Montážny návod

Inštaláciu, elektrické pripojenie a prvé uvedenie do prevádzky smie

robiť len oprávnená osoba.

Odstupy

Odstup spodnej hrany spotrebiča od podlahy nesmie byť menšia než

15cm. Odstup na stranu, napr. k nábytku a smerom hore musí

byť minimálne 15cm. Na zaistenie správnej funkcie konvektora je

nutné dodržaťvzdialenosti uvedené na obr.2. V kúpelniach musí byť

konvektor inštalovaný v s^lade s obr. 1 aj v z[nach 2 a 3.

Konvektor je zariadenie triedy II a je chránený proti striekaj^cej vode,

krytie IP24.

Konvektor nesmie byť umiestnený priamo pod zásuvkou elektrického

prúdu.

Teleso musí byť umiestnené tak, aby sa osoba vo vani alebo v

sprche nemohla dotknút ovládacích prvkov konvektora.

Napájanie konvektora musí zaisťovať odpojenie vo všetkých póloch,

pri ktorom se vzdialenosť rozpojených kontaktov rovná najmenej 3,5mm.

Pri konvektore Ecoflex G nedojde po prepnutí do polohy "0" k úplnému

odpojeniu od elektrickej siete, aj keď je konvektor týmto prepínačom

vypnutý može byť jeho príkon 1 až 2W.

Montáž

Konvektor je zabalený samostatne v kartónovej krabici a je dodávaný

spolu so závesným rámom. Uchytenie závesného rámu k stene,

(obr. 3, 4). Uvolnite závesný rám z konvektora. Záves osaďte k

stene na konečnú podlahu a označte otvory “A“. Vyvrtajte otvory

“A“¨a osaďte do nich hmoždinky, viď. obr. 3, 4, pozícia 1. Posuňte

závesný rám po stene tak, aby sa spodné otvory v ráme kryli s

otvormi s osadenými hmoždinkami, viď. obr. 3, 4, pozícia 2. Vyvrtajte

horné otvory a osaďte do nich hmoždinky. Priskrutkujte závesný rám

pomocou skrutiek.

Vzdialenosti L, C a D, viď. obr. 5 sa menia podla výkonu konvektora,

viď. tabulka. C a D určujú polohu konvektora voči závesnému rámu.

Pri upevňovaní konvektora k nosnej konštrukcii nadlahčujte konvektor

až do nasunutie na všetky úchytky.

Elektrická inštalácia

Konvektor je vybavený 3 žilovým napájacím vodičom (A05VVF) na 1/N 230V/50Hz.

Farebné označenie vodičov:

Fáza – hnedá

Nulový vodič – modrý

Pilotný vodič – čierny

Napájací vodič pripojený do krabice na stene, viď. obr. 6. Ak sa

pilotný vodič nepoužíva musí byť pripojený do krabice na volnú svorku

bez napatia. Napájací vodič smie byť vymenený len výrobcom alebo

schválenou servisnou organizáciou, pretože výmena vyžaduje špeciálne náradie.

Elektroinštalačná pripravenost:

Pripojovací vodič:

a) 4Ox1,5 - istenie 10A, do 2200W*

b) 4Ox2,5 - istenie 16A, do 3500W*

Vedenie vodič:

Napájanie je vedené z domového rozvádzača vodičom 4O, viď predchádzajúci bod do elektroinštalačnej krabice, ktorá sa

najčastejšie umiestňuje za priamovýhrevný konvektor.

Zapojenie vodičov:

a) Pri zapojení dodržujte farebné označenie vodičov.

b) Šedý vodič pri vodiči 4O zostáva nezapojený.

*Hodnoty naj častejsie používané v domovych elektroinstalaciach.

Pripojenie pilotného vodiča

Pripojením fázy na pilotný vodič cez časový prvok (napr. Monotron 200, Programer 2) dojde

k zníženiu teploty asi o 3,5 °C oproti komfortnej teplote nastavenej na termostate konvektora.

Ovládanie konvektora

Popis (obr.7)

Nastavenie komfortnej teploty, teplotu nastavíte pomocou ovládacieho kolieska

termostatu.

Nastavenie útlumovej teploty, teplota poklesne o 3,5 °C oproti komfortnej

teplote.

Vypnuté.

