EN - Safety instructions

•Product must be installed by a qualified

person in accordance with the regulations

in force. The manufacturer shall not be

held responsible for damages arising from

procedures carried out by unauthorized

persons which may also void the warranty.

•Preparation of location and electrical

installation for the product is under

customer’s responsibility.

•The product must be installed in

accordance with all local electrical

regulations.

•Before installing the product, remove all the

materials and documents in it and visually

check if the product has any defects on it.

If so, do not have it installed.

•Make sure that the user cannot reach the

electrical connections after the installation.

•The product is heavy, carry the product

with at least two people.

•The door and/or handle must not be used

for lifting or moving the appliance. Use the

lifting spaces on both sides of the product

(figure 1). Always wear protective gloves

during transport and installation.

•Disconnect electrical connections in the

area to be installed before installation.

•The surfaces of the furniture that the oven

is to be installed in must be heat-resistant

(100 °C minimum).

•Make sure that the furniture is in straight,

horizontal position and that it is fixed before

the installation of the appliance.

•Do not install heat insulation strips inside

the interior of the furniture that the oven is

to be installed in.

•The appliance must not be installed

behind a decorative door in order to avoid

overheating.

•The dimensions given in the installation

diagrams are in mm.

Preparation of the furniture

that the appliance shall be

installed (Figures 2-3-4)

•The appliance is designed for installation

into commercially available work tops.

A safety distance shall be left between

the appliance and the kitchen walls and

furniture. (Figure 2-3)

•The clearance where the appliance shall be

placed on the worktop shall be cut as per

the dimensions given figure 2-3.

•* If there is no hood on the appliance, allow

a distance of 750 mm from the hob surface

to the furniture.

•If a shroud/hood is installed above

the appliance, allow a distance for the

installation height as described in the

operating manual of the shroud/hood.

•** Minimum distance between the cabinets

shall be equal to the width of the hob

•In order to provide the necessary ventilation

in the back of the kitchen furniture,

openings should be created in the

dimensions shown in figure 2.

•The electrical connection must be in the

area A in figure 2 or outside the installation

site.

•Worktop thickness shall be at least 28 mm.

(Figure 4a)

Ventilation

•Ventilation affects the heating performance

of the appliance directly. Even if no

problem is detected in the first inspections,

customer concerns may occur due to

the performance losses while cooking for

longer periods when correct ventilation

clearances are not provided.

•A minimum distance of 15 mm shall be

allowed between the lower surface of

the hob and the upper wall of the oven

(Figure 4b) to provide adequate ventilation.

Additionally, a cross-section with the

dimensions of 35x500 mm shall be left in

the bottom of the furniture housing where

the oven is placed. (Figure 2)

Installation of the appliance

Connecting the appliance to the

electricity supply

•Only connect the product to a grounded

outlet/line with the voltage and

protection as specified in the “Technical

specifications”. Have the grounding

installation made by a qualified electrician

while using the product with or without

a transformer. Our company shall not be

liable for any problems arising due to the

product not being earthed in accordance

with the local regulations.

•Before starting any work on the electrical

installation, disconnect the product from

the mains supply. There is the risk of

electric shock!

•The product must be connected to the

mains supply only by an authorised and

qualified person. The product’s warranty

period starts only after correct installation.

Manufacturer shall not be held responsible

for damages arising from procedures

carried out by unauthorised persons.

•The appliance must be installed so that

it can be completely disconnected from

the mains supply. The separation must

be provided by a switch built into the

fixed electrical installation, according to

construction regulations.

•The rear surface of the oven and the

bottom surface of the hob get hot

when it is in use. Make sure that the

electrical connection does not come into

contact with the rear surface otherwise,

connections can get damaged.

•The connection cable must not be

clamped, bent or trapped or come into

contact with hot parts of the appliances.

You may cause the appliances to short

circuit and catch fire as a result of the cable

melting. If the power cord is damaged, it

must be replaced by a qualified electrician.

Otherwise there is a risk of electric shock,

short circuit or fire!

•The plug of the power cord should be

easily accessible after installation (but not

over the hobs).

•When wiring, you must comply with

national / local electrical regulations and

use socket outlet / line and plug suitable

for the appliances. If the power limits of

the product exceed the current carrying

capacity of the plug and socket outlet /

line, you must connect the product directly

to the fixed electrical installation without

using the plug and socket outlet / line.

•Make sure that fuse rating is compatible

with the product.

•Connection must comply with national

regulations.

•The mains supply data must correspond to

the data specified on the type label of the

products. You may see the hob’s type label

on the bottom of the hob and open the

oven door to see the oven’s type label.

•Power cable of your product must comply

with the values in “Technical specifications”

table.

•If the product will be connected directly

to the supply power: If it is not possible

to disconnect all poles in the supply

power, a disconnection unit with at least 3

mm contact clearance (fuses, line safety

switches, contactors) must be connected

and all the poles of this disconnection

unit must be adjacent to (not above) the

product in accordance with IEE directives.

Failure to obey this instruction may cause

operational problems and invalidate the

product warranty.

•Additional protection by a residual current

circuit breaker is recommended.

If the product is produced with cable:

•Connect the cord of product to supply

power as identified below:

If your supply cord type is 3-conductor type,

for 1-phase connection:

- (BRW/BLA) Brown/black = L (Phase)

- (BLU) Blue = N (Neutral)

- (GR/YE) Green/yellow wire = (E)

(Earthing)

If your supply cord type is 5-conductor type,

for 3-phase connection:

- (BRW) Brown = L1 (Phase)

If the product is produced without

cable:

A power cable that it is defined in the

technical table home must be connected to

product by following the instructions. Power

cable must not be longer than 2 m because

of safety reasons.

