SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
− To ensure your own safety, do not use the controls on this unit while driving.
− The device must always be used with safety goggles.
− Always keep the device and the adapter dry.
− To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not touch any parts if the unit is broken.
−Do not use the device in a humid environment - for example with running water or a full
bath.
− The device may be used by children and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, provided they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the
device and understand all risks associated with the use of the device.
− The device must not be used by children under 15 years of age. Persons aged 15-18 only
under the supervision of a guardian.
− The device is equipped with a transformer and can only be used with the original one
supplied.
− Always check the device before use. Do not use the device if any part is damaged.
− If the adapter is damaged, do not use it. There is a risk of electric shock.
− The light emitting treatment lamp/window may be very hot after use. Do not touch the insi-
de of the window immediately after application.
− Before using the device, you should clean the skin and ensure that it is completely hairless,
dry and free of greasy substances.
− Make sure that nothing obstructs the ow of air from the vents of the device.
− Never subject the device to shocks, shake it or drop it.
− If you move the device from a very cold environment to a very warm environment or vice
versa, wait about 3 to 4 hours before using it.
− Store the device in a dry place where it will not get covered in dust.
− Do not expose the device to direct sunlight or UV radiation, otherwise it may be damaged.
− Never leave the device unattended when it is switched on. Always switch o the device after
use.
− For hygienic reasons, the device is intended for one user.
− The device is only intended for removing unwanted hair from parts of the body from the face
and neck down. Do not use it for any other purpose.
− The device is not washable. Never immerse the device in water or wash it under the tap.
− The device is not intended for children. It is not a toy and children should not use it.
− Do not mark the treated areas with a pencil or pen. It could cause skin burns.
− Use only with settings that are appropriate for your skin type. When used with settings other
than those recommended, the risk of skin reactions and side eects may increase.
− Never leave the device unattended when it is switched on. Always switch o the device after
use.
− Do not use the device if any of the cases listed in the contraindications section apply to you.
− Do not treat the same area of skin more than once during one session. This does not increase
the eectiveness of the treatment, but increases the risk of skin reactions.
− Hair removal using lasers or intense pulsed light sources can cause increased hair growth in
some individuals. According to available data, the highest risk of this reaction is in women of
Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and South Asian descent treated on the face and neck.
− The box contains small pieces that can be dangerous for children. Always keep the product
out of the reach of children. The bags can cause suocation if placed on the head and the
pieces they contain are a choking hazard.
Contraindications
− Never use the device if you have skin type VI (for type V at your own discretion). In this case,
you are at high risk of skin reactions, such as excessive or insucient pigmentation, signica-
nt redness or burns. For a list of skin types, see page 3.
− Never use the device if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The device has not been tested on
pregnant or lactating women.
− Never use the device if you have any active implant, such as a pacemaker, neurostimulator,
insulin pump, etc.
− Do not use the device if you are taking any of the following medicines:
• if your skin has been treated in the last week with alpha hydroxy acids (AHA), beta hydroxy
acids (BHA ), topical isotretinoin and azelaic acid.
• if you have taken any form of isotretinoin Accutane or Roaccutane in the last six months.
This treatment thins the skin so that it can then be more prone to cracks, injuries and
irritation.
• If you are taking photosensitive products or medicines, check the package leaet of the
medicine and never use the device if the medicine causes photoallergic reactions, photo-
toxic reactions or if you should avoid the sun while taking this medicine.
• if you are taking anticoagulants (including large doses of aspirin).
• if you are taking analgesics that reduce your skin‘s sensitivity to heat.
• if you are taking immunosuppressive medicines.
− Never use the device:
• if you have received radiation therapy or chemotherapy in the last 3 months.
• if you have undergone surgery in the last three weeks in the areas you want to treat.
− Do not use the device if you have or have had the following illnesses:
• if you have diabetes or other systemic or metabolic diseases.
• if you have had heart failure.
• if you have a light-sensitive disease such as polymorphic light are (PMLE), solar urticaria,
porphyria, etc.
• if you have had a collagen disorder, including keloid scarring or poor wound healing.
• if you suer from light-sensitive epilepsy.
• if you have light-sensitive skin that easily get a rash or have an allergic reaction.
• if you have a skin condition, such as active skin cancer, a history of skin cancer, or any
other localized outbreak of cancer in the areas you want to treat.
• if you have a history of a venous disorder, such as varicose veins or spider veins in the
areas you want to treat.
• if you have any bleeding disorder.
• if you have a history of immunosuppressive disease (including HIV infection or AIDS).
− Do not use the device:
• if you have inammation, eczema, burns, inamed hair follicles, open wounds, abrasions,
herpes simplex virus, injuries or lesions and hematomas in areas you want to treat.
• If you have irritation (redness or cuts), sunburn, recent sunburn or articially tanned skin.
− Do not use the device on the following places/areas:

• birthmarks, freckles, dilated veins, darker pigmented areas, scars, skin irregularities
without consulting a doctor. Application to these areas can lead to burns and skin disco-
loration, which could potentially make it more dicult to identify skin diseases.
• warts, tattoos or permanent makeup.
• around or near the eyes and eyebrows.
• on the face, lips, nipples, areolas, small labia, vagina, anus and inside the nose and ears.
• men must not use the device on the face and neck, including all areas where beards grow,
or the entire genital area.
• in areas where you use long-acting deodorants. Skin reactions may occur.
• on or near articial objects, such as silicone implants or piercings.
HOW DOES THE EPILATOR WORK?
IPL technology
Epilation is performed using intense pulsed light. The whole process is painless, leaving your
skin smooth for up to several months.
Using IPL technology, the epilator emits gentle pulses of light in the wavelength range of 510
to 1100 nm below the surface of the skin. This targets the melanin in the hair follicle and helps
break the cycle of hair re-growth. Light pulses create heat that warms the hair follicle, destroying
it which leads to the hair falling out.
What can you expect?
After application
You should not see any signicant side eects of the treatment immediately after application.
During the rst weeks of use, hair growth will still be visible. These are probably hairs that were
not in their growth phase during application, when IPL technology is most eective.
6th to 12th week of use
You should already see a reduction in hair growth. However, many hairs will still not have be
treated in their growth phase. It is important to continue weekly treatment.
After 12 weeks of use
Approximately after completing the 12-week plan, you should already notice a signicant re-
duction in hair in the treated area. The remaining hairs should be ner and lighter. Continued
monthly treatment or treatment as needed should keep your skin hairfree.
HOW TO USE THE EPILATOR?
Before using for the rst time
Recommended skin colour
TrueLife IPL epilators work eectively and safely on dierent skin tones. In general, IPL epilators
are not recommended for dark skin and light hair.
To determine if an IPL epilator is right for you, use the Fitzpatrick scale, which distinguishes 6
degrees of skin colour, and determine if an IPL epilator is right for you.
Type I Pale skin, freckles, blond or red hair, blue eyes. Very
sensitive to the sun. It always burns, never tans.
Suitable
Type II Light skin, blond or red hair, blue, green or brown
eyes. Very sensitive to the sun. It usually burns, tans
minimally.
Suitable
Type III Creamy fair skin, any hair and eye colour, common
type. Sun sensitive skin. Sometimes it burns slightly,
tans evenly.
Suitable
Type IV Slightly brown skin, typically the Mediterranean
olive skin tone. It rarely burns, tans well.
Suitable
Type V Dark brown skin, typically Middle Eastern or Latin
American skin tone. It rarely burns, tans very easily.
Suitable but
with caution
Type VI Deeply pigmented dark brown to black skin. It never
burns, it tans very easily.
Unsuitable
Preparing the skin
Before use, make sure that your skin is in good condition without injury. It must also be shaved,
clean and dry (without any residue such as creams, make-up, antiperspirants or deodorants).
Before the rst epilation, we recommend performing a patch test on a small area of skin. Per-
form the test 24 hours before epilation to check for any side eects.
How to test
1. Choose an area of skin close to the area you want to epilate.
2. Switch on the device and select level 1.
3. Place the device on the skin, press the treatment button and the device will emit a ash. Emit
two ashes like this, corresponding to two treatment windows on the surface.
4. Increase the setting by one level and repeat the ashes. Repeat for the other levels until the
ashes are uncomfortable. Once you reach a level that is uncomfortable for you, end the test.
Use the last level, which is pleasant for you, during the subsequent epilation.
5. After the test, wait 24 hours and check for a skin reaction. If the skin looks normal, you can
proceed with the rst epilation. A patch test should be performed on all areas you are going
to treat.
Preparing the device
1. Remove the device and its accessories from the box.
2. Before starting treatment, make sure that the device is clean, dry and undamaged. You can
clean the epilation window.
3. Connect the charging base to an electrical outlet and then the device to the charging base.

