Congratulations on the purchase of your new appli-

ance. You have selected a high-quality product.

The operating instructions are part of this product.

They contain important information about safety,

usage and disposal. Before using the product, please

familiarise yourself with all operating and safety

instructions. Use the product only as described and

for the range of applications speciﬁed. Please also

pass these operating instructions on to any future

owner.

Intended use

The bandﬁle is designed for ﬁling work, especially

on diﬃcult-to-access locations, on wood, plastic,

metal and ﬁllers in addition to painted surfaces.

Please note that you need to use appropriate

grinding belts with diﬀerent grains for working dif-

ferent materials, and that you may need to adapt

the speed to suit the material. The appliance is not

intended for commercial use. Any other uses of

or modiﬁcation to the appliance is deemed to be

improper and carries the risk of serious personal

injury. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility

for damage(s) attributable to misuse.

be higher than the value speciﬁed in these

The term "power tool" in the warnings refers to your

mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery-

operated (cordless) power tool.

1. Work area safety

a) Keep work area clean and well lit.

Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.

b) Do not operate power tools in explosive atmos-

pheres, such as in the presence of ﬂammable

liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create sparks

which may ignite the dust or fumes.

c) Keep children and bystanders away while

operating a power tool. Distractions can cause

you to lose control.

2. Electrical safety

a) Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never

modify the plug in any way. Do not use any

adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power

tools. Unmodiﬁed plugs and matching outlets

will reduce risk of electric shock.

b) Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded

surfaces, such as pipes, radiators, ranges and

refrigerators. There is an increased risk of elec-

tric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.

c) Do not expose power tools to rain or wet

conditions. Water entering a power tool will

increase the risk of electric shock.

d) Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord

for carrying, pulling or unplugging the power

tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp

edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled

cords increase the risk of electric shock.

e) When operating a power tool outdoors, use

an extension cord suitable for outdoor use.

Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces

the risk of electric shock.

f) If operating a power tool in a damp location

is unavoidable, use a residual current device

(RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD

reduces the risk of electric shock.

3. Personal safety

a) Stay alert, watch what you are doing and

use common sense when operating a power

tool. Do not use a power tool while you are

tired or under the inﬂuence of drugs, alcohol

or medication. A moment of inattention while

operating power tools may result in serious

personal injury.

b) Use personal protective equipment. Always

wear eye protection. Protective equipment such

as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat,

or hearing protection used for appropriate

conditions will reduce personal injuries.

c) Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the

switch is in the oﬀ-position before connecting

to power source and/or battery pack, picking

up or carrying the tool. Carrying power tools

with your ﬁnger on the switch or energising power

tools that have the switch on invites accidents.

d) Remove any adjusting key or wrench before

turning the power tool on. A wrench or a key

left attached to a rotating part of the power tool

may result in personal injury.

e) Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and

balance at all times. This enables better control

of the power tool in unexpected situations.

f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or

jewellery. Keep your hair, clothing and gloves

away from moving parts. Loose clothes, jewel-

lery or long hair can be caught in moving parts.

g) If devices are provided for the connection of

dust extraction and collection facilities, ensure

these are connected and properly used.

Use of dust collection can reduce dust-related

hazards.

4. Power tool use and care

a) Do not force the power tool. Use the correct

power tool for your application. The correct

power tool will do the job better and safer at

the rate for which it was designed.

b) Do not use the power tool if the switch does

not turn it on and oﬀ. Any power tool that can-

not be controlled with the switch is dangerous

and must be repaired.

c) Disconnect the plug from the power source

and/or the battery pack from the power tool

before making any adjustments, changing

accessories or storing power tools. Such

preventive safety measures reduce the risk of

starting the power tool accidentally.

d) Store idle power tools out of the reach of

children and do not allow persons unfamiliar

with the power tool or these instructions to

operate the power tool. Power tools are

dangerous in the hands of untrained users.

e) Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment

or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts

and any other condition that may aﬀect the

power tool’s operation. If damaged, have the

power tool repaired before use. Many ac-

cidents are caused by poorly maintained power

tools.

f) Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly

maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting

edges are less likely to bind and are easier to

control.

g) Use the power tool, accessories and tool

bits, etc. in accordance with these instructions,

taking into account the working conditions

and the work to be performed. Use of the

power tool for operations diﬀerent from those

intended could result in a hazardous situation.