•Open the terminal block cover with a

screwdriver.

•Insert the power cable through the cable

clamp below the terminal and secure it to

the main body with the integrated screw on

cable clamping component.

•Connect the cables according to the

supplied diagram.

If your supply cord type is 3-conductor type,

for 1-phase connection:

- Brown/black = L (Phase)

- Blue = N (Neutral)

•After completing the wire connections,

close the terminal block cover.

•Connect the power cable to supply power

by routing it so that it will not contact the

product and get squeezed between the

product and the wall.

Prevention against possible fire risk!;

•Ensure all electrical connections are secure

and tight to prevent risk of arcing.

•Do not use damaged cables or extension

cables.

•Ensure liquid or moisture is not accessible

to the electrical connection point.

Placing and securing of the hob

(Figures 5-6-7-8)

•After preparing the installation location of

the appliances, turn the hob upside down

and place it on a flat surface.

•Affix the sealing gasket supplied with the

appliance around the hob so that it shall

be 1-2 mm inside the outer edge of the

glass as shown in Figure 5. Ensure that no

clearance is left between both ends and

between the glass and gasket.

•Screw and secure the mounting springs

supplied with the appliance by engaging

them to their seat on the lower housing

of the hob as shown in Figure 6. (In some

models, these springs may be secured to

the appliance ex-factory.)

•Turn the hob again and align it with the

worktop and then place it on the worktop.

Cooker shall be placed on the worktop

thanks to the springs, and it shall be easily

secured.

•Ensure that the hob and the worktop are

parallel when you place the cooker on the

worktop. When it is not in parallel, connect

the additional installation clamps supplied

with the appliance as shown in Figure 8.

Figure 8 shows the possible installation

locations of the clamps. (The locations

where the clamps can be attached may

vary depending on the product model. You

can connect according to the mounting

holes on your hob.) Ensure the parallelism

by attaching the clamps to the appropriate

locations. The type and quantity of clamps

supplied with the product may vary

depending on the product model.

Making hob-oven connection and

placing and fixing the oven

(Figure 9a-9b-10)

•Connect the oven to the power supply.

•Slide the oven centered with at least two

persons into the cabinet until half way.

•If your hob type is vitroceramic: The hob

has a socket and a grounding cable to be

connected to the oven. As shown in figure

9a, connect the socket to its slot on the

oven in a way that the colors match. Fix the

grounding cable with the screw shown in

figure 9a.

•If your hob type is induction: The hob

has two socket and a grounding cable to

be connected to the oven. As shown in

figure 9b, connect the sockets to its slot on

the oven. Fix the grounding cable with the

screw shown in figure 9b.

•Place the oven to the cabinet completely.

•Fix the oven to the furniture using the

screws provided. (Figure 10)

•At the end of the installation, check that

the screws are properly tightened and that

the product is firmly fixed. If the oven is not

installed in accordance with the instructions

and the screws are not properly tightened,

there is a risk of tipping during use.

Final check

•After installation, turn on the power supply.

•Read the user manual for the first use of

the appliances.

•Check functions of appliances.

Removing the appliances

•Disconnect the appliances from the power

supply.

•Unscrew the fastening screws of oven.v

•Pull out the oven with at least two persons

from the cabinet until half way.

•Disconnect the oven and hob.

•Pull out the oven completely.

•If the hob is secured with additional

clamps, unscrew the clamps first.

•Remove the hob by pushing upward from

the bottom of the hob.

Sicherheitshinweise

•Das Gerät muss von einer autorisierten

Person gemäß den gültigen Bestimmungen

installiert werden. Andernfalls erlischt

die Garantie. Der Hersteller haftet nicht

für Schäden, die durch Aktivitäten nicht

autorisierter Dritter entstehen; zudem

erlischt dadurch die Garantie.

•Der Kunde ist verantwortlich für die

Vorbereitung des Standortes, an dem

der Ofen installiert werden soll, sowie die

notwendigen elektrischen Leitungen.

•Die Installation des Gerätes muss

in Übereinstimmung mit sämtlichen

zutreffenden Vorschriften zur Gas- und

Elektroinstallation erfolgen.

•Entfernen Sie vor Installation des Geräts

alle darin befindlichen Materialien und

Dokumente, sowie die auf dem Gerät

befindlichen Aufkleber. Überzeugen Sie

sich davon, dass es keine sichtbaren

Defekte aufweist. Falls doch, darf es nicht

installiert werden. Beschädigte Geräte

müssen grundsätzlich als Sicherheitsrisiko

betrachtet werden.

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Benutzer nach

der Installation die elektrischen Anschlüsse

nicht erreichen kann.

•Tragen Sie das Gerät grundsätzlich mit

mindestens zwei Personen.

•Greifen Sie beim Tragen oder Heben

des Ofens nicht am Griff oder an der

Ofenblende (Abbildung 1). Verwenden Sie

zu diesem Zweck die Gehäuseprofile an

beiden Seiten des Ofens.

•Tragen Sie Schutzhandschuhe während

des Transports und der Installation

des Gerätes. Trennen Sie das Gerät

vor der Installation vollständig von der

Stromversorgung.

•Oberflächen, Kunststoffbeläge und

verwendete Kleber müssen hitzebeständig

sein (bis mindestens 100 °C).

•Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Möbel

gerade und waagerecht stehen und dass

sie vor der Installation des Geräts fixiert

sind.

•Kleiden Sie den Schrank, in dem der Ofen

installiert wird, nicht mit Hitzeschutzmatten

aus.

