The smart plug is shown offline or disconnected from the Wi-Fi.
• Please ensure the Wi-Fi connection is stable and the router is not far or
overloaded. Please restart your router or connect the device to a mobile Wi-Fi
hotspot to see if it works.
• If that doesn’t help, please remove the device from the app. Click the device
name, then click on the edit icon (at top-right corner), click “Remove Device”
located at the bottom and “Disconnect and wipe data”.
• If not even that helps, please reset the device and reconnect it to the app again.
To reset, simply press the power button for about ten seconds. The smart plug
indicator will blink rapidly (EZ mode) or slowly (AP mode).
Smart plug will turn on and off by itself randomly. What should I do to fix this?
• First, check whether you have set up any schedules for turning on and off in the
app.
• If that doesn’t help, try plugging the smart plug into another socket.
• If that doesn’t help either, please remove the device from the app. Click the
