer Feuchtigkeitszustand der Haare

Negativ geladene Ionen helfen, dass die Haare ihren lebensnotwendigen Feuchtigkeitsgrad bewahren.

“Pflegeeffekt”

Der höhere Feuchtigkeitsgrad macht die Pflege der Haare leichter, weil er sie weicher und daher leichter

kämmbar macht und ihnen mehr Volumen und Glanz gibt.

Keine elektrostatische Ladung oder hochstehende Haare.

Die Ionen mit negativer Ladung helfen der statische Elektrizität, den „Fly-away-Effekt“ (abstehende

Haare) und die Kräuselungen der Haare zu reduzieren.

NÜTZLICHE TIPPS

Dieses Gerät wurde für die Realisierung extravaganter Frisuren mit großen Wellen entwickelt.

•Die besten Resultate erzielen Sie mit frisch gewaschenem und trockenem Haar.

•Am besten behandeln Sie am Anfang zunächst kleine Haarpartien.

•Abwarten, bis das Gerät die gewünschte Temperaturstufe erreicht hat.

•ACHTUNG: Verbrennungsgefahr. Vermeiden Sie den direkt Kontakt des Eisens mit der Kopfhaut.

•Lassen Sie die Platten vom Haaransatz bis zu den Spitzen jeweils einige Sekunden auf jeden Abschnitt

einwirken (Fig. 2,3).

•Um einen kontinuierlichen Welleneffekt zu erzielen, muss die Platte jeweils an der letzten Welle des

letzten Strähnenabschnitts ansetzen werden(Fig. 4,5).

•Falls ein akzentuiertes Finish erwünscht ist, wird das Styling keiner weiteren Behandlung unterzogen.

•Lockern Sie die Frisur mit den Fingerspitzen auf, um eine weichere Wirkung zu erzielen, oder bürsten

Sie das Haar, um der Frisur mehr Volumen zu verleihen.

REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE

Ziehen Sie vor dem Reinigen des Geräts immer den Netzstecker!

Das Gerät vor dem Reinigen abkühlen lassen.

Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem feuchten Tuch und tauchen Sie es niemals in Wasser

oder andere Flüssigkeiten!

Dieses Gerät erfüllt die Bestimmungen der europäischen Richtlinien 2014/30/EU,

2014/35/EU, 2011/65/EC, 2009/125/EC und der Verordnung (EC) Nr. 1275/2008.

GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN

VALERA leistet für dieses Gerät – zusätzlich zu der gesetzlichen Gewährleistung des Händlers aus

Kaufvertrag - dem Endabnehmer gegenüber eine Garantie zu nachstehenden Bedingungen:

1. Für dieses Gerät gelten die Garantiebedingungen unseres Händlers im Verkaufsland. In der Schweiz

und den Ländern der Europäischen Gemeinschaft beträgt die Garantiezeit 24 Monate bei

Hausgebrauch und 6 Monate bei professioneller oder gleichwertiger Verwendung. Die Garantiezeit

beginnt am Kauftag des Gerätes, der durch diese ausgefüllte Garantiekarte, oder einen sonstigen

Kaufbeleg nachzuweisen ist.

2. Die Garantie wird nur bei Vorlage der Garantiekarte oder eines Kaufbeleges geleistet.

3. Die Garantieleistung umfasst die Behebung aller innerhalb der Garantiezeit auftretenden Mängel des

Gerätes, die nachweislich auf Material- oder Fertigungsfehlern beruhen. Die Behebung der Mängel

kann nach unserer Wahl durch Instandsetzung oder durch Umtausch des Gerätes erfolgen. Nicht

CONSEILS DE SECURITE

renseignement complémentaire.

•Verifiez que l’appareil soit complètement sec avant de l’utiliser.

•ATTENTION: ne pas utiliser cet appareil à proximité de

baignoires, de lavabos ou autres récipients contenant de

l'eau.

•Il est requit un âge minimum de 8 ans pour l’utilisation de cet

appareil. L’utilisation de cet appareil par des personnes aux

capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales réduites est

Mise en marche et arrêt de l'appareil

Pour allumer l'appareil, il suffit d'introduire la fiche dans la prise de courant et d'appuyer sur l'interrupteur

ON (fig. 1a, réf. 4). Pour l'éteindre, appuyer sur l'interrupteur OFF (fig. 1a, réf. 5) et débrancher la fiche

de la prise.

Important:

pas laisser l'appareil en marche sans surveillance.

Blocage/Déblocage ouvertures des plaques

Pour débloquer les plaques, déplacer le repère du levier de blocage (fig. 1, réf. 8) sur le symbole .

Pour les bloquer à nouveau, ramener le repère sur le symbole .