•Das Gerät darf zur Vermeidung von

Überhitzung nicht hinter dekorativen Türen

installiert werden.

•Die Abstände in der Einbauskizze sind in

mm angegeben.

Vorbereitung des Mobiliars,

auf dem das Gerät installiert

werden soll (Abbildungen 2-3-4)

•Das Gerät ist für den Einbau in

handelsübliche Arbeitsplatten

vorgesehen. Zwischen dem Gerät und

den Küchenwänden und -möbeln ist ein

Sicherheitsabstand einzuhalten. (Abbildung

2-3)

•Der Freiraum, in dem das Gerät auf der

Arbeitsfläche platziert werden soll, ist

gemäß den in Abbildung 2-3 angegebenen

Abmessungen zu schneiden.

•* Wenn sich oberhalb des Gerätes keine

Dunstabzugshaube befindet, halten Sie

einen Abstand von 750 mm von der

Kochfeldoberfläche zu den Möbeln ein.

•Wenn eine Abdeckung/Abzugshaube

vorhanden ist, halten Sie einen

Abstand für die Einbauhöhe, wie in der

Bedienungsanleitung der Abdeckung/

Abzugshaube beschrieben, ein.

•** Der Mindestabstand zwischen den

Schränken muss der Breite des Herdes

entsprechen.

•Im hinteren Bereich des Küchenmöbels

muss zur Gewährleistung einer

ausreichenden Belüftung eine Öffnung

mit den in Abbildung 2 angegebenen

Abmessungen ausgeschnitten werden.

•Die Steckdose muss sich im Bereich A/

Abbildung 2 oder außerhalb des Schrankes

befinden.

•Die Dicke der Arbeitsplatte muss

mindestens 28 mm betragen. (Abbildung

4a)

Belüftung

•Die Belüftung wirkt sich direkt auf die

Heizleistung des Geräts aus Selbst wenn

bei den ersten Inspektionen kein Problem

festgestellt wird, können Bedenken der

Kunden aufgrund der Leistungsverluste

beim Kochen über längere Zeiträume

auftreten, wenn keine korrekten

Lüftungsabstände vorhanden sind.

•Mindestabstand von 15 mm einzuhalten

(Abbildung 4b), um eine ausreichende

Belüftung zu gewährleisten. Zusätzlich ist

im Boden des Möbelgehäuses, in dem

der Ofen aufgestellt wird, ein Querschnitt

mit den Abmessungen 35x500 mm zu

belassen. (Abbildung 2)

Installation des Geräts

Elektrischer Anschluss

•Schließen Sie das Gerät an eine geerdete

Schutzkontaktsteckdose/Leitung an, die

mit einer Sicherung passender Kapazität

abgesichert ist – schauen Sie sich dazu

die “Technische Daten”-Tabelle an. Lassen

Sie durch einen qualifizierten Elektriker eine

Erdung vornehmen, wenn Sie das Gerät

mit oder ohne Transformator verwenden.

Der Hersteller haftet nicht bei Schäden,

die durch den Einsatz des Gerätes ohne

vorschriftsmäßige Erdung entstehen.

•Trennen Sie das Gerät vollständig von

der Stromversorgung, bevor Sie an der

Elektroinstallation arbeiten. Es besteht

Stromschlaggefahr.

•Das Gerät darf nur von einer autorisierten

Fachkraft an das Stromnetz angeschlossen

werden. Der Hersteller haftet nicht für

Schäden, die durch Handlungen nicht

autorisierter Dritter entstehen.

•Das Gerät sollte so installiert werden, dass

es jederzeit vom Netz getrennt werden

kann. Die Trennung muss entsprechend

den Gebäuderichtlinien mit einem in die

feste Elektroinstallation integrierten Schalter

oder einer Sicherung ausgeführt werden

•Die Rückseite des Ofens und die Unterseite

des Kochfelds werden heiß, wenn es

verwendet wird. Stellen Sie sicher, dass

der elektrische Anschluss nicht mit der

Rückseite in Kontakt kommt, da sonst die

Verbindungen beschädigt werden können.

•Das Verbindungskabel darf nicht geklemmt,

verbogen oder eingeklemmt werden und

darf nicht mit heißen Teilen der Geräte in

Berührung kommen. Sie können dazu

führen, dass die Geräte kurzschließen und

durch das Schmelzen des Kabels Feuer

fangen. Wenn das Netzkabel beschädigt

ist, muss es von einem qualifizierten

Elektriker ersetzt werden. Andernfalls

besteht die Gefahr eines Stromschlags,

eines Kurzschlusses oder eines Brandes!

•Der Stecker des Netzkabels sollte nach der

Installation leicht zugänglich sein (jedoch

nicht über den Kochfeldern).

•Bei der Verkabelung müssen Sie die

nationalen/lokalen elektrischen Vorschriften

einhalten und eine für die Geräte geeignete

Steckdose/Leitung und einen Stecker

verwenden. Wenn die Leistungsgrenzen

des Produkts die Strombelastbarkeit

der Steckdose/Leitung überschreiten,

müssen Sie das Produkt direkt an die feste

elektrische Installation anschließen, ohne

die Steckdose/Leitung zu verwenden.

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Sicherungswert

mit dem Produkt kompatibel ist.

•Der Anschluss muss den im jeweiligen

Land geltenden Vorschriften entsprechen.

•Die Daten der Netzversorgung müssen mit

den auf dem Typenschild des Produkts

angegebenen Daten übereinstimmen.

Möglicherweise sehen Sie das Typenschild

des Kochfelds auf der Unterseite des

Kochfelds und öffnen die Ofentür, um das

Typenschild des Ofens zu sehen.

