ATTENZIONE - Il decespugliatore, se ben usato, è uno

strumento di lavoro rapido, comodo ed ecace; se usato in

modo non corretto o senza le dovute precauzioni potrebbe

diventare un attrezzo pericoloso. Perchè il vostro lavoro sia

sempre piacevole e sicuro, rispettare scrupolosamente le

norme di sicurezza qui riportate e nel corso del manuale.

ATTENZIONE: Il sistema di accensione della vostra unità,

produce un campo elettromagnetico di intensità molto

bassa. Questo campo può interferire con alcuni pacemaker.

Per ridurre il rischio di lesioni gravi o mortali, le persone

con pacemaker dovrebbero consultare il proprio medico

e il costruttore del pacemaker prima di utilizzare questa

macchina.

ATTENZIONE! – Regolamenti nazionali possono limitare

l’uso della macchina.

1 - Non utilizzare la macchina prima di essere istruiti in modo

specico sull’uso. L’operatore alla prima esperienza deve

esercitarsi prima dell’utilizzo sul campo.

2 - La macchina deve essere usata solo da persone adulte, in buone

condizioni siche e a conoscenza delle norme d’uso.

3 - Non usare il decespugliatore in condizioni di aaticamento

sico o sotto l'eetto di alcool, droghe o farmaci (Fig.1).

4 - Indossare abiti adatti e articoli di sicurezza quali stivali,

pantaloni robusti, guanti, occhiali protettivi, cua e casco

antinfortunistico (v. pag. 12-13).

5 - Usare vestiario aderente ma comodo.

6 - Non permettere ai ragazzi di usare un decespugliatore.

Non permettere ad altre persone di restare nel raggio di 15

metri durante l'uso del decespugliatore (Fig. 2).

7 - Prima di usare un decespugliatore vericare che il bullone

ssaggio disco sia ben stretto.

8 - Il decespugliatore deve essere equipaggiato con gli attrezzi da

taglio consigliati dal costruttore (v. pag. 63).

9 - Non usare il decespugliatore senza la protezione del disco o

della testina.

10 - Prima di avviare il motore accertarsi che il disco sia libero di

girare e non sia a contatto con corpi estranei.

11 - Durante il lavoro controllare spesso il disco fermando il motore.

Sostituire il disco appena appaiono crepe o rotture (Fig. 3).

12 - Usare la macchina solo in luoghi ben ventilati, non utilizzare in

atmosfera esplosiva, inammabile o in ambienti chiusi (Fig. 4).

13 - Con motore in moto non fare alcuna manutenzione e non

toccare il disco.

14 - E proibito applicare alla presa di forza della macchina alcun

dispositivo che non sia quello fornito dal costruttore.

15 - Non lavorare con una macchina danneggiata, mal riparata,

mal montata o modicata arbitrariamente. Non togliere o

danneggiare o rendere inecace alcun dispositivo di sicurezza.

Utilizzare solo dispositivi di taglio indicati in tabella.

16 - Mantenere tutte le etichette con i segnali di pericolo e di

sicurezza in perfette condizioni. In caso di danneggiamenti o

deterioramenti occorre sostituirle tempestivamente

(Vedi pag. 4-5).

17 - Non utilizzare la macchina per usi diversi da quelli indicati

dal manuale (vedi pag. 30).

18 - Non abbandonare la macchina con il motore acceso.

19 - Non avviare il motore senza il braccio montato.

20 - Controllare giornalmente il decespugliatore per assicurarsi che

ogni dispositivo, di sicurezza e non, sia funzionante.

21 - Non eettuare operazioni o riparazioni che non siano di normale

manutenzione. Rivolgersi ad ocine autorizzate.

22 - In caso di necessità della messa fuori servizio della macchina,

non abbandonarla nell’ambiente, ma consegnarla al Rivenditore

che provvederà alla corretta collocazione.

23 - Consegnate o prestate il decespugliatore soltanto a persone

esperte e a conoscenza del funzionamento e del corretto utilizzo

della macchina. Consegnate anche il Manuale con le istruzioni

d’uso, da leggere prima di iniziare il lavoro.

24 - Rivolgetevi sempre al vostro Rivenditore per qualsiasi altro

chiarimento o intervento prioritario.

25 - Conservare con cura il seguente Manuale e consultarlo prima

di ogni utilizzo della macchina.

26 - Ricordare che il proprietario o l’operatore è responsabile degli

incidenti o dei rischi subiti da terzi o da beni di loro proprietà.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

1 - Do not operate the machine unless you have received specic

instruction on its use. First time users must familiarise themselves

thoroughly with the operation of the machine before working

in the eld.

2 - e machine must only be used by adults in good physical

condition who are familiar with the operating instructions.

3 - Never use the brush cutter when you are tired or fatigued or if

you have taken alcohol, drugs or medication (Fig. 1).

4 - Wear appropriate clothing and safety articles such as: boots,

heavy-duty trousers, gloves, protective eyewear, ear protection

and protective helmet (look pag. 12-13). Use clothing which is

close-tting but comfortable.

5 - Do not allow children to use the brush cutter.

6 - Do not allow other people to remain within 15 metres during

brush cutter use (Fig. 2).

7 - Before using the brush cutter, make sure that the blade xing

bolt is well-tightened.

8 - e brush cutter must be equipped with the cutting accessories

recommended by the manufacturer (look pag. 63).

