- L’anemometro è destinato al seguente uso:

• Misurare velocità del vento e volume d’aria.

SICUREZZA DELLA POSTAZIONE DI LAVORO

Non utilizzare in ambienti contenenti atmosfere potenzialmente esplosive perché

possono svilupparsi scintille in grado di incendiare polveri o vapori.

Non effettuare misurazioni in condizioni di umidità e temperatura elevate.

UTILIZZO ACCURATO

- Controllare prima dell’utilizzo che lo strumento non abbia subito danneggiamenti.

- Non manomettere il circuito elettronico.

- Non inserire oggetti che possano compromettere la rotazione dell’elica

Inserimento/cambio batterie

Quando sul display compare l’indicazione , signica che la batteria si sta esaurendo.

Aprire il coperchio della batteria svitando la vite e procedere alla sostituzione.

FUNZIONI

Accensione

Per accendere lo strumento premere il tasto 4), l’accensione del display è accompagnata

da un doppio beep.

Auto spegnimento

Lo strumento si spegne se è inutilizzato per diversi minuti.

L’opzione di auto spegnimento è attiva di default, per disattivare questa funzione

premere il tasto 3) nché non scompare il relativo simbolo dal display.

Per riattivare tale funzione premere il tasto 3) nché ricompare il relativo simbolo dal

display.

Tasto FUNC

Premendo il tasto 3) è possibile selezionare la modalità di misura che si intende

effettuare:

- VEL misura della velocità del vento

- FLOW misura del usso di aria

Tasto UNIT

Per selezionare l’unità di misura nelle funzioni VEL e FLOW premere il tasto 5).

Tasto MAX/MIN

Premere il tasto 6) il display mostrerà l’indicazione MAX, con questa funzione si

visualizza il valore massimo rilevato.

Premendo ancora il tasto 6) si passa alla funzione MIN, visualizzato sul display, con

questa funzione si visualizza il valore minimo rilevato.

Per disattivare questa funzione tenere premuto il tasto 6) nché l’indicazione MAX o

MIN non scompare dal display.

Tasto HOLD

Premere il tasto 7) per bloccare il valore visualizzato. Sul display comparirà l’indicazione

HOLD.

Per disattivare questa funzione premere il tasto 7) nché l’indicazione HOLD non

scompare dal display.

Tasto ILLUMINAZIONE

Premere il tasto 8) per attivare o disattivare l’illuminazione dello schermo.

MISURAZIONI

Misurazione velocità del vento

Tramite il tasto 3) selezionare la funzione VEL e l’unità di misura con il tasto 5).

Effettuare la misura tenendo lo strumento perpendicolare alla corrente d’aria.

Impostazione AREA

Per misurare il volume di aria bisogna prima impostare l’area del tubo.

Per impostare l’area premere il tasto 3) per entrare nella funzione AREA.

Premere il tasto 5) per selezionare il valore e Premere il tasto 6) per spostarsi verso

destra man mano che si impostano i valori.

Dopo aver impostato in questo modo anche l’unità di misura premere il tasto 5) per

conferma il valore impostato e uscire da questa funzione.

Misura del volume di aria

Per misurare il volume di aria bisogna prima impostare l’area da cui esce la corrente

d’aria: Impostazione AREA

Per impostare l’area premere il tasto 3) per entrare nella funzione AREA.

Premere il tasto 5) per impostare il valore e premere il tasto 6) per spostarsi

verso destra man mano che si impostano i valori.

Dopo aver impostato in questo modo anche l’unità di misura premere il tasto 5)

per conferma il valore impostato e uscire da questa funzione.

Dopo aver impostato l’area, selezionare la funzione FLOW con il tasto 3) e effettuare la

misura tenendo lo strumento perpendicolare alla corrente d’aria.

MANUTENZIONE

Gli interventi di manutenzione e di riparazione devono essere eseguiti solo ed

esclusivamente da personale specializzato. Per tali interventi potete rivolgervi al centro

riparazioni di Beta Utensili S.p.A. attraverso il vostro rivenditore Beta di ducia.