4. The device is now ready for use.
Note: Before switching on, make sure that the lamp head is installed correctly.
EPILATION
If the patch test is successful and your skin is prepared, you can start epilating.
1. Press the power button for 3 to 5 seconds to turn on the device.
2. The LED indicator starts ashing blue and white. When the device is ready for use, the indica-
tor lights up white only.

3. On the display you can see: the type of lamp, the number of ashes remaining, the light in-
tensity level, the cooling mode icon, the auto mode icon and the overheating warning icon.
4. Press the level button to set your desired light level (level 1 lowest, level 5 highest), which you
determined during the patch test.
Note: When the device is switched on, the light intensity level is set to level 1 by default.
5. When you have everything ready, touch the skin where you want to epi-
late. As shown in the picture. The indicator lights up blue and the device
is ready to emit light.
Note: The device must be perpendicular to the epilated area.
6. Press the treatment button to emit a ash. The ash should make you feel
warm.
7. Place the device on the next area you want to epilate. After each ash, it takes up to 3 seconds
for the device to be ready for the next ash. You can emit a ash when the blue indicator
lights up again.
8. To ensure complete treatment of all areas, emit ashes close together. Eective light comes
only from the light emitting treatment window, so the treated areas need to overlap. Howe-
ver, always be sure to send the ash to the same area only once. Irradiation of the same area
does not double the eectiveness of the treatment, but increases the risk of skin reactions.
9. When you have nished epilating, hold down the power button for 3 to 5 seconds and the
device will switch o.
10. Disconnect the device from the power supply.
Note: The device may enter overheat protection mode after a long period of operation. The device
cannot be used in this mode until its temperature drops. The device can be used again as soon as the
overheating warning icon disappears.
Note: If redness or burning occurs for several minutes, soothe the skin by applying a coolant or a
cotton pad.
Note: If you notice any discoloration on the skin (such as fading or darkening), stop using the device
immediately and undergo a medical examination to determine the cause.
Modes
The device oers two epilation modes for convenience. In addition to the standard single ash
mode, it is also possible to use automatic mode.
Standard mode
Standard mode is suitable for treating small and hard-to-reach areas. These include the face,
armpits, bikini area, knees, shins and ankles.
Auto mode
Auto mode oers convenient and fast use on larger areas such as feet.
Hold down the level button for 3 seconds. The device switches to automatic mode. Move the
device slowly and smoothly from the bottom to the top of the epilated area. Make sure that the
device is in constant contact with the skin so that it can emit ashes at all times.
Cooling mode
Cooling mode is automatically switched on. During epilation, the skin is cooled at the same time
making the treatment less painful.
If you want to turn o the automatic cooling when epilating, press the cooling mode button.
Pressing the button again to switch it on.
Cooling mode can also be used on it own. Press the cooling mode button for 3-5 seconds. You
can then place the device on the area and slowly slide it to cool the area. To turn o cooling
mode, press the cooling mode button again for 3-5 seconds.
Treatment plan
The hair growth cycle varies from person to person. It ranges around 16 months depending on
which part of the body. Due to the fact that only hairs in the growth phase respond to the epila-
tion, several treatments are needed to achieve permanently smooth skin. For these reasons, we
recommend the following plan.
Initial phase
For the rst 4 to 12 weeks, we recommend epilating once a week.
If hair growth stops before, it is not necessary to continue treatment until the end of week 12. In
this case, you can move on to the next stage.
Maintenance phase
After the initial phase, we recommend treatments every 4 to 8 weeks when you notice hair
growth. This phase helps to preserve the results achieved and maintain smooth skin for many
months. The time between treatments may vary with regard to individual hair growth and also
to each specic area of the body.

Lamp head types
The device can be used with three dierent lamp heads. Each lamp has a dierent function.
HR lamp – The HR lamp is designed for hair removal.
SR lamp – The SR lamp is designed to rejuvenate the skin.
AC lamp – The AC lamp is designed to remove acne.
Replacing the lamp head
The device allows you to remove and replace the lamp head. Follow the instructions below.
1. Hold the lamp head and pull as
shown.
2. Insert the lamp head as shown.
AFTERCARE
−After epilating, you can safely apply lotion, cream, deodorant, moisturizer or other cosmetic
products to the treated area.
−If you experience skin irritation or redness after treatment, wait until these symptoms have
disappeared before applying any product to the skin. If you notice skin irritation or redness
after applying the product, rinse it with water.
−After epilating, we recommend not exposing the epilated area immediately to sunlight, or
to protect it with a product with a protective factor. It is also not advisable to visit tanning
booths and solariums within 24 hours after epilation.
DEVICE MAINTENANCE
− Maintaining this device ensures trouble-free operation and reduces the risk of damage.
−Keep the device away from extreme humidity and temperatures and do not expose the devi-
ce to direct sunlight or ultraviolet light for extended periods of time.
−Never use compressed air, scouring pads, abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents such as pe-
trol or acetone to clean the device.
− Do not expose the device to sudden and extreme changes in temperature. This can cause
moisture to condense inside the device, which could damage the device. In the event of
moisture condensation, allow the device to dry completely before using it again.
− Never attempt to disassemble, repair or modify the device in any way. Disassembly, modi-
cation or any attempt at repair will void the warranty and may result in damage to the device
or even injury or property damage.
−Do not store or carry ammable liquids, gases, or explosive materials in the same place as the
device, its parts, or accessories.
− Overheating can damage the device.
CLEANING AND STORAGE
−After epilation, switch o the device and let it cool down. Be sure to unplug it. Inspect all
parts for damage and then wipe them with a cloth or other lint-free material - it can be slight-
ly damp. Do not wash or immerse the device in water or other liquids.
−Store the device in a dry place where it will not collect dust, at a temperature from 0°C to
40°C. Protect the treatment window and skin sensor from damage.
SIDE EFFECTS
−Depending on your skin type, using the device may be slightly uncomfortable. It may cause
some heat or reddening of the skin. This is a normal.
−Adverse reactions usually occur immediately after application or within 24 hours. In rare ca-
ses, they may appear later. If you get an unusual reaction, talk to your doctor.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If a malfunction occurs while using the device, follow the instructions below to nd a solution.
If you do not nd the answer to your problem here, please contact the manufacturer‘s customer
service.
Problem Solution
Cannot start up. Make sure the adapter is connected properly.
Flashes do not work. Make sure that the light-emitting treatment window
is in contact with the skin properly and that the lights
are blue.
Constant blue indicator light. Make sure that the lamp is not located in an area
where there are metal parts or the eects of inductive
capacity.
Device does not work in small areas. Use the correct lamp head for small areas or areas that
are dicult to access. It is necessary to ensure that the
skin sensors are in contact with the skin.
Device is broken, cracked or does not
visually look right.
If you have any doubts about the safe use of the devi-
ce or damage to the device, do not use it and contact
the manufacturer.
The LCD display shows E0. Something happened to the fan. After the device
cools down, turn it o and on again.
The LCD display shows E1. Voltage problem. Contact the manufacturer.
The LCD display shows E2. Improperly installed lamp head. Remove the lamp and
replace it according to the manual.

