Handle replacement

CAUTION

• When replacing the door handle, take care not to scratch the front of the door.

• Firmly press the handles at the supports. Make sure there is no gap between the supports

and the door.

• Tightly fasten the screws when attaching the handle.

• Check that the handle is rmly attached before using the product.

To detach the handles

1. Loose the Set screw witeh 0.1in hex

wrench and pull front the handle.

2. Remove the cover vinyl of door.

3. Loosen the Set Screw situated at the

bottom right of the appliance about 0.1in

by using Hex wrench.

4. Pull the Set handle out by moving it to the

right side.

CAUTION

Be careful not to scratch or break the parts.

To attach the handles

CAUTION

The refrigerator handles must be oriented in

the correct direction.

• The fridge handles must be attached so

that the holes on each face each other.

• The freezer handle must be attached so

that its hole faces downwards.

1. Using a Phillips screwdriver, attach the

handle screws to the refrigerator, two for

each handle respectively, as shown in the

illustration to the left.

2. To attach the fridge handles to the

refrigerator, rst place the lower side of

one handle onto the lower handle screw.

For type B handle: Attach the handle in the

following order: (1) bottom, (2) middle, (3)

top. Refer to the gure on the left.

NOTE

The design of the right side door handle may

differ depending on your model.

3. Push the handle down, and then place the

upper side of the handle onto the upper

handle screw.

4. Insert the supplied wrench into the handle

hole, and then turn it clockwise to tighten.

5. Repeat Steps 2 through 4 with the second

refrigerator door handle.

6. To attach the freezer handle to the

refrigerator, rst place the left side of the

freezer handle onto the left handle screw.

7. Push the handle to the left, and then place

the right side of the freezer handle onto

the right handle screw.

8. Insert the supplied wrench into the handle

hole, and then turn it clockwise to tighten.

Gasket replacement

CAUTION

Make sure you rmly attach the gasket. Otherwise, cold air from the refrigerator may leak.

To remove the gasket

Open the door and remove the gasket from

the door.

To replace the gasket

Attach a new gasket to the refrigerator door. Make sure there is no gap between the new

gasket and the door.

Drawer replacement

CAUTION

Check that the drawer is inserted properly into the rail during assembly.

To remove the drawer

Gently lift up the front of the drawer and

slide out.

• We recommend that you remove the door

bins before removing the drawer. This is to

prevent damage to the door bins.

• To reinsert, insert the drawer into the

frame rails and then slide inward.

To reattach the drawers

Reattaching the drawers follows the reverse order of their respective removal steps

Hinge replacement

To replace the hinges, you must remove the doors rst.

CAUTION

• When removing the doors, take extreme caution because the doors are heavy.

• Before replacing the hinges, put a soft pad such as cardboard on the oor to prevent

scratches on the door when you place the doors down.

• As the hinges must be handled carefully and replaced by two or more persons, we

recommend you to call for professional technical service.

• If you remove the hinge without holding the door, the door may fall and cause injury.

• Ensure that the shaft is rmly tightened on the hinge.

• Check that the hinge is rmly attached to the cabinet.

• Make sure the wire connectors are connected properly.

• Be careful not to damage the wires when fastening the top cover.

WARNING

• Tilting/laying the refrigerator requires a minimum of 2 people.

• Disconnect the power cord before reversing the doors.

To replace the hinges

Disconnect the water line

CAUTION

• Make sure the water hoses are connected with matching colours. (only for Dispenser

model)

• To prevent water leaks, each water hose must be inserted fully to the centre of the

transparent coupler. (only for Dispenser model)

• Ensure that the water hose surface is not damaged. (only for Dispenser model)

Left door

1. With the doors closed, use a Phillips head

screwdriver to remove the screws (x3) in

the top cover.

2. Disconnect the wires and the water tube

from the left-side door. Do the following

sequentially:

• Decouple the connector.

• While holding down one end of the water

line coupler, disconnect the water tube.

CAUTION

Keep the water tube clips out of children’s

reach.

3. Gently draw up the clamp in several steps.

To prevent nger injuries, do not apply a

sudden force to the clamp.

4. Pull up the clamp to remove it.

NOTE

Be careful not to drop the clamp on the oor.

5. Open the door 90 degrees. While holding

the door, pull up and remove the top

hinge. Be careful not to damage the

connector wires when you remove the

hinge.