5. Service

a) Have your power tool serviced by a qualiﬁed

repair person using only identical replace-

ment parts. This will ensure that the safety of

the power tool is maintained.

Safety information for belt grinders

■ Hold the appliance by the insulated handles

since the grinding belt can come into contact

its own power cable. Damage to a live wire

may make exposed metal parts of the power

tool live and could give the operator an electric

shock.

Safety information for grinders

WARNING!

■ Dusts from materials such as leaded paint,

some types of wood and metal can be harm-

ful to your health.

■ Contact with or inhalation of these dusts can

represent a health hazard for the person

operating the appliance and other people in

the vicinity.

■ Wear safety goggles and a protective dust

mask!

Operation

NOTE

► The small grinding frame

has been de-

signed for ﬁne work, for cutting and carving.

The large grinding frame

is suitable for

general applications, for hollowing out and for

making joints. The angled grinding frame

is suitable for grooving and grinding in the

centre of the workpiece and in restricted

areas. You can also use it to smooth curved

surfaces.

Fitting the grinding frames

♦ Push the spring into the mounting hole.

♦ Attach the required grinding frame

♦ Screw the adjusting screw

on the appliance

until the grinding frame , , is in line with

the tool (see ﬁg. A).

Changing the grinding frames

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY

■ Always remove the power plug from the wall

socket before carrying out any work on the

bandﬁle.

♦ Unscrew the adjusting screw from the appli-

ance. When doing so, take care not to lose the

spring .

♦ Remove the grinding frame

♦ Remove the spring

♦ Push the spring

back into the mounting hole.

♦ Fit the required grinding frame

♦ Screw the adjusting screw

tightly back into

the appliance. The grinding frame , must

be in line with the tool (see ﬁg. A).

Tensioning/replacing the abrasive

belt

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY

■ Always remove the power plug from the wall

socket before carrying out any work on the

bandﬁle.

♦ Loosen the clamping device for the abrasive

belt by pushing the clamping lever forwards

(see ﬁg. B). The abrasive belt can now be

removed.

♦ Push the new abrasive belt

through the slot

in the appliance housing. Important: The direc-

tion of the arrows on the inside of the abrasive

belt and on the device housing must match.

♦ Guide the abrasive belt

over the rear and

front rollers .

♦ Press the clamping lever

back into its initial

position.

Manually adjusting the abrasive belt:

If the belt tracking is not centred when you switch

on the appliance, you may need to manually

adjust it.

♦ To do this, turn the adjusting screw

, until the

abrasive belt is running centred. Important:

It is important to ensure that the abrasive belt

is not rubbing against the housing. Check the

belt tracking regularly and adjust it if required

with the adjusting screw (see ﬁg. C).

Dust extraction

WARNING! RISK OF EXPLOSION!

■ If there is an explosive dust/air mixture, you

must use a specially-designed extraction

device.

RISK OF FIRE DUE TO FLYING SPARKS!

Do not use dust extraction systems (dust bags

or vacuum cleaners) when grinding metals.

WARNING! RISK OF FIRE!

■ There is a risk of ﬁre when working with elec-

trical appliances that are ﬁtted with a dust

bag or which can be connected to a vacuum

cleaner via a vacuum cleaner adapter. In un-

favourable conditions, e.g. when sparks are

ﬂying while grinding metal or metal residues

in wood, wood dust in the dust bag (or in the

vacuum cleaner dust bag) can spontaneously

ignite. This is a particular risk if the wood

dust is mixed with paint residues or other

chemicals and the workpiece has become hot

after being worked for a long time. Therefore,

do not allow the workpiece or appliance to

overheat, and always empty the dust collec-

tor or the dust bag in the vacuum cleaner

before taking a break from work.

Dust extraction system with dust bag

♦ Press the handles of the wire ring on the dust

bag

together so that it opens up.

♦ Now press the dust bag

onto the adapter

ﬁtting .

Dismantling/removing the dust bag:

♦ Press the handles of the wire ring on the dust

bag

together so that it opens up. Pull the

dust bag oﬀ the appliance.

Connect the adapter for external dust extrac-

tion systems:

♦ Push the extraction adapter

onto the

bandﬁle so that its teeth slot into the notches

provided. Now screw the extraction adapter

tight in a clockwise direction.