−Die Lampe/das Fenster für die Lichtstrahlung kann nach Gebrauch sehr heiß werden.
Berühren Sie die Innenseite des Fensters nicht unmittelbar nach der Anwendung.
− Bevor Sie das Gerät benutzen, sollten Sie Ihre Haut reinigen und darauf achten, dass sie mö-
glichst völlig haarfrei, trocken und frei von fettigen Substanzen ist.
− Stellen Sie sicher, dass nichts den Luftstrom aus den Lüftungsönungen des Geräts behin-
dert.
− Setzen Sie das Gerät niemals Stößen aus, schütteln Sie es nicht oder lassen Sie es nicht fallen.
− Wenn Sie das Gerät von einer sehr kalten Umgebung in eine sehr warme Umgebung bringen
oder umgekehrt, warten Sie ca. 3 bis 4 Stunden, bevor Sie es benutzen.
− Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, staubfreien Ort auf.
− Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht direktem Sonnenlicht oder UV-Strahlung aus, da es sonst beschä-
digt werden kann.
− Lassen Sie das Gerät niemals unbeaufsichtigt, wenn es eingeschaltet ist. Schalten Sie das
Gerät nach Gebrauch immer aus.
− Aus hygienischen Gründen ist das Gerät für einen Benutzer bestimmt.
−Das Gerät ist nur zur Entfernung von unerwünschten Haaren an Körperteilen vom Gesicht
und Hals abwärts bestimmt. Verwenden Sie es nicht für andere Zwecke.
− Das Gerät ist nicht abwaschbar. Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser ein und waschen Sie
es nicht unter ießendem Wasser.
− Das Gerät ist nicht für Kinder bestimmt. Es ist kein Spielzeug und Kinder dürfen es nicht be-
nutzen.
− Markieren Sie die zu behandelnden Bereiche nicht mit einem Bleistift oder Kugelschreiber. Es
kann zu Hautverbrennungen kommen.
−Verwenden Sie nur eine Einstellung, die für Ihren Hauttyp geeignet ist. Die Verwendung mit
anderen als den empfohlenen Einstellungen kann das Risiko von Hautreaktionen und Ne-
benwirkungen erhöhen.
− Lassen Sie das Gerät niemals unbeaufsichtigt, wenn es eingeschaltet ist. Schalten Sie das
Gerät nach Gebrauch immer aus.
− Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn einer der im Abschnitt Kontraindikationen aufgeführ-
ten Fälle auf Sie zutrit.
− Behandeln Sie dieselbe Hautpartie nicht mehr als einmal in einer Sitzung. Dies erhöht nicht
die Wirksamkeit der Behandlung, aber es erhöht das Risiko von Hautreaktionen.
− Die Haarentfernung mit Lasern oder intensiv gepulsten Lichtquellen kann bei einigen Per-
sonen zu verstärktem Haarwachstum führen. Nach den vorliegenden Daten besteht das
höchste Risiko für diese Reaktion bei Frauen mediterraner, nahöstlicher und südasiatischer
Herkunft, die im Gesicht und am Hals behandelt werden.
− Die Packung enthält kleine Teile, die für Kinder gefährlich sein können. Bewahren Sie das
Produkt immer außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf. Beutel oder die vielen darin
enthaltenen Teile können beim Verschlucken bzw. Aufsetzen auf den Kopf Erstickungsgefahr
verursachen.
Kontraindikationen
−Verwenden Sie das Gerät niemals, wenn Sie den Hauttyp VI haben (bei Typ V nach eigenem
Ermessen). In diesem Fall besteht ein hohes Risiko für Hautreaktionen wie übermäßige
oder unzureichende Pigmentierung, starke Rötungen oder Verbrennungen. Die Tabelle der
Hauttypen nden Sie auf Seite 3.
− Verwenden Sie das Gerät niemals, wenn Sie schwanger sind oder stillen. Das Gerät wurde
nicht an schwangeren oder stillenden Frauen getestet.
−Verwenden Sie das Gerät niemals, wenn Sie ein aktives Implantat wie z.B. einen Herzschritt-
macher, einen Neurostimulator, eine Insulinpumpe usw. haben.
− Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Sie eines der folgenden Medikamente einnehmen:
• wenn Ihre Haut mit Alpha-Hydroxamsäuren (AHA), Beta-Hydroxamsäuren (BHA), topis-
chem Isotretinoin und Azelainsäure behandelt wird oder in der letzten Woche behandelt
wurde.
• wenn Sie innerhalb der letzten sechs Monate irgendeine Form von Isotretinoin Accutane
oder Roaccutane eingenommen haben. Diese Behandlung macht die Haut dünner, so
dass sie dann anfälliger für Risse, Schnitte und Reizungen sein kann.
• wenn Sie lichtempndliche Mittel oder Medikamente einnehmen, überprüfen Sie die
Packungsbeilage des Medikaments und verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn das Me-
dikament photoallergische Reaktionen oder phototoxische Reaktionen hervorruft, oder
wenn Sie während der Einnahme dieses Medikaments die Sonne meiden sollten.
• wenn Sie gerinnungshemmende Medikamente einnehmen (einschließlich der Einnahme
hoher Dosen von Aspirin).
• wenn Sie Analgetika einnehmen, die die Wärmeempndlichkeit der Haut senken.
• wenn Sie immunsuppressive Medikamente einnehmen.
− Verwenden Sie das Gerät niemals:
• wenn Sie in den letzten 3 Monaten eine Strahlen- oder Chemotherapie erhalten haben.
• wenn Sie in den letzten drei Wochen in den Bereichen, die Sie behandeln möchten, ope-
riert wurden.

− Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht, wenn Sie unter den folgenden Krankheiten leiden oder die
folgende Anamnese haben:
• wenn Sie Diabetes oder andere systemische oder metabolische Erkrankungen haben.
• wenn Sie eine Herzinsuzienz haben.
• wenn Sie eine Krankheit haben, die mit Lichtempndlichkeit zusammenhängt, wie z.B.
polymorpher Lichtausbruch (PMLE), Lichturtikaria, Porphyrie, etc.
• wenn Sie eine Kollagenstörung hatten, einschließlich keloider Narbenbildung oder
schlechter Wundheilung.
• wenn Sie an Epilepsie mit Lichtempndlichkeit leiden.
• wenn Sie eine lichtempndliche Haut haben, die leicht einen Ausschlag oder eine allergis-
che Reaktion hervorrufen kann.
• wenn Sie eine Hauterkrankung wie z.B. aktiven Hautkrebs, eine Vorgeschichte von Haut-
krebs oder einen anderen lokalisierten Krebsherd in den zu behandelnden Bereichen
haben.
• wenn Sie eine Vorgeschichte mit einem Venenleiden haben, wie z.B. Krampfadern oder
erweiterte Venen in den Bereichen, die Sie behandeln möchten.
• wenn Sie Bluterkrankheit haben.
• wenn Sie eine immunsuppressive Erkrankung (einschließlich HIV-Infektion oder AIDS) in
der Vorgeschichte haben.
− Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht:
• wenn Sie Entzündungen, Ekzeme, Verbrennungen, entzündete Haarfollikel, oene Wun-
den, Abschürfungen, Herpes-simplex-Virus, Verletzungen oder Läsionen und Hämatome
in den zu behandelnden Bereichen haben
• auf gereizter (roter oder geschnittener), sonnenverbrannter, kürzlich gebräunter oder
künstlich gebräunter Haut
− Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht an den folgenden Partien/Bereichen:
• Muttermale, Sommersprossen, erweiterte Äderchen, dunkle pigmentierte Stellen, Nar-
ben, Hautunregelmäßigkeiten ohne Rücksprache mit einem Arzt. Die Anwendung an die-
sen Stellen kann zu Verbrennungen und Hautverfärbungen führen, die möglicherweise
die Erkennung von Hautkrankheiten erschweren.
• Warzen, Tattoos oder Permanent Make-up.
• um die Augen und auf oder in der Nähe der Augenbrauen.
• auf dem Gesicht, den Lippen, den Brustwarzen, den Warzenhöfen, den kleinen Schamlip-
pen, der Vagina, dem Anus und der Innenseite von Nase und Ohren.
• Männer dürfen das Gerät nicht im Gesicht und am Hals, einschließlich aller Bereiche, in
denen Barthaare wachsen, oder im gesamten Genitalbereich verwenden.
• in Bereichen, in denen Sie lang anhaltende Deodorants verwenden. Es können Hautre-
aktionen auftreten.
• auf oder in der Nähe von künstlichen Objekten, wie Silikonimplantaten oder Piercings.
WIE FUNKTIONIERT DER EPILIERER?
IPL-Technologie
Die Epilation wird mit intensiv gepulstem Licht durchgeführt. Der gesamte Prozess wird in einer
schmerzfreien Methode durchgeführt, die Ihre Haut für Monate glatt hält.
Der Epilierer mit IPL-Technologie sendet sanfte Lichtimpulse im Wellenlängenbereich von 510
bis 1100 nm unter die Hautoberäche, wo sie auf das Melanin im Haarfollikel treen und so den
Zyklus des Haarwachstums unterbrechen. Die Lichtimpulse erzeugen Wärme, die die Haarzwie-
bel erwärmt. Die Haarzwiebel wird zerstört und die Haare fallen spontan aus.
Was können Sie erwarten?
Nach der Anwendung
Unmittelbar nach der Anwendung sollten Sie keine nennenswerten Nebenwirkungen der Be-
handlung feststellen.
In den ersten Wochen der Anwendung wird das Haarwachstum noch sichtbar sein. Dies sind wa-
hrscheinlich Haare, die sich während der Anwendung nicht in der Wachstumsphase befanden,
in der die IPL-Technologie am eektivsten ist.
6. bis 12. Anwendungswoche
Sie sollten bereits eine Reduzierung des Haarwuchses feststellen. Viele Haare mussten jedoch
in ihrem Wachstumsstadium noch nicht behandelt werden. Es ist wichtig, die wöchentliche Be-
handlung fortzusetzen.
Nach 12 Wochen Anwendung
Ungefähr nach Abschluss des 12-Wochen-Plans sollten Sie bereits eine deutliche Reduzierung
der Haare im behandelten Bereich beobachten. Die verbleibenden Haare sollten feiner und hel-
ler sein. Fortgesetzte monatliche Behandlungen oder Behandlungen nach Bedarf sollten Ihre
Haut haarfrei halten.
WIE WIRD DER EPILIERER VERWENDET?

