3. Safety instructions

• The product is intended for private, non-

commercial use only.

• Use the product only for the intended purpose.

• Children should be supervised to ensure that

they do not play with the product.

• Do not use the product in areas in which

electronic products are not permitted.

yourself. Leave any and all service work to

qualiﬁed experts.

•Do not open the device or continue to operate it

•While driving a car or using sports equipment,

do not allow yourself to be distracted by your

product and keep an eye on the trac situation

and your surroundings.

•Do not place any liquid-ﬁlled vessels such as

ﬂower vases on or in the immediate vicinity of

the product. The vessel may topple over and the

liquid can then impair the electrical safety.

• The battery is permanently installed and cannot

be removed; dispose of the product as a whole

in accordance with the statutory regulations.

•Do not incinerate the battery or the product.

•Do not tamper with or damage/heat/disassemble

the batteries/rechargeable batteries.

•Do not use the product during the charging

process!

Warning – charging pad

•Ensure that there are no metal parts on the

headphones. Metal heats up signiﬁcantly

in the ﬁeld of an induction charger and can

damage your headphones and/or the charger.

•Ensure that the headphones are not covered

by textiles, metal or other objects in order to

avoid damage caused by overheating.

Warning - magnets

•This product generates magnetic ﬁelds.

Individuals with cardiac pacemakers should

consult a doctor before using this product as it

may affect the pacemaker's proper function.

•Do not place any bank or similar cards with

magnetic strips or magnetically sensitive

objects on the product. The data on the cards

could be damaged or completely deleted.

Warning - high volume

•High sound pressure!

•There is a risk of hearing damage.

•To prevent any loss of hearing, avoid listening

at loud volumes for prolonged periods.

•Always keep the volume at a reasonable level.

Loud volumes can damage hearing – even over

short periods.

•Using the product restricts

your ability to perceive

ambient sounds. You should

therefore not operate any

vehicles or machinery

during use.

Warning - optimal charging

This product is compatible with inductive

charging technology. For optimal charging, we

recommend using a wireless (qi-compatible)

charger that supports the Baseline Power

Proﬁle (5W). Please also consult the operating

instructions for the charger you are using.

4. Switch On/Off

Press the ON/OFF button (2) for approx. 3 seconds until the announcement "Power on" is

heard and the LED (5) ﬂashes blue/green.

To switch off, press the ON/OFF button (2) for approx. 3 seconds until the announcement

"Power off" is heard and the LED (5) ﬂashes red and then goes out.

Note – Automatic switch-off of the headphones

The headphones are equipped with an automatic switch-off mechanism. If there is no connection to

your device within 5 minutes, they switch off automatically.

5. Charging

Fully charge the headphones once before using them for the ﬁrst time.

Switching off the headphones

Ensure that the headphones are switched off before charging them.

A: Charging via USB-C port (8)

Connect the USB charging cable included to the charging socket (8). Connect the free

plug on the USB-C charging cable to a suitable USB charger. Refer to the

operating instructions for the USB charger used.

B: Inductive charging

The headphones can be charged wirelessly. To do this, place the left earpad with the outside

centred on a suitable wireless charger. Consult the operating instructions for the wireless charger

you are using.

Charging process for the headphones

The LED (9) lights up solid white during the charging process.

Once the charging process is complete, the LED (9) goes out.

It can take up to 3 hours for the battery to be fully charged.

Battery capacity

When the headphones' battery level is low (< 5%), the announcement "Battery low, please

charge"" is heard.

Note

During the charging process, the Bluetooth® connection is automatically disconnected.

6. Bluetooth® pairing

Note - pairing

•Ensure that the Bluetooth®-enabled device is switched on and that the Bluetooth® function is

activated.

•Please refer to the operating instructions of your device for more information.

The headphones and the device should not be more than 1 metre apart. The shorter the distance, the

better.

Check the status of the status LED (5) and the announcements

If the LED (5) is flashing alternately and the announcement is:

Headphones searching for a Bluetooth® connection.

If the LED (5) lights up solid and the announcement is:

The headphones are already paired with a

Search using your device for the headphones (only required on the first connection)

Open the Bluetooth® settings on your device and wait until the list of found Bluetooth® devices

shows Hama Passion Voyage.

Select Hama Passion Voyage and wait until the headphones are shown as connected in your

device's Bluetooth® settings.

•If your device requests a password to connect to the headphones, enter 0000.

Disconnecting the Bluetooth® connection

Disconnect the headphones via your device's Bluetooth® settings.

7. Control elements

Note

•Please be aware that your terminal device must support some functions if they are to be used.

•Please refer to the operating instructions of your device for more information.

7.1 Voice assistant function

Press the ON/OFF button (2) to

start communication with your Siri or Google Assistant.

Note - Siri

Siri is only available on suitable devices running iOS 5 (iPhone 4s or later) or higher.

