Firmware upgrade
Please login the official website https://www.creality.com/download, switch the language
and select the relevant printer and model and download the required firmware.
Notes
1) Do not use the printer any way other than described herein to avoid personal injury
or property damage.
2) Do not place the printer near any heat source or flammable or explosive objects.
We suggest placing it in a well-ventilated, low-dust environment.
3) Do not expose the printer to violent vibration or any unstable environment, as this
may cause poor print quality.
4) Please use recommended resin to in case damage of machine.
5) Do not use any other power cable except the one supplied. Always use a grounded
three-prong power outlet.
6) Please do not open the plastic cover during usage, otherwise the printing will
be interrupted.
7) Do not wear cotton gloves when operating the printer. Such cloths may become tangled
in the printers moving parts leading to burns, possible bodily injury, or printer damage.
8) Please wait a moment after the print is finished. And please wear gloves to take out
the print by tools.
9) Clean the printer frequently. Always turn the power off when cleaning, and wipe with a
dry cloth to remove dust, adhered printing plastics or any other material off the frame,
guide rails, or wheels. Use glass cleaner or isopropyl alcohol to clean the print surface.
10) Children under 10 years should not use the printer without supervision.

11) This machine is equipped with a security protection mechanism. Do not manually
move the nozzle and printing platform mechanism manually while booting up,
otherwise the device will automatically power off for safety.
12) Users should comply with the laws and regulations of the corresponding
countries and regions where the equipment is located (used), abide by
professional ethics, pay attention to safety obligations, and strictly prohibit the use
of our products or equipment for any illegal purposes. Creality will not be
responsible for any violators' legal liability under any circumstances.

Device installation
Install the Gantry Frame
Install the T- shaped fixing block
Note: Make sure that the nut for profile has been turned
by 90° before fastening the T- shaped fixing block.

Connect the Stepper Motors according to
the yellow labels on the 6pin (4- wire) side.
Connect the Limit Switches according to the
yellow labels on the 3pin (2- wire) side.
1) Select the correct input voltage to match
your local mains (230 V or 115 V).
2) Damage can occur if voltage is set
incorrectly.
3) Make sure the power cable is connected.
Connect the aviation connectors to the
ports with corresponding pins.

Install the Rack
Install decoration strip
Install decoration belt into the
notch, starting from one end.
Cut off the excess material
with the diagonal pliers.
Attach the Decorative Trim to all
parts needing to be decorated.

Loading filament

2. Feed filament
Press and hold the extruder lever then insert the1.75 mm filament through the small
hole of the extruder. Continue feeding until you see filament come out the Nozzle.
Tip: How to Replace the Filament?
1) Cutting filament near the Extruder and slowly feed new filament until they are
fed into the new filament.
2) Preheating the nozzle and withdraw the filament quickly and feed the new filament.

V wheel levelling
Before starting up, please check the tightness of the V wheel.
Adjustable eccentric isolation column
X/Y axis V wheel adjustment:
Gently dial the V-wheel by hand to check whether it is idling or
stuck. If this phenomenon occurs, use an open-end wrench to
adjust the eccentric isolation column to make it rotate smoothly.
Z axis V wheel adjustment:
Gently dial the V-wheel by hand to check whether it is idling. If this
phenomenon occurs, use an open-end wrench to adjust the
eccentric isolation column counterclockwise so that the V-wheel has
no idling. Power on and click on the interface to return to the origin.
After returning to the origin, move the Z axis separately, and feel
whether the printing platform is stuck. If there is a stuck, adjust the
eccentric spacer clockwise to make it move smoothly.

Platform adjustment
1. Prepare Auto Home, waiting for the Nozzle to move to the left/front of
the platform Prepare Disable Steppers (Close stepper drive, release Motor)
2. Move the Nozzle the front/left levelling screw and adjust the platform height by
turning the knob underneath. Use a piece of A4 paper (standard printer paper) to
assist with the adjustment, making sure that the Nozzle lightly scratches the paper.
3. Complete the adjustment of the screw on all 4 corners.
4. Repeat above steps 1-2 times if necessary.
The Nozzle is too far away from the
platform, so the consumables can not
adhere to the platform.
Filament are extruded evenly, just sticking
on the platform.
The Nozzle is too close to the platform
and the filament are not extruded
enough, even scraping the platform.
Software installation

install the software.

3D printer UV sensitive resin
Standard resin
Low shrinkage, fast printing speed, almost odourless, and it’s equipped with rigidity and
toughness, suitable for printing common product prototypes and display models, that’s
also highly compatible with LCD printers.
Low odour resin
Low odour, high precision, detail textures are very expressive. Good fluidity, high
printing success rate. Rich colours, to meet the customer's colour needs, preferred for
animation manual, craft furnishing industry, etc.
ABS like resin
With high hardness, high toughness of physical properties and strong impact resistance, it can
be directly drilled on the finished models, mainly used in industrial prototype and other fields.

Dental cast resin
Low shrinkage, due to the low shrinkage characteristics, the size is more accurate. It’s
not easy to deform under pressure after moulding. Used for making porcelain teeth.
Elastic resin
Elastic Resin features good elasticity after high strength extruding or stretching, widely
applied to damping and contacting surfaces, etc., preferred to be used by people full of
originality and ideas in design.
Water washable resin
The model can be washed with water directly, and it’s safe, environmentally friendly,
with high surface accuracy, short cleaning time and low material cost. Water Washable
Resin is currently one of the favourite new materials for schools, educational
institutions, and printing enthusiasts.
Dental mode resin
The surface hardness is extremely high, scratch-resistant, and has low shrinkage
characteristics. It is mainly used in dental implant restoration and invisible braces
printing in medical dentistry.
Toughness resin
Toughness Resin is a medium-hard, wear-resistant, and repeatedly stretchable material.
It is used in parts which need to be repeatedly stretched in friction devices.
High temperature resin
High Temperature Resin is mainly used in making high temperature rubber moods,
which can withstand temperatures of about 200 without cracking and maintain good
strength, stiffness, and thermal stability.
Jewellery cast resin
Widely applied to jewellery industry. Excellent combustion performance, low expansion
coefficient, combustion without residue. Forming process is stable without deformation.
The finished product has smooth surface and high precision.

Warranty Conditions
A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you
need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller
directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for
which the claimed claim may not be recognized:
Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended
or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the
product.
Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized
person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport,
cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as
batteries, etc.).
Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or
electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage,
electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and
inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power
supplies, etc.
If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or
adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the
purchased design or use of non-original components.
WEEE
This product must not be disposed of as normal household waste in accordance with
the EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE - 2012/19 / EU).