Použite v prípade, že na ovládanie konvektora použijete externý riadiaci prvok

po pilotnom vodiči napríklad Flash programer. Teplota je nastavená podla

komfortnej teploty.

Ovládacie koliesko termostatu s možnosťou nastavenia od polohy * (nemrznúca

teplota) až do polohy 9.

V otvorech kolieska termostatu sú uložené odnímatelné dorazy, pomocou ktorých sa dá

presne nastaviť teplota alebo presne vymedziť nastavenie teplotného rozsahu medzi 2

teplotami.

Nastavenie na maximálnu teplotu

Vypnite jednotku. Uvolnite konvektor zo závesného rámu. Uvolnite 1 odnímatelný

doraz z kolieska termostatu. Otočte kolieskom termostatu a nastavte ho presne na

požadovanú maximálnu teplotu. Zasuňte doraz do otvoru označeného indexom “M“.

Otočte koliesko termostatu spať do pozície

*, koliesko sa musí volne otáčať.

Nastavení rozsahu medzi 2 teplotami

Nastavte na maximálnu teplotu zh odne s predchádzajúcim odstavcom. Vypnite jednotku. Uvolnite konvektor zo závesného

rámu. Uvolnite 2 odnímatelný doraz z kolieska termostatu. Otočte kolieskom termostatu a nastavte ho presne na požadovanú

minimálnu teplotu rozsahu. Zasuňte doraz do otvoru umiestneného vlavo od indexu “F“. Koliesko sa musí volne otáčať medzi

nastavenými teplotami.

Blokovanie otáčania

Vypnite jednotku. Uvolnite konvektor zo závesného rámu. Uvolnite odnímatelný doraz z kolieska termostatu. Otočte kolieskom

termostatu a nastavte ho presne na požadovanú teplotu. Zasuňte doraz do otvoru označeného indexom “F“. Koliesko bude

zablokované.

Kalibrácia

Na zaistenie bezproblémového riadenia teploty musí byť termostat nastavený podla nasledujúceho postupu. Umiestnite teplomer do stredu

miestnosti do výšky 1,2 m nad podlahou. (Okná a dvere sú zatvorené). Prepnite do polohy zapnuté. Nastavte koliesko termostatu

na maximum. Akonáhle je dosiahnutá požadovaná teplota v miestnosti, napríklad teplomer ukazuje 20 °C, pomaly otáčajte koliesko

termostatu spať až zhasne svetelná indikácia vykurovania. Po tom, ako bola teplota nastavená, bude termostat automaticky udržiavať

teplotu v miestnosti postupným zapínaním a vypínaním konvektora.

Vypnutie konvektora

Ak chcete vypnúť konvektor bez manipulácie s nastavením termostatu, prepnite do polohy 0.

Demontáž konvektora

Pred uvolnením konvektora zo závesného rámu prepnite do polohy vypnuté. Ak je použitý vonkajší pilotný vodič musí byť takiež

vypnutý zo zdroja. S použitím skrutkovača uvolnite poisťovacie zámky závesného rámu. Odpojte napájací vodič z krabice na stene.

Nadvihnite konvektor zvisle nahor, aby sa uvolnil zo závesného rámu.

Upozornenie

• Pri upevňovaní konvektora k nosnej konštrukcii nadlahčujte konvektor až do nasunutia na všetky úchytky.

• Medzi kovovú mriežku a sklenené dosky sú vložené ochranné pásky z penového PE proti poškodeniu pri preprave a montáži.

Pred prvým spustením konvektora odstráňte tieto pásky.

• Pri prvom spustení konvektora dochádza k vypalovaniu vykurovacieho telesa, ktoré je sprevádzané uvolňovaním pár s miernym

zápachom. Tento jav je krátkodobý a pri dalšom používaní sa už neopakuje.

• Nakolko ide o krehký materiál, je nutné dbať na zvýšenú opatrnosť pri preprave, manipulácii a montáži.

Ekonomická prevádzka

V prípade dlhodobého vetrania miestnosti vypnite konvektory. V pr ípade, že nepoužívate izbu, napríklad izba pre hostí alebo

celý dom po dlhšiu dobu, (dovolenka) nastavte koliesko termostatu do polohy *. Teplota miestnosti bude automaticky udržiavaná na

hodnote cca 7°C.