SMALTIMENTO

Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sull’apparecchiatura o sulla confezione indica

che il prodotto, alla ne della sua vita utile, deve essere smaltito separatamente dagli

altri riuti urbani.

L’utilizzatore che intendesse smaltire questo strumento può:

- Consegnarlo presso un centro di raccolta di riuti elettronici od elettrotecnici.

- Riconsegnarlo al proprio rivenditore al momento dell’acquisto di uno strumento

equivalente.

- Nel caso di prodotti ad uso esclusivo professionale, contattare il produttore che dovrà

disporre una procedura per il corretto smaltimento.

Il corretto smaltimento di questo prodotto permette il riutilizzo delle materie prime in

esso contenute ed evita danni all’ambiente ed alla salute umana.

Lo smaltimento abusivo del prodotto costituisce una violazione della norma sullo

smaltimento di riuti pericolosi, comporta l’applicazione delle sanzioni previste.

GARANZIA

Questo strumento è fabbricato e collaudato secondo le norme attualmente vigenti

nella Comunità Europea. È coperto da garanzia per un periodo di 12 mesi per uso

professionale o 24 mesi per uso non professionale.

Vengono riparati guasti dovuti a difetti di materiale o di produzione mediante ripristino o

sostituzione dei pezzi difettosi a nostra discrezione.

L’effettuazione di uno o più interventi nel periodo di garanzia non modica la data di

scadenza della stessa.

Non sono soggetti a garanzia difetti dovuti ad usura, ad uso errato od improprio e a

rotture causate da colpi e/o cadute. La garanzia decade quando vengono apportate

modiche, quando viene manomesso o quando viene inviato all’assistenza smontato.

Sono espressamente esclusi danni causati a persone e/o cose di qualsiasi genere e/o

natura, diretti e/o indiretti.

PURPOSE OF USE

- The anemometer can be used for the following purpose:

• Measuring wind velocity and air volume.

WORK AREA SAFETY

Do not use in environments containing explosive atmospheres, because sparks

may be generated which can ignite the dust or fumes.

Do not take measurements in environments with high IR and UV radiation levels.

USE AND CARE

- Before use, check that the meter has not been damaged.

- Do not force the electronic circuit.

- Do not insert any objects that may affect fan blade rotation.

Battery Installation/Replacement

When the battery runs low , will appear on the display.

Open the battery cover by unscrewing the screw and replace the battery.

FUNCTIONS

Power ON

To turn on the meter, press button 4). The meter will beep twice to conrm that it is on.

Auto power OFF

The meter will power down after several minutes of inactivity.

The auto power off option is enabled by default. To disable this function, press and hold

button 3) until the relevant symbol disappears from the display.

To enable the function again, press and hold button 3) until the relevant symbol appears

on the display.

FUNC button

Pressing button 3) will allow the required measurement mode to be selected:

- VEL (wind velocity measurement)

- FLOW (air ow measurement).

UNIT button

To select the unit of measurement in the VEL and FLOW functions, press button 5).

MAX/MIN button

Press button 6). The meter will display MAX. This function allows the maximum

measured value to be displayed.

Pressing button 6) again will allow the MIN function to be selected and displayed. The

minimum measured value will thus be displayed.

To disable this function, press and hold button 6) until MAX or MIN disappears from

the display.

HOLD button

Press button 7) to freeze the displayed value. The meter will display HOLD.

To disable this function, press button 7) until HOLD disappears from the display.

BACKLIGHT button

Press button 8) to enable or disable display backlight.

MEASUREMENTS

Wind velocity measurement

Press button 3) to select the VEL function; press button 5) to select the unit of

measurement.

Take the measurement by holding the meter perpendicular to the air ow.

AIR FLOW AREA setting

Air volume measurements require setting the air duct area.

To set the air duct area, press button 3) to enter the AREA function.

Press button 5) to select the value; press button 6) to move to the right as the values

are set.

After setting the unit of measurement in the same way, press button 5) to conrm the

set value and exit this function.

Air volume measurement

Air volume measurements require setting the air ow exit area:

AIR FLOW AREA setting

To set the area, press button 3) to enter the AREA function.