•Das Netzkabel des Gerätes muss den

Angaben der “Technische Daten”-Tabelle

entsprechend gewählt werden.

•Falls Netzanschluss nicht vollständig

getrennt werden kann, muss ein

Trennschalter (Sicherung, Netzschalter

oder dergleichen) mit mindestens 3 mm

Kontaktabstand zwischengeschaltet

werden. Die Installationsvorschriften nach

IEE sind einzuhalten. Bei Nichtbeachtung

kann es zu Betriebsstörungen und zum

Erlöschen der Garantie kommen.

•Wir empfehlen eine zusätzliche

Absicherung mit Fehlerstromschutzschalter

(FI-Schutzschalter).

Wenn das Produkt mit Kabel

hergestellt wird:

•Schließen Sie das Produktkabel wie unten

angegeben an die Stromversorgung an:

Wenn das Produkt ohne Kabel

hergestellt wird:

Wählen Sie bitte entsprechend der

Elektroinstallation bei Ihnen zu Hause ein

Netzkabel aus der Tabelle „Technische

Daten“. Die Länge des Netzkabels darf

aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht mehr als 2 m

betragen.

•Öffnen Sie die Anschlussabdeckung mit

einem Schraubendreher.

•Stecken Sie das Netzkabel durch die

Kabelklemme unter dem Anschluss;

befestigen Sie es mit der an der

Kabelklemmkomponente integrierten

Schraube am Hauptgerät.

•Schließen Sie die Kabel gemäß

Anschlussdiagramm an:

* Copper bridge (EN)

1N AC 220-240 V 3N AC 380-415 V

* Kupferbrücke

Wenn Ihr Netzkabeltyp 3-Leitertyp ist, für

1-phasigen Anschluss:

- Braun/Schwarz = L (Phase)

- Blau = N (Neutral)

Wenn Ihr Netzkabeltyp 5-Leitertyp ist, für

3-phasigen Anschluss:

•Nach Abschluss der Verkabelung schließen

Sie die Anschlussabdeckung.

•Das Netzkabel darf nicht unter dem

Ofen oder zwischen Ofen und Möbel

eingeklemmt oder verbogen werden.

Brandschutzvorkehrungen

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass die elektrische

Verbindung richtig in die Steckdose

eingesteckt ist und keine Funken erzeugt.

•Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht mit

beschädigten Netzkabeln oder

Verlängerungskabeln, verwenden Sie

ausschließlich Originalkabel.

•Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Steckdose,

an die das Gerät angeschlossen wird, nicht

feucht ist.

Platzierung und Befestigung des

Kochfelds (Abbildungen 5-6-7-8)

•Nachdem Sie den Installationsort der

Geräte vorbereitet haben, drehen Sie das

Kochfeld auf den Kopf und stellen Sie ihn

auf eine flache Oberfläche.

•Bringen Sie die mit dem Gerät mitgelieferte

Dichtung um das Kochfeld herum so

an, dass sie sich 1-2 mm innerhalb der

Außenkante des Glases befindet, wie

in Abbildung 5 dargestellt. Stellen Sie

sicher, dass zwischen beiden Enden

und zwischen Glas und Dichtung kein

Spielraum bleibt.

•Schrauben und befestigen Sie die mit

dem Gerät gelieferten Montagefedern,

indem Sie sie in ihren Sitz am unteren

Gehäuse des Kochfelds einrasten lassen,

wie in Abbildung 6 dargestellt. (Bei einigen

Modellen können diese Federn ab Werk

am Gerät befestigt werden).

•Drehen Sie das Kochfeld erneut und

richten Sie ihn an der Arbeitsplatte aus und

stellen Sie ihn dann auf die Arbeitsplatte.

Der Kocher muss durch die Federn auf die

Arbeitsplatte gestellt werden, und er muss

leicht zu befestigen sein.

•Achten Sie darauf, dass das Kochfeld

und die Arbeitsplatte parallel sind, wenn

Sie den Herd auf die Arbeitsplatte stellen.

Wenn sie nicht parallel ist, schließen Sie

die mit dem Gerät gelieferten zusätzlichen

Installationsklemmen an, wie in Abbildung

8 gezeigt. Abbildung 8 zeigt die möglichen

Einbauorte der Klemmen. (Die Positionen,

an denen die Klemmen angebracht werden

können, können je nach Produktmodell

variieren. Sie können entsprechend den

Befestigungslöchern an Ihrem Kochfeld

anschließen.) Stellen Sie die Parallelität

sicher, indem Sie die Klemmen an den

entsprechenden Stellen anbringen. Die

Art und Menge der mit dem Produkt

gelieferten Klemmen kann je nach

Produktmodell variieren.

Herstellen der Kochfeld-Ofen-

Verbindung und Platzieren und

Befestigen des Ofens

(Abbildung 9a-9b-10)

•Verbinden Sie den Ofen mit der

Stromversorgung.

•Schieben Sie den Ofen zentriert mit

mindestens zwei Personen bis zur Hälfte in

den Schrank.

•Wenn Ihr Kochfeldtyp vitrokeramisch ist:

Das Kochfeld verfügt über eine Steckdose

und ein Erdungskabel, die an den Ofen

Befestigen Sie das Erdungskabel mit der in

Abbildung 9a gezeigten Schraube.

•Wenn Ihr Kochfeld Typ Induktion ist: Das

Kochfeld verfügt über zwei Steckdosen

und ein Erdungskabel, das an den Ofen

angeschlossen werden kann. Schließen

Sie die Steckdosen wie in Abbildung 9b

gezeigt an den Steckplatz des Ofens an.