9 - Never use the brush cutter without the blade guard or the head.

10 - Before starting the engine, make sure that the blade is free to

move and is not in contact with any foreign objects.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

11 - Every now and then while working, stop the engine and check

the blade. Replace it at the rst sign of cracks or breaks (Fig. 3).

12 - Only use the machine in well-ventilated places, do not use in

explosive or ammable atmospheres or in closed environments

(Fig. 4).

13 - Never touch the blade or attempt any maintenance work while

the engine is running.

14 - It is prohibited to t any device other than that supplied by the

manufacturer.

15 - Do not use a machine that has been damaged, badly repaired,

improperly assembled or modied. Do not attempt to remove

or bypass any of the safety devices. Only use cutting attachments

indicated in the table.

16 - All labels with health hazards must be kept in good conditions.

In case of damage or deterioration, immediately substitute them

(see pag.4-5).

17 - Do not utilize the machine for uses different from the ones

specified in the manual (see pag. 30).

18 - Never leave the machine unattended with the engine

running.

19 - Do not start the engine with the arm not mounted.

20 - Check the brush cutter daily to be sure that components and

safety devices are full functioning properly.

21 - Do not attempt to carry out operations or repairs that are not

part of the normal maintenance. See the authorised dealer.

22 - When disposing of the machine at the end of its useful life,

think of the environment. Take your old unit to your dealer

who will be able to dispose of it in a proper manner.

23 - Only experienced persons who are familiar with the

operation and safe use of this machine should use it. If you

lend the blower to someone, also give them the instruction

manual and ensure that they read it before using the machine.

24 - All saw service, other than the operations shown in the

present manual, should be performed by competent

personnel.

NORMES DE SECURITE

1 - Ne pas utiliser la débroussailleuse avant de s'être informé sur les

modalités spéciques d'utilisation. L'opérateur inexpert devrait

s'exercer avant d'utiliser la machine sur le terrain.

2 - La débroussailleuse ne peut être utilisée que par des personnes

majeures en bonne condition physique et bien informées de son

mode d'emploi.

3 - N'utilisez pas la débroussailleuse si vous êtes physiquement fatigué

5 - Ne laissez pas les enfants utiliser la débroussailleuse.

6 - Veillez à ce que personne ne se trouve dans un rayon de 15 mètres

quand la débroussailleuse est en marche (Fig. 2).

Umkreis von mind. 15 m. des Arbeitsbereichs keine Personen oder

Tiere aualten (Abb. 2).

7 - Vor jedem Gebrauch die Fixierungsschraube des Schneidwerkzeugs

auf festen Sitz überprüfen.

8 - Nur Schneidwerkzenge und Ersatzteile verwenden, die vom Hersteller

ausdrücklich empfohlen werden (Siehe Seite 63).

9 - Die Motorsense nur mit vorgesehener Schneidschutzvorrichtung

gebrauchen. Schultergurte müssen vor Arbeitsbeginn entsprechend

der Körpergrösse eingestellt werden.

10 - Vor dem Startvorgang darauf achten, daß das Schneidwerkzeug frei

16 - Sämtliche Schilder mit den Gefahrensymbolen und Sicherheitszeichen

17 - Das Gerät darf ausschließlich für die in der Betriebsanleitung

18 - Die Maschine nicht mit laufendem Motor liegen lassen.

Pokiaľ je používaný nesprávne alebo bez správnych pravidiel

bezpečnosti, môže sa stať nebezpečným nástrojom. Aby bola

vaša práca vždy príjemná a bezpečná, dodržujte vždy prísne

bezpečnostné pravidlá, ktoré sú uvedené v tomto návode na

použitiu.

POZOR: Štartovací systém jednotky produkuje elektromagnetické

pole veľmi nízkej intenzity. Toto pole môže rušiť činnosť

caso di incidente. Fatevi consigliare dal vostro rivenditore

di ducia per la scelta dell’abbigliamento adeguato.

L’abbigliamento deve essere adatto e non d’impaccio.

Indossare un abito aderente protettivo. La giacca (Fig.1)

e la salopette (Fig.2) di protezione sono l’ideale. Non

portare abiti, sciarpe, cravatte o monili che potrebbero

impigliarsi nella sterpaglia. Raccogliere i capelli lunghi

e proteggerli (per esempio con un foulard, un berretto,

un casco, ecc.)

Indossare scarpe di sicurezza munite di suole

antisdrucciolo e puntali d’acciaio (Fig.3).

Indossare gli occhiali o la visiera protettivi (Fig.4-5)!

Applicare protezioni dai rumori; per esempio le cue

(Fig.6) o i tappi. L’uso delle protezioni per l’udito richiede

maggior attenzione e prudenza, perché la percezione di

segnali acustici di pericolo (grida, allarmi, ecc.) è limitata.

Portez un vêtement de protection près du corps. La veste

(Fig. 1) et la salopette (Fig. 2) de protection sont l’idéal.

Ne portez pas de vêtements, écharpes, cravates ou bijoux qui

risqueraient de s'accrocher dans les buissons. Nouez les cheveux

longs et protégez-les (par exemple avec un foulard, un béret, un

casque, etc...).

Portez des chaussures de protection avec semelles antiglisse

et pointes en acier (Fig. 3).

Portez des lunettes ou une visière de protection (Fig. 4-5)!

