Congratulations on the purchase of your Quinny Speedi.

Safety, comfort and user friendliness have played an important role in the development of the Quinny Speedi.

This product meets the most stringent safety regulations.

Research shows that a high number of pushchairs are used incorrectly. Therefore, please take the time to read

through the instruction manual carefully. The Quinny Speedi only offers maximum safety only when it is used in

accordance with the instructions.

Continuous research by our development team, user tests and consumer reactions ensure that we are kept fully

up to date in the field of child safety. If you have any questions concerning the use of your Quinny Speedi,

please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT: Read first!

Read the instruction manual carefully and keep it for future reference. Not following the instructions in this

manual may endanger the safety of your child. The Quinny Speedi has been approved in accordance with:

NFS 54-001, EN 1888:2003, BS 7409:1996.

• WARNING: A child’s safety is your responsibility.

• WARNING: It may be dangerous to leave your child unattended.

• WARNING: Ensure that all locking devices are engaged before use.

• WARNING: Any load attached to the handle affects the stability of the pram/pushchair.

• WARNING: Use a harness as soon as your child can sit unaided, even when using the footmuff.

• WARNING: Always use the crotch strap in combination with the waist belt.

• WARNING: The plugs and the valves of the wheels must be sufficiently tightened to avoid any hazard due to

small parts which may be swallowed. Also keep the hand pump out of the reach of children.

• WARNING: This product is not suitable for running or skating.

• WARNING: Check that the pram body or seat unit attachment devices are correctly engaged.

• WARNING: The tyres may leave behind black marks on some surfaces (particularly smooth floors like parquet,

laminate and linoleum).

General instructions

• The Quinny Speedi is suitable for children from birth to 4 years of age (maximum weight 20 kg). When used

with a

Maxi-Cosi child car seat or

Quinny

Dreami carrycot, the maximum weight shown on the child car seat or

carrycot applies.

• Only use the Quinny Speedi for one child at a time.

• It is recommended that you do not use the Quinny Speedi as a pushchair until your child is able to sit up

unassisted, usually at around 6 months.

• The pushchair seat should not be used with children under 6 months.

• Always make sure that the Quinny Speedi is completely unfolded and that the safety locks are properly secured

before placing your child in the Quinny Speedi.

• Keep children away from moving parts while folding, unfolding or adjusting the Quinny Speedi.

• Always use the parking brake when parking the Quinny Speedi, even when just standing still.

• The bicycle-style handbrake should only be used as an extra brake. It should never be used as a parking brake.

• Inspect and clean the Quinny Speedi regularly. Never use abrasive cleaners or lubricants (containing silicone).

• Never lift the Quinny Speedi or use on escalator or stairs when there is a child in the pushchair.

• Use original accessories and manufacturer-approved parts only.

• No alterations may be made to the product. If you have any complaints or problems, please contact your

supplier or importer.

• Keep all plastic packaging material out of the reach of children, as these materials pose a choking hazard.

Unfolding / folding (see illustrations 1 - 13)

To unfold

• The frame has been secured by means of a transport safety lock to prevent it from unfolding during transport.

Release the lock by pulling the left handlebar safety lock in the direction of the arrow (1).

• Pull the handlebar upwards (2) until it "clicks" into the handlebar safety lock (3).

• Check this by pushing down on the handlebar.

• Make sure that the handlebar safety locks are released (4,1).

• Adjust the handlebar to the desired height (4,2).

• Click both handlebar safety locks back into place (5).

Placing / removing the wheels

• The 2 wheels with the brake cylinder should be mounted as rear wheels.

• Press the button in the middle of the hubcap (6/10) while pushing the axle into the axle opening (7).

• Check to make sure the wheel is secure.

• Place the wheel into the front fork by pressing the button (8,1) and then clicking the wheel into the opening on

the front (8,2).

• The swivel wheel can be adjusted into 2 different positions: fixed or swivelling (9,1). To lock it into the fixed

position, rotate the swivel lock until 2 straight arrows appear in the display (9,2).

• The swivelling front wheel will lock itself the moment the pushchair is pushed forward.

• Check the tyre pressure and inflate the tyre if necessary (see maintenance section for the maximum tyre

pressure allowance).

• To remove the rear wheels, press the button on the hubcap (6/10) and pull the wheel out of the axle opening (11).

• To remove the swivel wheel, press the button and pull the wheel out of the axle opening.

Folding

• IMPORTANT: The swivel wheel must be in a swivelling position before folding (9,1).