♦ Push the hose from a suitable dust extraction

appliance (e.g. a workshop vacuum cleaner)

onto the extraction adapter

Removal:

♦ Pull oﬀ the hose of the dust extraction device.

♦ Turn the extraction adapter

anticlockwise

and take it oﬀ the bandﬁle.

Operation

Switching on and oﬀ

When operating the bandﬁle, you can choose

between instantaneous and continuous operation.

Switching to instantaneous operation:

♦ Press the ON/OFF switch

Switching oﬀ instantaneous operation:

♦ Release the ON/OFF switch

Switching to continuous operation:

♦ Press the ON/OFF switch

Selecting speed and abrasive belt

You can use the speed control to select the rota-

tional speed. The optimum belt speed is dependent

on the material being processed. We recommend

carrying out a practice run to determine the correct

speed.

Tips and tricks

■ Never use the same abrasive belt to process

wood and metal.

■ Worn or cracked abrasive belts can damage

the workpiece. Therefore, be sure to replace

worn abrasive belts before starting work.

■ Always hang up the abrasive belts to store

them, as kinks etc. can make them unusable.

Maintenance and cleaning

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!

Switch the appliance oﬀ and remove

the power plug before starting any

work on the appliance.

The bandﬁle is maintenance-free.

■ Always clean the appliance directly after ﬁnishing

work.

■ Use a dry cloth to clean the housing. Under

no circumstances should you use detergents,

solvents or abrasive cleaners.

Emptying/cleaning the dust bag:

♦ Press the handles of the wire ring on the dust

bag

together so that it opens up. Pull the

dust bag oﬀ the appliance.

♦ Empty the dust bag

completely by knocking

out the contents and then push it back onto the

adapter ﬁtting .

♦ Ensure ventilation openings are always free.

♦ Remove any adhering swarf with a brush.

Disposal

The packaging is made from environmen-

tally friendly material and can be disposed

of at your local recycling plant.

Do not dispose of power tools in

your normal household waste!

European Directive 2012/19/EU requires that

worn-out power tools be collected separately and

recycled in an environmentally compatible manner.

Your local community or municipal authorities can

provide information on how to dispose of the worn-

out appliance.

Dear Customer,

This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from

the date of purchase. If this product has any faults,

you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your

statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the

warranty described below.

Warranty conditions

The validity period of the warranty starts from the

date of purchase. Please keep your original receipt

in a safe place. This document will be required as

proof of purchase.

If any material or production fault occurs within

three years of the date of purchase of the product,

we will either repair or replace the product for you

at our discretion. This warranty service is depend-

ent on you presenting the defective appliance and

the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written

description of the fault and its time of occurrence.

If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product

will either be repaired or replaced by us. The repair

or replacement of a product does not signify the

beginning of a new warranty period.

Warranty period and statutory

claims for defects

The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs

eﬀected under the warranty. This also applies to

replaced and repaired components. Any damage

and defects present at the time of purchase must

be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs

carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall

be subject to a fee.

Scope of the warranty

This appliance has been manufactured in accord-

ance with strict quality guidelines and inspected

meticulously prior to delivery.

The warranty covers material faults or production

faults. The warranty does not extend to product

parts subject to normal wear and tear or fragile

parts such as switches, batteries, baking moulds or

parts made of glass.

The warranty does not apply if the product has

been damaged, improperly used or improperly

maintained. The directions in the operating instruc-

tions for the product regarding proper use of

the product are to be strictly followed. Uses and

actions that are discouraged in the operating

instructions or which are warned against must be

avoided.

This product is intended solely for private use and

not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall be

deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling,

use of force and modiﬁcations/repairs which have

not been carried out by one of our authorised

A használati útmutató a termék része. Fontos tud-

nivalókat tartalmaz a biztonságra, használatra és

ártalmatlanításra vonatkozóan. A termék haszná-

lata előtt ismerkedjen meg valamennyi használati

megadott célokra használja a készüléket. A készü-

lék harmadik személynek továbbadása esetén adja

Rendeltetésszerű használat

A szalagcsiszolót nehezen hozzáférhető helyeken,

fa, műanyag, fém és spatulyázó massza, valamint

festett felületek csiszolására tervezték. Ügyeljen

arra, hogy a különféle anyagok megmunkálásához

megfelelő szemcseméretű csiszolószalagot hasz-

náljon és a fordulatszám is legyen az anyagnak

megfelelő. A készülék ipari használatra nem al-

kalmas. Minden egyéb felhasználási mód vagy a

gép módosítása rendeltetésellenesnek minősül és

jelentős balesetveszélyes. A nem rendeltetésszerű

használatból eredő károkért a gyártó nem vállal

felelősséget.