Utilisez des dispositifs protégeant contre les émissions sonores;

casque (Fig. 6) ou boules dans les oreilles. Rappelez-vous

d'être extrémement prudents lorsque vous utilisez ce genre de

protection car la perception des signaux acoustiques de danger

(cris, alarmes, etc...) est réduite.

Portez des gants (Fig. 7) qui absorbent le plus possible les

vibrations.

Bei der Arbeit mit dem Freischneider muss der Bediener

daher immer zugelassene Sicherheits-/Schutzkleidung

tragen. Durch die Benutzung der Schutzkleidung wird die

Verletzungsgefahr zwar nicht beseitigt, aber die Auswirkungen

des Schadens im Falle eines Unfalls reduziert. Ihr Fachhändler

berät Sie gern bei der Wahl der richtigen Schutzkleidung.

Die Kleidung muss geeignet sein und darf die Arbeit nicht

behindern. Tragen Sie anliegende Schutzkleidung. Die Jacke

(Abb.1) und die Schutzlatzhose (Abb.2) von sind ideal. Tragen

Sie keine Kleider, Schals, Krawatten oder Schmuckstücke, die

sich im Gestrüpp verfangen könnten. Binden Sie langes Haar

zusammen und schützen Sie es (zum Beispiel mit einem Schal,

einer Mütze, einem Helm usw.)

Tragen Sie Sicherheitsschuhe mit rutschfesten Sohlen und

Stahlkappen (Abb.3).

Benutzen Sie die Schutzbrille oder das Schutzvisier

(Abb. 4-5)!

Benutzen Sie einen Gehörschutz; zum Beispiel den

Gehörschutz mit Bügel (Abb.6) oder die Gehörschutzstöpsel.

Die Verwendung eines Gehörschutzes erfordert erhöhte

Aufmerksamkeit und Vorsicht, denn die Wahrnehmung

akustischer Warnsignale (Rufe, Alarme usw.) wird dadurch

eingeschränkt.

Tragen Sie Handschuhe (Abb.7), mit denen die Vibrationen

maximal gedämp werden.

Para trabajar con la desbrozadora, colocarse siempre

indumentos de seguridad homologados. El uso de

elementos de seguridad no elimina los riesgos de lesiones

pero reduce los daños en caso de accidente. Consultar con

el vendedor de la máquina sobre los indumentos adecuados.

La ropa debe ser cumplir su función de protección y ser

cómoda. Utilizar ropa adherente y protectora. La chaqueta

(Fig. 1) y el peto (Fig. 2) de protección son ideales. No

llevar ropa, bufandas, corbatas o adornos que puedan

ser atrapados por la maleza. Recogerse el cabello largo y

cubrirse, por ejemplo con un pañuelo, una gorra o un casco.

Utilizar zapatos de seguridad con suela antideslizante y

punteras de acero (Fig. 3).

¡Utilizar siempre las gafas o la visera de protección!

(Fig. 4-5)

Emplear elementos de protección contra el ruido, como

auriculares (Fig. 6) o tapones. El uso de las protecciones

para el oído exige mayor atención y prudencia porque

se reduce la percepción de las señales sonoras de peligro

(gritos, alarmas, etc.).

Ponerse guantes (Fig. 7) que absorban el máximo posible

las vibraciones.

Pri práci s krovinorezom vždy používajte

homologizovaný bezpečnostný ochranný

odev. Použitím ochranného odevu sa neodstráni

nebezpečenstvo úrazu, ale v prípade nehody zníži jeho

dôsledky. Pri výbere vhodného odevu si nechajte poradiť

svojím predajcom.

Odev musí byť vhodný k danej práci a pohodlný. Noste

priliehavý ochranný odev. Ideálny pracovný odev je

bunda (Obr. 1) a pracovné nohavice (Obr. 2). Nenoste

odevy, šály, kravaty alebo prívesky, ktoré by sa mohli

zachytiť v kroví. Ak máte dlhé vlasy, dajte ich do

gumičky a zakryte ich (napr. šatkou, čiapkou, alebo

prilbou, atď.).

Noste ochranné topánky vybavené protišmykovou

podrážkou a oceľovými špičkami (Obr. 3).

Používajte ochranné okuliare alebo štít (Obr. 4-5)!

Používajte chrániče proti hluku, napr. slúchadlá

(Obr. 6) alebo ušné tampóny. Používanie pomôcok na

ochranu sluchu vyžaduje väčšiu pozornosť a opatrnosť,

pretože pracovník horšie vníma výstražné zvukové

signály (krik, zvukové výstrahy a pod.).

Používajte rukavice (Obr. 7), ktoré umožňujú

maximálne pohltenie vibrácií.

Fissare la protezione (A) al tubo di trasmissione tramite

le viti (B), in una posizione che permetta di lavorare

in sicurezza.

NOTA: utilizzare la protezione (C, Fig. 1A) solamente

con la testina a li di nylon. La protezione (C) deve

essere ssata con la vite (G) alla protezione (A).

Per i dischi da legno (22-60-80 denti) utilizzare sempre

l’apposita protezione di metallo (A, Fig. 1B).

