sikker-hedsafstanden til blanderen. Al kontakt med roterende eller bevægede maskindele skal forhindres.

Attenzione! Rispettare il senso di rotazione! Utensili di miscelazione rotanti! Non introdurre le mani nel tamburo della betoniera in

funzione! Mantenere una sufficiente distanza di sicurezza dalla betoniera. Evitare qualsiasi contatto con le parti in movimento o

rotanti della macchina.

Dėmesio! Besisukantis maišymo būgnas. Nekišti rankų į besisukantį maišymo būgną. Laikykitės saugaus atstumo nuo maišyklės.

Stenkitės neliesti besisukančių arba judančių prietaiso dalių.

Uzmanību! Ievērojiet griešanās virzienu! Nepieskarieties ar rokām rotējošai maisītāja mucai. Ievērojiet drošu attālumu līdz betona

maisītājam. Izvairieties no jebkāda veida saskares ar rotējošām vai kustīgām mašīnas daļām.

Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch

• Der Betonmischer ist einsetzbar bei Heim- und Profiarbeiten

zum Mischen von Beton und Mörtel.

• Zum bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch gehört auch die Ein-

haltung der vom Hersteller vorgeschriebenen Betriebs-, War-

tungs- und Instandsetzungsbedingungen und die Befolgung

der in der Anleitung enthaltenen Sicherheitshinweise.

•

Jeder weiter darüberhinausgehende Gebrauch insbeson-

dere das Mischen von brennbaren oder explosiven Stoffen

(Feuer- und Explosionsgefahr) und der Einsatz im Lebensmit-

telbereich gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Für hieraus resul-

tierende Schäden jeder Art haftet der Hersteller nicht « das

Risiko trägt allein der Benutzer.

• Eigenmächtige Veränderungen an der Maschine schließen

eine Haftung des Herstellers für daraus entstehende Schäden

jeder Art aus.

• Das Gerät darf nur von Personen gerüstet, genutzt und ge-

wartet werden, die damit vertraut und über die Gefahren un-

terrichtet sind. Instandsetzungsarbeiten dürfen nur durch uns

bzw. durch von uns benannte Kundendienststellen durchge-

führt werden.

Restrisiken

Auch bei bestimmungsgemäßem Gebrauch können trotz Einhal-

tung aller einschlägigen Sicherheitsbestimmungen aufgrund der

durch den Verwendungszweck bestimmten Konstruktion noch

Restrisiken bestehen.

Restrisiken können minimiert werden, wenn die Betriebsanlei-

tung, die „Sicherheitshinweise“ und die „Bestimmungsgemäße

Verwendung“ beachtet werden.

Rücksichtnahme und Vorsicht verringern das Risiko von Perso-

nenverletzungen und Beschädigungen.

• Verletzungsgefahr der Finger und Hände, wenn Sie mit der

Hand in die laufende Mischtrommel greifen. Ein Schutz gegen

die Gefahr des Erfassens oder Aufwickelns durch die umlau-

fenden Rührgitter ist nicht praktikabel (siehe prEN 12151).

• Gefährdung durch Strom, bei Verwendung nicht ordnungsge-

mäßer Anschlussleitungen.

• Berührung spannungsführender Teile bei geöffneten elektri-

schen Bauteilen.

Desweiteren können trotz aller getroffenen Vorkehrungen nicht

offensichtliche Restrisiken bestehen.

Betriebszeiten

Gemäß der Maschinenlärmschutzverordnung vom September

2002 dürfen Betonmischer in reinen, allgemeinen und besonde-

ren Wohngebieten, Kleinsiedlungsgebieten, Sondergebieten, die

der Erholung dienen, Kur- und Klinikgebieten und Gebieten für

die Fremdenbeherbergung sowie auf dem Gelände von Kranken-

häusern und Pflegeanstalten an Sonn- und Feiertagen sowie an

Werktagen von 20.00 bis 7.00 Uhr nicht in Betrieb genommen

werden.

Bitte beachten Sie auch die regionalen Vorschriften zum

Lärmschutz.

Sicherheitshinweise

Beachten Sie die nachfolgenden Hinweise, um sich

selbst und andere vor möglichen Gefahren und

Verletzungen zu schützen.

• Im Arbeitsbereich die örtlichen Unfallverhütungsvorschriften

und Sicherheitsbestimmungen beachten.