• IMPORTANT: Always remove the Quinny Dreami carrycot or Maxi-Cosi

child car seat

before folding.

• Apply the brake on the Quinny Speedi (see Using the parking brake).

• Fold up the sun canopy (see Using the sun canopy).

• Make sure the footrest is in the lowest position (see Footrest).

• Click open both handlebar safety locks (12,1).

• Push in the release button on the handlebar (12,2).

• Push down the handlebar until the stop (13), and then further downwards until you hear a clearly definite "click".

• Make sure the transport safety lock clicks over the catch again.

• Remove the wheels to make the pushchair even smaller.

• IMPORTANT: It is advisable to remove the sun canopy before folding the pushchair (see Using the sun canopy).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

For use with the Quinny Dreami carrycot (up to 9 kg) and the Maxi-Cosi child car seat (up to 13 kg)

(see illustrations 14 - 16)

Placing / removing the adapters

• Remove both guards by pushing in the button (14,1) whilst simultaneously pushing the guards upwards

(14,2).

• Slide the adapter marked R into the right-hand side and the adapter marked L into the left-hand side of the

adapter attachment.

• Continue sliding until you hear a "click" (15).

• Check to make sure the adapters are secure.

• To remove the adapters, push in the spring-loaded button (16,1) whilst simultaneously pushing the adapters

upwards (16,2).

• Place both guards back onto adapter attachments.

and Maxi-Cosi child car seat (see illustrations 19 - 20)

• Apply the brake on the Quinny Speedi (see Using the parking brake).

• Place the carrycot /

child car seat

onto the adapters (17/19) with the foot end between the sides of the handle.

• Check to make sure the carrycot /

child car seat

is secured by lifting it up by the handles.

• To remove, place your thumbs on the control buttons on both sides of the carrycot /

child car seat

(18,1/20,1).

• Push in the buttons while lifting the carrycot /

child car seat

from the Quinny Speedi (18,2/20,2).

When used as a pushchair (see illustrations 21 - 29)

Placing / removing the pushchair seat

• Apply the brake on the Quinny Speedi (see Using the parking brake).

• To remove the pushchair seat undo the velcro under the foot rest (21,1) and undo the clasp (21,2) and the

press stud (21,3).

• Open the press studs on the bottom (22,1) and undo the velcro near the handlebar safety lock (22,2).

• Remove the pushchair seat from the frame.

• When placing the pushchair seat back onto the frame, make sure to re-attach all press studs, clasps and velcro.

• IMPORTANT: Make sure you remove the adapters before attaching the pushchair seat (see Placing / removing

the adapters).

• Check to make sure everything is securely fastened by lifting up the pushchair seat.

Safety harness

• Apply the brake on the Quinny Speedi (see Using the parking brake).

• Make sure the safety harness is loosened before placing your child (carefully!) into the seat.

• Slide the buckle sections together (23,1) and fasten the lap and shoulder belts into the crotch strap by clicking

the buckle sections into the fastener (23,2).

• Adjust the belts to the size of your child by lengthening or shortening the belts using the clasps (24).

• Push the buttons (25,1) to open the fastener (25,2).

• There are D-rings for securing an additional safety harness. Make sure the safety harness complies with all

safety standards (i.e. BS 6684) before using it.

• The shoulder belts are height adjustable. To change the height, open the cover on the back and adjust the clasp

both on the front in the cover and in the board. Tilt the clasp when adjusting (26).

• IMPORTANT: The press studs on the side of the seat are for attaching a footmuff only (27).

Footrest

• The footrest can be adjusted into 2 positions.

• P

ress both buttons under the footrest at the same time (28,1), and then adjust the footrest into the desired

position (28,2).

• IMPORTANT: Never let your child sit or stand on the footrest.

Cover

• Remove the pushchair seat from the Quinny Speedi (see Placing / removing the pushchair seat).

• Remove the safety harness (see Safety harness).

• Remove the support plate from the back (34).

• The cover and basket can be washed by hand in lukewarm water using a regular detergent (see Washing

instructions).

• To re-attach the cover, slide the board back in.

• Re-attach all clasps, press studs and velcro.

• IMPORTANT: Make sure the safety harness is secured properly.

• IMPORTANT: Never use the pushchair seat without the support plate.

Back rest adjuster

• The pushchair seat back can be adjusted continuously from a sitting to a reclining position.

• To adjust the back rest, squeeze the adjusting section on the back (29,1) and adjust the strap until the seat is in

the desired position (29,2).