MONTAGGIO DISCO (Fig. 2)

Svitare in senso orario il dado (A); togliere la coppa

(D) e la angia inferiore (E). Montare il disco (R) sulla

angia superiore (F) assicurandosi del giusto senso di

rotazione. Montare la angia inferiore (E), la coppa (D)

ed avvitare il dado (A) in senso antiorario. Inserire il

perno in dotazione (L), nell’apposito foro per bloccare

il disco e permettere il serraggio del dado a 2.5 Kgm

(25 Nm).

ATTENZIONE – Il collare (vedi frecce C, Fig.3)

deve posizionarsi nel foro di montaggio del disco.

MONTAGE PROTECTION-SECURITE (Fig. 1 A-B)

Fixer la protection (A) au tuyau de transmission à

l'aide des vis (B) en position telle à vous permettre de

travailler en toute sécurité.

NOTE: utiliser la protection (C, Fig.1A) seulement

avec la tête l nylon. Le protecteur (C) doit être xé

sur le carter de protection (A) au moyen de la vis (G).

Pour les disques à bois (22-60-80 dents) utiliser toujours

la protéction spéciale en métal (A, Fig. 1B).

MONTAGE DU DISQUE (Fig. 2)

Dévisser l'écrou (A) dans le sens des aiguilles d'une

montre ; ôter la coupelle (D) et le flasque inférieur (E).

Monter le disque (R) sur le flasque supérieur (F) en

s'assurant que le sens de rotation est correct. Monter

le flasque inférieur (E), la coupelle (D) et visser l'écrou

(A) dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre.

Introduire l'axe fourni (L) dans l'orifice prévu à cet effet

pour bloquer le disque et permettre de serrer l'écrou à

2,5 Kgm (25 Nm).

ATTENTION – Installer le collier (voir flèches

C, Fig.3) dans l’orifice de montage du disque.

FITTING THE SAFETY GUARD (Fig. 1 A-B)

Fit the blade guard (A) to the sha arm with screws

in a position allowing the operator to work safely (B).

NOTE: use the guard (C, Fig. 1A) only with nylon

head. Secure the guard (C) to the protection (A) by

means of the screw (G).

When using discs for wood (22-60-80 teeth), always

set up metal guard (A, Fig. 1B).

FITTING THE BLADE (Fig. 2)

Unscrew the nut (A) by turning it clockwise; remove

the cup (D) and lower ange (E). Fit the blade (R) onto

the upper ange (F), making sure that the rotation

direction is correct. Fit the lower ange (E) and cup (D)

and tighten the nut (A) anti-clockwise. Insert the pin

supplied (L) in the hole to secure the blade and allow

the nut to be tightened to 2.5 kgm (25 Nm).

WARNING – Collar (see arrows C, Fig.3) must

locate in blade’s mounting hole.

de los tornillos (B) en una posición tal que permita

NOTA: utilize el protector (C, Fig. 1A) solamente

con la cabeza con hilo de nylon. La protección (C)

debe jarse con el tornillo (G) a la protección (A).

Cuando se emplean discos para madera (22-60-80

dientes), siempre se debe utilizar la protección metálica

especial (A, Fig. 1B).

MONTAJE DEL DISCO (Fig. 2)

Desenroscar la tuerca (A) en sentido horario; quitar

el cárter (D) y la brida inferior (E). Montar el disco

(R) sobre la brida superior (F) comprobando que

el sentido de rotación sea correcto. Montar la brida

inferior (E) y el cárter (D) y enroscar la tuerca (A) en

sentido antihorario. Colocar el perno en dotación (L)

en el orificio correspondiente para bloquear el disco

y permitir el apriete de la tuerca a 2,5 Kgm (25 Nm).

ATENCIÓN – El collar (flechas C, Fig. 3) debe

ubicarse en el orificio de montaje del disco.

MONTÁŽ OCHRANNÉHO ŠTÍTU (Obr. 1 A-B)

Pripevnite štít (A) k rúrke hriadeľa pomocou

skrutiek (B) v postoji, ktorý umožňuje bezpečnú

prácu.

POZNÁMKA: používajte nástavec štítu (C, Obr.

1 A) iba pri použití strunovej kosiacej hlavice.

Nástavec štítu (C) musí byť upevnený pomocou

skrutky (G) ku krytu (A).

Pri kotúčoch na drevo (22 - 60 - 80 zubov)

používajte vždy vhodný kovový kryt (A, Obr. 1B).

MONTÁŽ KOTÚČA (Obr.2)

Odskrutkujte maticu v smere vpravo (A); vyberte

kryt (D) a spodný unášač (E). Nasaďte kotúč

(R) na horný unášač (F), dávajte pozor na smer

rotácie. Namontujte spodný unášač (E), kryt (D) a

zaskrutkujte maticu (A) otáčaním smerom vľavo.

Vsuňte dodaný čap (L) do príslušného otvoru, aby

zablokoval čepeľ a umožnilo sa utiahnutie matice na

2,5 kgm (25 Nm).

POZOR – Objímka (pozri šípky C, Obr. 3)

musí zapadnúť do otvoru na namontovanie kotúča.

Die Mutter (A) im Uhrzeigersinn lösen; die Abdeckung

(D) und den unteren Flansch (E) abnehmen. Das

Schneidblatt (R) im richtigen Drehsinn am oberen

Flansch (F) anbringen. Den unteren Flansch (E) und

die Abdeckung (D) einbauen und die Mutter (A) gegen

den Uhrzeigersinn festziehen. Den mitgelieferten Sti

(L) in die entsprechende Bohrung einführen, um das

Schneidblatt zu sichern und die Mutter auf 2.5 kgm

(25 Nm) anzuziehen.

