Montážní návod

Instalace, elektrické připojení a první uvedení do provozu smí provádět

pracovník s odpovídající kvalifikací (dle vyhl. 50/78 Sb.).

Odstupy

Odstup spodní hrany spotřebiče od podlahy nesmí být menší než 50 mm.

Odstup na stranu, např. k nábytku, musí být minimálně 100 mm a směrem

nahoru minimálně 100 mm (viz. obr. 2).

V koupelnách musí být panel instalován ve shodě s ČSN 33 2000- 7- 701

a smí být umístěn v souladu s obr. 1 v zónách 2 a 3.

Panel je zařízení třídy II a je chráněn proti stříkající vodě, krytí IP 44.

Panel nesmí být umístěn přímo pod zásuvkou elektrického proudu.

El. instalaci je nutné vybavit 2 pólovým vypínáním, u něhož se vzdálenost

rozpojených kontaktů rovná min. 3 mm (tuto podmínku splňuje termostat

Fenix Therm 100).

Montáž

Panel je zabalen samostatně v kartonové krabici a k uchycení na stěnu

slouží upevňovací konzoly. Panel je možné instalovat pouze vertikálně.

Otvory pro konzoly vyvrtejte dle obr. 4. Rozměry A jsou rozteče vrtaných

otvorů a rozměry B, C a D jsou minimální vzdálenosti otvorů od okolních

předmětů.

Konzoly upevněte ke stěně vruty do hmoždinek (nejsou součástí výrobku),

tyto je nutno volit s ohledem na druh materiálu stěny a na vyšší hmotnost

panelu.Panel zavěste na konzoly vždy za horní dva šrouby a ke konzole

pevně utáhněte připravenými maticemi s podložkou.

K panelu jsou přibaleny kromě upevňovacích konzol také stavěcí opěrky,

kterými se po našroubování na spodní šrouby panelu vymezí odstupová

vzdálenost panelu od stěny.

Na obr. 3 je zobrazen boční pohled na panel po zavěšení na stěnu.

VÝSTRAHA: Panel je nutné instalovat tak, aby bylo madlo panelu umístěno nejméně

600mm nad podlahou.

Připevnění držáků na ručníky — Zasuňte držák a zajistěte stavěcím šroubem.

Stavěcí šroub utáhněte jen z lehka, při silnějším

dotažení může dojít k utržení držáku.

Elektrická instalace

Panel je vybaven dvoužilovým kabelem na 1/N 230 V / 50 Hz.

Barevné značení vodičů:

Fáze – hnědý,

Střední(pracovní) vodič – modrý.

Napájecí kabel je připojený do krabice na stěně, viz. obr. 3. Jestliže je napájecí přívod spotřebiče poškozen, musí být nahrazen

výrobcem nebo jeho servisním technikem nebo podobně kvalifikovanou osobou, aby se tak zabránilo vzniku nebezpečné situace.

Ovládání panelu

Doporučujeme zajistit ovládání panelu externím prostorovým termostatem s vypínačem (např. Fenix Therm 100).

Prostorový termostat udržuje nastavenou teplotu vzduchu v místnosti.

Panel je dále vybaven omezovacím termostatem, který zajišťuje, že maximální teplota panelu nepřekročí 80 °C.

Demontáž panelu

Před uvolněním upevňovacích konzol odpojíme pomocí dvoupólového vypínače panel od sítě. S použitím nářadí uvolněte montážní

šrouby a panel nadzvedněte svisle nahoru tak, aby se konzoly uvolnily ze šroubů. Dále je nutné odpojit napájecí kabel z krabice

na zdi.

Upozornění

Jakékoliv zásahy do panelu smí provádět pouze kvalifikovaná osoba. Před zahájením takové práce musí být panel vypnut od

zdroje proudu. Jelikož se jedná o křehký materiál, je nutné dbát zvýšené opatrnosti při přepravě, manipulaci a montáži.

• Panel nesmí být přenášen za madlo.

• Nosnost madla je 15kg.

VÝSTRAHA: Ručníky, osušky a podobné se mohou odkládat pouze na kovové madlo panelu.

Madlo je určeno pouze pro sušení textilního materiálu praného ve vodě.

Důležité bezpečnostní pokyny — VÝSTRAHA

V žádném případě panel nezakrývejte. Nápis „NEZAKRÝVAT“

upozorňuje, že jakýkoliv materiál, kterým je panel zakryt může

způsobit poškození panelu. Před panel se nesmí stavět žádný

nábytek (viz. obr. 5) aby byla zaručena volná cirkulace vzduchu.

Pravidelně, minimálně pokaždé před zahájením topné sezóny

odstraňujte prach z panelu. Nedotýkejte se panelu z vany nebo

sprchy!

VÝSTRAHA : Jestli- že je sklo poškozeno, topidlo se nesmí používat.

Panel je možné montovat na podklady třídy hořlavosti C1, C2.