Vorbereitung des Körpers
Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Anwendung, dass Ihre Haut in gutem Zustand ist und keine Ver-
letzungen aufweist. Außerdem muss sie rasiert, sauber und trocken sein (ohne Rückstände wie
Cremes, Make-up, Antitranspirantien oder Deodorantien).
Vor der ersten Epilation empfehlen wir, einen Hauttest an einer kleinen Hautstelle durch-
zuführen. Führen Sie den Test 24 Stunden vor der eigentlichen Epilation durch, um auf mögliche
Nebenwirkungen zu achten.
So testen Sie
1. Wählen Sie eine Hautstelle in der Nähe des Bereichs, den Sie epilieren möchten.
2. Schalten Sie das Gerät ein und wählen Sie die Stufe 1.
3. Setzen Sie das Gerät auf die Haut und lösen Sie einen Blitz mit der Taste aus. Erzeugen Sie auf
diese Weise zwei Blitze über einen Bereich, der zwei Anwendungsfenstern entspricht.
4. Erhöhen Sie die Einstellung um eine Stufe und wiederholen Sie die Blitze. Wiederholen Sie
den Vorgang für die anderen Stufen, bis die Blitze störend sind. Wenn Sie einen Wert erre-
ichen, mit dem Sie sich nicht mehr wohl fühlen, beenden Sie den Test. Verwenden Sie die
letzte Stufe, mit der Sie sich wohlfühlen, für die nachfolgende Epilation.
5. Warten Sie nach dem Test 24 Stunden und prüfen Sie, ob es eine Reaktion auf der Haut gibt.
Wenn die Haut normal aussieht, können Sie mit der ersten Epilation beginnen. Ein Hauttest
sollte an allen Stellen durchgeführt werden, die Sie behandeln wollen.
Vorbereiten des Geräts
1. Nehmen Sie das Gerät und sein Zubehör aus der Verpackung.
2. Vergewissern Sie sich vor Beginn der Behandlung, dass das Gerät sauber, trocken und unver-
sehrt ist. Sie können das Anwendungsfenster reinigen.
3. Schließen Sie die Ladestation an eine Steckdose und dann das Gerät an die Ladestation an.
4. Das Gerät ist nun einsatzbereit.
Hinweis: Prüfen Sie vor dem Einschalten, ob die Lampe korrekt installiert ist.
Epilation
Wenn Ihr Hauttest gut ausgefallen ist und Ihr Körper oder Ihre Körperteile bereit sind, können
Sie mit der Epilation beginnen.
1. Drücken Sie die Ein-/Ausschalttaste für 3 bis 5 Sekunden, um das Gerät einzuschalten.
2. Die LED-Anzeige blinkt blau und weiß. Wenn das Gerät betriebsbereit ist, leuchtet die Anzeige
nur noch weiß.

4. Drücken Sie die Niveautaste, um Ihre gewünschte Lichtintensitätsstufe (Stufe 1 am niedrig-
sten, Stufe 5 am höchsten), wie durch den Test ermittelt, einzustellen.
Hinweis: Wenn das Gerät eingeschaltet wird, ist die Lichtintensität standardmäßig auf Stufe 1 ein-
gestellt.
5. Sobald Sie bereit sind, berühren Sie mit dem Gerät die Haut an der Stelle,
an der Sie epilieren möchten. Wie auf dem Bild gezeigt. Die Anzeige leu-
chtet blau und das Gerät ist bereit, Licht zu emittieren.
Hinweis: Das Gerät muss sich in einer vertikalen Position in Bezug auf den epili-
erten Bereich benden.
6. Drücken Sie die Blitztaste, um einen Blitz auszulösen. Der Blitz soll ein Ge-
fühl von Wärme erzeugen.
7. Wenden Sie das Gerät auf den nächsten Bereich an, den Sie epilieren möchten. Nach jedem
Blitz dauert es bis zu 3 Sekunden, bis das Gerät für den nächsten Blitz bereit ist. Sie können
einen Blitz auslösen, wenn die Anzeige wieder blau wird.
8. Um eine vollständige Behandlung aller Bereiche zu gewährleisten, lösen Sie die Blitze dicht
nebeneinander aus. Das wirkungsvolle Licht kommt nur aus dem Lichtstrahlfenster, daher
müssen sich die behandelten Bereiche überlappen. Achten Sie aber immer darauf, dass Sie
den Blitz nur einmal in denselben Bereich schicken. Eine zweimalige Bestrahlung desselben
Bereichs erhöht nicht die Wirksamkeit der Behandlung, erhöht aber das Risiko von Hautre-
aktionen.
9. Wenn Sie mit dem Epilieren fertig sind, halten Sie die Ein/Aus-Taste 3 bis 5 Sekunden lang
gedrückt, und das Gerät schaltet sich aus.
10. Trennen Sie das Gerät von der Stromquelle.