•

Zement oder Zusätze nicht berühren, einatmen (Staub-

entwicklung) oder einnehmen. Beim Füllen und Entleeren der

Mischtrommel persönliche Schutzkleidung (Handschuhe,

Schutzbrille, Staubschutzmaske) tragen.

• Den Betonmischer nur auf festem, ebenem

(kippsicherem) Untergrund aufstellen und

betreiben.

• Standplatz von Stolpergefahren freihalten.

• Es ist für ausreichende Lichtverhältnisse zu sorgen.

• Der Bedienende ist im Arbeitsbereich gegenüber Dritten

verantwortlich.

• Den Mischer nicht unbeaufsichtigt betreiben.

• Kinder vom Betonmischer fernhalten.

• Jugendliche unter 16 Jahren dürfen den Betonmischer nicht

bedienen.

• Mischer nur für die unter „Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch“

aufgeführten Arbeiten einsetzen.

• Maschine oder Teile an der Maschine nicht verändern.

• Defekte bzw. beschädigte Teile an der Maschine unverzüg-

lich austauschen.

• Inbetriebnahme des Mischers nur mit vollständigen und

unbeschädigten Schutzvorrichtungen.

• Nicht in die laufende Mischtrommel grei-

fen (

rotierendes Mischwerkzeug). Aus-

reichenden Sicherheitsabstand zum Mischer einhalten. Jegli-

chen Kontakt zu drehenden oder bewegten Maschinenteilen

verhindern.

• Nur bei laufendem Motor die Mischtrommel füllen und entlee-

ren.

• Drehrichtung der Mischtrommel beachten.

• Drehzahl des Motors nicht ändern, denn diese regelt die

sichere maximale Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit und schützt den Mo-

tor und alle sich drehenden Teile vor Schaden durch übermä-

ßige Geschwindigkeit.

• Betonmischer, die vom Hersteller nicht für Anhängerbetrieb

vorgesehen sind, nur im Handzug fahren.

• Unbedingt Netzstecker ziehen vor:

− Versetzen und Transport

− Reinigungs-, Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten

− Beseitigung von Störungen

− Überprüfungen der Anschlussleitungen, ob diese ver-

schlungen oder beschädigt sind

− Verlassen (auch bei kurzzeitigen Unterbrechungen)

• Überprüfen Sie die Maschine auf eventuelle Beschädigun-

gen:

− Vor weiterem Gebrauch des Gerätes müssen Schutzvor-

richtungen sorgfältig auf ihre einwandfreie und bestim-

mungsgemäße Funktion untersucht werden.

− Überprüfen Sie, ob die beweglichen Teile einwandfrei

funktionieren und nicht klemmen oder ob Teile beschädigt

sind. Sämtliche Teile müssen richtig montiert sein und alle

Bedingungen erfüllen, um einwandfreien Betrieb des Ge-

rätes sicherzustellen.

− Beschädigte Schutzvorrichtungen und Teile müssen

sachgemäß durch eine anerkannte Fachwerkstatt repa-

riert oder ausgewechselt werden, soweit nichts anderes in

der Betriebsanleitung angegeben ist.

− Beschädigte oder unleserliche Sicherheitsaufkleber sind

zu ersetzen.

• Bewahren Sie unbenutzte Geräte an einem trockenen, ver-

schlossenen Ort außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern auf.

Schutzisolierter Betonmischer

(Schutzklasse ΙΙ)

• Inbetriebnahme nur mit vollständiger und fest verschlossener

Verkleidung.

• Schutzklasse II bleibt nur erhalten, wenn bei Reparatur

Originalisolierstoffe/-teile verwendet und Isolationsabstände

nicht verändert werden.

Elektrische Sicherheit

Bei Nichtbeachtung besteht Lebensgefahr!

• Ausführung der Anschlussleitungen nach IEC 60245-4:1980

(DIN 57 282) mit der Kennzeichnung H 07 RN-F oder gleich-

wertige Bauarten. Aderquerschnitt mindestens 3 x 1,5 mm²

bis max. 25 m Länge. Über 25 m Länge Aderquerschnitt min-

destens 2,5 mm².

• Nur Anschlussleitungen mit einer spritzwassergeschützten

Gummisteckvorrichtung für erschwerte Bedingungen

benutzen.