Doležité bezpečnostné pokyny — VÝSTRAHA

• V žiadnom prípade konvektor nezakrývejte. Nápis „NEZAKRÝVAT“ upozorňuje, že akýkolvek materiál, ktorým je zakrytý konvektor

može sposobiť požiar. Pred konvektor sa nesmie stavať žiadny nábytok ani vešať záclony, viď. obr. 7. Musí byť zaručená volná

cirkulácia vzduchu. Pravidelne, minimálne zakaždým pred zahájením vykurovacej sezóny odstraňujte prach zo vstupnej a výstupnej mriežky.

• Konvektory je možné montovať na podklady triedy horlavosti C1, C2.

• Akékolvek zásahy do konvektora može robiť len kvalifikovaná osoba. Pred zahájením takej práce musí byť konvektor

vypnutý zo zdroja prúdu. Ak je konvektor ovládaný pomocou pilotného vodiča, uistite se pred zahájením práce, že napájací vodič

a pilotný vodič sú odpojené

VÝSTRAHA : Ak je sklo poškodené, teleso se nesmie používat.

Garančné podmienky

Dodávatel poskytuje na výrobky záruku 24 mesiacov od dátumu predaja. Záruka sa nevzťahuje na vady sposobené dopravou, nedbalou

manipuláciou a neodbornou montážou. Záruka sa taktiež nevzťahuje na bežné opotrebenie výrobku. Akýko>vek zásah do výrobku je

považovaný za porušenie záručných podmienok.

Mounting instructions

Installation, electric connection and first commissioning can by per-

formed only by qualified person.

Distances

Distance of the lower edge of the appliance from the floor must not

be smaller than 15cm. Distance sidelong, e.g. to furniture and up-

wards, must be minimum 15cm. To ensure the right function of the

convector, it is necessary to keep distances mentioned on the

picture 2. In Bathrooms, the convector must be installed in confor-

mity with IEC 364- 7- 701:1984 and may be located in compliance

with the picture 1 in the zones 2 and 3. The convector is gadget

of the class II and is protected against spraying water, protection

IP24.

The convector must not be located directly under mains outlet.

Convector power supply must ensure disconnection in all poles, by

which the distance of open contacts is equal to min.3,5mm. By the

convector Ecoflex G, it does not come after switch- over in position

"0" to the complete disconnection from mains, even if the convector

is switched off through this SW (switch), its input can be 1 to 2W.

Mounting

The convector is wrapped separately in a cardboard cover and is

delivered together with a hang frame. Loosen hang frame from the

convector. Settle the hangings to the wall on the final floor and

mark the holes "A". Bore holes "A" and place wall plugs into them,

see picture 3, 4, position 1. Move the hang frame on the wall so

that the lower holes in the frame cover holes with places wall

plugs, see picture 3, 4, position 2. Bore the upper holes and place

wall plugs into them. Screw the hang frame by means of screws.

The distances L, C und D, see picture 5, change according to the

power of the convector, see chart. C and D define position of the

convector toward the hang frame.

When fixing convector to the supporting construction, you should lift

the convector (to be lighter) until it slips on all clips.

Electrical installation

The convector is equipped with three core feeder cables (A05VVF) for 1/N 230V/50Hz. Coloured marking of conductors:

Phase - brown

Neutral conductor - blue

Pilot conductor - black

The feeder cable is connected to the box on the wall, see picture 6. If the

pilot conductor is not used, it must be connected to a free terminal without

voltage. The feeder cable can be replaced only by the producer or by

confirmed service organisation, because the exchange demands special tools.

Mounting readiness:

Connecting conductor:

a) 4Ox1,5 - protection 10A, to 2200W*

b) 4Ox2,5 - protection 16A, to 3500W*

Circuit of the conductors:

a) The power supply is leaded from the consumer unit through cable 4O, see previous point into mounting box, which is

most often located behind the direct- heating convector.

b) In case of the installation in the bathroom, the convector must be installed in conformity norm.

Connection of the conductors:

a) By connection, follow the coloured marking of the conductors.

b) The grow conductor by cables 40 remains unconnected.

Values most often used in house wire installations.

Connection of the pilot conductor

By the connection of the phase on the pilot conductor over time element (e. g. Monotron 200,

Programer 2) comes to decrease of temperature of circa 3,5 °C against comfort temperature which

is set on the thermostat of the convector.