NOTE

Be careful not to drop the hinge on the oor.

6. Gently pull up the door vertically to

remove. Do not apply excessive force

to the door. The door may fall, causing

physical injury.

7. Lay the door down on a at surface.

CAUTION

Please put the door down slowly to prevent

scratches.

Right door

1. Disconnect the wire connectors (x2) on the

right door. The position of the connectors

differs with the model.

CAUTION

• Do not remove both doors simultaneously.

Make sure to remove one door at a time.

Otherwise, one of the doors may fall and

cause physical injury.

• Make sure the refrigerator is off before

disconnecting the connectors.

2. Gently draw up the clamp in several steps.

To prevent nger injuries, do not apply a

sudden force to the clamp.

3. Pull up the clamp to remove it.

NOTE

Be careful not to drop the clamp on the oor.

4. Open the door 90 degrees. While holding

the door, pull up and remove the top

hinge. Be careful not to damage the

connector wires when you remove the

hinge.

To reattach the fridge door

After you have moved the refrigerator to its nal location, reattach the doors by following

the removal instructions in reverse order.

2. Lift the grommet hinge straightly.

3. With a Philips head screwdriver, remove

the screw (1) attatched to the lower left

and right door hinges. With a 0.4in Hex

wrench, remove the 2 at head screws

(2) Remove the lower left and right door

hinges (3).

1. Disconnect the Power Cord.

2. Lay down the set.

CAUTION

• Must working more than 2 people.

• Be sure to unplug the power cord before

performing the operation above.

3. Remove Bolt.(2ea).

(Using spanner or 10mm Box wrench.)

4. Remove Hinge Low R/L.

5. Reassemble in the opposite order of

disassembly after replacing the top,

middle, and/or bottom hinge.

CAUTION

• Make sure the wire connectors are

connected properly.

• Be careful not to damage the wires when

fastening the top cover

Remplacement de la poignée

ATTENTION

• Lorsque vous remplacez la poignée de la porte, veillez à ne pas éraer la partie avant

de la porte.

• Pressez fermement les poignées sur les supports. Assurez-vous qu'il n'y ait pas d'espace

entre les supports et la porte.

• Serrez fermement les vis lors du montage de la poignée.

• Vériez que la poignée est correctement xée avant d'utiliser le produit.

Pour détacher les poignées

1. Desserrez la vis de serrage à l'aide de

la clé hexagonale de 0,1 po, puis tirez la

poignée vers l'avant.

2. Retirez le cache en vinyle de la porte.

3. Desserrez la vis de serrage située en bas

à droite de l'appareil à l'aide de la clé

hexagonale de 0,1 po.

4. Retirez la poignée serrée en la tirant vers

la droite.

ATTENTION

Veillez à ne pas rayer ou casser les pièces.

Fixation des poignées

ATTENTION

Les poignées du réfrigérateur doivent être

orientées dans le bon sens.

• Les poignées du réfrigérateur doivent

être xées de manière à ce que les trous

sur chacune d'elles soient en face les uns

des autres.

• La poignée du congélateur doit être xée

de manière à ce que son trou soit face en

bas.

1. À l'aide d'un tournevis cruciforme,

serrez les vis de la poignée sur le

réfrigérateur, deux pour chaque poignée

respectivement, comme illustré à gauche.

2. Pour installer les poignées du

réfrigérateur sur l'appareil, placez d'abord

le bas de la poignée sur la vis de poignée

inférieure.

Pour la poignée de type B : installez la

poignée en procédant dans l'ordre suivant :

(1) bas, (2) centre, (3) haut. Reportez-vous à

l'image à gauche.

REMARQUE

La conception de la poignée de la porte

placez le haut de la poignée sur la vis de

poignée supérieure.

4. Insérez la clé fournie dans l'orice de

horaire pour serrer.

5. Recommencez les étapes 2 à 4 avec

la deuxième poignée de la porte du

réfrigérateur.

6. Pour installer la poignée du congélateur

sur l'appareil, placez d'abord le côté

gauche de la poignée du congélateur sur

la vis de poignée gauche.

7. Poussez la poignée vers la gauche, puis

placez le côté droit de la poignée du

congélateur sur la vis de poignée droite.

8. Insérez la clé fournie dans l'orice de

la poignée, puis tournez-la dans le sens

horaire pour serrer.