• Lange und dünne Anschlussleitungen erzeugen einen Span-

nungsabfall. Der Motor erreicht nicht mehr seine maximale

Leistung, die Funktion des Gerätes wird reduziert.

 Bei Verwendung einer Kabeltrommel das Kabel vollständig

abwickeln.

 Anschlussleitungen nicht für Zwecke verwenden, für die es

nicht bestimmt ist. Schützen Sie das Kabel vor Hitze, Öl und

scharfen Kanten. Anschlussleitung nicht zum Herausziehen

des Steckers aus der Steckdose verwenden.

• Anschlussleitungen vor Gebrauch auf defekte Stellen oder

Alterung untersuchen.

• Niemals defekte Anschlussleitungen verwenden.

• Beim Verlegen der Anschlussleitung darauf achten, dass sie

nicht gequetscht, geknickt und die Steckverbindung nicht nass

wird.

• Keine provisorischen Elektroanschlüsse einsetzen.

• Schutzeinrichtungen niemals überbrücken oder außer Be-

trieb setzen.

• Gerät nur über einen Fehlerstrom-

Schutzschalter anschließen: 30 mA.

Der Elektroanschluss bzw. Reparaturen am Elektro-

anschluss hat durch einen konzessionierten Elektro-

fachmann zu erfolgen, wobei die örtlichen Vorschriften

insbesondere hinsichtlich der Schutzmaßnahmen zu

beachten sind.

Reparaturen an elektrischen Teilen der Maschine

haben durch den Hersteller bzw. von ihm benannte Fir-

men zu erfolgen.

Nur Originalersatzteile verwenden. Durch den Gebrauch

anderer Ersatzteile können Unfälle für den Benutzer

entstehen. Für hieraus resultierende Schäden haftet der

Hersteller nicht.

Inbetriebnahme

Alle Sicherheitshinweise beachten.

Aufstellen der Maschine:

• Den Betonmischer nur auf festem, ebe-

nem (kippsicherem) Untergrund aufstel-

len und betreiben.

• Ein Einsinken der Maschine in den Boden ist zu verhindern.

Unfallverhütungsvorschriften beachten (Kippgefahr).

• Beachten Sie beim Aufstellen der Maschine, dass ein unge-

hindertes Entleeren der Mischtrommel gewährleistet ist.

Ein- und Ausschalten

Vergewissern Sie sich,

− dass alle Schutzeinrichtungen des Mischers vorhanden und

vorschriftsmäßig montiert sind.

− dass alle Sicherheitshinweise beachtet wurden.

• Der Ein- und Ausschalter befindet sich am Motorhaus. Den

Motor nur am Schalter ein- und ausschalten.

• Bei Stromausfall schaltet die Maschine automatisch ab. Zum

Wiedereinschalten den Schalter erneut betätigen.

L Motorschutz

Der Motor ist mit einem Temperaturwächter ausgerüstet. Der

Temperaturwächter schaltet bei Überlastung (Überhitzung) den

Motor selbsttätig ab. Die Maschine kann nach einer Abkühlpau-

se wieder eingeschaltet werden.

Drehrichtung ändern, indem Sie einen Schraubendreher in den

hierfür vorgesehenen Schlitz im Steckerkragen führen und mit

leichtem Druck durch Links- oder Rechtsdrehung die richtige

Drehrichtung einstellen.

L Mischerstellung:

Für die Beton- oder Mörtelherstellung muss die Mischtrommel in

einer bestimmten Mischstellung eingerastet sein. Nur die richtige

Mischstellung sichert beste Mischergebnisse und gewährleistet

einen störungsfreien Arbeitsablauf.

Zusätzliche Sicherheitshinweise

• Füllen und entleeren der Mischtrommel nur bei laufendem

Motor.

• Standfestigkeit des Mischers überprüfen.

 Mischgut herstellen:

1. Wasser und einige Schaufeln Zuschlagstoffe (Sand, Kies, ...)

einfüllen.

2. Einige Schaufeln Bindemittel (Zement, Kalk, ...) zugeben.

3. Punkt 1 und 2 solange wiederholen bis das erforderliche

Mischverhältnis erreicht ist.

4. Mischgut gut durchmischen lassen.

Für die Zusammensetzung und Güte des Mischgutes holen

Sie den Rat eines Fachmannes ein.