Sélection de la température

Pour sélectionner la température d'utilisation, après allumage de l'appareil, appuyer sur les commandes

« + » ou « - » (fig. 1a, réf. 6) jusqu'à ce que l'afficheur (fig. 1b, rif. 3) visualise la température

souhaitée. La valeur configurée clignote jusqu'à ce que cette température soit atteinte. Procéder au

traitement des cheveux.

Pour bloquer la valeur configurée, de façon à ne pas la modifier involontairement, appuyer 3 secondes

sur le bouton de réglage de la température « - » (fig. 1a, réf. 6). L'afficheur visualise le symbole

(fig. 1b, réf. 3). Pour débloquer la sélection, appuyer à nouveau 3 secondes sur le bouton de réglage

de la température « - ».

Il est possible de sélectionner la température en fonction du type de cheveux :

jusqu'à 140°C cheveux fins et lisses

jusqu'à 170°C cheveux fins et ondulés

jusqu'à 210°C cheveux épais et frisés

FONCTION ION

Cet appareil dispose de la fonction « ION » toujours active tant que l’appareil est en marche.L’appareil

produit un flux de ions négatifs.

Que sont les ions ?

Les ions sont des particules chargées électriquement présentes dans la nature. Les ions chargés

négativement aident à purifier l’air en neutralisant les ions chargés positivement qui, au contraire,

contribuent à sa détérioration en retenant dans l’atmosphère une grande partie des agents polluants.

On relève une grande abondance d’ions avec charge négative après un orage ou bien à la mer ou à la

montagne, à proximité de cascades et de cours d’eau, où l’on ressent des sensations de bien-être car

l’air y est plus pur, naturel, revitalisant.

Meilleure hydratation des cheveux

Les ions avec charge négative aident à préserver la juste hydratation des cheveux.

En effet, ils micronisent les particules d’eau présentes sur les cheveux que l’on vient de laver, en leur

permettant d’en absorber une plus grande quantité de manière à rétablir l’équilibre de l’humidité

naturelle du cheveu.

CONSEILS POUR L’EMPLOI

Cet appareil a été conçu pour réaliser des coiffures originales à grosses ondulations.

• Les cheveux propres et secs permettent d’obtenir les meilleures coiffures.

• Lorsque vous utilisez l’appareil pour la première fois, exercez-vous sur quelques mèches et non sur

toute la chevelure.

• Attendre que l’appareil ait atteint la température souhaitée.

• Prendre une section de cheveux et, en partant des racines (Fig. 2)

• Maintenir les plaques au-dessus de chaque section pendant quelques secondes (Fig. 3).

• Pour obtenir un effet ondulé continu, placer la plaque sur la dernière boucle de la section précédente

(Fig. 4,5).

• Laisser tel quel pour un fini plus effilé.

• Pour un effet plus doux, séparer les mèches avec les doigts ou brosser pour obtenir plus de volume.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

Débranchez l’appareil avant de le nettoyer !

Le laisser refroidir avant de le nettoyer.

Vous pouvez nettoyer votre appareil à l’aide d’un chiffon humide, mais ne l’immergez jamais dans de

l’eau ni dans tout autre liquide !

Accensione e spegnimento dell’apparecchio

Per accendere l’apparecchio è sufficiente inserire la spina nella presa di corrente e premere l’interruttore

ON (fig. 1a, rif.4). Per spegnerlo, premere l’interruttore OFF (fig.1a, rif.5) e disinserire la spina dalla presa.

Importante:

non lasciare l’apparecchio incustodito durante il suo funzionamento.

Blocco/sblocco apertura delle piastre

Per sbloccare le piastre spostare l’indice della leva di blocco (fig. 1, rif. 8) sul simbolo

Per bloccarle nuovamente, riportare l’indice sul simbolo .

Selezione temperatura

Per selezionare la temperatura d’impiego, dopo aver acceso l’apparecchio, premere i comandi “+” o

“-” (fig. 1a, rif. 6) fino a quando sul display (fig. 1b, rif. 3) non appare la temperatura desiderata. Il valore

impostato lampeggia fino al raggiungimento di tale temperatura. Procedere all’operazione di trattamento

dei capelli.

Per bloccare il valore impostato, in modo da non cambiarlo involontariamente, premere per 3 secondi

il pulsante di regolazione della temperatura “-“(fig. 1a, rif. 6). Sul display appare il simbolo (fig.

1b, rif. 3). Per sbloccare la selezione, premere nuovamente per 3 secondi il pulsante di regolazione

della temperatura “-“.