Hinweis: Das Gerät kann nach längerer Betriebszeit in den Überhitzungsschutzmodus wechseln. In
diesem Modus kann das Gerät nicht verwendet werden, bis seine Temperatur sinkt. Das Gerät kann
wieder verwendet werden, sobald das Symbol für die Überhitzungswarnung verschwindet.
Hinweis: Wenn eine Rötung oder ein Brennen auftritt, das mehrere Minuten anhält, beruhigen Sie die
Haut durch Auegen eines kühlen Tuchs oder eines Kosmetikpads.
Hinweis: Wenn Sie Farbveränderungen an Ihrer Haut bemerken (z.B. Verblassen oder Verdunkeln),
beenden Sie sofort die Verwendung des Geräts und lassen Sie sich ärztlich untersuchen, um die Ursa-
che zu nden.
Verwendungsmodi
Das Gerät bietet zwei Epiliermodi, die eine komfortable Anwendung für jedermann ermögli-
chen. Neben dem klassischen Einzelblitzmodus können Sie auch den Automatikmodus nutzen.
Klassischer Modus
Der klassische Modus eignet sich für die Behandlung kleiner und schwer erreichbarer Berei-
che. Dazu gehören das Gesicht, die Achselhöhlen, der Bikinibereich, Knien, Unterschenkel und
Knöchel.
Automatikmodus
Der Automatikmodus bietet eine bequeme und schnelle Anwendung auf größeren Flächen wie
z.B. den Beinen.
Halten Sie die Stufen-Taste 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt. Das Gerät schaltet in den Automatik-
betrieb. Bewegen Sie das Gerät langsam und gleichmäßig von unten nach oben über den zu
epilierenden Bereich. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät in ständigem Kontakt mit der Haut ist,
damit es kontinuierlich Blitze abgeben kann.
Kühlmodus
Die Kühlung des Geräts wird automatisch eingeschaltet. Bei der Epilation wird die Haut gekühlt
und die Behandlung ist weniger schmerzhaft.
Um die automatische Kühlung während der Epilation auszuschalten, drücken Sie die Kühlmo-
dus-Taste. Ein erneutes Drücken schaltet die Kühlung wieder ein.
Das Gerät bietet auch die Möglichkeit, nur im Kühlmodus zu arbeiten. Drücken Sie die Kühlmo-
dus-Taste für 3-5 Sekunden. Sie können das Gerät dann auf den Bereich auegen und langsam
bewegen, um den Bereich zu kühlen. Um den Kühlbetrieb auszuschalten, drücken Sie die Kühl-
modus-Taste erneut für 3-5 Sekunden.
Plan der Epilation
Der Wuchszyklus der Körperhaare ist von Mensch zu Mensch unterschiedlich. Er reicht von bis
zu 16 Monaten je Körperteil. Da nur Haare in der Wachstumsphase auf die eigentliche Epilation
reagieren, sind mehrere Behandlungen notwendig, um eine dauerhaft glatte Haut zu erreichen.
Aus diesen Gründen empfehlen wir den folgenden Plan.
Startphase
Wir empfehlen, in den ersten 4 bis 12 Wochen 1× pro Woche zu epilieren.
Wenn das Haarwachstum aufhört, ist es nicht notwendig, die Behandlung bis zum Ende der 12.
Woche durchzuführen. In diesem Fall können Sie mit der nächsten Stufe fortfahren.
Erhaltungsphase
Nach der Startphase empfehlen wir eine Anwendung alle 4 bis 8 Wochen, wenn Sie Haarwach-
stum feststellen. Diese Phase hilft, die erzielten Ergebnisse zu bewahren und Ihre Haut für viele
Monate glatt zu halten. Die Zeit zwischen den Behandlungen kann je nach individuellem Ha-
arwuchs und der jeweiligen Körperpartie variieren.
Lampentyp
Das Gerät kann mit drei verschiedenen Lampen betrieben werden. Jede Lampe hat eine andere
Funktion.
HR-Lampe – Die HR-Lampe ist für die Entfernung der Körperhaare vorgesehen.
SR-Lampe – SR-Lampe ist für die Verjüngung der Haut bestimmt.
AC-Lampe – Die AC-Lampe ist für die Entfernung von Akne vorgesehen.
Austausch der Lampe
Das Gerät ermöglicht es Ihnen, die Lampe zu entfernen und auszutauschen. Befolgen Sie die
Anleitung unten.

NACHBEHANDLUNG
−Nach der Epilation können Sie bedenkenlos Lotion, Creme, Deodorant, Feuchtigkeitscreme
oder andere Kosmetikprodukte auf die behandelten Stellen auftragen.
−Wenn Sie nach der Behandlung eine Reizung oder Rötung feststellen, warten Sie, bis diese
Symptome abgeklungen sind, bevor Sie ein Produkt auf die Haut auftragen. Wenn Sie nach
dem Auftragen des Produkts eine Reizung oder Rötung der Haut bemerken, spülen Sie se
mit Wasser ab.
−Nach der Epilation empfehlen wir, den epilierten Bereich nicht sofort dem Sonnenlicht aus-
zusetzen oder ihn mit einem Produkt mit Lichtschutzfaktor zu schützen. Auch der Besuch
von Sonnenstudios und Solarien ist in den 24 Stunden nach der Epilation nicht ratsam.

WARTUNG DES GERÄTS
−Eine gute Wartung dieses Geräts gewährleistet einen störungsfreien Betrieb und verringert
das Risiko von Schäden.
− Halten Sie das Gerät von extremer Luftfeuchtigkeit und Temperatur fern und setzen Sie es
nicht über längere Zeit direktem Sonnenlicht oder der UV-Strahlung aus.
− Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung des Geräts niemals Druckluft, Metallwaschlappen, Scheuermi-
ttel oder aggressive Reinigungsmittel wie Benzin oder Aceton.
−Setzen Sie das Gerät keinen plötzlichen und starken Temperaturänderungen aus. Dies kann
dazu führen, dass Feuchtigkeit im Gerät kondensiert und das Gerät beschädigt wird. La-
ssen Sie das Gerät bei Feuchtigkeitskondensation vollständig trocknen, bevor Sie es erneut
verwenden.
− Versuchen Sie grundsätzlich nicht, das Gerät zu zerlegen, zu reparieren oder zu ändern.
Durch Demontage, Änderung oder Reparaturversuche erlischt die Garantie und es kann zu
Schäden am Gerät oder sogar zu Verletzungen oder Sachschäden kommen.
−Lagern oder transportieren Sie brennbare Flüssigkeiten, Gase oder explosive Materialien
nicht zusammen mit dem Gerät, seinen Teilen oder Zubehör.
− Überhitzung kann zu Geräteschäden führen.
REINIGUNG UND LAGERUNG
−Schalten Sie das Gerät nach der Epilation aus und lassen Sie es abkühlen. Vergessen Sie nicht,
das Gerät vom Netz zu trennen. Prüfen Sie alle Teile auf Beschädigungen und wischen Sie
sie anschließend mit einem Tuch oder einem anderen fusselfreien Lappen ab - dieser kann
leicht angefeuchtet sein. Waschen oder tauchen Sie das Gerät nicht in Wasser oder andere
Flüssigkeiten.
−Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, staubfreien Ort bei einer Temperatur zwischen

NEBENWIRKUNGEN
−Je nach Ihrem Hauttyp kann die Anwendung etwas unangenehm sein. Sie kann ein Hitze-
gefühl oder eine Rötung der Haut verursachen. Dies ist ein normaler Zustand.
−Unerwünschte Reaktionen treten in der Regel sofort nach der Anwendung oder innerhalb
von 24 Stunden auf. In seltenen Fällen können sie auch später auftreten. Wenn Sie eine
ungewöhnliche Reaktion feststellen, wenden Sie sich an Ihren Arzt.
MÖGLICHE PROBLEME
Wenn bei der Verwendung des Geräts eine Störung auftritt, können Sie diese Anweisungen be-
folgen, um einige einfache Probleme zu beheben. Wenn Sie hier keine Antwort auf Ihr Problem
nden, wenden Sie sich bitte an den Kundendienst des Herstellers.
Problem Lösung
Das Gerät kann nicht gestartet werden. Prüfen Sie, ob das Netzteil richtig angeschlossen ist.
Blitze funktionieren nicht. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Anwendungsfenster,
das Licht ausstrahlt, die Haut richtig berührt und dass
die Anzeigen blau sind.
Die Anzeige leuchtet dauerhaft blau. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich die Lampe nicht in
einem Bereich bendet, in dem sich Metallteile oder
Einüsse von induktiven Kapazitäten benden.
Das Gerät arbeitet nicht auf kleinen
Flächen.
Für kleine Flächen oder schwer zugängliche Bereiche
müssen Sie die richtige Lampe verwenden. Sie mü-
ssen sicherstellen, dass die Hautsensoren in Kontakt
mit der Haut sind.
Das Gerät ist kaputt, hat Risse oder sieht
optisch nicht in Ordnung aus.
Wenn Sie Zweifel an der sicheren Verwendung des
Geräts oder an Schäden am Gerät haben, verwenden
Sie es nicht und wenden Sie sich an den Hersteller.
Das LCD-Display zeigt E0 an. Mit dem Ventilator ist etwas passiert. Nachdem das
Gerät abgekühlt ist, schalten Sie es aus und wieder
ein.
Das LCD-Display zeigt E1 an. Problem mit Spannung. Kontaktieren Sie den
Hersteller.