► A jelen használati útmutatóban megadott

rezgés-kibocsátási érték szabványos mérési

eljárással lett meghatározva és felhasznál-

ható a készülékek összehasonlítására. A

megadott rezgés kibocsátási érték a kitettség

előzetes megbecsüléséhez is felhasználható.

FIGYELMEZTETÉS!

► A rezgés-kibocsátási szint az elektromos ké-

ziszerszám alkalmazásától függően változik

és egyes esetekben a jelen útmutatókban

megadott érték felett lehet. A rezgésterhelés

alulbecsült lehet, ha az elektromos kéziszer-

számot rendszeresen így használják. Próbálja

a rezgésterhelést a lehető legalacsonyabb

szinten tartani. A rezgésterhelés csökkentésé-

re tett intézkedések például a kesztyű viselése

a szerszám használata során és a munkaidő

korlátozása. Ebben az esetben a működési

ciklus minden részét ﬁgyelembe kell venni

(például amikor az elektromos kéziszerszám

ki van kapcsolva, és amikor bár be van

kapcsolva, de terhelés nélkül fut).

FIGYELMEZTETÉS!

► Olvassa el az összes biztonsági előírást és

utasítást. A biztonsági előírások és utasítások

ﬁgyelmen kívül hagyása áramütést, tüzet és/

vagy súlyos sérüléseket okozhat.

Őrizze meg az összes biztonsági előírást és

utasítást későbbi használatra.

A biztonsági előírásokban használt „elektromos

kéziszerszám“ kifejezés hálózatról (hálózati kábe-

len át) üzemeltetett elektromos kéziszerszámokra

és akkumulátoros elektromos kéziszerszámokra

(hálózati kábel nélkül) vonatkozik.

1. Munkahelyi biztonság

a) Tartsa tisztán és jól megvilágítva a munkate-

rületét. A rendetlenség és a rosszul megvilágí-

tott munkaterület balesetet okozhat.

b) Ne dolgozzon a készülékkel olyan robba-

násveszélyes környezetben, ahol gyúlékony

folyadékok, gázok vagy porok vannak.

Az elektromos szerszámok szikráznak, ami

meggyújthatja a port vagy gőzöket.

c) Az elektromos kéziszerszám használata köz-

ben ne engedjen közel gyermekeket és más

személyeket. Ha elterelik a ﬁgyelmét, elveszít-

heti uralmát a készülék felett.

2. Elektromos biztonság

a) Az elektromos kéziszerszám csatlakozódugó-

jának illeszkednie kell a csatlakozóaljzatba.

A csatlakozót semmilyen módon nem szabad

megváltoztatni. A földelt elektromos kéziszer-

számokat ne használja adapterrel. A nem

módosított csatlakozó és a megfelelő csatlako-

zóaljzat használata csökkenti az elektromos

áramütés veszélyét.

b) Ügyeljen arra, hogy teste ne érintkezzen

földelt felülettel, mint például csővezeték, fű-

tőtest, tűzhely vagy hűtőszekrény felületével.

Az áramütés kockázata nagyobb, ha a teste

földelve van.

c) Óvja az elektromos kéziszerszámot esőtől

vagy nedves környezettől. Növeli az áramütés

kockázatát, ha víz kerül az elektromos készülék-

be.

d) Ne használja a vezetéket rendeltetésellenes

célra, ne vigye és ne akassza fel az elektro-

mos kéziszerszámot a kábelnél fogva és ne

a vezetéknél fogva húzza ki a csatlakozót

az aljzatból. Tartsa távol a vezetéket hőtől,

olajtól, éles szegélyektől vagy mozgó alkatré-

szektől. A sérült vagy összecsavarodott vezeték

növeli az áramütés kockázatát.

e) Ha a szabadban dolgozik az elektromos ké-

ziszerszámmal, akkor csak olyan hosszabbító

kábelt használjon, ami kültéren is engedélye-

zett. A kültéri használatra alkalmas hosszabbító

kábellel csökkentheti az áramütés veszélyét.

f) Ha az elektromos kéziszerszám nedves helyen

való használata elkerülhetetlen, akkor hasz-

náljon hibaáram védőkapcsolót. A hibaáram-

védőkapcsoló használata csökkenti az áramütés

veszélyének kockázatát.