Using the parking brake (see illustration 30)

• Always use the parking brake when parking Quinny Speedi, "also when at a standstill".

• Step on the pedal on the rear axle to lock the wheels (30).

• Always check whether the wheels are locked.

• Release the parking brake by pulling the pedal upward.

• The handbrake is for slowing down and should not be used as a parking brake. The handbrake works on both

rear wheels. If you squeeze the handbrake too firmly or quickly, there is a risk that you will stumble over the

Quinny Speedi, thus endangering your child.

Using the sun canopy (see illustrations 31 - 32)

• To attach the sun canopy, push the clips onto both sides of the frame at the desired height (31).

• Fasten the clasps onto the back of the pushchair seat (32).

• Remove the sun canopy by unfastening the clasps and pulling the clips from the handlebar.

Using the shopping basket (see illustration 33)

• The maximum weight allowance for the shopping basket under the Quinny Speedi is 5 kg.

• The other storage compartments on the pushchair have a maximum weight allowance of 0.5 kg.

• The shopping basket can be enlarged using the zipper on the side (33,1).

• The shopping basket can be removed by undoing the hooks (33,2).

• IMPORTANT: Only use the storage compartments provided and do not exceed the maximum weight allowance.

• IMPORTANT: The shopping basket must be completely empty before folding the frame.

MAINTENANCE (see illustrations 34 - 35)

Frame

• Check whether everything functions properly on a regular basis.

• If the Quinny Speedi becomes damaged, have your supplier check and / or repair it before using it again.

• To ensure the long-lasting use of the Quinny Speedi, dry it off with a soft rag after using it in rainy weather.

• Clean the frame using a damp cloth. Do not use any abrasive detergents.

• Riding through seawater is not advised. After use on the beach, clean the frame and wheels thoroughly in

order to prevent rust formation.

• Never use lubricants (containing silicone), as they attract dirt and grime.

• NOTE: Oil and grease will damage the functioning of the handbrake.

Cover

• Remove the pushchair seat from the Quinny Speedi (see Placing / removing the pushchair seat).

• Remove the safety harness (see Safety harness).

• Remove the support plate from the back (34).

• The cover and basket can be washed by hand in lukewarm water using a regular detergent

(see Washing instructions).

• To re-attach the cover, slide the board back in.

• Re-attach all clasps, press studs and velcro.

• IMPORTANT: Make sure the safety harness is secured properly.

• IMPORTANT: Never use the pushchair seat without the support plate.

Wheels

• Inflate the tyres to a maximum pressure of 28 PSI (2.0 Bar) using the pump supplied. Insufficiently inflated

tyres can lead to unnecessary wear and tear.

• If the inner tube has a puncture, you can repair it as you would a bicycle tyre or have it repaired at a bicycle

repair shop.

• To replace the front tyre, first push in the pins on the front fork (35,1) and then slide the tyre off of the front

fork (35,2).

• Always deflate the tyres when taking the Quinny Speedi on an aircraft, as the tyres could burst out due to the

pressure difference.

• Clean the wheels regularly and remove all sand and dirt. Do not use oil, grease or cleaners.

Accessories

The following original accessories are available for the Quinny Speedi:

• Quinny Dreami carrycot

• Maxi-Cosi

child car seat

• Rain/wind cover

• Footmuff

• Nappy bag

IMPORTANT: The use of non-original accessories can have an adverse affect on the working of the Quinny Speedi.

IMPORTANT: Minor colour variation may occur between the pushchair and accessories and generally does not

constitute a reason for replacing the product once it has been used.

Warranty

Dorel Netherlands guarantees that this product complies with all safety requirements as specified in the current

European safety standard EN 1888 / 2003, and that this product is free from defects in workmanship and

material at the time of purchase. If this product shows material and / or workmanship defects after purchase

and during the warranty period (with normal use as described in the instruction manual), Dorel Netherlands will

assume the responsibility to repair or replace it. The warranty period is 24 months for the metal frame and

12 months for fabric components and other parts subject to wear, such as tyres, wheel bearings, and so forth.

Normal wear and tear that can be expected with daily use of the product is therefore hereby excluded.

The warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:

• The product is not offered for repair trough a supplier approved by Dorel Netherlands.

• The product is not supplied to the manufacturer together with the original sales receipt.

• The defect is the result of incorrect or negligent use, or maintenance that is contrary to the instructions given in

the manual.