Befestigen Sie das Erdungskabel mit der in

Abbildung 9b gezeigten Schraube.

•Stellen Sie den Ofen vollständig in den

Schrank.

•Befestigen Sie den Ofen mit den

mitgelieferten Schrauben an den Möbeln.

•Überprüfen Sie am Ende der Installation,

ob die Schrauben richtig angezogen sind

und ob das Produkt fest sitzt. Wenn der

Ofen nicht gemäß den Anweisungen

installiert wird und die Schrauben nicht

richtig angezogen sind, besteht die Gefahr

eines Kippens während des Gebrauchs.

Letzte Kontrolle

•Schalten Sie nach der Installation die

Stromversorgung ein.

•Lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung für die

erste Verwendung der Geräte.

•Überprüfen Sie die Funktionen der Geräte.

Geräte entfernen

•Trennen Sie die Geräte von der

Stromversorgung.

•Lösen Sie die Befestigungsschrauben des

Ofens.v

•Ziehen Sie den Ofen mit mindestens zwei

Personen bis zur Hälfte aus dem Schrank.

•Trennen Sie den Ofen und das Kochfeld.

•Den Backofen ganz herausziehen.

•Wenn das Kochfeld mit zusätzlichen

Klemmen gesichert ist, schrauben Sie

zuerst die Klemmen ab.

•Entfernen Sie das Kochfeld, indem Sie es

von der Unterseite des Kochfelds nach

oben drücken.

l’installation électrique de l’appareil relève

•L’appareil doit être installé conformément

•Avant d’installer l’appareil, retirez tous les

matériaux et documents avec lesquels il a

été fourni, ensuite vérifiez visuellement si

le produit présente des défauts. Si c’est le

cas, ne l’installez pas.

•Assurez-vous que l’utilisateur ne peut pas

atteindre les raccordements électriques

après l’installation.

•L’appareil est lourd, portez-le avec au

moins deux personnes.

•La porte et/ou la poignée ne doivent pas

être utilisées pour soulever ou déplacer

l’appareil. Utilisez les espaces de levage

des deux côtés de l’appareil (Figure 1).

Portez toujours des gants de protection

lors du transport et de l’installation.

•Débranchez les raccordements électriques

situés dans la zone où vous souhaitez

installer l’appareil avant l’installation.

•Les surfaces du meuble dans lequel le four

doit être installé doivent être résistantes à la

chaleur (100 °C au minimum).

•Assurez-vous que le meuble est en

position droite et horizontale et qu’il est fixé

avant l’installation de l’appareil.

•N’installez pas de bandes d’isolation

thermique à l’intérieur du meuble dans

lequel le four doit être installé.

•L’appareil ne doit pas être installé derrière

une porte décorative afin d’éviter la

surchauffe.

•Les dimensions indiquées dans les

schémas d’installation sont en mm.

Préparation du meuble sur

lequel l’appareil doit être

installé (ﬁgures 2-3-4)

•L’appareil est conçu pour être installé sur

des plans de travail disponibles dans le

commerce. Une distance de sécurité doit

être laissée entre l’appareil, les murs ou les

meubles de la cuisine. (Figure 2-3)

•L’espace où l’appareil doit être placé sur le

plan de travail doit être découpé selon les

dimensions indiquées à la figure 2-3.

•* Si l’appareil n’est pas équipé d’une hotte,

prévoyez une distance de 750 mm entre la

surface de la table de cuisson et le meuble

haut.

•Si l’appareil est équipé d’une hotte,

prévoyez une distance correspondant à la

hauteur d’installation telle que décrite dans

le manuel d’utilisation de la hotte.

•** La distance minimale entre les meubles

doit être égale à la largeur de la Plaque de

cuisson

•Afin de fournir la ventilation nécessaire à

l’arrière du meuble de cuisine, vous devez

créer des ouvertures en fonction des

dimensions indiquées sur la figure 2.

•Les raccordements électriques doivent être

situés dans la zone A sur la figure 2 ou à

l’extérieur du site d’installation.

•L’épaisseur minimale du plan de travail doit

être de 28 mm. (Figure 4a)

Ventilation

•La ventilation affecte directement le

chauffage de l’appareil. Même si aucun

problème n’est détecté lors des premières

inspections, le client peut être préoccupé

par une baisse de performance lors de la

cuisson pendant des périodes plus longues

lorsque les espaces de ventilation ne sont

pas prévus.

•Pour assurer une ventilation adéquate,

prévoyez une distance minimale de 15 mm

entre la surface inférieure de la la table

de cuisson et la paroi supérieure du four

(figure 4b). En outre, vous devez laisser

une section transversale de 35 x 500 mm

au fond du meuble dans lequel le four est

placé. (Figure 2)

Installation de l’appareil

Connexion de l’appareil à

l’alimentation électrique

•Ne branchez l’appareil qu’à une prise/ligne

de terre ayant la tension et la protection

spécifiées dans les « Caractéristiques

techniques ». Faites réaliser l’installation de

la mise à la terre par un électricien qualifié

lors de l’utilisation de l’appareil avec ou

sans transformateur. Nous ne sommes en

aucun cas responsables de tout problème

lié à la mise à la terre de l’appareil non

conforme à la réglementation locale.

•Avant de commencer tout travail sur

l’installation électrique, débranchez

l’appareil de l’alimentation secteur. Il existe

un risque d’électrocution !

•L’appareil doit être raccordé à l’alimentation

secteur uniquement par une personne

autorisée et qualifiée. La période de

garantie de l’appareil ne commence

qu’après son installation correcte. Le

fabricant ne saurait être tenu responsable

de tout dommage résultant des procédures

effectuées par des personnes non

autorisées.