 Entleeren der Mischtrommel:

Schwenkhebel bzw. Handrad beim Schwenken gut fest-

halten.

1. Schwenkvorrichtung entriegeln bzw. Bremspedal betätigen.

2. Mischtrommel langsam kippen.

• Zum Reinigen des Trommelinneren einige Schaufeln Kies mit

Wasser umlaufen lassen.

Transport

• Beton- und Mörtelreste an den Zähnen des Antriebskegel-

rades und Zahnkranzsegmenten sofort entfernen.

Vor jedem Transport Netzstecker ziehen.

 Stellen Sie die Öffnung der Mischtrommel beim Trans-

portieren oder Lagern nach unten.

Wartung

Der Betonmischer ist weitgehend wartungsfrei.

Lagerung

Mischtrommel und Antriebswelle haben Kugellagerungen mit

Dauerschmierung.

L Um die Lebensdauer eines Betonmischers zu verlängern

und ein leichtgängiges Bedienen zu gewährleisten sollte dieser

vor einer längeren Lagerung an der Schwenkvorrichtung mit

einem umweltfreundlichen Sprühöl behandelt werden.

 Den Zahnkranz niemals schmieren!

Zur Werterhaltung und einer langen Lebensdauer den Mischer

wie unter „Transport und Lagerung“ beschrieben behandeln.

Zudem sollte der Betonmischer regelmäßig auf Verschleiß und

Funktionsmängel überprüft werden. Dies gilt besonders für be-

wegliche Teile, Schraubverbindungen, Schutzvorrichtungen und

elektrische Teile.

Reinigung

Zusätzliche Sicherheitshinweise

Vor jeder Reinigung Netzstecker ziehen.

• Maschine ausschalten und Netzstecker ziehen. Während

der Reinigungsarbeiten (mit Bürste, Schaber, Lappen etc.) die

Maschine nicht in Betrieb nehmen.

• Maschine ausschalten und Netzstecker ziehen, wenn In-

standsetzungsarbeiten erforderlich sind. Während des In-

standsetzens die Maschine nicht in Betrieb nehmen.

• Zum Reinigen entfernte Schutzeinrichtungen müssen unbe-

dingt wieder ordnungsgemäß angebracht werden.

• Zum Instandsetzen entfernte Schutzeinrichtungen müssen

unbedingt wieder ordnungsgemäß angebracht werden.

• Motor und Schalter, sowie Zu- und Abluftöffnungen des Mo-

torgehäuses nicht direkt mit einem Wasserstrahl abspritzen.

• Instandsetzungsarbeiten an elektrischen Teilen der Maschi-

ne oder an Teilen, die den elektrischen Einbauraum betreffen,

haben durch den Hersteller bzw. von ihm benannte Firmen zu

erfolgen.

L Hinweise zum Reinigen:

• Vor einer längeren Arbeitspause und nach Arbeitsende den

Betonmischer innen und außen reinigen.

• Nur Original-Ersatzteile verwenden und diese nicht verän-

dern. Sonst keine Haftung!

• Die Mischtrommel nicht mit harten Gegenständen (Hammer,

Schaufel usw.) abklopfen. Eine verbeulte Mischtrommel be-

einträchtigt den Mischvorgang und lässt sich zudem schwer

reinigen.

cement or additives. Wear personal, protective clothing

• Keep children away from mixer.

• Persons younger than 16 years of age are not allowed to

operate the mixer.

• Only use the mixer for the functions listed in "Proper use".

• Do not alter the machine or any of its parts.

• Replace defective or damaged parts on the machine

immediately.

• Only start up the mixer if the protective devices are complete

and undamaged.

• Do not reach into mixer when it is running

(

rotating mixing apparatus). Observe

enough safety distance to the concrete

mixer. Prevent any contact to rotating or moving parts of the

machine.

• Fill or empty the mixing drum only when the motor is running.

• Observe the mixer's direction of rotation.

• Do not alter the revolution speed of the motor, since this

controls the safe maximum operating speed, and protects the

motor and all rotating parts against damage due to excess

speed.

• Concrete mixers which the manufacturer has not intended for

towed vehicle operation may only be run by means of a hand

wire pull.

• Be absolutely sure to pull the plug before:

− moving or transport

− cleaning, maintenance or repair work

− eliminating faults

− checking connecting lines, whether these are knotted or

damaged

− leaving unattended (even during short interruptions)

• Check the machine for possible damage:

− Before further use of the machine the safety devices must

be checked carefully for their proper and intended

function.