• Repairs have been carried out by third parties.

• There is discolouration, damage to the fabric or watermarks due to washing or rainwater and excessive

exposure to sunlight (UV).

• The defect is the result of negligence or damage to the fabric or frame due to a blow to the pushchair.

• The defect is the result of an accident or airplane travel.

• The defect is the result of overloading (exceeding the maximum weight allowance for the child and any items

being carried).

• The defect is the result of using a standing board or seat for a 2nd child.

• There is normal wear and tear to the wheels, tyres and / or fabric (such as a flat tyre and / or loose snaps).

• The product has been involved in a "collision" with a sidewalk kerb or heavy shop door, as this could cause the

wheels and/or axles to be thrown out of alignment or bent, as a result of which the pushchair will not track well.

• Damage to surfaces, such as plastic laminate floors, due to tire marks.

• The stated warranty terms and conditions have not been satisfied.

Date of effect:

• The warranty period goes into effect as of the date of purchase of the product.

Warranty term:

• The warranty on the frame is valid for a period of 24 consecutive months. A term of 12 consecutive months

applies to the fabric components and other parts susceptible to wear and tear. The warranty applies solely to

the original owner and is non-transferable.

If you discover a defect:

• In the event of a defect, contact your retailer. If your retailer is unable to assist you, he will return the product

to the manufacturer together with a description of the complaint and the original, dated sales receipt. Products

that are returned directly to the manufacturer will NOT be eligible for the warranty.

Fabric components and other parts subject to wear:

• The cover should be cared for properly (see the instruction manual for care instructions). It is normal for fabric

to discolour from sunlight and to show wear and tear after a long period of use, even when used normally. The

warranty period for the cover and other parts subject to wear, such as the tyres, is therefore limited to a period

of no more than 12 months as of the date of purchase.

This Warranty Clause conforms to European Directive 99/44/EG of 25 May 1999.

Z badań wynika, że duża liczba wózków spacerowych jest nieprawidłowo używana. Dlatego też

wskazówek dotyczących użytkowania może zagrozić bezpieczeństwu dziecka korzystającego z

wózka. Wózek Quinny Speedi jest atestowany zgodnie z następującymi normami: NFS 54-001,

EN 1888:2003, BS 7409:1996.

• OSTRZEŻENIE: Jesteście Państwo sami odpowiedzialni za bezpieczeństwo swojego dziecka.

• OSTRZEŻENIE: Nigdy nie pozostawiać dziecka w wózku spacerowym bez opieki.

strefy kroku połączona z szelkami na biodra i na ramiona), również wtedy gdy korzysta ze śpiwora

• OSTRZEŻENIE: Należy kontrolować czy drobne części np. zaślepki wentyli kół są

odpowiednio dokręcone. Nie wolno dopuścić do kontaktu dziecka z drobnymi, luźnymi

częściami, które mogą zmieścić się np. w jego buzi.. Pompkę ręczną należy przechowywać

poza zasięgiem dziecka.

• OSTRZEŻENIE: Niniejszy wózek nie nadaje się do uprawiania skatingu czy też szybkiego biegu.

• Przy parkowaniu Quinny Speedi zawsze należy korzystać z hamulca postojowego, nawet

wówczas gdy zatrzymujemy się na krótko.

• Hamulec ręczny jest tylko “hamulcem dodatkowym - zwalniającym”. Nigdy nie wolno go

używać jako jedynego hamulca w czasie postoju.

• Regularnie należy sprawdzać i czyścić Quinny Speedi. Nie należy stosować ściernych

środków czyszczących czy środków smarowych (zawierających krzem).

• Nigdy nie podnosić Quinny Speedi wraz z dzieckiem. Nie korzystać ze schodów ( również

Rozkładanie i składanie wózka (patrz rysunki 1 - 13)

Rozkładanie

• Podczas transportu, rama wózka jest zabezpieczona przed niespodziewanym rozłożeniem się

za pomocą blokady transportowej. Blokadę można odblokować przez odciągnięcie jej od

części wystającej (1).

• Podnieść rączkę do góry (2) aż się zatrzaśnie i zablokuje (3).

• Sprawdzić czy się zablokował, przez popchnięcie uchwytu na dół.

• Należy się upewnić czy blokady raczki są odblokowane (4,1).

• Ustawić rączkę na odpowiedniej wysokości (4,2).

• Zatrzasnąć obie blokady raczki (5).

Montaż / demontaż kół

• 2 koła z cylindrem hamulcowym należy zamontować z tyłu wózka.