3. Személyi biztonság

a) Legyen mindig ﬁgyelmes, ﬁgyeljen arra, amit

tesz és hozzáértéssel végezze a munkát az

elektromos kéziszerszámmal. Ne használjon

elektromos szerszámot, ha fáradt, vagy ha

kábítószer, alkohol vagy gyógyszer hatása

alatt áll. Az elektromos kéziszerszám haszná-

latakor már egy pillanatnyi ﬁgyelmetlenség is

komoly sérüléseket okozhat.

b) Viseljen személyes védőfelszerelést és mindig

vegyen fel védőszemüveget. Az elektromos

kéziszerszám jellegének és használatának

megfelelő személyes védőfelszerelés, például

pormaszk, csúszásmentes biztonsági cipő, vé-

dősisak vagy fülvédő csökkenti a személyi sérü-

lések veszélyét.

c) Előzze meg a készülék véletlenszerű bekap-

csolását. Győződjön meg arról, hogy az

elektromos kéziszerszám ki van kapcsolva,

mielőtt a villamos hálózatra és/vagy az akku-

mulátorra csatlakoztatja, illetve kézbe veszi

vagy viszi.

Balesetet okozhat, ha a készülék hordozása

közben az ujja a BE/KI kapcsolón van vagy a

készülék már bekapcsolt állapotban van, ami-

kor csatlakoztatja az áramellátáshoz.

d) Távolítsa el a beállításhoz használt szerszá-

mokat vagy csavarkulcsokat az elektromos

kéziszerszám bekapcsolása előtt. A készülék

forgó részében maradt szerszám vagy kulcs

balesetet okozhat.

e) Kerülje a normálistól eltérő testtartást. Vegyen

fel biztonságos álló helyzetet és tartsa meg

folyamatosan az egyensúlyát. Ily módon vá-

ratlan helyzetekben is jobban úrrá tud lenni

a készüléken.

f) Viseljen alkalmas ruházatot. Ne viseljen bő

ruházatot vagy ékszert. Tartsa távol a haját,

ruháját és kesztyűjét a mozgó részektől.

A laza ruházat, az ékszer vagy a hosszú haj

beleakadhat a mozgó részekbe.

g) Amennyiben a készülékhez porelszívó és por-

gyűjtő berendezés is szerelhető, akkor győ-

ződjön meg arról, hogy azok csatlakoztatva

vannak és használatuk helyesen történik. A

porelszívó alkalmazása csökkentheti a por általi

veszélyeztetést.

4. Az elektromos szerszám használata

és kezelése

a) Ne terhelje túl a készüléket. A munkájának

megfelelő elektromos szerszámot használjon.

A megfelelő elektromos szerszámmal jobban

és biztonságosabban tud dolgozni a megadott

teljesítmény-tartományban.

b) Ne használjon olyan elektromos kéziszerszá-

mot, amelynek hibás a kapcsolója. A már nem

be- és kikapcsolható elektromos kéziszerszám

használata veszélyes és meg kell javíttatni.

c) Húzza ki a csatlakozót az aljzatból és/vagy

vegye le az akkumulátort, mielőtt beállításo-

kat végez a készüléken, tartozékokat cserél

vagy a készüléket elteszi. Ezzel a megelőző

biztonsági intézkedéssel megakadályozható az

elektromos szerszám véletlen bekapcsolása.

d) A nem használt elektromos kéziszerszámot

gyermekektől elzárva tárolja. Ne engedje,

hogy olyan személyek használják a készülé-

ket, akik nem ismerik a használatát, vagy

nem olvasták az erre vonatkozó utasításokat.