ACHTUNG! - Der Ring (siehe Pfeile C, Abb.3)

muss sich in die Montagebohrung des Schneidblatts

einpassen.

Fit the handle onto the sha arm and secure it using screws

(A), washers, and nuts. e handle position is calculated

depending on the requirements of the operator.

WARNING: Make sure that all components are

connected properly and all screws tightened.

HARNESS (S)

Correct adjustment of the harness permits the brush cutter

to be properly balanced and at an appropriate height from

the ground (Fig. 14).

- Put on the single harness.

- Hook the brush cutter to the harness using the hook

(A, Fig. 15).

- Position the buckle (C, Fig. 16) to obtain the correct

brush cutter height.

Inserire la angia superiore (F). Inserire il perno fermo

testina (L) nell’apposito foro ed avvitare in senso antiorario

TL - MONTAGGIO IMPUGNATURA

Per ssare il manubrio, inserire la molla (B, Fig.10) e la

rondella (C, Fig.11). Inne serrare il morsetto con la vite

(D, Fig.12).

S - MONTAGGIO IMPUGNATURA (Fig. 13)

Montare l'impugnatura sul tubo di trasmissione e ssarla

tramite viti (A), rondelle e dadi. La posizione dell'impugnatura

è registrabile in funzione all'esigenza dell'operatore.

ATTENZIONE: Assicurarsi che tutti i componenti

del decespugliatore siano ben collegati e le viti serrate.

CINGHIAGGIO (S)

Una corretta regolazione del cinghiaggio permette al

decespugliatore di avere un buon bilanciamento ed una

adatta altezza dal terreno (Fig. 14).

- Indossare il cinghiaggio di tipo semplice.

- Agganciare il decespugliatore al cinghiaggio tramite il

moschettone (A, Fig. 15)

- Posizionare la bbia (C, Fig. 16) per ottenere la

corretta altezza del decespugliatore.

MONTAGE DE LA TETE AUX FILS DE NYLON (Fig. 9)

Enlez la bride supérieure (F). Enlez le goujon qui va bloquer

la tête (L) dans son orice et vissez à la main, dans le sens

contraire des aiguilles d'une montre, la tête (N).

TL - MONTAGE DE LA POIGNÉE

Pour xer le guidon, insérer le ressort (B, Fig.10) et la rondelle

(C, Fig.11). Puis serrer la pince à l'aide de la vis (D, Fig.12).

S - MONTAGE DE LA POIGNEE (Fig. 13)

Montez la poignée sur le tuyau de transmission et xez-la

avec les vis (A), les rondelles et les écrous. La position de la

poignée se règle selon les exigences de l'opérateur.

ATTENTION: Veillez à ce que tous les composants

soient bien relié et les vis serrées.

LES COURROIES (S)

Un bon réglage du système de courroies permet à la

débroussailleuse d'avoir un bon équilibre et d'être à une

hauteur du sol adéquate (Fig. 14).

- Enlez la courroie simple.

- Accrochez la débroussailleuse à la courroie à l'aide du

crochet (A, Fig. 15).

- Placez la boucle (C, Fig. 16) de manière à ce que la

débroussailleuse soit à la bonne hauteur.

Introduzca la arandela superior (F). Ponga el perno que

bloquea el cabezal (L) en el oricio correspondiente y atornille

el cabezal (N) en sentido antihorario ajustándolo con la sola

fuerza de las manos.

TL - MONTAJE DE LA EMPUÑADURA

Para jar el manillar, colocar el muelle (B, Fig.10) y la arandela

(C, Fig.11). Apretar la mordaza con el tornillo (D, Fig.12).

S - MONTAJE DE LA EMPUÑADURA (Fig. 13)

Monte la empuñadura en el eje de transmisión y jela

mediante los tornillos (A), las arandelas y las tuercas.

La posición de la empuñadura es regulable en función de

las exigencias del operador.

ATENCIÓN: Asegúrese que todos los componentes

se encuentren bien conectados y los tornillos apretados.

CORREAJE (S)

Una correcta regulación del correaje permite un buen

balanceo de la desbrozadora y una distancia correcta entre

el terreno y el aparato cortante (Fig. 14).

- Use siempre el correaje de tipo sencillo.

- Enganche la desbrozadora al correaje mediante el gancho

(A, Fig. 15).

- Ponga la hebilla (C, Fig. 16) en la posición justa para una

correcta altura de la desbrozadora.

MONTÁŽ STRUNOVEJ VYŽÍNACEJ HLAVICE (Obr. 9)

Nasaďte horný unášač (F). Vložte kolík (L) do príslušného

otvoru hlavice a dotiahnite hlavicu (N) rukou proti smeru

hodinových ručičiek.

TL - MONTÁŽ RUKOVÄTE

Pri upevnení rukoväte vsuňte pružinu (B, Obr. 10) a kruhovú

podložku (C, Obr. 11). Nakoniec utiahnite svorku so

skrutkou (D, Obr. 12).

S - MONTÁŽ RUKOVÄTE (Obr. 13)

Nasaďte rukoväť na trubicu hriadeľa a upevnite ju pomocou

skrutiek (A), podložiek a matíc. Poloha rukoväte je

nastaviteľná podľa požiadaviek obsluhy.