•Installez l’appareil de sorte que vous

puissiez complètement le débrancher de

l’alimentation secteur. Conformément aux

règles de construction, la séparation doit

être assurée par un interrupteur intégré

dans l’installation électrique fixe.

•La surface arrière du four et la surface

inférieure de la plaque de cuisson

deviennent chaudes lorsqu’elle est utilisée.

Assurez-vous que les raccordements

électriques n’entrent pas en contact avec

la surface arrière, sinon ils pourraient être

endommagés.

•Le câble de raccordement ne doit pas être

serré, plié ou coincé, ni entrer en contact

avec les parties chaudes des appareils.

Vous risquez de provoquer un court-

circuit des appareils et de prendre feu en

raison de la fusion du câble. Si le cordon

d’alimentation est endommagé, il doit être

remplacé par un technicien qualifié. Sinon,

vous courrez un risque de choc électrique,

de court-circuit ou d’incendie.

•La fiche du cordon d’alimentation doit être

facilement accessible une fois l’installation

terminée (mais non sur les tables de

cuisson).

•Lors du câblage, vous devez respecter les

réglementations électriques nationales /

locales et utiliser une prise de courant / une

ligne et une fiche adaptées aux appareils.

Si les limites de puissance de l’appareil

dépassent la capacité de transport de

courant de la fiche et de la prise / ligne de

courant, vous devez brancher l’appareil

directement à l’installation électrique fixe

sans utiliser la fiche et la prise / ligne de

courant.

•Assurez-vous que le calibre du fusible soit

compatible avec le l’appareil.

•Le raccordement doit être conforme aux

réglementations nationales.

•Les données relatives à l’alimentation

secteur doivent correspondre aux données

indiquées sur l’étiquette type de l’appareil.

Vous pouvez voir la plaque signalétique de

la table de cuisson sur le fond de celle-ci

et ouvrir la porte du four pour voir la plaque

signalétique du four.

•Le câble d’alimentation de votre appareil

doit être conforme aux valeurs indiquées

dans le tableau « Caractéristiques

techniques ».

•Si l’appareil est branché directement

à l’alimentation électrique : S’il est

impossible de débrancher tous les pôles

de l’alimentation électrique, une unité

de déconnexion équipée d’un dispositif

d’écartement des contacts d’au moins

3 mm (fusibles, interrupteurs de sécurité

de ligne, contacteurs) doit être branchée

et tous les pôles de cette unité de

déconnexion doivent être à proximité

de (et non pas au-dessus) l’appareil

conformément aux directives EEI. Le non-

respect de cette instruction peut entraîner

des problèmes de fonctionnement et

annuler la garantie de l’appareil.

•Il est recommandé d’utiliser une protection

supplémentaire à l’aide d’un disjoncteur

différentiel.

En cas de production par câble :

•Branchez le cordon de l’appareil à une

alimentation électrique tel indiqué ci-

dessous :

Dans le cas où le produit est fabriqué

Un câble d’alimentation défini dans le

tableau technique de la maison doit être

connecté à l’appareil en suivant instructions.

Pour des raisons de sécurité, le câble

d’alimentation ne doit pas dépasser 2 m.

•Ouvrez le couvercle du bornier à l’aide d’un

tournevis.

•Insérez le câble d’alimentation dans le

serre-câble situé sous le terminal et fixez-le

à la structure principale à l’aide d’une vis

intégrée sur une pièce de serrage du câble.

•Branchez les câbles selon le schéma

fourni.

avec l’appareil et qu’il ne soit pas coincé

entre l’appareil et le mur.

Prévention contre un éventuel risque

d’incendie !

•Assurez-vous que tous les raccordements

électriques sont bien fixés et serrés afin

d’éviter tout risque de formation d’arcs.

•N’utilisez pas de câbles endommagés ni

de rallonges.

•Assurez-vous que le liquide ou l’humidité

ne soit pas accessible au point de

connexion électrique.

Placement et fixation de la plaque de

cuisson (Figures 5-6-7-8)

•Après avoir préparé le lieu d’installation de

l’appareil, retournez la cuisinière et placez-

la sur une surface plane.

•Fixez le joint d’étanchéité fourni avec

l’appareil autour de la plaque de cuisson

de manière à ce qu’il se trouve à 1-2 mm

à l’intérieur du bord extérieur de la vitre,

comme indiqué sur la figure 5. Veillez à

ce qu’il n’y ait pas d’espace libre entre les

deux extrémités et entre la vitre et le joint

d’étanchéité.

•Vissez et fixez les ressorts de montage

fournis avec l’appareil en les engageant

dans leur siège sur le boîtier inférieur de

la plaque de cuisson, comme indiqué sur

la figure 6. (Sur certains modèles, ces

ressorts peuvent être fixés à l’appareil à

l’usine).

•Tournez à nouveau la plaque de cuisson

et alignez-la avec le plan de travail,

puis placez-la sur le plan de travail. La

cuisinière doit être placée sur le plan de

travail à l’aide des ressorts, et elle doit être

facilement fixée.

•Veillez à ce que la plaque de cuisson et

le plan de travail soient parallèles lorsque

vous placez la cuisinière sur le plan de

travail. Lorsqu’ils ne sont pas parallèles,

connectez les pinces d’installation

supplémentaires fournies avec l’appareil

comme indiqué sur la figure 8. La figure 8

indique les lieux d’installation possibles

des pinces. (Les endroits où les pinces

peuvent être fixées peuvent varier selon

le modèle de produit. Vous pouvez vous

connecter en fonction des trous de fixation

sur votre plaque de cuisson). Assurez

le parallélisme en fixant les pinces aux

endroits appropriés. Le type et la quantité

de pinces fournies avec le produit peuvent

varier en fonction du modèle de produit.