− Check whether movable parts function perfectly and do

not stick or whether parts are damaged. All parts must be

correctly installed and fulfil all conditions to ensure perfect

operation of the machine.

− Damaged safety devices and parts must be properly

repaired or exchanged by a recognized, specialist

workshop; insofar as nothing else is stated in the

instructions for use.

− Damaged or illegible safety labels have to be replaced.

• Store unused equipment in a dry, locked place out of the

reach of children.

Shockproof concrete mixers

(Protection Class II)

• Only start the machine when the panelling is complete and

fully closed.

• Protection Class II applies only if original insulating material

is used for repairs and insulation clearances are not altered.

Electrical safety

Danger to life and limb if not observed!

• Connecting attachments must be designed in conformance

with IEC 60245-4:1980 (DIN 57 282) and marked H 07 RN-F,

or comparable models. Cross section of wires at least 3 x 1.5

mm² up to a maximum length of 25 m. Wire cross-section at

least 2.5 mm² for lengths of more than 25 m.

• Use only connecting attachments with a rubber plug device

for severe requirements that is protected against

spraying water.

•

Long and thin connection lines result in a potential drop.

The motor does not reach any longer its maximal power;

the function of the device is reduced.

• Unwind the cable completely when using a cable drum.

• Do not use the power cords for purposes they are not

intended for. Protect the cable against heat, oil and sharp

edges. Do jerk on the power cable when pulling the plug from

the socket.

• Check connecting attachments for defects or ageing before

using them.

• Never use defective connecting attachments.

• When laying the connecting attachments, be sure that they

do get crushed or bent, and that the plug-and-socket

connection does not get wet.

• Do not use any provisional electrical connections.

• Never bridge over protective devices or put them out of

operation.

• Only hook up the machine by means of a

fault-current circuit breacker: 30 mA!

A licensed professional electrician must make all electrical

connections and repairs, and observe local regulations in

doing so, especially those regarding protective measures.

The manufacturer or a company designated by the

manufacturer must attend to the repair of all electrical

parts on the machine.

Use only original spare. Accidents can arise for the user

through the use of other spare parts. The manufacturer is

not liable for any damage or injury resulting from such

action.

Start-up

Observe all safety instructions.

Setting up the machine:

• Set up and run the concrete mixer on a

solid, level base only (where it will not tip

over).

• Keep the machine from sinking into the ground or floor.

Adhere to accident prevention regulations (danger of

tipping).

• When setting up the machine, make sure that the mixing

drum can be emptied without obstruction.

Switching on and off

Be sure that

− all protective devices are on the mixer and properly mounted.

− all safety instructions are adhered to.

• The on/off switch is located beneath the motor housing.

Switch the motor on and off only at the switch.

• In the event of a power failure, the machine will switch off

automatically. Press the switch again to restart the machine.

L Motor protection

The motor is equipped with a thermostat. The thermostat

switches the motor off automatically in the event of overload

(overheating). The machine can be restarted after a cooling-off

period.

rotating direcion can be changed by inderting a screwdriver for

this purpose and turn left or right while exerting a light pressure to

adjust the correct rotating direction.

To make concrete or mortar, the mixing drum must be locked in a

specific position. Only the proper mixer setting ensures optimal

mixing results and smooth operation.

• Only fill or empty the mixing drum when the motor is running.

• Check the stability of the mixer.

 Preparing material for mixing:

1. Pour in water and few shovels full of aggregate (sand, gravel,

...).

2. Add a few shovels full of binding agent (cement, lye, ...).

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you reach the proportions required

for mixing.

4. Allow material to mix thoroughly.

Have a professional advise you regarding the composition

and quality of the material being mixed.

L In order to increase the service life of the concrete mixer

and operate it without glitches, the rotating mechanism

should be treated with an environmentally compatible spray

oil before the mixer is put into storage for unusually long

periods.

Cleaning Maintenance

The concrete mixer requires practically no maintenance.

Additional safety instructions

The mixing drum and drive shaft are bedded on ball bearings with

permanent lubrication.

Pull plug each time before cleaning.

 Never grease the ring gear!