È possibile scegliere differenti temperature a seconda del tipo di capelli da trattare:

fino a 140°C per capelli fini, lisci

fino a 170°C per capelli fini, ondulati

fino a 210°C per capelli grossi, ricci

FUNZIONE ION

Questo prodotto dispone della funzione “ION” sempre attiva durante il funzionamento. L’apparecchio

produce un flusso di ioni negativi.

Cosa sono gli ioni?

Gli ioni sono particelle cariche elettricamente presenti in natura. Gli ioni carichi negativamente aiutano

a purificare l’aria neutralizzando gli ioni carichi positivamente che, al contrario, contribuiscono al suo

deterioramento trattenendo nell’atmosfera gran parte degli agenti inquinanti.

Si rileva una grande abbondanza di ioni con carica negativa dopo un temporale oppure al mare o in

montagna in prossimità di cascate e corsi d’acqua dove si percepiscono sensazioni di benessere

perché si è presenza di aria più pura, naturale, rivitalizzante.

Migliore idratazione dei capelli

Gli ioni con carica negativa aiutano a preservare la giusta idratazione dei capelli.

Essi infatti micronizzano le particelle d’acqua, presenti sui capelli appena lavati, permettendone

l’assorbimento di una maggiore quantità all’interno dello stelo, in modo da restaurare l’equilibrio di

umidità naturale del capello.

Effetto balsamo sui capelli

La migliore idratazione favorisce il condizionamento dei vostri capelli, ha un effetto rigenerante e li

rende più morbidi e facili da pettinare, con più volume e lucentezza.

No carica elettrostatica o “fly away”

Gli ioni con carica negativa aiutano a ridurre l’elettricità statica e l’effetto “fly away” dei capelli (capelli

rizzi) e le increspature..

CONSIGLI PER L’USO

Questo apparecchio è stato studiato per realizzare pettinature estrose ad onde grandi.

• Lasciare che l’apparecchio raggiunga la temperatura desiderata.

• ATTENZIONE: rischio di scottature. Non mettere l’apparecchio a diretto contatto della cute.

• Capelli appena lavati e asciugati permettono lo styling migliore.

• Le prime volte che si usa l’apparecchio è consigliabile esercitarsi su piccole aree della capigliatura.

• Separare una ciocca e inserirla nella piastra partendo dalle radici. (fig. 2)

• Mantenere l’apparecchio in posizione per alcuni secondi su ogni sezione della ciocca. (fig. 3).

• Per un effetto ondulato continuo, porre la piastra sull’ultima ondulazione della sezione precedente.

• Se si desidera un effetto ondulato ben definito, non toccare i capelli dopo l’operazione.

• Per un effetto più morbido, aprire le ciocche con le dita o spazzolare i capelli per aumentarne il volume.

PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE

Prima di pulire l’apparecchio staccare sempre la spina dalla presa di corrente!

Lasciate raffreddare l’apparecchio prima di procedere alla sua pulizia.

Potete pulire il vostro apparecchio con un panno umido, ma non immergetelo mai nell’acqua o in

qualsiasi altro liquido!

2.La garanzia è applicabile solo dietro presentazione del presente certificato di garanzia o del

3.La garanzia copre l’eliminazione di tutti quei difetti insorti durante il periodo di garanzia dovuti a

comprovati difetti di materiali o di fabbricazione. L’eliminazione dei difetti dell’apparecchio può

avvenire o riparandolo o sostituendo il prodotto stesso. La garanzia non copre difetti o danni causati

CONSEJOS DE SEGURIDAD

• Importante: para garantizar una protección suplementaria, se

aconseja colocar en la instalación eléctrica de alimentación

del aparato, un interruptor diferencial con una corriente de

intervención que no supere los 30 mA. Para mayores

informaciones, dirigirse al electrotécnico de confianza.

• Antes de usar el aparato, controle que esté bien seco.

• ATENCIÓN: no utilizar este aparato cerca de bañeras,

lavabos u otros recipientes que contengan agua.

• Este aparato puede ser utilizado por niños a partir de los 8

años de edad y también por personas con capacidades

físicas, sensoriales o mentales reducidas, o carentes de

experiencia y de conocimiento, siempre que lo hagan bajo

las instrucciones y la vigilancia de una persona que les haya

explicado el modo de uso del aparato y los peligros que

puede implicar.

• Los niños no deben jugar con el aparato.

• La limpieza y el mantenimiento no deben ser efectuados por

los niños sin vigilancia.

• Evite el contacto de las superficies calientes del aparato con

el rostro, el cuello u otras partes del cuerpo. Utilice el aparato

• Cuando el aparato esté en marcha, no debe apoyarlo sobre

superficies sensibles al calor.

• Cuando termine de usar el aparato, apáguelo y desenchúfelo

de la toma de corriente. No desenchufe el aparato tirando del

cable de corriente.