Press button 5) to set the value; press button 6) to move to the right as the

values are set.

After setting the unit of measurement in the same way, press button 5) to

conrm the set value and exit this function

After setting the area, select the FLOW function by pressing button 3) and take the

measurement by holding the meter perpendicular to the air ow.

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance and repair jobs must be carried out by trained personnel only. For such

jobs, you can contact Beta Utensili S.p.A.'s repair centre through your Beta dealer.

DISPOSAL

The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the equipment or packaging means that the

product should be collected separately from other types of urban waste at the end of

its useful life.

Any user who is going to dispose of this meter shall:

- deliver it to an appropriate collection facility for electronic or electrotechnical equipment;

- return it to the dealer upon purchase of a new, equivalent meter;

- in case of a product for professional use only, contact the manufacturer, who

will arrange for the product to be properly disposed of.

Proper disposal of this product allows the raw materials contained in it to be reused and

prevents damage to the environment or human health.

Illegal disposal of this product is a violation of the provision concerning the disposal of

hazardous waste and will give way to the application of such nes as provided for under

current regulations.

WARRANTY

This meter is manufactured and tested in accordance with current EU regulations. It

is covered by a 12-month warranty for professional use or a 24-month warranty for

nonprofessional use.

We will repair any breakdowns caused by material or manufacturing defects by xing the

defective pieces or replacing them at our discretion.

Should assistance be required once or several times during the warranty period, the

expiry date of this warranty will remain unchanged.

This warranty will not cover defects due to wear, misuse or breakdowns caused by

blows and/or falls. In addition, this warranty will no longer be valid if any changes are

made, or if the meter is forced or sent to the customer service in pieces.

This warranty explicitly excludes any damage to people and/or things, whether direct

or consequential.

Insertion/remplacement des batteries

Lorsque l'indication s’afche sur l'écran, cela signie que la batterie est épuisée.

Ouvrir le couvercle de la batterie en dévissant la vis et la replacer.

FONCTIONS

Mise en marche

Pour allumer l'instrument, appuyer sur la touche 4), l'afcheur s'allume avec un double

bip.

Extinction automatique

L'instrument s'éteint s'il n'est pas utilisé pendant plusieurs minutes.

L'option d'extinction automatique est active par défaut. Pour désactiver cette fonction,

appuyer sur la touche 3) jusqu'à ce que le symbole correspondant disparaisse de

l'écran.

Pour réactiver cette fonction, appuyer sur la touche 3) jusqu'à ce que le symbole

correspondant réapparaisse sur l'écran.

Touche FUNC

En appuyant sur la touche 3) il est possible de sélectionner le mode de mesure à

effectuer :

- Mesure VEL de la vitesse du vent

- FLOW mesure du débit d'air.

Touche UNIT

Pour sélectionner l'unité de mesure dans les fonctions VEL et FLOW, appuyer sur la

touche 5).

Touche MAX/MIN

Appuyer sur la touche 6), l'écran afchera l'indication MAX, avec cette fonction, la valeur

maximale détectée s’afche.

Appuyer à nouveau sur la touche 6) pour accéder à la fonction MIN indiquée sur l'écran.

Avec cette fonction, la valeur minimale détectée s’afche.

Pour désactiver cette fonction, appuyer longuement sur la touche 6) jusqu'à ce que

l'indication MAX ou MIN disparaisse de l'écran.

Touche HOLD

Appuyer sur la touche 7) pour bloquer la valeur afchée. L'indication HOLD s’afche.

Pour désactiver cette fonction, appuyer sur la touche 7) jusqu'à ce que l'indication

HOLD disparaisse de l'écran.

Touche ÉCLAIRAGE

Appuyer sur la touche 8) pour activer ou désactiver l'éclairage de l'écran.

MESURES

Mesure de la vitesse du vent

Avec la touche 3) sélectionner la fonction VEL et l'unité de mesure avec la touche 5).

Mesurer en tenant l'instrument perpendiculaire par rapport au ux d'air.