To preserve the value of the mixer and increase its service life,

handle it as described in "Transport and storage". Furthermore,

the concrete mixer should be checked regularly for signs of wear

and tear or functional deficiencies. This applies especially to

moving parts, screw connections, protective devices and

electrical parts.

• Switch off machine and pull plug if you have to touch the

machine (with hand, brush, scraper, rag, etc.) while cleaning

it.

• Protective devices removed for cleaning must be properly

remounted before starting the machine.

• Do not spray water directly on the motor or the switch, nor on

the ventilation apertures in the motor housing.

Repair

L Notes on cleaning:

• Before taking a break and after finishing work, clean the

concrete mixer inside and out.

Pull plug each time before doing repair work.

• Do not pound on the mixing drum with hard objects

(hammer, shovel, etc.). A dented mixing drum impairs mixing

operations and is difficult to clean, besides.

• Switch off machine and pull plug if repair work should be

necessary. Do not start machine during repair work.

• To clean the inside of the drum, put in some water and a few

shovels full of gravel and set the drum to revolving.

• Protective devices removed for repairs must be properly

remounted before starting the machine.

• Remove any concrete or mortar left sticking to the teeth of

the axle-drive bevel gear or the crown gear segments

immediately.

• Only the manufacturer or companies authorised by the

manufacturer may perform repair work on electrical parts or

on parts which affect the space needed to mount electrical

equipment.

• Use only unaltered original spare parts. Otherwise, the

manufacturer will assume no liability.

• Adjust tooth play (if possible) ¨ see P. 113.

Utilisation conforme

• Domaine d'utilisation de la bétonnière: pour le malaxage de

béton et de mortier, pour un usage non professionnel et

professionnel.

• On entend également par utilisation conforme le respect des

conditions de service, de réparation et de maintenance

prescrites par le constructeur de la machine de même que

stricte respect des consignes de sécurité stipulées dans ces

instructions de service.

•

Tout autre type d'utilisation dépassant le cadre spécifié ci-

dessus, plus particulièrement le malaxage de substances

combustibles ou explosives (risque d'incendie et d'explosion)

et une utilisation dans le secteur alimentaire sont considérés

comme n'étant pas conformes. Le constructeur décline toute

responsabilité en cas de dommages qui résulteraient d'une

utilisation non conforme. Î Seul l'utilisateur est

responsable des risques encourus.

• Le constructeur décline toute responsabilité pour les

dommages provoqués par les modifications de l'appareil

effectuées par l'utilisateur.

• L'appareil ne doit être utilisé, entretenu et ajusté que par des

personnes connaissant l'appareil et averties des risques qui y

sont liés. Les réparations demeurent strictement réservées à

notre SAV ou à un service après-vente nommé par nos soins.

Risques résiduels

Même en cas d'utilisation conforme et malgré le stricte respect de

toutes les règles et consignes de sécurité en vigueur, des risques

résiduels sont encore susceptibles de survenir, occasionnés par

la construction dépendant du domaine d'utilisation, à savoir.

Cependant, les risques peuvent être minimisés si les instructions

de service, les "consignes de sécurité" et le chapitre consacré à

l'"utilisation conforme" sont scrupuleusement observés.

La prise de précautions et la prudence réduisent les risques de

blessures corporelles et d’endommagements.

• Risque de blessures des doigts et des mains en introduisant

les mains dans le tambour mélangeur. Une protection contre

les risques de saisie ou d'enroulement par les grilles de

malaxage en rotation n'est pas réalisable (cf. norme prEN

12151).

• Risque dû au courant en cas d'utilisation de lignes de

raccordement non conformes.

• Contact avec des pièces sous tension en présence de pièces

électriques nues/ouvertes.

En outre, des risques imprévisibles peuvent apparaître, même si

toutes les mesures de précaution prescrites ont été prises.

Consignes de sécurité

Veuillez observer les consignes suivantes afin de

vous protéger personnellement et de protéger autrui

contre des risques et blessures imminents.

• Dans la zone de travail, il est indispensable d'observer les

règles de prévention des accidents et les prescriptions de

sécurité en vigueur dans le pays d'utilisation.

•

Éviter tout contact avec le ciment ou ses composants, ne

pas inspirer (poussières) ou ingurgiter. Porter des vêtements

de protection personnelle (gants et lunettes de protection,

masque de protection contre les poussières) lors du

remplissage et du vidage du tambour mélangeur.