• W celu zamontowania kół tylnych należy wcisnąć przycisk znajdujący się w środku kołpaka

koła (6/10) i równocześnie wcisnąć oś w otwór osi (7).

• Sprawdzić czy koła zostało zamocowane.

• Przednie koło z rozwidloną ramą zamontować przez wciśnięcie przycisku (8,1), a następnie

wepchnięcie w otwór z przodu, aż się zatrzaśnie (8,2).

• Koło skrętne może być zamocowane w 2 pozycjach; pozycja stała (9,2)lub skrętna (9,1). W

celu zamocowania koła należy przekręcić blokadę skrętu do takiego stopnia, aż na

wyświetlaczu pojawią się 2 proste strzałki (9,2).

• Przednie koło skrętne samo zamocuje się w chwili, kiedy wózek spacerowy zostanie pchnięty

do przodu.

• Sprawdzić ciśnienie opon i ewentualnie uzupełnić nie przekraczając zalecanych

maksymalnych wartości ( patrz konserwacja).

• W celu wypięcia kół tylnych należy wcisnąć przycisk na kołpaku koła (6/10) i wyciągnąć koło z

otworu osi (11).

• W celu wypięcia koła skrętnego, wcisnąć guzik i wyciągnąć koło z otworu.

Składanie wózka

• UWAGA: Podczas składania wózka przednie koło powinno być w pozycji skrętnej (9,1).

• Ustawić Quinny Speedi na hamulcu postojowym (patrz Użycie hamulca postojowego).

• Złożyć daszek przeciwsłoneczny (patrz Użycie daszka przeciwsłonecznego).

• Ustawić podnóżek w najniższej pozycji (patrz Podnóżek).

• Odblokować obie blokady rączki (12,1).

• Wcisnąć przycisk do odblokowania, znajdujący się na rączce (12,2).

• Pchnąć rączkę na dół do złącza (13) i następnie dalej na dół, aż usłyszy się wyraźnie ‘click’.

• Zamocować blokadę transportową przez naciągnięcie jej na część wystającą.

• Rozmiary złożonego wózka można zmniejszyć poprzez wypięcie kół.

Do zastosowania z gondolą wózka głębokiego Quinny Dreami (do 9 kg) oraz z fotelikiem

Nakładanie / usuwanie łączników

• Usunąć obie osłony wciskając przycisk (14,1), jednocześnie wypychając osłony w górę (14,2).

• Wsunąć łącznik oznaczony literą R w prawą stronę, a łącznik oznaczony literą L w lewą stroną

nasadki łącznika.

• Kontynuować wsuwanie do usłyszenia odgłosu zatrzaskiwania (15).

• Sprawdzić, czy łączniki są unieruchomione w nasadce.

• Aby usunąć łączniki wcisnąć przycisk sprężynowy (16,1), wypychając jednocześnie łączniki w

górę (16,2).

• Ponownie umieścić obie osłony na nasadkach łączników.

Nakładanie / usuwanie gondoli wózka głębokiego Quinny Dreami (patrz ilustracje 17 - 18)

oraz fotelika samochodowego Maxi-Cosi (patrz ilustracje 19 - 20)

• Zablokować konstrukcję wózka Quinny Speedi hamulcem (patrz Użycie hamulca postojowego).

• Umieścić gondolę wózka głębokiego / fotelik samochodowy (17/19) umieszczając część na

nogi między prętami z rączkami do pchania na łącznikach konstrukcji.

• Sprawdzić, czy gondola wózka głębokiego / fotelik samochodowy jest dobrze umocowana

podnosząc ją za uchwyty.

• Aby zdjąć gondolę wózka głębokiego/fotelik samochodowy z konstrukcji umieścić kciuki na

przyciskach do mocowania umieszczonych po obu stronach gondoli / fotelika samochdowego

(18,1/20,1).

• Wcisnąć przyciski, podnosząc jednocześnie gondolę wózka głębokiego / fotelik samochodowy

z konstrukcji Quinny Speedi (18,2/20,2).

Stosowanie w charakterze wózka spacerowego (patrz ilustracje 21 - 29)

Wpinanie / wypinanie siedziska wózka

• Ustawić Quinny Speedi na hamulcu postojowym (patrz Użycie hamulca postojowego)

• Aby zdjąć siedzisko należy odpiąć rzepy i zatrzaski pod podnóżkiem (21).

