Power up Your Camera

Please use the provided USB cable and 5V/1A power adapter (self-provided) to fully charge

your camera.

How to Install the Camera

1. Fix the mounting bracket on the wall with the screw’s accessories.

2. Rotate the locking cap to fix the connecting joint to a preferred angle.

3. Rotate the camera to the connecting joint and make sure the camera's lens is on the

top during installation.

4. When completed, please check that all locking mechanisms are tightly secured.

(Note: The camera can also be placed wherever you like without mounting on the wall.)

Download the Blurams App

Download the App by searching "blurams" in the App Store or Google Play. Alternatively,

you can open a QR scanner App and scan the blurams App QR code below to install the

App.

Add your Camera into the App

Enter the blurams App, sign up for a free blurams account and log in. Go to the home

page, click the "+" icon on the top right corner and select the model of your camera. Then

follow the instructions to nish the device configuration.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I add the camera to the App?

1. Make sure the camera is fully charged and powers on. When seeing the red & blue

flashing indicator light, the camera is read to pair.

2. Connect your smartphone and the camera to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (5GHz

network is not supported currently).

3. Keep the camera, phone, and Wi-Fi router as close as possible during pairing.

1. Fix the mounting bracket on the wall with the screw’s accessories.

2. Rotate the locking cap to x the connecting joint to a preferred angle.

3. Rotate the camera to the connecting joint and make sure the camera's lens is on the

top during installation.

4. When completed, please check that all locking mechanisms are tightly secured.

(Note: The camera can also be placed wherever you like without mounting on the wall.)

Why can't the camera scan the QR code?

1. Remove the lens protective film and make sure there is no dust on the lens.

2. Adjust the smartphone screen brightness to high.

3. Tap the QR code picture to enlarge it.

4. Adjust the distance between the lens and screen, the optimal distance is 3-5in.

How long does it take for the camera to be fully charged? How long can a

fully charged camera last?

1. Using 5V/2A adapter, it takes about 4-5h to fully charge; using 5V/1A adapter, it takes

about 6h to fully charge.

2. The battery usage time of the camera varies according to the times of camera being

triggered. Recommended for use with a solar panel.

Why is the captured video black and white?

1. Position the camera in a well-lit environment during the daytime.

2. Check "Preferences" to see if the night vision is ON.

3. Restart the camera and re-add it to the App.

4. If you continue seeing black and white or other abnormal colours after trying all the

above solutions, please contact the support team for help.

Why won’t the camera be turned on?

1. Please make sure the camera is fully charged.

2. Try using other power adapters and USB cables to charge the camera. (5V/1A or 5V/2A

adapters are recommended)

3. If the problem persists, please contact the support team for help.

Can't hear sound from the camera?

1. Check "Preferences" to turn "Microphone" option on.

2. Remove the protective film and try talk closer and louder to the camera.

3. Restart the camera.

Why is the live streaming video upside down?

In the blurams App, go to the device's "Preferences" and tap "Rotate 180°".

If you encounter any other problems in Product Information, Product Installation and Use,

support@blurams.com.

Does the camera support solar panel charging?

Yes, it supports solar panel power supply. The solar panel needs to be purchased

separately. Or you can simply buy the camera kit with a solar panel.

Notes

1. Do not use the camera in any extreme weather environments such as extremely high,

low temperatures, direct strong sunlight, or heavy rain for long periods of time. The

suitable temperature for the product and accessories is -20°C to 60°C.

2. The recommended output voltage/current of the adapter is DC

5V/1A and DC 5V/2A, and the adapter should be CE approval type.

3. This product can be used across EU member states.

How to Install the Solar Panel?

1. Fix the base to the wall with screws. If the installation surface is soft or unstable, first

use a Φ6.0 drill bit to drill a hole in the wall and then insert the wall anchors into the hole

and fix the base with screws.

2. Install the locking screw cap into the universal joint and then screw the socket nut into

the universal joint.

3. Screw the universal joint into the back of the solar panel. Tighten it firmly with the

attached socket nut.

4. Rotate the locking screw cap into the base. Make sure that the universal joint is angled

upward.

5. If you want to adjust the position of the solar panel, loosen the locking screw cap first,

then rotate the sleeve rod, and tighten the locking screws cap when the panel is in

position.

6. When completed, please check that all the locking mechanisms are tightly secured.

1. Find an area that gets the most direct sunlight throughout the day.

2. Angle the solar panel upward 30°.

3. Point it south if in the northern hemisphere and north if in the southern hemisphere.

Important Notes:

1. Wipe the face of the solar panel with a soft damp cloth regularly to clear any dust or

debris.

2. Be sure to update the firmware version of the camera to the latest version.

3. Place the solar panel in an area with consistent sunlight throughout the year. It only

needs a few hours of direct sunlight each day to keep your camera powered.

4. The amount of energy that the solar panel produces will be affected by weather

conditions, seasonal changes, geographic location, etc.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you

need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller

directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.

The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for

which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

 Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or

failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.

 Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized

person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning

by inappropriate means, etc.).

 Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries,

etc.).

 Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or

electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic

discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate

polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.

 If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or

adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the

purchased design or use of non-original components.