• La bétonnière doit être uniquement

installée et exploitée sur un sol stable,

plan (excluant tout risque de basculement).

• L'emplacement d'implantation de la bétonnière doit être

libéré de tout risque de trébuchement (câbles, outils, pelles,

etc. sur le sol).

• L'utilisateur de la bétonnière doit veiller à ce qu'un éclairage

suffisant soit assuré sur le lieu de travail.

• Dans la zone de travail, l'utilisateur de la bétonnière est

responsable vis-à-vis de tierces personnes.

• Veiller à ce que des enfants ne puissent pas avoir accès à la

bétonnière.

• L'utilisation de la bétonnière est formellement interdite aux

jeunes gens âgés de moins de 16 ans (ou éventuellement

plus jeunes ou plus âgés en fonction de la législation en

vigueur dans le pays d'utilisation).

• L'utilisation de la bétonnière est strictement réservée à

l'exécution des travaux dans le cadre d'une "utilisation

conforme".

• Ne pas modifier la machine ou des pièces de cette machine.

• Il est indispensable de remplacer immédiatement toute pièce

de la machine défectueuse ou endommagée.

• Mise en service de la bétonnière uniquement en présence

des dispositifs de protection complets et présentant un

fonctionnement impeccable.

• Ne pas introduire les mains dans le

tambour mélangeur en marche (

outils de malaxage en rotation). Garder une distance de

sécurité suffisante envers la bétonnière. Eviter tout contact

avec les composants de la machine en mouvement ou en

rotation.

• Le chargement et le déchargement de la cuve de malaxage

doivent exclusivement s'effectuer lorsque le moteur de la cuve

de malaxage tourne.

• Observer le sens de rotation de la cuve de malaxage.

• Ne pas changer le régime du moteur, étant donné que celui-ci

règle la vitesse de rotation de sécurité maximale et protège le

moteur ainsi que les autres composants en rotation contre les

endommagements par une vitesse excessive.

• Les bétonnières que le constructeur n'a pas prévues pour un

fonctionnement remorqué doivent être exclusivement

transportées par traction manuelle.

• Il est indispensable de débrancher la

fiche secteur de la prise avant

- de déplacer et de transporter la bétonnière

- toute opération de nettoyage, d'entretien, de réparation et

de maintenance

- réparation de dysfonctionnements

- vérifications pour savoir si les conduites de raccordement

sont enchevêtrées ou endommagées

- et si vous quittez (même s’il ne s’agit que d’une brève

interruption du travail)

 Vérifiez si la machine est éventuellement endommagée.

− Contrôlez avec soin le fonctionnement impeccable et

conforme à l’usage prévu des équipements de sécurité

avant de poursuivre l’utilisation de la machine.

− Vérifiez le fonctionnement correct des pièces mobiles et

assurez-vous qu’elles ne sont ni coincées ni partiellement

endommagées. Toutes les pièces sont à monter

correctement et toutes les conditions requises

sont à

remplir afin de garantir une exploitation impeccable de

l’appareil.

− Les dispositifs de sécurité et les pièces endommagés

doivent être réparés ou remplacés convenablement dans

un atelier spécialisé agréé, à moins que d’autres

informations ne soient mentionnées dans le mode

d’emploi.

− Les autocollants de sécurité endommagés ou illisibles

doivent être remplacés.

• Conservez les appareils non utilisés dans un endroit sec et

verrouillé et hors de portée des enfants.

Bétonnières à isolation de protection

(classe de protection II)

• Mise en service uniquement à enveloppe intégrale et

entièrement fermée.

• La classe de protection II est uniquement assurée à

condition qu'en cas de réparation, seuls des matériaux

d'origine soient utilisés et que les écarts d'isolation ne soient

pas modifiés.

Sécurité électrique

En cas de non observation, il y a danger de mort !

• Exécution des lignes de raccordement selon la norme CEI

60245-4 : 1980 (DIN 57 282) portant le marquage H 07 RN-F

ou types de construction de même qualité. Section des

conducteurs 3 x 1,5 mm² au minimum jusqu'à 25 mètres de

long au maximum. Pour une ligne de plus de 25 mètres de

long, la section des conducteurs doit avoir au moins 2,5 mm².