Convector control

Description (pict.7)

Setting of the comfort temperature, you can set the temperature by

means of the control roller of the thermostat.

Setting of the attenuation temperature, the temperature will decrease of

3,5 °C compared to comfort temperature.

Switched off.

Use it in the case that you use an extern control element after the pilot

conductor, e. g. Flash programmer, to control the convector. The tem-

perature is set according to the comfort temperature.

In the holes of the roller of the thermostat, the removable backstops are placed, by

which means you can set temperature precisely or you can define setting of tem-

perature limit between 2 temperatures precisely.

Setting on maximum temperature

Switch- off the unit. Loosen the convector from the hang frame. Loosen 1 removable

backstop from the roller of the thermostat. Turn the roller of the thermostat and set

it precisely on the required maximum temperature. Push in the backstop into the hole

marked with index "M". Turn the roller of the thermostat back into the position *,

the roller must turn free.

Setting of temperature limit between 2 temperatures

Carry out the setting on maximum temperature according to the previous paragraph. Switch- off the unit. Loosen the convector

from the hang frame. Loosen 2 removable backstops from the roller of the thermostat. Turn the roller of the thermostat and set

it precisely on the required minimum temperature of the limit. Push in the backstop into the hole placed to the left of the

index "F". The roller must turn free between set temperatures

Blocking of turning

Switch- off the unit. Loosen the convector from the hang frame. Loosen removable backstop from the roller of the thermostat.

Turn the roller of the thermostat and set it precisely on the required temperature. Push in the backstop into the hole marked

with index "F". The roller will be blocked.

Calibration

To ensure trouble- free temperature control, the thermostat must be set according to the following procedure. Place the ther-

mometer to the centre of the room in the height 1,2m over the floor. (Windows, as well as doors are closed). Switch over into

the position on. Set the roller of the thermostat on maximum. As soon as the required temperature in the room is reached, e.

g. the thermometer shows 20°C, please, turn the roller back slowly, until it turns off the light indication of the heating. After

setting the temperature, the thermostat will automatically keep the temperature in the room by sequent switching on and switch

off the convector.

Convector switch- off

If you want to switch- off the convector without the handling of the thermostat setting, switch over into position 0.

Convector dismounting

Before loosening the convector from the hang frame, switch over in the position- off. If an outside pilot conductor is used, it

must be also switched off from the electric power supply. With use of screwdriver, loosen safety locks of the hang frame.

Disconnect the feeder cable from the box on the wall. Lift the convector vertically upwards that it can be loosened from the

hang frame.

Notice

• When fixing the convector to the supporting structure, lift the convector until it slips on all clips.

• Between the iron grill and the glass plates, protective bands from expanded polystyrene are inserted against damage during

transport and mounting. Before the first start of the convector, remove these bands.

• During the first start of the convector, it comes to burning of the heater, which is accompanied by release of fumes with

slight bad smell. This effect is a short-time one and by other use does not come again.

• Because it is a fragile material, it is necessary to take care during transfer, handling and mounting.

Economic operation

If you ventilate the room in the long term, switch- off the convectors. If you do not use the room, e. g. the guest- room or the

whole house over a longer period, (holiday) set the roller of the thermostat in the position *. The room temperature will be

automatically kept on the value of ca. 7 °C

Important safety instructions - WARNING

• In no case do cover convector. The notice „DO NOT COVER" warns that any material, by which the panel is covered, can

cause the fire. It is not allowed to place any furniture or to hang curtains before convector (see picture 7) and free air

circulation must be ensured. Regularly, at least before beginning of heating period, you should remove dust from the input

and output grill!

• Convectors can be mounted on grounds of the flammability class C1, C2.

• Any intervention in the convector can be performed only by qualified person. Before begin of such a work, the convector

must be disconnected (switched- off) from the current source. If the convector is controlled by means of the pilot conductor,

make sure before begin of the work that the feeder cable and the pilot conductor are disconnected.

WARNING : If the glass is damaged, the heating device cannot be used.

Technical data

Conditions of guarantee

The supplier provides for the products 24- month- guarantee since sale- by date. The guarantee does not refer to defects caused

by transport, careless handling and unauthorized mounting. The guarantee does not also refer to unauthorized intervention in

panel and to ordinary wear and tear of the product. Any intervention in the product is regarded as breach of conditions of

guarantee.