Note - Google Assistant

•The Google Assistant is only available on suitable devices running Android 5.0 or higher with

Google Play Services, >1.5 GB of free memory and a minimum screen resolution of 720P.

•The Google Assistant App must be available on your device and be set as the default voice

assistant.

7.2 Hands-free function

It is possible to use the earphones like a hands-free facility for your mobile phone.

Make a call

Dial the number directly via your device to make a call.

Accept a call

Press the multi-function touch sensor (1) twice to accept

an incoming call

Reject a call

Press and hold the

multi-function touch sensor (1) for around 2 seconds or

use your device to

reject an incoming call.

End a call

During the call, press the multi-function touch sensor (1)

once to end the call.

Last number redial

Press the ON/OFF button (2) twice to redial the last

number.

7.3 Audio playback

Note

Please note that this function is only possible when a Bluetooth® connection is active.

Start playback on your device.

Play / Pause

Press the multi-function touch sensor (1) twice to pause or

start audio playback.

Next track

Swipe right on the multi-function touch sensor (1) to skip

to the next track.

Previous track

Swipe left on the multi-function touch sensor (1) to skip to

the previous track.

7.4 Volume control

Increase volume

Swipe upwards on the multi-function touch sensor (1) to

increase the volume.

Reduce volume

Swipe downwards on the multi-function touch sensor (1)

to reduce the volume.

7.5 ANC function

The headphones are equipped with an Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) function to reduce unwanted

ambient noise. If ANC is activated, noise can be reduced by up to -30 dB.

Press the NC button (3) once to switch on ANC and you will

hear "ANC on".

Press the NC button (3) once again to switch off ANC and you will hear "ANC off".

7.6 Transparency mode

The headphones are also equipped with a Transparency Mode function. This suppresses ambient noise

and makes it easy to follow announcements on trains or planes, for example.

Press the O button (4) once to switch the function on

and you will hear "Ambient sound".

Press the O button (4) once again to switch to your

previously set ANC mode.

7.7 Audio playback via an audio cable

In addition to the connection via Bluetooth®, you can also connect these headphones using the included

AUX cable. To do this, plug one end into the device and the other end into the audio input (6). When the

audio cable is inserted, the Bluetooth® connection is automatically disconnected. The headphones now

function like cabled headphones.

Dieses Produkt ist kompatibel mit der

Induktivladetechnologie. Für optimales Laden

empfehlen wir die Verwendung eines kabellosen

(qi-kompatiblen) Ladegeräts, welches Baseline

Power Proﬁle (5W) unterstützt. Beachten Sie

hierzu auch die Bedienungsanleitung des

verwendeten Ladegeräts.

4. Ein-/ Ausschalten

Drücken Sie die ON/OFF-Taste (2) für ca. 3 Sekunden, bis die Ansage "Power on" ertönt und

die LED (5) blau/grün blinkt.

Zum Ausschalten drücken Sie die ON/OFF-Taste (2) für ca. 3 Sekunden, bis die Ansage

"Power off" ertönt sowie die LED (5) rot blinkt und anschließend erlischt.

Hinweis – Automatisches Ausschalten des Kopfhörers

Der Kopfhörer ist mit einer Abschaltautomatik ausgestattet. Erfolgt innerhalb von 5 Minuten keine

Verbindung zu Ihrem Endgerät, schaltet dieser automatisch ab.

5. Laden

Laden Sie vor dem ersten Gebrauch den Kopfhörer einmal vollständig auf.

Kopfhörer ausschalten

Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Kopfhörer vor dem Auﬂaden ausgeschaltet ist.

A: Laden über USB-C Anschluss (8)

Schließen Sie das beiliegende USB-Ladekabel an die Ladebuchse (8) an. Schließen Sie den freien

Stecker des USB-C Ladekabels an einem geeigneten USB Ladegerät an. Beachten Sie hierzu die

Bedienungsanleitung des verwendeten USB Ladegeräts.

B: Induktivladen

Der Kopfhörer kann kabellos aufgeladen werden. Legen Sie dazu die linke Ohrmuschel mit der

Außenseite mittig auf ein geeignetes kabelloses Ladegerät. Beachten Sie hierzu die

Bedienungsanleitung des verwendeten kabellosen Ladegeräts.

Ladevorgang Kopfhörer

Die LED (9) leuchtet während des Ladevorgangs dauerhaft weiß.

Nach Abschluss des Ladevorgangs erlischt die LED (9).

Es kann bis zu 3 Stunden dauern, bis der Akku vollständig aufgeladen ist.

Akkukapazität

Bei niedrigem Akkustand (<5%) des Kopfhörers erfolgt die Ansage "battery low, please charging".

Hinweis

Während des Ladevorgangs wird die Bluetooth®-Verbindung automatisch ausgeschaltet.