• Utiliser exclusivement des lignes de raccordement pourvues

d'un dispositif enfichable en caoutchouc

protégé contre

les projections d'eau et conçu pour des conditions

d'exploitation difficiles

• Les conduites de raccordement longues et minces génèrent

une chute de tension. Le moteur n’atteint plus sa puissance

maximale et le fonctionnement de la bétonneuse est restreint.

• Lorsque vous utilisez un tambour de câble, dérouler le câble

complètement.

•

Ne pas utiliser les câbles de connexion de façon non-

conforme à leur destination. Protéger le câble de chaleur,

d'huile et d'arêtes vives. Ne pas tirer sur le câble pour retirer

le connecteur de la prise.

• Avant de procéder au branchement, il convient de soumettre

les lignes de raccordement à un contrôle visuel pour exclure

la présence de défectuosités ou de fragilisation par

vieillissement.

• Ne jamais utiliser de lignes de raccordement défectueuses

ou rafistolées.

• Lors de la pose de la ligne de raccordement, veiller à ce

qu'elle ne soit ni coincée, ni compressée, ni pliée et à ce que

le connecteur ne soit pas soumis à l'humidité ou tombe dans

un liquide quelconque.

• Ne jamais utiliser de connexions électriques provisoires ou

rafistolées.

• Ne jamais ponter ou inactiver les dispositifs de protection.

• Connecter la machine uniquement via un

disjoncteur différentiel : 30 mA

Le branchement électrique ou resp. les réparations de

la connexion électrique est/sont réservé(e)s à un

électrotechnicien qualifié et homologué qui est tenu de

respecter les règles et prescriptions locales et nationales,

surtout eu égard aux mesures de sécurité.

Les réparations des pièces électriques de la

bétonnière doivent être exclusivement confiées au

constructeur ou resp. à des entreprises mentionnées par

ses soins.

N’utiliser que des pièces de rechange d’origine.

L’utilisation d’autres pièces de rechange pourraint

entraîner un risque pour l’utilisateur, le fabricant déclinant

toute responsabilité pour tout dommage encouru.

Mise en service

Observer scrupuleusement toutes les consignes de

sécurité.

Mise en place de la machine :

• La bétonnière doit être uniquement

installée et exploitée sur un sol stable,

plan (excluant tout risque de

basculement).

• Eviter que la bétonnière s'enfonce dans le sol.

Observer les prescriptions de prévention des accidents

(risque de basculement).

• Lors de la mise en place de la bétonnière, veillez à ce que la

cuve de malaxage puisse être déchargée sans aucun

obstacle.

Marche / Arrêt de la bétonnière

Assurez-vous

- que tous les dispositifs de protection de la bétonnière sont en

place et qu'ils ont été montés dans les règles de l'art

- que toutes les consignes de sécurité ont été

observées.

• L'interrupteur principal MARCHE/ARRET est en dessous du

carter du moteur. La mise en/hors marche du moteur doit

exclusivement s'opérer sur l'interrupteur principal.

• En cas de coupure de courant, la machine s'inactive

automatiquement. Pour la remettre en marche, il suffit

d'actionner de nouveau l'interrupteur principal.

L Disjoncteur-protecteur

Le moteur est équipé d'une sonde thermique qui inactive

automatiquement le moteur en cas de surcharge (surchauffe). A

la suite d'une pause de refroidissement, la bétonnière pourra

être remise en marche.

Après avoir mis la

machine en marche, il

convient de vérifier le

sens de rotation de la

cuve de malaxage. Vue

de l'ouverture de la

cuve de malaxage, la

cuve de malaxage doit

tourner vers la gauche

(c'est-à-dire dans le sens contraire des aiguilles d'une montre).

(Observer le sens de rotation sur la cuve de malaxage.)

Si la cuve de malaxage tourne dans le sens contraire de la flèche

d'indication du sens de rotation, vous pouvez modifier le sens de

rotation, en agissant avec un tournevis dans la fente

prévue à cet

effet dans l’embase du connecteur et en réglant le sens de

rotation désiré en appuyant légèrement et en tournant vers la

gauche ou vers la droite.

Le malaxage

L Position de la bétonnière :

Pour la réalisation de béton ou de mortier, la cuve de malaxage

doit être enclenchée dans une position bien déterminée. Seule la

position de malaxage correcte assure des résultats optima et est

le garant d'un déroulement impeccable des opérations de travail.