• Odepnij klamrę i rzepy pod siedziskiem (22,1) oraz zatrzaski na stelażu umiejscowione w

okolicach zamknięcia wózka (22,2).

• Wysunąć siedzisko ze stelaża.

• W trakcie powtórnego mocowania siedziska na stelażu należy upewnić się, że wszystkie:

rzepy, klamry i zatrzaski są dobrze zapięte.

• WAŻNE: Pamiętaj aby plastikowe zaślepki maskujące były zawsze umieszczone w miejscu, w

którym stelaż “łamie” się przy składaniu.

Szelki zabezpieczające

• Ustawić Quinny Speedi na hamulcu postojowym (patrz użycie hamulca postojowego).

• Przed umieszczeniem dziecka w siedzisku wózka należy upewnić się czy szelki są poluzowane.

• Złączyć języczki szelek na ramiona (23,1). Przymocować szelki na ramiona do szelki strefy

kroku wsuwając języczki do zamka (23,2).

• Wyregulować szelki dopasowując ich długość do rozmiarów dziecka (24).

• Nacisnąć na przycisk (25,1), aby otworzyć zamek szelek (25,2).

• Pierścienie D służą do zamocowania dodatkowych szeleczek bezpieczeństwa. Przed użyciem

należy się upewnić czy te szeleczki bezpieczeństwa spełniają wymogi (i.e. BS 6684).

należy otworzyć pokrowiec z tyłu i przełożyć spinacz przez płytę i tapicerkę z przodu. Podczas

przekładania spinacz powinien być przechylony (26).

• UWAGA: Bocznych klamerek siedziska należy używać tylko do umieszczenia śpiwora (27).

Podnóżek

• Podnóżek posiada 2 możliwości ustawienia.

• Wcisnąć równocześnie oba przyciski znajdujące się pod podnóżkiem (28,1) i umieścić

podnóżek na odpowiedniej wysokości (28,2).

• UWAGA: Nigdy nie pozwalaj dziecku stać lub siedzieć na podnóżku.

Tapicerka

• Wypiąć siedzisko ze Quinny Speedi (patrz Wpinanie / wypinanie diedziska wózka).

• Wyciągnij szelki zabezpieczające (patrz Szelki zabezpieczające)

• Wyjmij płytę z oparcia (34).

• Pokrowiec i koszyk na zakupy można prać ręcznie w letniej wodzie z dodatkiem łagodnych

środków piorących (patrz etykietka prania).

• By ponownie wpiąć tapicerkę należy wsunąć płytę z powrotem w oparcie.

i posuwać pas do momentu uzyskania potrzebnej pozycji (29,2).

Użycie hamulca postojowego (patrz rysunek 30)

• Przy parkowaniu Quinny Speedi zawsze należy korzystać z hamulca postojowego, również

wtedy gdy przystajemy na krótko.

• Wcisnąć na dół pedał znajdujący się na osi tylnej w celu zablokowania kół (30).

• Zawsze należy się upewnić, czy koła są zablokowane.

• Hamulec postojowy odblokuje się przez pociągnięcie pedału do góry.

• Hamulec ręczny jest przeznaczony tylko do “dodatkowego hamowania -zwalniania”. Nigdy

nie wolno go użyć jako jedynego hamulca do parkowania. Hamulec dodatkowy działa na

oba tylne koła. Przez wciśnięcie hamulca za mocno lub za gwałtownie prowadzący wózek

może się potknąć i wpaść na Quinny Speedi, co może spowodować zagrożenie dla dziecka.

Użycie daszka przeciwsłonecznego (patrz rysunki 31 - 32)

• By zamontować daszek przeciwsłoneczny należy wcisnąć oba zaciski daszka na rurkach rączki (31).

• Przypiąć napy daszka do tylnej części siedziska (32).

• W celu wypięcia daszka należy odpiąć napy i zdjąć zaciski z rurek rączki.

Użycie koszyka na zakupy (patrz rysunek 33)

• Koszyk na zakupy w Quinny Speedi można obciążać maksymalnie do 5 kg.

• Pozostałe schowki można wykorzystać na przedmioty ważące maksymalnie 0,5 kg.

• Koszyk na zakupy można powiększyć przy pomocy bocznego zamka (33,1).

• Koszyk na zakupy może być zdjęty poprzez odpięcie haczyków (33,2).

• UWAGA: Przy obciążeniach koszyka i innych schowków nie przekraczać maksymalnie

Stelaż

• Regularnie sprawdzać, czy wszystkie elementy dobrze funkcjonują.