Raccordement de la plaque de

cuisson au four, mise en place et

fixation du four

(Figure 9a-9b-10)

•Branchez le four à l’alimentation électrique.

•Faites glisser le four centré avec au moins

deux personnes dans l’armoire jusqu’à

mi-chemin.

•Si votre type de table est

vitrocéramique: La plaque de cuisson

est équipée d’une prise de courant et

d’un câble de mise à la terre à brancher

sur le four. Conformément à la figure

9a, connectez la prise à sa fente sur le

four de manière à ce que les couleurs

correspondent. Fixez le câble de mise à la

terre à l’aide de la vis indiquée sur la figure

9a.

•Si votre type de plaque de cuisson

est à induction: La plaque de cuisson a

deux prises et un câble de mise à la terre

à connecter au four. Comme le montre la

figure 9b, connectez les prises à sa fente

sur le four. Fixez le câble de mise à la terre

avec la vis illustrée à la figure 9b.

•Placez le four sur l’armoire complètement.

•Fixez le four sur les meubles à l’aide des vis

fournies. (figure 10)

•À la fin de l’installation, vérifiez que les

vis sont bien serrées et que l’appareil est

bien fixé. Il faut que le four soit installé

conformément aux instructions et que les

vis soient bien serrées, sinon il risque de

basculer pendant l’utilisation.

Dernière vérification

•Après l’installation, mettez en marche

l’alimentation électrique.

•Lisez le manuel d’utilisation pour la

première utilisation des appareils.

•Vérifiez les fonctions des appareils.

Démonter les appareils

•Débranchez les appareils de l’alimentation

électrique.

•Dévissez les vis de fixation du four.v

•Sortez le four avec au moins deux

personnes de l’armoire jusqu’à mi-chemin.

•Débranchez le four et la plaque de cuisson.

•Sortez complètement le four.

•Si la plaque de cuisson est fixée à l’aide

de pinces supplémentaires, il faut d’abord

dévisser les pinces.

•Retirez la plaque de cuisson en poussant

vers le haut à partir du bas de la plaque.

kapak ve/veya tutamağı kullanmayın.

Ürünün her iki yanında bulunan kaldırma

boşluklarını kullanın (resim 1). Taşıma ve

kurulum sırasında mutlaka koruyucu eldiven

kullanın.

•Kurulum öncesi montaj yapılacak alanda

bulunan elektrik bağlantılarını kesin.

•Kurulacak mobilyanın yüzeyleri ısıya

dayanıklı olmalıdır (minimum 100°C).

•Ürünün kurulumundan önce mobilyanın

düz, yatay ve sabitlenmiş olduğundan emin

olun.

•Kurulum yapılacak mobilyanın iç bölgesine

ısı yalıtımı şeritleri monte etmeyin.

•Aşırı ısınmayı önlemek için cihaz dekoratif

kapıların arkasına monte edilmemelidir.

Kurulum yapılacak mobilyanın

hazırlanması (Resim 2-3-4)

•Ürün, piyasadan temin edilen mutfak

tezgahlarına monte edilebilecek şekilde

tasarlanmıştır. Ürünle mutfak duvarları

ve mobilyası arasında güvenli bir mesafe

bırakılmalıdır. (Resim 2-3)

•Ürünün tezgahın üzerinde yerleştirileceği

boşluk, resim 2-3 de verilen boyutlara göre

kesilmelidir.

•* Ürün üzerinde davlumbaz yok ise ocak

yüzeyi üzerinden mobilyaya kadar 750 mm

Havalandırma

•Havalandırma ürünün ısıtma performansını

doğrudan etkilemektedir. Doğru

havalandırma boşlukları uygulanmadığında

ilk kontrollerde sorun olmasa dahi,

uzun süreli pişirmelerde performans

kayıpları dolayısı ile müşteri şikayetleri

oluşabilmektedir.

•Yeterli havalandırmanın sağlanması için

ocak alt yüzeyi ile fırın üst duvarı arasında

en az 15 mm mesafe bırakılmalıdır (Resim

4b). Ek olarak fırının yerleştirildiği mobilya

yuvasının alt kısmında en az 35x500 mm

ölçülerinde kesit bırakılmalıdır. (Resim 2)

Ürünün kurulumu

Ürünün elektrik bağlantısının

yapılması

•Ürünü, “Teknik özellikler” tablosundaki

değerlere uygun bir sigorta tarafından

korunan topraklı bir prize/hatta bağlayın.

Transformatörlü ya da transformatörsüz

kullanımda, topraklama tesisatını ehliyetli

bir elektrikçiye yaptırmayı ihmal etmeyin.

Ürünün, yerel yönetmeliklere uygun

topraklama yapılmadan kullanılması

halinde ortaya çıkacak zararlardan firmamız

sorumlu olmayacaktır.

•Elektrik tesisatı üzerinde herhangi bir

çalışmaya başlamadan önce ürünün

elektrik bağlantısını kesin.Elektrik çarpması

tehlikesi vardır.

•Ürünün şebeke elektriğine bağlantısı

•Bağlantı kablolarını fırın kapağına

sıkıştırmayın ve sıcak yüzeylerin üzerinden

geçirmeyin. Kablonun erimesi sonucunda

ürünlerin kısa devre yapmasına ve yangın

çıkmasına neden olabilirsiniz. Elektrik

kablosu hasar görürse, ehliyetli bir elektrikçi

tarafından değiştirilmelidir. Aksi takdirde

elektrik çarpması, kısa devre veya yangın

tehlikesi vardır!