UPOZORNENIE: Ubezpečte sa, či sú všetky

súčasti krovinorezu správne namontované a skrutky

dobre utiahnuté.

SPRÁVNE NASTAVENIE POPRUHU (S)

Správne nastavenie popruhu umožní náležité vyváženie

krovinorezu a vhodnú vzdialenosť od zeme (Obr. 14).

- Používajte jednoduchý popruh.

- Spojte krovinorez s popruhom pomocou karabínky (A,

Obr. 15).

- Nastavte dÍžku ramenného popruhu (C, Obr. 16),

aby mal krovinorez potrebnú výšku nad zemou.

MONTAGE DES NYLONFADENKOPFS (Abb. 9)

Den oberen Flansch Fim vorgesehenen Nabensitz einsetzen.

Den Arretierungsstift (L) in die vorgesehene Bohrung

einsetzen und den Nylonfadenkopf (N) nur von Hand

entgegen Uhrzeigersinn festschrauben.

TL - MONTAGE DES GRIFFS

Zur Befestigung des Griffholms die Feder (B, Abb.10) und die

Unterlegschreibe (C, Abb.11) einlegen. Zuletzt die Klemme

mit der Schraube (D, Abb.12) befestigen.

S - GRIFFMONTAGE (Abb. 13)

Den Gri auf den Scha montieren und mittels Schrauben A,

Unterlegscheiben und Muttern gleichmässig und kreuzweise

festschrauben. Die Griffposition ist entsprechend den

Ansprüchen des Bedieners verstellbar.

ACHTUNG: Beachten, daß alle Bauteile sauber

angeschlossen und die Schrauben festgezogen sind.

SCHULTERGURTE (S)

Die richtige Einstellung des Gurtes ermöglicht de Motorsense

ein gutes Gleichgewicht und einen geeigneten Abstand zum

Boden (Abb. 14).

- Den einfachen Gurt verbinden.

- Die Motorsense durch den Haken (A, Abb. 15) mit dem

Gurt verbinden.

- Die Schnalle (C, Abb. 16) einstellen, um die richtige Höhe

des Schneidwerkzeugs zu erhalten.

CORRETTA REGOLAZIONE DEL CINGHIAGGIO

1. Indossare il cinghiaggio di tipo doppio (Fig.20).

2. Agganciare la bbia (A, Fig.21) in zona cintura e

regolarla agendo sulla cinghia superiore (B).

3. Agganciare la bbia (C) in zona torace.

4. Regolare le spalline con le due cinghie (D, Fig.22).

Con questo cinghiaggio è possibile distribuire il carico

maggiormente sulle spalle o in cintura a discrezione

dell’operatore.

5. Regolare la cinghia (E, Fig.21) zona torace.

6. Agganciare il decespugliatore al cinghiaggio tramite

il moschettone (F, Fig.23).

7. Posizionare il gancio (G) per ottenere il miglior

bilanciamento del decespugliatore.

8. Regolare l’altezza della macchina dal terreno agendo

sulle due cinghie (H-L, Fig.24). La corretta distanza

tra la cintura ed il moschettone (F, Fig.23), può essere

misurata come in Fig.25. Questa regolazione favorisce

inoltre la ripartizione corretta del peso per ottenere

un buon bilanciamento del decespugliatore.

ATTENZIONE! - Nel caso di utilizzo di lame da

legno (22-60-80 denti) è obbligatorio l’utilizzo di un

cinghiaggio doppio dotato di sgancio rapido.

RÉGLAGE CORRECT DU HARNAIS

1. Porter le harnais double (Fig.20).

2. Attacher la boucle (A, Fig.21) de la ceinture et la régler

en agissant sur la courroie supérieure (B).

3. Attacher la boucle (C) sur le thorax.

4. Régler les épaules avec les deux courroies (D, Fig.22).

Ce harnais permet de répartir la charge davantage sur

les épaules ou au niveau de la ceinture, comme le préfère

l’opérateur.

5. Régler la courroie (E, Fig.21) au niveau du thorax.

6. Accrocher la débroussailleuse à l’aide du mousqueton

(F, Fig.23).

7. Placer le crochet (G) de sorte à équilibrer la

débroussailleuse.

8. Régler la hauteur de l’appareil par rapport au sol en

agissant sur les deux courroies (H-L, Fig.24). La gure

25 illustre comment régler correctement la distance

entre la ceinture et le mousqueton (F, Fig.23). Ce réglage

facilite également la bonne répartition du poids pour

mieux équilibrer la débroussailleuse.

ATTENTION! - En cas d’utilisation des lames à bois

(22-60-80 dents), il est obligatoire d’utiliser une courroie

double équipée d’un dispositif de déblocage rapide.

CORRECT ADJUSTMENT OF THE HARNESS

1. Put on the double harness (Fig.20).

2. Fasten the waist buckle (A, Fig.21) and adjust by

tightening the top belt strap (B) until comfortable.

3. Fasten the chest buckle (C).

4. Adjust the shoulders by tightening the two straps

(D, Fig.22) until comfortable. With this type of harness,

the weight of the machine can be distributed between

shoulders and waist according to the preference of the

operator.

5. Adjust the chest strap (E, Fig.21).

6. Hook the brushcutter to the harness with the snap

(F, Fig.23).

