• Please do not use this device in high pressure and high magnetic environment.
• If you have a sensitive skin, you may feel discomfort when the wristband is
tightened.
• Please dry the sweat drops on the wrist in time. If the strap has a long contact
with soap, sweat, allergies or pollution ingredients, it may cause skin itching.
• If it is used often, it is recommended to clean the wristband every week. Wipe the
wet cloth and remove oil or dust with mild soap. It is not appropriate to wear the
device in a hot bath.
Common Problems
What shall I do if I have problems with connection or notifications?
You should try resetting connection of your device with the following instructions:
1. Unbind your device in the GloryFit app and for iOS devices cancel connection in
the Bluetooth settings as well.
2. Uninstall the GloryFit app from your phone.
3. Reset your watch in the device settings.
4. Install GloryFit app again on your phone.
5. Bind your watch again in the GloryFit app.
Why don’t I receive notifications from some apps?
There can be two issues:
1. Notifications are not allowed for specific app. Go to device settings in the GloryFit
app on your phone and turn on notifications for selected app or turn on
notifications for “others”. On iOS devices you might need to restart your phone to
ensure proper function.
2. On Android device, your phone can automatically close GloryFit app when it is
running in the background. When GloryFit app is closed, it cannot communicate
with your watch. Please change settings of battery saving in your phone to allow
the app to run on the background.
Why can’t I find the device?
Since the wristband is not found in the Bluetooth broadcast, make sure the wristband is
in power and activated and is not connected to any other phones. Then, put the
wristband close to the phone. If it is still not working, restart the mobile phone.