• W przypadku stwierdzenia uszkodzenia nie używać Quinny Speedi tylko skontaktować się ze

sprzedawcą lub importerem w celu sprawdzenia / naprawy.

• W celu przedłużenia żywotności Quinny Speedi, należy go po użyciu podczas opadów

deszczowych wytrzeć miękką ścierką na sucho.

• Należy regularnie czyścić dolną część stelaża mokrą szmatką. Nie wolno stosować ściernych

środków czyszczących.

• Stanowczo odradza się przejazdu wózkiem po wodzie morskiej. Po przejeździe wózkiem po

plaży należy stelaż starannie spłukać i osuszyć aby zapobiec rdzewieniu.

• Nigdy nie używać środków smarowych (zawierających krzem) – przyciągają one pył i brud.

• UWAGA: Olej i smar mogą spowodować, że dodatkowy hamulec ręczny nie będzie działać.

• W celu wymiany opony przedniego koła należy najpierw wcisnąć kołki znajdujące się na

ramie rozwidlonej z przodu (35,1), a następnie zsunąć z ramy koło wraz z oponą (35,2).

• W przypadku, kiedy bierze się ze sobą Quinny Speedi do samolotu, należy przed lotem

spuścić powietrze z opon. Różnica w ciśnieniu może spowodować pęknięcie opon.

• Należy regularnie czyścić koła, usuwać z nich piasek i pył. Nie należy stosować oleju, smaru

lub środków czyszczących.

Dorel Netherlands gwarantuje, że produkt ten spełnia wymagania bezpieczeństwa opisane w

aktualnych europejskich normach EN 1888 / 2003. Ponadto ręczy za to, że produkt ten nie ma

w momencie zakupu żadnych wad składu oraz produkcyjnych. Jeśli produkt ten po zakupie i w

ramach terminu gwarancyjnego będzie posiadał wady materiału lub inne wady produkcyjne

(przy normalnej eksploatacji opisanej w instrukcji obsługi), Dorel Netherlands przejmie

odpowiedzialność za jego naprawę lub wymianę. Termin gwarancyjny wynosi 24 miesiące na

konstrukcję metalową i 12 miesięcy na materiały tekstylne i inne części ulegające zużyciu, jak

opony, łożyska etc. Gwarancją nie objęte jest oczywiście normalne zużycie, powstałe w

wyniku codziennej eksploatacji produktu.

Gwarancji nie udziela się jeżeli:

• Wyrób nie został dostarczony producentowi w komplecie z oryginalnym dowodem zakupu.

• Uszkodzenia są spowodowane nieprawidłowym użytkowaniem lub konserwacją przepro-

wadzoną inaczej, niż podano w instrukcji obsługi.

• Naprawy produktu wykonane zostały przez osoby trzecie.

• Powstały odbarwienia lub uszkodzenie materiału, bądź też zacieki na materiale w skutek

prania lub deszczu, bądź też nadmiernego działania promieni słonecznych (UV).

• Uszkodzenie powstało w wyniku zaniedbania, w skutek uderzenia materiału lub stelaża.

Od kiedy:

• Gwarancja zaczyna obowiązywać od daty zakupu produktu w sklepie.

Na jaki okres:

• Okres gwarancyjny na konstrukcję stelaża obejmuje 24 następujące po sobie miesiące. Na

części z materiału oraz inne elementy podatne na zużycie obowiązuje okres 12 następujących

po sobie miesięcy. Gwarancja zostaje udzielona wyłącznie pierwszemu właścicielowi i nie

podlega przeniesieniu na inne osoby.

Co należy zrobić:

• W przypadku wystąpienia wad należy zwrócić się do sprzedawcy. Jeżeli sprzedawca nie jest

w stanie rozwiązać problemu, winien on wysłać wyrób importerowi, wraz z czytelnym

opisem reklamacji i oryginalnym dowodem zakupu z datą. Produkty wysłane bezpośrednio

do producenta NIE podlegają gwarancji.

Dotyczy pokrowca oraz innych części ulegających zużyciu:

• Pokrowiec należy regularnie czyścić i konserwować (patrz wskazówki w instrukcji obsługi).

Nie podlega gwarancji normalne zużycie pokrowca oraz przebarwienia powstałe w wyniku

tud ülni, általában 6 hónapos kor után.

• 6 hónapos kor alatt nem ajánlott a sportbabakocsiülés használata.