A tapasztalatlan személyek által használt elekt-

romos kéziszerszámok veszélyesek.

e) Gondosan ápolja az elektromos kéziszerszá-

mokat. Ellenőrizze, hogy a mozgó részek tö-

kéletesen működnek és nincsenek beszorulva,

részei nincsenek eltörve vagy olyannyira meg-

sérülve, hogy az befolyásolná az elektromos

kéziszerszám működését. A készülék haszná-

lata előtt javíttassa meg a sérült részeket. A

rosszul karbantartott elektromos kéziszerszámok

sok balesetet okoznak.

f) A vágószerszámokat tartsa mindig élesen és

tisztán. A gondosan karbantartott, éles vágó-

eszközök kisebb valószínűséggel szorulnak be

és könnyebben irányíthatók.

g) Az elektromos kéziszerszámot, a tartozékokat,

a betétszerszámokat stb. a használati utasítás-

nak megfelelően használja. Vegye ﬁgyelembe

a munkakörülményeket és az elvégzendő

feladatot. Az elektromos kéziszerszám nem ren-

deltetésszerű használata veszélyes helyzeteket

teremthet.

5. Szerviz

a) Az elektromos kéziszerszámot csak szakkép-

zett szakemberrel és csak eredeti csereal-

katrészekkel javíttassa. Ezzel biztosíthatja az

elektromos kéziszerszám hosszan tartó bizton-

ságos működését.

Szalagcsiszolókra vonatkozó bizton-

sági utasítások

■ A készüléket csak a szigetelt markolatánál

fogja meg, mivel a csiszolószalag saját há-

lózati kábeléhez érhet. A feszültség alatt álló

vezeték megsértése a készülék fém részeit is

feszültség alá helyezheti és áramütést okozhat.

Csiszológépekre vonatkozó bizton-

sági utasítások

FIGYELMEZTETÉS!

■ Az ólomtartalmú festékek, bizonyos fafajták

a munkadarabok közepén és nehezen

hozzáférhető helyeken történő rovátkoláshoz

és csiszoláshoz való. Ívelt felületek simítására

is alkalmas.

Csiszolószalag befogása /cseréje

FIGYELMEZTETÉS! SÉRÜLÉSVESZÉLY

■ A szalagcsiszolón végzendő munka megkez-

dése előtt húzza ki a hálózati csatlakozódu-

gót a hálózati aljzatból.

♦ Lazítsa ki a csiszolószalag befogószerkezetét

olyan módon, hogy a szorítókart

előre tolja

(lásd a "B" ábrát). A csiszolószalag kivehető.

♦ Csúsztassa át az új csiszolószalagot

a készü-

lékház nyílásán. Fontos: A csiszolószalag

belső oldalán és a készülékházon lévő nyíl irá-

nyának egyeznie kell.

♦ Vezesse át a csiszolószalagot

a hátsó és az

elülső görgőn .

♦ Nyomja vissza a szorítókart

a kiindulási

helyzetbe.

Csiszolószalag manuális beállítása:

Ha a bekapcsolást követően a szalagfutás nem

középpontosul, akkor szükség esetén manuálisan

kell beállítani.

♦ Ehhez forgassa el a beállítócsavart

a csiszolószalag középpontosan nem fut.

Fontos: Feltétlenül ügyeljen arra, hogy a csiszo-

lószalag ne csiszolja a készülékházat. Rend-

szeresen ellenőrizze a szalagfutást és szükség

esetén állítsa be a beállítócsavarral (lásd a

"C" ábrát).

Porelszívás

FIGYELMEZTETÉS! ROBBANÁSVE-

SZÉLY!

■ Robbanásveszélyes por / levegőkeverék

esetén ehhez megfelelő, speciális elszívót kell

használni.

SZIKRAKÉPZŐDÉS OKOZTA TŰZVESZÉLY!

Fémek csiszolásához ne használjon porelszívót

(porzsák

vagy porszívó).

FIGYELMEZTETÉS! TŰZVESZÉLY!

■ Tűzveszély áll fenn olyan elektromos

készülékekkel végzett munka során, melyek

porzsákkal rendelkeznek vagy porelszívó

berendezésen keresztül a porszívóhoz csat-

lakoztathatók! Kedvezőtlen feltételek mellett

- pl. szikrázás, fában található fém vagy

fémmaradványok csiszolásakor - a fűrész-

por meggyulladhat a porzsákban (vagy a

porszívó porzsákjában). Ez különösen akkor

történhet meg, ha a fapor festékmaradvány-

nyal vagy egyéb vegyi anyaggal keveredik

és a csiszolt anyag hosszú megmunkálás után

felforrósodik. Ezért mindenképpen kerülje el a

csiszolandó munkadarab és a készülék felhe-

vülését és a munkaszünetek előtt mindig ürítse

ki a porzsákot, ill. a porszívó porzsákját.