•Elektrik kablosunun fişi kurulumdan sonra

kolay erişilebilir olmalıdır (ancak ocakların

üzerinde bir yere gelmemelidir).

•Kablolama yaparken ulusal/yerel elektrik

düzenlemelerine uymalı ve ürünlere

uygun priz çıkışı/hat ve fiş kullanmalısınız.

Ürünün güç sınırlarının, fiş ve priz çıkışının/

hattın akım taşıma kapasitesini aşması

durumunda, ürünü fiş ve priz çıkışı/hat

kullanmadan direkt olarak sabit elektrik

Kablonuzun tipi 5 iletkenli ise 3 fazlı bağlantı

için:

•Kablo bağlantıları tamamlandıktan sonra

terminal bloğunun kapağını kapatın.

•Elektrik kablosunu ürüne temas etmeyecek

ve ürünle duvar arasına sıkışmayacak

şekilde yönlendirerek şebekeye bağlayın.

Ürünün yanma güvenilirliği için;

•Ark oluşturmaması için, ürün fişinin prize

iyice sabitlendiğinden emin olun.

•Orijinal kablo dışında kesik veya hasarlı

kablo veya ara kablo kullanmayın.

•Ürün fişinin takıldığı prizde sıvı veya nem

olmamasına dikkat edin.

Ocağın yerleştirilmesi ve sabitlenmesi

(Figures 5-6-7-8)

•Kurulum yapılacak mobilyanın

hazırlanmasından sonra ocağı ters

çevirerek düz bir zemine koyun.

•Ocağın montajı sırasında ambalajla birlikte

verilen sızdırmazlık contasını, cam dış

kenarından 1-2 mm içeride olacak şekilde

resim 5’ te gösterildiği gibi ocağın etrafına

yapıştırın. Her iki uç arasında ve cam ile

conta arasında boşluk kalmadığından emin

olun.

•Ürünle birlikte verilen montaj yaylarını, Şekil

6’da gösterildiği gibi alt muhafazadaki

deliklerden geçirip vidalayarak ocağa

sabitleyin. (Bazı modellerde, montaj yayları

ürününüze montajlı bir şekilde üretilmiş

olabilir.)

•Ocağı tekrar çevirerek tezgaha hizalayın ve

tezgaha yerleştirin. Ocak yaylar yardımıyla

tezgaha yerleşip, ürününüz kolaylıkla

sabitlenecektir.

•Ocak tezgaha yerleştirildiğinde, ocak ile

tezgahın paralel olduğundan emin olun.

Paralel olmadığı durumda ürünle verilen ek

montaj kelepçelerini resim 8’de gösterildiği

gibi bağlayın. Resim 8’de kelepçelerin

takılabileceği yerler gösterilmiştir.

(Kelepçelerin takılabileceği yerler ürün

modeline göre değişkenlik gösterebilir.

Ürününüzde bulunan montaj deliklerine

göre bağlayabilirsiniz.) Uygun yerlere

kelepçeleri takarak paralelliği sağlayın.

Ürünle birlikte verilen kelepçe tipi ve adeti

ürün modeline göre değişkenlik gösterebilir.

Ocak-fırın bağlantısının yapılması ve

frının yerleştirilip sabitlenmesi (Resim

9a-9b-10)

•Fırının şebekeye elektrik bağlantısını yapın.

•Fırını iki ya da daha fazla kişi ile ortalayarak

mobilyanın yarısına kadar sürün.

•Ocağınız vitroseramik ocak ise: Ocağın

fırına bağlanacağı bir adet soketi ve

topraklama kablosu bulunmaktadır. Resim

9a’da gösterildiği gibi soketi fırın üzerinde

bulunan yuvasına renkleri eşleşecek şekilde

bağlayın. Topraklama kablosunu da resim

9a’da gösterildiği vida ile sabitleyin.

•Ocağınız indüksiyon ocak ise: Ocağın

fırına bağlanacağı iki adet soket ve

topraklama kablosu bulunmaktadır. Resim

9b’da gösterildiği gibi soketleri fırın üzerinde

bulunan yuvasına takın. Topraklama

kablosunu da resim 9b’da gösterildiği vida

ile sabitleyin.

•Fırını mobilyaya tamamen yerleştirin.

•Ürünü birlikte verilen vidaları kullanarak

mobilyaya sabitleyin. (resim 10)

•Kurulum sonunda, vidaların gerektiği

gibi sıkılmış olduğunu ve ürünün iyice

sabitlendiğini kontrol edin. Ürünün

kurulumu talimatlara uygun olarak

yapılmamış ve vidalar gerektiği gibi

sıkılmamış ise, kullanım esnasında devrilme

riski vardır.

Son kontrol

•Kurulum tamamlandıktan sonra, şebeke

elektriğini açın.

•Ürünün ilk kullanımı için kullanma

kılavuzunu okuyun.

•Ürünlerin fonksiyonlarını kontrol edin.

Ürünün yerinden tekrar çıkarmak

•Ürünün şebeke bağlantısını kesin.

•Fırının sabitleme vidalarını sökün.

•Ürünü iki ya da daha fazla kişi ile hafifçe

kaldırıp yarıya kadar dışarı çıkarın.v

•Fırın ve ocağın birbirlerine bağlantılarını

ayırın.

•Fırını tamamen dışarı çıkarın.v

•Ocağı ek kelepçeler ile sabitlenmiş ise önce

kelepçe vidalarını sökün.

•Ocağın alt tarafından yukarı doğru iterek

ocağı çıkarın.