7. Position the hanger (G) so that the machine is balanced

to best advantage.

8. Adjust the carrying height by shortening or lengthening

the belt straps (H-L, Fig.24). e correct distance

between the belt and the snap (F, Fig.23) can be

measured as in Fig.25. is adjustment will also help

to distribute the weight of the brushcutter so that it

stays comfortably balanced during operation.

WARNING! – When using wood-cutting blades

(22-60-80 teeth) a double harness with quick-release

mechanism must be worn.

7. Den Haken (G) so positionieren, dass die Motorsense

ausbalanciert ist.

8. Den Bodenabstand der Maschine über die

beiden Riemen (H-L, Abb.24) einstellen. Der

korrekte Abstand zwischen Hüe und Karabiner

(F, Abb.23) kann wie in Abb.25 gezeigt gemessen

werden. Diese Einstellung begünstigt die korrekte

Gewichtsverteilung und somit ein perfektes

Gleichgewicht der Motorsense.

ACHTUNG! – Bei Verwendung von Messern für Holz

(22-60-80 Zähne) müssen obligatorisch doppelte

Riemen mit Schnellaushängung benutzt werden.

AJUSTE CORRECTO DEL ARNÉS

1. Colóquese el arnés doble (Fig. 20).

2. Abróchese la hebilla (A, Fig. 21) de la cintura y tire

de la correa superior (B) para ajustarla.

3. Abróchese la hebilla (C) del pecho.

4. Ajuste las hombreras con las dos correas (D, Fig. 22).

Con este arnés es posible cargar más el peso sobre

los hombros o la cintura, a discreción del usuario.

5. Ajuste la correa del pecho (E, Fig. 21).

6. Fije la desbrozadora al arnés con el mosquetón

(F, Fig. 23).

7. Ubique el gancho (G) de manera tal que la

desbrozadora quede en equilibrio.

8. Ajuste la distancia entre la máquina y el suelo con

las dos correas (H y L, Fig. 24). La distancia entre el

cinturón y el mosquetón (F, Fig. 23) puede medirse

como se ilustra en la Fig. 25. Este ajuste, además,

favorece la distribución correcta del peso para

equilibrar la desbrozadora.

¡ATENCIÓN! Cuando se emplean cuchillas para

madera (22, 60 u 80 dientes) es obligatorio utilizar

un arnés doble dotado de desenganche rápido.

SPRÁVNE NASTAVENIE POPRUHOV

1. Navlečte si dvojité popruhy (Obr. 20).

2. Pracku (A, Obr. 21) zasuňte do príslušného úchytu

a nastavte ju pomocou horného popruhu (B).

3. Pracku (C) zasuňte do príslušného úchytu na

hrudníku.

4. Ramenné popruhy nastavte dvomi popruhmi

(D, Obr. 22). Týmito popruhmi je možné rozložiť

váhu nákladu predovšetkým na ramená alebo do

pásikov podľa priania pracovníka.

5. Nastavte popruh (E, Obr. 21) v oblasti hrudníka.

6. Pomocou karabínky pripevnite krovinorez k

popruhom (F, Obr.-23).

7. K lepšiemu vyrovnaniu krovinorezu použite háčik

(G).

8. Výšku prístroja nad terénom nastavte dvoma

popruhmi (H-L, Obr. 24). Správnu vzdialenosť

medzi popruhmi a karabínkou (F, Obr. 23) je nutné

vymerať ako na obr. 25. Toto nastavenie prispeje k

ešte lepšiemu rozloženiu váhy a správnemu vyváženiu

krovinorezu.

UPOZORNENIE! - V prípade, že použijete kotúč

na drevo (22-60-80 zubov), je povinné použiť dvojitý

popruh s možnosťou rýchleho uvoľnenia.

CARBURANTE

ATTENZIONE: la benzina è un carburante altamente

infiammabile. Prestare estrema attenzione durante l’uso di

benzina o di miscela carburante. Non fumare o portare fuoco o

fiamme vicino al carburante o alla macchina.

ATTENZIONE: il carburante e le relative esalazioni

possono causare gravi lesioni se inalate o se portate a contatto

con la cute. Per tale motivo, prestare attenzione durante il

maneggiamento del carburante e accertarsi che sia disponibile

una ventilazione adeguata.

ATTENZIONE: prestare attenzione al rischio di

avvelenamento da monossido di carbonio.

- Miscelare, conservare e trasportare la benzina in contenitori

omologati per tale uso.

- Maneggiare il carburante all’aperto, in assenza di scintille o

fiamme.

- Scegliere un terreno libero, arrestare la macchina e attendere il

raffreddamento del motore prima di procedere al rifornimento.

- Svitare lentamente il tappo del serbatoio in modo da liberare la

pressione interna ed evitare che il carburante fuoriesca dai lati

del tappo.

- Avvitare saldamente il tappo del serbatoio al termine del

rifornimento. Se il tappo del serbatoio non viene avvitato

adeguatamente, le vibrazioni provocate dall’unità possono

causare lo svitamento o la caduta del tappo e la fuoriuscita di

quantità di carburante.

- Con un panno eliminare dall’unità le tracce di carburante e

attendere che le altre quantità fuoriuscite evaporino. Allontanarsi

di 3 m dal luogo del rifornimento prima di riavviare il motore.