BEZPEČNOSTNÍ ZÁSADY
− Pro zajištění vlastní bezpečnosti nepoužívejte ovládací prvky tohoto přístroje při řízení.
− Přístroj je nutné vždy používat s ochrannými brýlemi.
− Přístroj a adaptér udržujte vždy v suchu.
−Je-li přístroj rozbitý, nedotýkejte se žádných částí, aby nedošlo k úrazu elektrickým proudem.
− Přístroj nepoužívejte ve vlhkém prostředí – například u tekoucí vody nebo napuštěné vany.
−Přístroj mohou používat děti a osoby se sníženými fyzickými, smyslovými nebo duševními
schopnostmi, pokud jsou pod dohledem nebo byly poučeny o bezpečném používání přístro-
je a rozumí všem rizikům spojeným s používáním přístroje.
−Přístroj nesmí používat děti mladší 15 let. Osoby ve věku 15-18 let potom pouze pod dohle-
dem zákonného zástupce.
−Přístroj je vybaven transformátorem a lze ho používat pouze s tímto originálně dodávaným
a žádným jiným.
−Před použitím přístroj vždy zkontrolujte. Přístroj nepoužívejte, pokud je jakákoliv část po-
škozená.
− Pokud je adaptér poškozen, nepoužívejte ho. Může dojít k úrazu elektrickým proudem.
−Lampa/okénko pro vyzařování světla může být po použití velmi horké. Nedotýkejte se vnitřní
části okénka hned po aplikaci.
−Než přístroj použijete, měli byste pokožku očistit a zajistit, aby byla nejlépe zcela bez chloup-
ků, suchá a bez mastných látek.
− Zajistěte, aby nic nebránilo proudu vzduchu z ventilačních otvorů zařízení.
− Nikdy nevystavujte přístroj nárazům, netřeste s ním ani jej nepouštějte na zem.
−Pokud přenesete přístroj z velmi chladného prostředí do velmi teplého prostředí nebo opač-
ně, počkejte před jeho použitím přibližně 3 až 4 hodiny.
− Skladujte přístroj na suchém místě, kde se na něj nebude prášit.
−Přístroj nevystavujte přímému slunečnímu světlu nebo UV záření, jinak by se mohlo poškodit.
− Přístroj nikdy nenechávejte bez dozoru, když je zapnutý. Po použití přístroj vždy vypněte.
− Přístroj je z hygienických důvodů určen pro jednoho uživatele.
−Přístroj je určen pouze k odstraňování nežádoucích chloupků z částí těla od tváře a krku dolů.
Nepoužívejte ho k žádnému jinému účelu.
−Přístroj není omyvatelný. Přístroj nesmíte nikdy ponořit do vody ani ho mýt pod tekoucí vo-
dou.
− Přístroj není určen pro děti. Nejedná se o hračku a děti ho nesmějí používat.
− Neoznačujte ošetřované oblasti tužkou nebo perem. Mohlo by dojít k popálení pokožky.
−Používejte pouze s nastavením, které je vhodné pro váš typ pokožky. Při použití s jiným nasta-
vením, než je doporučeno, se může zvýšit riziko reakcí pokožky a vedlejších účinků.
− Přístroj nikdy nenechávejte bez dozoru, když je zapnutý. Po použití přístroj vždy vypněte.
−Přístroj nepoužívejte, pokud se na vás vztahuje některý z případů uvedených v části Kon-
traindikace.
− Během jednoho sezení neošetřujte stejnou oblast pokožky více než jednou. Nezvýší se tím
účinnost ošetření, zvyšuje se však riziko reakcí pokožky.
− Odstraňování chloupků pomocí laserů nebo intenzivních pulzních zdrojů světla může u ně-
kterých jedinců způsobit zvýšený růst chloupků. Podle dostupných dat je nejvyšší riziko této
reakce u žen středomořského, středovýchodního a jižně asijského původu ošetřovaných na
obličeji a krku.
−Balení obsahuje malé dílky, které mohou být nebezpečné pro děti. Produkt vždy ukládejte
mimo dosah dětí. Sáčky nebo mnoho dílků, které obsahují, mohou po spolknutí nebo po
nasazení na hlavu způsobit udušení.
Kontraindikace
−Přístroj nikdy nepoužívejte, máte-li typ pokožky VI (u typu V na vlastním zvážení). V takovém
případě vám hrozí velké riziko reakce pokožky, jako je například nadměrná nebo nedosta-
tečná pigmentace, značné zčervenání nebo popáleniny. Tabulku s typy pokožky naleznete
na straně 3.
−Přístroj nikdy nepoužívejte, pokud jste těhotná nebo kojíte. Přístroj nebyl testován u těhot-
ných či kojících žen.
−Přístroj nikdy nepoužívejte, máte-li jakýkoli aktivní implantát, například kardiostimulátor,
neurostimulátor, inzulinovou pumpu atd.
− Přístroj nepoužívejte, pokud berete jakékoli z následujících léků:
• je-li vaše pokožka ošetřována nebo byla v posledním týdnu ošetřena alfahydroxidovými
kyselinami (AHA), betahydroxidovými kyselinami (BHA), topickým isotretinoinem a kyse-
linou azelainovou.
• pokud jste během posledních šesti měsíců užívali jakoukoli formu isotretinoinu Accutane
nebo Roaccutane. Tato léčba ztenčuje pokožku, takže pak může být náchylnější k trhli-
nám, poraněním a podráždění.
• pokud užíváte fotocitlivé prostředky nebo léky, zkontrolujte příbalovou informaci léku
a nikdy přístroj nepoužívejte, pokud lék způsobuje fotoalergické reakce, fototoxické reak-
ce nebo pokud se při užívání tohoto léku máte vyhýbat slunci.
• pokud užíváte léky proti srážlivosti krve (včetně užívání velkých dávek aspirinu).
• pokud užíváte analgetika, která snižují citlivost pokožky na teplo.
• pokud užíváte imunosupresivní léky.
− Přístroj nikdy nepoužívejte:
• pokud jste v posledních 3 měsících podstoupili terapii ozařováním nebo chemoterapii.
• pokud jste v uplynulých třech týdnech podstoupili chirurgický zákrok v oblastech, které
chcete ošetřit.
− Přístroj nepoužívejte, pokud trpíte následujícím onemocněním nebo máte následující anam-
nézu:
• máte-li cukrovku nebo jiné systémové či metabolické choroby.
• máte-li srdeční nedostatečnost.
• máte-li chorobu související s citlivostí na světlo, jako je například polymorfní světelná
erupce (PMLE), solární kopřivka, porfyrie atd.
• pokud jste prodělali poruchu kolagenu, včetně tvorby keloidních jizev nebo špatného
hojení ran.
• pokud trpíte epilepsií s citlivostí na světlo.
• pokud máte pokožku citlivou na světlo, které snadno způsobuje vyrážku nebo alergickou
reakci.
• máte-li onemocnění pokožky, jako je například aktivní rakovina kůže, máte rakovinu kůže
v anamnéze nebo máte jakékoli jiné lokalizované ohnisko rakoviny v oblastech, které
chcete ošetřit.