Tento spotřebič není určen pro používání osobami (včetně dětí), jimž fyzická, smyslová nebo mentální neschopnost či nedosta-

tek zkušeností a znalostí zabraňuje v bezpečném používání spotřebiče, pokud na ně nebude dohlíženo nebo pokud nebyly

instruovány ohledně použití spotřebiče osobou zodpovědnou za jejich bezpečnost.

• Na děti by se mělo dohlížet, aby se zajistilo, že si nebudou se spotřebičem hrát.

Záruční podmínky

Dodavatel poskytuje na výrobky záruku 24 měsíců od data prodeje. Záruka se nevztahuje na vady způsobené dopravou, nedba-

lou manipulací a neodbornou montáží. Záruka se rovněž nevztahuje na neodborný zásah do panelu a na běžné opotřebení vý-

robku.

Installation manual

The installation, electrical connection and the first start- up may only be

carried out by a person with an appropriate qualification.

Clearance distances

The distance between the bottom edge of the appliance and the floor must

not be less than 50 mm. The distance at the side, for example from

furniture, must be at least 100 mm and in the upwards direction at least

100 mm (see picture 2).

In bathrooms, the panel must be installed in accordance with ČSN 33

2000- 7- 701 and it is to be placed in accordance with pict. 1 in zones 2

and 3.

The panel is a class II appliance and is protected against splashing water,

IP coverage 44.

The panel must not be placed directly under an electric socket.

It is necessary to equip the electrical installation with a 2-pole switch with

a distance of at least 3 mm between its disconnected contacts (the Fenix

Therm 100 thermostat meets this condition).

Installation

The panel is packed by itself in a cardboard box, and mounting brackets

are used to mount it on the wall. The panel can only be installed verti-

cally. Drill the openings for the brackets according to pict. 4. Dimensions A

are the spacing of the drilled openings and dimensions B, C and D are the

minimum distances of the openings from the surrounding objects.

Attach the brackets to the wall with screws and wall anchors (not part of

the product); these need to be chosen with regard to the material the wall

is made of and the higher weight of the panel. Always hang the panel on

the brackets by the top two screws and attach it tightly to the bracket

using prepared nuts with washers.

Apart from the fixation brackets, adjusting supports are also packed with

the panel; these supports define the clearance distance of the panel from

the wall after they have been screwed to the bottom screws of the panel.

Picture 3 shows the side view of the panel after it has been hung on the

wall.

CAUTION: It is necessary to install the panel in such a way that the rail of the panel

is placed at least 600 mm above the floor.

Attaching the towel holders — Insert the holder and secure it with the adjusting

screw. Tighten the adjusting screw only slightly;

the holder could snap if it is screwed tighter.

Electrical Installation

The panel is equipped with a 1/N 230 V / 50 Hz twin- conductor.

Color marking of the conductors:

Phase – brown,

Central (active) conductor – blue.

The supply cable is connected to the box on the wall, see picture 3. If the supply cord of the appliance is damaged, it has to

be replaced by the manufacturer, their service technician or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid the occurrence of a

dangerous situation.

Panel control

To control the panel, we recommend using an external room thermostat with a switch (for example, Fenix Therm 100).

A room thermostat ensures the air in the room is maintained at a set temperature.

Furthermore, the panel is equipped with a limiting thermostat which ensures that the maximum temperature of the panel doesn’t

exceed 80 °C.

Demounting of the panel

Before loosening the fixation brackets, disconnect the panel from the mains using a two- pole switch. Loosen the mounting

screws using tools and lift the panel vertically upwards in such a way that the brackets are released from the screws. Next,

the supply cable needs to be disconnected from the box on the wall.

Warning

Any intervention within the panel itself must be only carried out by a qualified person. Before starting such work, the panel

must be disconnected from the source of electricity. As the material is fragile, extra care must be taken during transport, han-

dling and mounting.

• The panel must not be transported by holding the rail.

• The maximum load capacity of the rail is 15kg.

CAUTION: Towels, bath towels and similar may only be placed on the metal rail of the panel. The rail is designed only for the drying of textiles

washed in water.

Important safety instructions — CAUTION

Do not cover the panel under any circumstances. The sign “DO

NOT COVER” is a warning that any material by which the panel

is covered may cause damage to the panel. No furniture may be

placed in front of the panel (see picture 5), as the free circula-

tion of air must not be impeded. Remove any dust from the

panel regularly, at least before the start of every heating season.

Do not touch the panel when in the bathtub or shower!

CAUTION: If the glass is damaged, the heater must not be used.

The panel can be mounted on bases of flammability class C1,

of experience and knowledge prevent the safe operation of the appliance, unless they are supervised or have been instructed on

how to use the appliance by a person who is responsible for their safety.

• Children should be supervised in order to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

Warranty conditions

The supplier provides a 24- month warranty from date of sale for the products. The warranty does not apply to defects caused

by transport, careless manipulation or non- expert installation. The warranty also does not apply to non- expert intervention in the

panel or to everyday wear and tear on the product.