- Non tentare mai di incendiare le quantità di carburante

fuoriuscito.

- Conservare il carburante in un luogo fresco, asciutto e

adeguatamente ventilato.

- Non collocare mai la macchina in aree con materiale

infiammabile, ad esempio, foglie secche, paglia, carta ecc.

- Conservare l’unità e il carburante in un’area in cui le esalazioni

del carburante non possano venire a contatto con scintille o

fiamme esposte provenienti da bollitori, motori o interruttori

elettrici, caldaie ecc.

- Non togliere mai il tappo del serbatoio con il motore in funzione.

- Non usare mai il carburante per le operazioni di pulizia.

- Prestare attenzione a non sporcare i propri indumenti con il

carburante. In caso di versamento di carburante sui propri

indumenti, sostituirli. Lavare le parti del corpo venute a contatto

con il carburante. Utilizzare acqua e sapone.

- Non esporre il serbatoio del carburante alla luce diretta del sole.

- Tenere il carburante fuori dalla portata dei bambini.

FUEL HANDLING

WARNING: Gasoline is an extremely flammable

fuel. Use extreme caution when handling gasoline or fuel

mix. Do not smoke or bring any fire or flame near the fuel

or the unit.

WARNING: Fuel and fuel fumes can cause serious

injury when inhaled or allowed to come in contact with

the skin. For this reason observe caution when handling

fuel and make sure there is adequate ventilation.

WARNING: Beware of carbon monoxide poisoning.

- Mix, store and transport fuel in a container approved for

gasoline.

- Handle fuel outdoors where there are no sparks or flames.

- Select bare ground, stop engine, and allow to cool before

refuelling.

- Loosen fuel cap slowly to release pressure and to keep

fuel from escaping around the cap.

- Tighten fuel cap securely after refuelling. Unit vibration

can cause an improperly tightened fuel cap to loosen or

come off and spill quantities of fuel.

- Wipe spilled fuel from the unit and allow remaining fuel

to evaporate. Move 3 m away from refuelling site before

starting engine.

- Never attempt to burn off spilled fuel under any

circumstances.

- Store fuel in a cool, dry, well ventilated place.

- Never place the machine in a combustible area such as

dry leaves, straw, paper, etc.

- Store the unit and fuel in an area where fuel vapours

cannot reach sparks or open flames from water heaters,

electric motors or switches, furnaces, etc.

- Never take the cap off the tank when the engine is

running.

- Never use fuel for cleaning operations.

- Take care not to get fuel on your clothing. If you have

spilt fuel on yourself or your clothes, change your clothes.

Wash any part of your body that has come in contact with

fuel. Use soap and water.

- Don’t expose fuel tank to direct sunlight.

- Keep fuel out of reach of children.

MANIPULATION DU CARBURANT

AVERTISSEMENT : L’essence est un carburant hautement

inflammable. Manipulez l’essence ou le mélange de carburant

avec une extrême précaution. Ne pas fumer ni produire de

flammes à proximité du carburant ou de la débroussailleuse.

AVERTISSEMENT : la respiration de vapeurs de carburant

ou leur contact avec la peau peut provoquer des blessures graves.

Il convient donc de manipuler le carburant avec précaution et de

s’assurer d’opérer dans des endroits bien aérés.

AVERTISSEMENT : soyez vigilant face au risque

d’empoisonnement au monoxyde de carbone.

- Faites le mélange et transportez le carburant dans un conteneur

approuvé pour l’entreposage d’essence.

- Manipulez le carburant à l’extérieur, en l’absence de toute source

d’étincelles ou de flammes.

- Choisissez une surface dégagée, coupez le moteur et laissez

refroidir avant de faire le plein.

- Dévissez lentement le bouchon de carburant afin de libérer la

pression et d’empêcher le carburant de s’écouler par le bouchon.

- Resserrez fermement le bouchon de carburant après remplissage.

Sous l’effet des vibrations de la machine, un bouchon mal refermé

peut se desserrer, voire s’ouvrir, entraînant un déversement du

carburant.

- Essuyez toute trace de carburant sur la motobineuse et attendez

quelques secondes pour que les traces résiduelles s’évaporent.

Éloignez-vous de 3 m de la zone de remplissage avant de

démarrer le moteur.

- Ne tentez en aucun cas de brûler le carburant déversé.

- Entreposez le carburant dans un endroit sec, frais et

suffisamment ventilé.

- Ne jamais placer la débroussailleuse sur un matériau facilement

inflammable, notamment sur des feuilles mortes, de la paille, du

papier, etc.

- Entreposez la machine et le carburant dans un endroit à l’abri de

toute source d’étincelles ou de flammes nues, de chauffe-eau, de

moteurs électriques, d’interrupteurs, de fours, etc., susceptibles

d’enflammer les vapeurs de carburant.

- Ne retirez jamais le bouchon du réservoir de carburant lorsque le

moteur tourne.

- N’utilisez jamais le carburant pour le nettoyage.

- Veillez à ne pas souiller vos vêtements de carburant. Si du

carburant est déversé sur une partie de votre corps ou sur vos

vêtements, changez-vous immédiatement. Rincez à l’eau et au

savon la partie de votre corps sur laquelle le carburant. s’est

déversé.

- N’exposez pas le réservoir de carburant directement au soleil.

- Maintenez le carburant hors de la portée des enfants.