• máte-li v anamnéze žilní poruchu, například křečové žíly nebo rozšířené žilky v oblastech,
které chcete ošetřit.
• máte-li jakoukoli poruchu krvácivosti.
• máte-li v anamnéze imunosupresivní chorobu (včetně infekce HIV nebo AIDS).
− Přístroj nepoužívejte:
• máte-li záněty, ekzémy, popáleniny, zanícené chlupové váčky, otevřené rány, odřeniny,
virus herpes simplex, poranění nebo léze a hematomy v oblastech, které chcete ošetřit.
• na podrážděnou (zarudlou nebo pořezanou), sluncem spálenou, nedávno opálenou nebo
uměle opálenou pokožku.
− Přístroj nepožívejte na následujících místech/oblastech:
• na mateřská znaménka, pihy, rozšířené žilky, tmavší pigmentované oblasti, jizvy, nepravi-
delnosti pokožky bez konzultace s lékařem. Použití na tyto oblasti může vést k popálení
a ke změnám barvy pokožky, což by mohlo případně způsobit obtížnější identikaci kož-
ních chorob.
• na bradavice, tetování nebo permanentní make-up.
• v okolí očí a na obočí nebo v jeho blízkosti.
• na obličeji, rtech, prsních bradavkách, dvorcích prsních bradavek, malých stydkých pys-
cích, vagíně, řitním otvoru a vnitřku nosu a uší.
• muži nesmí zařízení používat na tváři a krku včetně všech oblastí, kde rostou vousy, ani na
celé genitální oblasti.
• v oblastech, kde používáte deodoranty s dlouhodobým účinkem. Může dojít k reakcím
pokožky.
• na nebo v blízkosti umělých předmětů, například silikonových implantátů anebo v blíz-
kosti piercingů.
JAK EPILÁTOR FUNGUJE?
IPL technologie
Epilace je prováděna pomocí intenzivního pulzního světla. Celý proces probíhá bezbolestnou
metodu, díky které bude vaše pokožka hladká až po několik měsíců.
Epilátor s IPL technologií vydává jemné impulzy světla v rozmezí vlnové délky od 510
do 1100 nm pod povrch pokožky, kde zasahuje melanin ve folikulu chloupku a pomáhá tak pře-
rušit cyklus dorůstání chloupků. Světelné impulzy vytváří teplo, které vlasovou cibulku zahřeje.
Cibulka se zničí a chloupky samovolně vypadávají.
Co můžete očekávat?
Po aplikaci
Ihned po aplikaci byste neměli vidět žádné významné vedlejší účinky epilace.
Během prvních týdnů používání bude stále viditelný růst chloupků. Pravděpodobně se jedná
o chloupky, které nebyly během aplikace ve své růstové fázi, kdy je IPL technologie nejúčinnější.
6. až 12. týden používání
Již byste měli vidět snížení růstu chloupků. Mnoho chloupků však stále nemusí být ošetřeno
v jejich růstové fázi. Je důležité pokračovat v týdenní epilaci.
Po 12. týdnech používání
Přibližně po dokončení 12týdenního plánu, byste měli pozorovat již výrazné snížení chloupků
v ošetřované oblasti. Zbylé chloupky by měly být jemnější a světlejší. Pokračující měsíční ošetře-
ní nebo ošetření podle potřeby by měla udržovat vaši pokožku bez chloupků.
JAK EPILÁTOR POUŽÍVAT?
Před prvním použitím
Doporučená barva kůže
TrueLife IPL epilátory působí účinně a bezpečně na různé barevné odstíny pokožky. Obecně se
IPL epilátory nedoporučují pro tmavou pleť a světlé chloupky.
Pro určení, zda je pro vás IPL epilátor vhodný, využijte Fitzpatrickovi stupnice, která rozlišuje
6 stupňů barvy pleti, a určete, zda je pro vás IPL epilátor vhodný.
Typ I Bledá pleť, pihy, blond nebo zrzavé vlasy, modré
oči. Velmi citlivá na slunce. Vždy se spálí, nikdy se
neopálí.
Vhodný
Typ II Světlá pleť, blond nebo zrzavé vlasy, modré, zelené
nebo hnědé oči. Velmi citlivá na slunce. Obvykle se
spálí, opálí se minimálně.
Vhodná
Typ III Krémově světlá pleť, jakákoliv barva vlasů a očí,
běžný typ. Pleť citlivá na slunce. Někdy se mírné
spálí, opaluje se stejnoměrně.
Vhodný
Typ IV Mírné hnědá pleť, typický je středomořský olivový
tón pokožky. Zřídka se spálí, opaluje se dobře.
Vhodný
Typ V Tmavě hnědá pleť, typy pleti obyvatel Středního
východu nebo Latinskoameričtí obyvatelé. Velmi
zřídka se spálí, opaluje se velmi snadno.
Vhodný ale
s opatrností
Typ VI Hluboce pigmentovaná tmavě hnědá až černá pleť.
Nikdy se nespálí, opaluje velmi snadno.

Příprava těla
Před použitím se ujistěte, že je vaše pokožka v dobrém stavu bez zranění. Dále musí být oholená,
čistá a suchá (bez jakýchkoli zbytků, jako jsou krémy, make-up, antiperspiranty nebo deodo-
ranty).
Před první epilací doporučujeme provést kožní test na malé ploše kůže. Test proveďte 24 hodin
před samotnou epilací, abyste zjistili případné nežádoucí účinky.

Jak testovat
1. Zvolte plochu kůže blízkou té oblasti, kterou hodláte epilovat.
2. Zapněte přístroj a zvolte úroveň 1.
3. Přiložte přístroj na pokožku a vyšlete záblesk pomocí tlačítka. Vyšlete takto dva záblesky, na
ploše odpovídají dvěma epilačním okénkům.
4. Zvyšte nastavení o jednu úroveň a opakujte záblesky. Opakujte postup pro ostatní úrovně, do-
kud vám nebudou záblesky nepříjemné. Jakmile se dostanete do úrovně, která vám je nepří-
jemná, ukončete test. Poslední úroveň, která vám je příjemná, používejte při následné epilaci.
5. Po testu počkejte 24 hodin a zkontrolujte, zda se na pokožce objevila nějaká reakce. Vypadá-li
pokožka normálně, můžete přistoupit k první epilaci. Ve všech oblastech, které se chystáte
ošetřovat, by měl být proveden test pokožky.
Příprava přístroje
1. Vyjměte přístroj a jeho příslušenství z krabice.
2. Před zahájením léčby se ujistěte, že je přístroj čistý, suchý a neporušen. Epilační okénko mů-
žete vyčistit.
3. Připojte nabíjecí základnu do elektrické zásuvky a poté přístroj do nabíjecí základny.
4. Přístroj je nyní připraven k použití.
Upozornění: Před zapnutím zkontrolujte, zda je správně nainstalována lampa.
Epilace
Pokud test vaší kůže dopadl v pořádku a vaše tělo nebo partie těla je připravené, můžete začít
s epilací.
1. Stisknutím tlačítka zapnutí/vypnutí po dobu 3 až 5 sekund zapnete přístroj.
2. LED indikátor začne blikat modře a bíle. Jakmile bude přístroj připravený k použití, bude in-
dikátor svítit pouze bíle.

3. Na displeji můžete vidět: typ lampy, zbývající počet záblesků, úroveň intenzity světla, ikonu
chladícího režimu, ikonu automatického režimu a ikonu varování před přehřátím.
4. Stisknutím tlačítka úrovně si nastavte vámi požadovanou úroveň světla (úroveň 1 nejnižší,
úroveň 5 nejvyšší), kterou jste zjistili pomocí testu.
Upozornění: Po zapnutí přístroje je úroveň intenzity světla standardně nastavena na úroveň 1.
5. Jakmile budete mít vše připravené, dotkněte se přístrojem pokožky na
místě, kde chcete epilovat. Stejně jako je znázorněno na obrázku. Indiká-
tor se rozsvítí modře a přístroj je připraven vyzařovat světlo.
Upozornění: Přístroj musí být ve svislé poloze vzhledem k epilované oblasti.
6. Stisknutím tlačítka záblesk vyšlete záblesk. Záblesk by měl vyvolat pocit
tepla.
7. Přiložte přístroj na další oblast, kterou chcete epilovat. Po každém záblesku trvá až 3 sekundy,
než je přístroj připraven k dalšímu záblesku. Záblesk můžete vyslat, když se znovu rozsvítí
modře indikátor.
8. Abyste zajistili úplné ošetření všech oblastí, vysílejte záblesky blízko vedle sebe. Účinné světlo
vychází pouze z okénka pro vyzařování světla, proto je třeba, aby se ošetřené oblasti překrý-
valy. Vždy se však ujistěte, že záblesk vyšlete na stejnou oblast pouze jednou. Ozáření stejné
oblasti dvakrát nezvyšuje účinnost ošetření, zvyšuje však riziko reakcí pokožky.
9. Jakmile budete s epilací u konce, podržte tlačítko zapnutí/vypnutí 3 až 5 sekund a přístroj
se vypne.
10. Přístroj odpojte ze zdroje elektrické energie.
Upozornění: Přístroj se může po delší době provozu dostat do režimu ochrany proti přehřátí. V tomto
režimu nelze přístroj používat, dokud neklesne jeho teplota. Přístroj je možné opět používat, jakmile
zmizí ikona varování před přehřátím.
Upozornění: Pokud se objeví zarudnutí nebo pálení trvající několik minut, zklidněte pokožku přilože-
ním chladivé látky nebo kosmetickým tamponem.
Upozornění: Zaznamenáte-li jakékoli barevné změny na kůži (například vyblednutí nebo ztmavnutí)
ihned přestaňte přístroj používat a absolvujte lékařské vyšetření, které vyhledá příčinu vzniku.
Režimy používání
Přístroj nabízí dva režimy epilování, které nabízejí pohodlné použití pro každého. Kromě klasic-
kého režimu jednotlivých záblesků je možné využít i automatický režim.
Klasický režim
Klasický režim je vhodný k ošetření malých a těžko dostupných oblastí. Jedná se například o ob-
ličej, podpaží, oblast bikin, kolen, holení a kotníků.
Automatický režim
Automatický režim nabízí pohodlné a rychlé použití na větší oblasti, jako jsou například nohy.
Podržte tlačítko úrovně po dobu 3 sekund. Přístroj se přepne do automatického režimu. Pomalu
a plynule pohybujte přístrojem od spodní části k horní části epilované oblasti. Zajistěte, aby
přístroj byl v neustálém kontaktu s pokožkou a mohl tak neustále vydávat záblesky.
Chladící režim
Přístroj má automaticky zapnuté chlazení. Během epilace je tedy pokožka zároveň ochlazována
a ošetření je díky tomu méně bolestivé.
Pokud chcete automatické chlazení během epilace vypnout, stiskněte tlačítko chladícího reži-
mu. Opětovné stisknutí chlazení opět zapne.
Přístroj nabízí také možnost fungovat pouze v režimu chlazeni. Stiskněte tlačítko chladícího
režimu na dobu 3-5 sekund. Poté můžete přístroj přiložit na oblast a pomalým posouváním