• Gondoskodjon arról, hogy a Quinny Speedi teljesen kinyitva és rögzítve legyen mielőtt a

mozgatható részek közelébe.

• Parkolás esetén mindig használja a parkoló féket, akkor is ha csak rövid időre állna meg.

• A kézifék csak ‘pótfék’ gyanánt alkalmazható. Soha ne használja ezt parkoló fék fékként.

• Ellenőrizze és tisztogassa rendszeresen a Quinny Speedi-t. Ne használjon soha maró tisztí-

tószereket vagy (szilikontartalmú) kenőanyagokat.

• Ne emelje a Quinny Speedi-t fel, ha a gyerek benne tartózkodik. Vegye ki a gyereket a

kocsiból, amikor (mozgó)lépcsőn közlekedik.

• Csak gyárilag jóváhagyott kiegészítőket és alkatrészeket használjon.

• A terméket ne változtassa meg. Panasz és problémák esetén lépjen kapcsolatba szállítójával

vagy az importáló céggel.

• Figyeljen oda, hogy csomagoló anyagok nehogy gyermeke közelébe kerüljenek, mert ezáltal

a fulladás veszélyének kockázatát jelenthetik.

Kinyitás és összecsukás (lásd az 1 - 13 ábrákat)

Kinyitás

• A váz szállítás alatt a szállítási retesszel van rögzítve váratlan kinyílás ellen. Ezt úgy nyithatja

ki, hogy a rögzítőt áthúzza az ormón (1).

• Emelje fel a tolókart (2) annyira, hogy bekattanjon és záródjon (3).

• A tolókar lefele nyomásával ellenőrizze, hogy záródott-e.

• Gondoskodjon arról, hogy a tolókar rögzítők szabadon mozoghassanak (4,1).

• Állítsa a tolókart megfelelő magasságba (4,2).

• Most mindkét tolókar rögzítőt kattintsa be (5).

A kerekek behelyezése / eltávolítása

• A 2 fékhengeres kerék hátulra kell, hogy kerüljön.

• A hátsó kerekek behelyezéséhez nyomja meg a keréktárcsa közepén levő gombot (6/10) és

ezzel egyidejűleg nyomja a tengelyt a tengely–nyílásba (7).

• Ellenőrizze, hogy szilárdan áll-e.

• Helyezze be az első kerékvillás kereket úgy, hogy benyomja a gombot (8,1) majd az elülső

részen levő nyílásba bekattintja (8,2).

• A forgótengelyes kerék 2 állásban rögzíthető; fixen vagy görgőként (9,1). Ha fixen akarja

rögzíteni, csavarja a forgótengely zárat addig, amíg a kijelzőn 2 egyenes nyíl jelenik meg (9,2).

• Az elülső forgótengelyes kerék fixálja önmagát, abban a pillanatban, ha a gyerekkocsit

előre tolja.

• Ellenőrizze a keréknyomást és ha szükséges, pumpálja fel a kerekeket (maximális nyomás:

lásd karbantartás).

• A hátsó kerekek eltávolításához nyomja meg a keréktárcsán levő gombot (6/10) és húzza ki a

kereket a tengely-nyílásból (11).

• A forgótengelyes kerék eltávolításához nyomja meg a gombot és húzza ki a kereket a nyílásból.

Összecsukás

• VIGYÁZZON: Összecsukáskor a forgótengelyes keréknek el kell tudni fordulnia (9,1).

• VIGYÁZZON: Összecsukás előtt mindig távolítsa el a Maxi-Cosi kiemelhető mózeskosarat és

a Maxi-Cosi biztonsági gyermekülést.

• Húzza be a Quinny Speedi parkolófékjét (lásd A parkoló fék használata).

• Csukja össze a napfénytetőt (lásd A napfénytető használata).

• Gondoskodjon róla, hogy a lábtámasz a legalacsonyabb állásban álljon (lásd Lábtámasz).

• Mindkét tolókar rögzítőt kattintsa nyitott állásba (12,1).

• Nyomja be a kireteszelő gombot a tolókaron (12,2).

• Nyomja le a tolókart a peremig (13), majd lefele, míg jól hallhatóan kattan.

• Gondoskodjon róla, hogy a szállítási retesz az ormón átkattanva ismét záródjon.

• A kerekek eltávolítása által a csomag tetszés szerint kisebbíthető.

• VIGYÁZZON: Összecsukás előtt ajánlatos a napfénytetőt eltávolítani (lásd A napfénytető

használata).
