Caractéristiques techniques

Votre nouvelle montre est fabriquée en Suisse et issue du savoir-faire de la Manufacture

La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton.

Étanchéité (en mètres au dos de votre montre).

Verre saphir traité anti-reﬂet.

Mouvement « Swiss made » mécanique à remontage automatique ou manuel.

Réglage de la date déconseillé entre 22:00 et 2:00.

Mouvement mécanique à remontage manuel :

Certaines montres sont équipées d’une couronne vissée. Il est nécessaire de dévisser

la couronne avant d’eﬀectuer le remontage manuel. La couronne doit être revissée

après chaque utilisation aﬁn de garantir l’étanchéité de la montre.

Entretien

Votre montre est sujette à une utilisation et un fonctionnement continus : vous prolongerez

son éclat et sa solidité en respectant les conditions d’entretien détaillées ci-dessous.

Étanchéité : attention, votre montre n’est étanche que si ses couronnes sont poussées

et vissées. Ne pas changer l’heure sous l’eau. Ne manipuler ni la couronne ni la targette

sous l’eau. Rincer votre montre à l’eau douce après chaque utilisation en eau salée.

Condensation : en cas de changement brusque de température, une légère condensation

peut apparaître sous le verre de la montre. Cette buée disparaîtra d’elle-même

et n’aﬀecte pas le bon fonctionnement de la montre. Si la condensation persiste,

consulter votre magasin Louis Vuitton.

Mouvement mécanique : en dehors des interventions couvertes par la garantie

Louis Vuitton, nous vous conseillons de faire procéder à une révision de votre mouvement

tous les trois ans environ, dans votre magasin Louis Vuitton.

Nettoyage : nous vous recommandons de nettoyer votre montre avec un tissu doux et sec.

Boîtier en verre saphir : ce boîtier a été réalisé à partir de verre saphir traité

à très haute température. Pour son entretien, nous vous conseillons un nettoyage

à l’eau claire tempérée, en utilisant un chiﬀon doux et propre. Évitez tout contact

avec une solution chaude et ne pas soumettre aux ultrasons.

Remontage manuel

Le remontage s’eﬀectue en tournant la couronne en position 0 dans le sens horaire

environ 30 fois (ne pas forcer, arrêter dès que l’on sent une forte résistance).

Mise à l’heure

Tirer la couronne en position 1.

Tourner la couronne dans le sens horaire, ou dans le sens antihoraire pour faire avancer

les aiguilles jusqu’à l’heure désirée.

Technical characteristics

Your new watch has been manufactured in Switzerland and is the result of the know-how

at the Manufacture La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton.

Water resistance (in metres, on the back of your watch).

Sapphire glass with reﬂection-proof coating.

Mechanical “Swiss made” movement with automatic or manual winding.

Avoid adjusting the date between 10:00 pm and 2:00 am.

Mechanical movement with manual winding:

Some watches have a screw-down crown. The crown must be unscrewed before

winding the watch manually. Once the adjustment has been made, the crown must

be screwed back into place to ensure the watch remains water resistant.

Upkeep

Your watch is used and in service continuously. You can prolong its working life

and keep it in perfect condition by following the instructions below.

Water resistance: please note that your watch is only waterproof when its crowns

are pushed in and screwed down. Do not adjust the time when the watch is under water.

Do not adjust the crown or the slide piece when the watch is under water. Rinse your watch

with fresh water each time it has been exposed to salt water.

Condensation: if the temperature changes abruptly, slight condensation may appear

under the watch glass. This misting will disappear by itself and will not prevent the watch

from working properly. If the condensation persists, take your watch to a Louis Vuitton store.

Mechanical movement: apart from the operations covered by the Louis Vuitton

guarantee, we advise that you have your movement serviced about every 3 years,

at your Louis Vuitton store.

Cleaning: we recommend that your watch is cleaned regularly with a soft, dry cloth.

Sapphire glass case: this case is made using glass sapphire treated at very high

temperature. In terms of maintenance, we recommend cleaning it with lukewarm water

applied using a soft, clean cloth. Avoid any contact with hot liquids and do not attempt

ultrasonic cleaning.

Manual winding

Wind up the watch by turning the crown clockwise from position 0 around 30 times

(do not use excessive force, and stop when you meet resistance).