ochlazovat oblast. Chladící režim vypnete opětovným stlačením tlačítka chladícího režimu na
dobu 3-5 sekund.
Plán epilace
Růstový cyklus chloupků se u každé osoby liší. Pohybuje se v rozmezí 16 měsíců podle tělesné
partie. Vzhledem k tomu, že na samotnou epilaci reagují pouze chloupky v růstové fázi, je zapo-
třebí k dosažení trvale hladké pokožky více ošetření. Z těchto důvodů doporučujeme následující
plán.
Počáteční fáze
První 4 až 12 týdnu doporučujeme epilovat 1× týdně.
Pokud se zastaví růst chloupků, není nutné ošetření provést do konce 12. týdne. V tomto případě
můžete přejít do další fáze.
Udržovací fáze
Po počáteční fázi doporučujeme úpravy každých 4 až 8 týdnů, když zaznamenáte dorůstání
chloupků. Tato fáze pomáhá uchovat dosažené výsledky a udržet si hladkou pleť po mnoho
měsíců. Čas mezi ošetřeními se může lišit s ohledem na individuální dorůstání chloupků a také
na konkrétní oblast těla.
Typy lamp
Přístroj je možný použít s třemi různými lampami. Každá lampa má jinou funkci.
HR lampa – HR lampa je určená k odstraňování chloupků.
SR lampa – SR lampa je určená k omlazení pokožky.
AC lampa – AC lampa je určena k odstranění akné.
Výměna lampy
Přístroj umožňuje sundat a vyměnit lampu. Postupujte podle návodu níže.
1. Uchopte lampu a táhněte podle
obrázku.
2. Vložte lampu podle obrázku.
NÁSLEDNÁ PÉČE
−Po epilaci můžete na ošetřené oblasti bez obav nanést pleťové mléko, krém, deodorant, hyd-
ratační nebo jiný kosmetický přípravek.
−Pokud po ošetření zaznamenáte podráždění nebo zarudnutí pokožky, před nanesením ja-
kéhokoli přípravku na pokožku počkejte, dokud tyto příznaky nezmizí. Pokud zaznamenáte
podráždění nebo zarudnutí pokožky po nanesení přípravku, opláchněte jej vodou.
−Po epilace doporučujeme nevystavovat epilovanou oblast ihned slunečnímu záření, případ-
ně ji chránit přípravkem s ochranným faktorem. Není také vhodné v následujících 24 hodi-
nách po epilaci navštěvovat opalovací kabiny a solária.
ÚDRŽBA PŘÍSTROJE
− Dobrá údržba tohoto přístroje zajistí bezproblémový provoz a omezí nebezpečí poškození.
−Uchovávejte přístroj mimo extrémní vlhkost a teploty a nevystavujte přístroj dlouhodobě
přímému slunečnímu nebo ultraalovému záření.
−K čištění přístroje nikdy nepoužívejte stlačený vzduch, kovové žínky, abrazivní ani agresivní
čisticí prostředky, jako je například benzín nebo aceton.
− Nevystavujte přístroj náhlým a prudkým změnám teplot. Mohlo by to způsobit kondenzová-
ní vlhkosti uvnitř zařízení, což by mohlo přístroj poškodit. V případě, kdy dojde ke kondenzaci
vlhkosti, před dalším používáním nechte přístroj dokonale vyschnout.
−Zásadně se nepokoušejte přístroj rozebírat, opravovat nebo jakkoli upravovat. V případě de-
montáže, úprav nebo jakéhokoli pokusu o opravu dochází k propadnutí záruky a může dojít
k poškození přístroje či dokonce ke zranění nebo škodám na majetku.
−Neskladujte ani nepřevážejte hořlavé kapaliny, plyny nebo výbušné materiály pohromadě
s přístrojem, jeho částmi nebo doplňky.
− Přehřátí může přístroj poškodit.
ČIŠTĚNÍ A SKLADOVÁNÍ
−Po epilaci přístroj vypněte a nechte je vychladnout. Nezapomeňte jej vypojit z elektrické sítě.
Zkontrolujte všechny části, zda nejsou poškozeny a poté je utřete hadříkem nebo jinou lát-
kou, která nepouští vlákna – může být lehce navlhčený. Přístroj neomývejte ani neponořujte
do vody či jiné tekutiny.
−Přístroj skladujte na suchém místě, kde se na něj nebude prášit, při teplotě 0 °C až 40 °C.
Zajistěte ochranu epilačního okénka a snímače pokožky před poškozením.
VEDLEJŠÍ ÚČINKY
−Na základě typu vaší pokožky může být používání mírně nepříjemné. Může vyvolat pocit
horka nebo zrudnutí pokožky. Jedná se normální stav.
−Nepříznivé reakce se obvykle objeví ihned po aplikaci nebo do 24 hodin. Ve vzácných přípa-
dech se mohou objevit i později. Pokud se u vás projeví neobvyklá reakce, obraťte se na své-
ho lékaře.
MOŽNÉ PROBLÉMY
Dojde-li během používání přístroje k poruše, můžete postupovat podle následujících pokynů
k odstranění některých jednoduchých poruch. Pokud zde nenaleznete odpověď na váš pro-
blém, kontaktujte prosím zákaznické oddělení výrobce.

Problém Řešení
Nelze spustit. Zkontrolujte, zda je adaptér správně připojen.
Nefungují záblesky. Ujistěte se, že se epilační okénko vyzařující světlo dotý-
ká pokožky správně a zda indikátory svítí modře.
Stále modře svítící indikátor. Zkontrolujte, zda není lampa umístěna v oblasti, kde
jsou kovové části nebo vlivy indukční kapacity.
Přístroj nefunguje na malých oblastech. Na malé oblasti nebo oblasti, které jsou těžko dostup-
né, je potřeba použít správnou lampu. Je potřeba zajis-
tit, že snímače pokožky jsou v kontaktu s pokožkou.
Přístroj je rozbitý, prasklý nebo vizuálně
nevypadá v pořádku.
Máte-li jakékoli pochybnosti o bezpečném používání
přístroje nebo o poškození přístroje, nepoužívejte jej
a kontaktujte výrobce.
LCD displej zobrazuje E0. Něco se stalo s ventilátorem. Po ochlazení zařízení jej
znovu vypněte a zapněte.
LCD displej zobrazuje E1. Problém s napětím. Kontaktujte výrobce.