Réglage SURFACE

Pour mesurer le volume d'air, dénir d'abord la surface du tuyau.

Pour régler la surface, appuyer sur la touche 3) pour accéder à la fonction SURFACE.

Appuyer sur la touche 5) pour sélectionner la valeur et sur la touche 6) pour se déplacer

vers la droite lors de la dénition des valeurs.

Après avoir conguré l'unité de mesure de cette manière, appuyer sur la touche 5) pour

conrmer la valeur congurée et sortir de cette fonction.

Mesure du volume d'air

Pour mesurer le volume d'air, dénir d’abord la surface d'où sort le ux d'air:

Réglage SURFACE

Pour régler la surface, appuyer sur la touche 3) pour accéder à la fonction

SURFACE.

Appuyer sur la touche 5) pour sélectionner la valeur et sur la touche 6) pour se

déplacer vers la droite lors de la dénition des valeurs.

Après avoir conguré l'unité de mesure de cette manière, appuyer sur la touche

5) pour conrmer la valeur congurée et sortir de cette fonction.

Après avoir déni la surface, sélectionner la fonction FLOW avec la touche 3) et mesurer

en tenant l'instrument perpendiculaire par rapport au ux d'air.

MAINTENANCE

Les interventions de maintenance et de réparation doivent être exclusivement

effectuées par un personnel spécialisé. Pour ces interventions, vous pouvez vous

adresser au centre des réparations de Beta Utensili S.p.A. à travers votre revendeur

Beta de référence.

ÉCOULEMENT

Le symbole du bac barré reporté sur l'appareil ou sur l'emballage indique que le produit,

à la n de sa durée de vie, doit être écoulé séparément des autres déchets urbains.

L’utilisateur qui doit écouler cet instrument peut :

- le remettre à un centre de collecte de déchets électroniques ou électrotechniques ;

- le retourner au vendeur au moment de l'achat d'un instrument équivalent ;

- en cas de produit à usage professionnel exclusif, contacter le producteur qui devra

disposer d'une procédure pour l'écoulement correct.

L'écoulement correct de ce produit permet la réutilisation des matières premières qui le

composent et évite les dommages à l'environnement et à la santé humaine.

L'écoulement illégal du produit représente une violation de la norme sur l'écoulement

des déchets dangereux et comporte l'application des sanctions prévues.

GARANTIE

Cet instrument est fabriquée et testée selon les normes actuellement en vigueur dans la

Communité Européenne. Il est couvert par une garantie de 12 mois pour une utilisation

professionnelle ou de 24 mois pour une utilisation non professionnelle.

Toutes les pannes dues à un défaut matériel ou de production seront réparées, en

ajustant ou en remplaçant les pièces défectueuses à notre discrétion.

La réalisation d’une ou de plusieurs interventions pendant la période de garantie n’en

modie pas la date d’échéance.

La garantie ne couvre pas les problèmes dus à l’usure des composants, à un usage

erroné ou

incorrect de l’outil, aux ruptures causées pas des coups et/ou des chutes. La garantie

ne s’applique pas en cas de modications ou d’altérations ou si l'instrument est envoyé

à l’assistance technique démonté.

Tous les dommages causés aux personnes et/ou aux biens, directs et/ou indirects et de

quelque genre ou nature que ce soit, sont exclus de la garantie.

BESTIMMUNGSZWECK

- Das Anemometer ist für den folgenden Gebrauch bestimmt:

• Messung der Windgeschwindigkeit und des Luftvolumenstroms.

SICHERHEIT DES ARBEITSPLATZES

Das Gerät nicht in explosionsfähiger Umgebung verwenden, da sich Funken bilden

können, die Staub oder Dämpfe entammen.

Keine Messungen bei Feuchtigkeit und hohen Temperaturen durchführen.

KORREKTER GEBRAUCH

- Vor dem Gebrauch des Gerätes kontrollieren, dass es keine Schäden aufweist.

- Den elektronischen Schaltkreis nicht umrüsten oder beschädigen.

- Keine Gegenstände einstecken, die das Drehen des Windrads beeinträchtigen können.