• No desenchufe el aparato con las manos mojadas.

• Antes de guardar el aparato, déjelo enfriar; no enrolle nunca

el cable eléctrico alrededor del aparato. Controle

periódicamente que el cable no esté dañado.

• Evite que el cable toque las partes de metal cuando todavía

estén calientes.

• Utilice el aparato en cabellos secos.

• No utilice el aparato en pelucas con cabellos sintéticos.

• Los elementos del embalaje del aparato (bolsas de plástico,

caja de cartón, etc.) no tienen que dejarse nunca al alcance

de los niños ya que son peligrosos.

• Este aparato tiene que destinarse sólo a los usos para los

cuales ha sido proyectado. Cualquier otro uso se considerará

impropio y, por consiguiente, peligroso. El fabricante no se

• Se prohíbe usar cualquier tipo de spray con el aparato en

MODALIDADES DE USO

Encendido y apagado del aparato

Para encender el aparato, introducir la clavija en la toma de corriente y pulsar el interruptor ON (fig. 1a,

ref.4). Para apagarlo, pulsar el interruptor OFF (fig.1a, ref. 5) y sacar la clavija de la toma de corriente.

Importante:

No deje el aparato sin vigilancia durante su funcionamiento.

Bloqueo/desbloqueo de apertura de las placas

Para desbloquear las placas, llevar el índice de la palanca de bloqueo (fig. 1, ref. 8) al símbolo .

Para bloquearlas nuevamente, llevar el índice al símbolo .

Selección de temperatura

Para seleccionar la temperatura de uso, después de encender el aparato, pulsar los mandos “+” o

“-” (fig. 1a, ref. 6) hasta ver en el display (fig. 1b, ref. 3) la temperatura deseada. El valor programado

parpadea hasta ser alcanzado. Proceder al tratamiento del cabello.

Para bloquear el valor programado, de manera que no se pueda cambiar involuntariamente, pulsar 3

segundos la tecla de regulación de la temperatura “-“ (fig. 1a, ref. 6). Aparece en el display el símbolo

(fig. 1b, ref. 3). Para desbloquear la selección, pulsar nuevamente 3 segundos la tecla de regulación

de la temperatura “-“.

Dependiendo del tipo de cabello se pueden seleccionar distintas temperaturas:

hasta 140 °C para cabellos finos y lisos

hasta 170°C para cabellos finos y ondulados

hasta 210°C para cabellos gruesos y rizados

FUNCIÓN ION

La función “ION” del aparato permanece activada de forma constante durante el funcionamiento,

generando un flujo de iones negativos.

Si el generador de iones emite un zumbido, esto debe considerarse normal.

Qué son los iones?

Los iones son partículas con carga eléctrica existentes en la naturaleza. Los iones con carga negativa,

ayudan a purificar el aire, neutralizando los iones con carga positiva, que en cambio contribuyen a su

deterioro, al retener en la atmósfera gran parte de los agentes contaminantes.

Se detecta una gran abundancia de iones con carga negativa tras una tormenta, o a orillas del mar, o

en el monte en proximidad de cascadas y cursos de agua, donde se perciben sensaciones de bienestar,

porque nos encontramos en presencia de aire más puro, natural y revitalizante.

Mejor hidratación del pelo

Los iones con carga negativa ayudan a preservar la correcta hidratación del pelo.

Efecto suavizante en el pelo

Esta mejor hidratación favorece el acondicionamiento de su pelo, tiene un efecto regenerador y lo

hace más suave y fácil de peinar, con más volumen y brillo.

No produce carga electrostática o “fly away”

Los iones con carga negativa ayudan a reducir la electricidad estática y el efecto “fly away” (cabellos

erizados) y encrespado del pelo.

CONSEJOS DE USO

Este aparato ha sido diseñado para realizar originales peinados con ondas grandes.

• Permita que el aparato alcance la temperatura deseada.

• ATENCIÓN: riesgo de quemadura. Evite el contacto directo del aparato con la piel.

• Los cabellos recién lavados y secados facilitan el moldeado.

• Cuando utilice el aparato por primera vez, practique en áreas pequeñas de cabellos.

• Tome un mechón de cabello y, empezando desde la raíz (Fig. 2).

• Mantenga las placas sobre cada parte del pelo durante unos segundos (Fig. 3).

• Para conseguir un moldeado uniforme, aplique la plancha en la parte donde se realizó la última

onda (Fig. 4,5).

• Para un acabado perfecto, no toque el cabello.

• Si prefiere un moldeado más suave, desenrede el cabello con los dedos o utilice un cepillo para

aumentar el volumen.
