TENT PITCHING INSTRUCTIONS – Varkala (UK)

 Park your vehicle in the best location on your pitch ensuring that there is at

least 3.5m free space at the side where you would like to pitch your

AirAway/Awning.

 Ensure that the area where the awning is being pitched is clear of sharp

objects and that all door zips are closed. (We recommend laying the

AirAwning fabric on a groundsheet prior to attaching it to your caravan, as

this helps prevent the fabric becoming wet & dirty. It also helps prevent

damaging the fabric as the awning is fed into the awning rail.)

 Please ensure your caravan’s rail is clean and clear of debris prior to

installing the AirAwning. If required, please use an aftermarket product to

reduce friction between the kador strip and the rail during fitting and

removal of the AirAwning.

 Unpack the AirAwning and position it in the required direction, with the rear

attachment section facing the side of the caravan. Place the pump, pegs and other components to one side.

 Feed the leading edge of the kador into the rear of your caravan’s rail and gently pull the AirAwning into the desired position, ensuring the roof of

the AirAwning is positioned on the horizontal part of the caravan’s awning rail. (Please only pull your AirAwning by the webbing loop at either end of

the kador.)

 Peg out the rear corners of the attachment section of the AirAway/AirAwning at the base of the vehicle.

 Locate inflating points at the base of each beam

 For the first use of the AirAway/ AirAwning, fully unscrew all the valves from the AirBeams and screw back in carefully before inflating - this ensures

that hte valve is not cross- threaded.

 Start with the centre AirBeam and guide into an upright position whilst it is inflating

 Inflate all AirBeams to 7psi. The Vango AirBeam® pump is supplied with a pressure release valve which will release pressure if more than 7.5 - 8psi is

put into the AirBeam.

 Remove pump & tighten screw-cap. Ensure both parts of valve are well fitted so it is air tight but do not over tighten.

 With the doors fully zipped up, peg out the front corners of the AirAwning with the rock pegs supplied, ensuring the sides and front of the awning are

taut. The adjustable pegging points allow the pegs to be positioned in a range of places, to avoid rocks and stones in the ground. They are

adjustable to allow the webbing to be tensioned, in order to achieve a taut canvas.

 Once the 4 corners of the AirAwning have been positioned, all the other pegging points (both adjustable webbing and elastic) at the base of each

door should be pegged out, using the rock pegs supplied.

 At the base of each door is a webbing strap with 2 eyelets in it. Insert a groundsheet peg (a peg with a flat, round top) in to each of these eyelets

to hold the webbing strap close to the ground.

 Inside the AirAwning, inflate & install the "Bracer" AirBeams between the main AirBeams. The ends of these are located using hook & loop fabrics.

The Bracer AirBeams will increase the tension in the roof and will provide extra stability during poor weather.

 2 long pads are provided: these are fitted vertically between the AirAwning and the caravan, reducing draughts. They are attached using hook &

loop fixings. To hold the pads against the caravan in windier conditions, 2 adjustable steel poles are supplied. Place the flat end of these poles into

the webbing sleeves at either end of the awning, just below the outermost AirBeams. Place the lower, pointed end into one of the two eyelets in

the base of the rear of the AirAwning. The length of the pole can then be adjusted to apply tension between the top of the AirAwning and the

base. Finally, attach the AirAwning fabric to the steel pole by wrapping the hook & loop tabs around it.

 Identify the PVC wheel arch covers & draught skirt. Slide the draught skirt into place using the awning rail at the base of the caravan. The bottom of

the draught skirt is held in place with groundsheet pegs. The wheel arch covers are attached using the suckers provided. For a single axle caravan,

only one of these covers will be needed.

 In extreme weather, the AirAwning may slide along the awning rail. To prevent this, attach one of the sucker hooks to the caravan, and attach the

webbing loop at the end of the kador strip into the hook.

 Webbing Straps - Remove the supplied webbing straps from the peg bag and clip into the corresponding buckles on the rear of the AirAway roof.

Pass the straps over the roof of the vehicle and peg into the ground. Adjust the straps to fully tension the roof.

 Peg out ALL guy lines, ensuring that they are in line with the AirBeam or seam they are attached to.

 When the AirAwning is to be used in windy weather conditions, Vango recommends using the supplied storm straps

 The straps should be attached to the corresponding clips on the fillets attached to the rear AirBeam of the AirAway, and secured using the pegs

supplied.

TO DEFLATE AIRBEAM/ AIRAWAY/ AIRAWNING:

 Unscrew the valve fully from the beam, taking care as the valve will be under pressure from the air inside the tube.

 Leave the valves unscrewed, as this will allow all the air to escape the beams when packing away.

IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT OF A PUNCTURE:

 Note - most apparent punctures are the result of the valve not being screwed in correctly. Please check the valves before changing the AirBeam in

question

 Deflate the air beam. Unzip the internal flysheet sleeve which contains the affected beam.

 Remove the tube and its protective outer.

 The zips for the protective outer are cable tied together to prevent accidental access. Cut the cable tie and open the zip.

 DO NOT open these zips when the tube inflated.

 Remove the clear rubberised tube from the protective sleeve taking care when removing the valve from the sleeve.

 Partially inflate the tube and pass through a bucket or basin of water, looking for air bubbles. This will indicate location of puncture

 Use the repair patch provided and cover hole, using instructions on patch. Re-insert tube into protective outer, closing zip from both ends, so that zip

pullers are in the flysheet sleeve (this might be easier with the tube partially inflated)

CORRECT PUMP SET-UP:

 Pump Body > Pressure Valve > Pressure Gauge > Hose

 (Ensure the valve/gauge/hose are connected to the inflation port of the pump)

 Parken Sie Ihr Fahrzeug an der besten Stelle auf Ihrem Stellplatz und achten Sie darauf, dass seitlich mindestens 3.5m frei sind, wo Sie Ihr

AirAway/Awning aufstellen möchten.

 Versichern Sie sich, dass an der Stelle, wo Sie Ihr Vorzelt aufbauen keine scharfen Gegenstände herumliegen und das alle Türen geschlossen sind.

(Das AirAwning Vorzelt sollte auf eine Zeltunterlage gelegt werden, bevor es an Ihrem Wohnwagen eingezogen wird, da so das Material nicht nass

und schmutzig wird. Das Material kann auch nicht so einfach beschädigt werden, während das Vorzelt in die Kederschiene eingezogen wird.

 Versichern Sie sich, dass die Kederschiene Ihres Wohnwagens sauber ist, bevor sie das AirAwning einziehen. Wenn nötig, verwenden Sie ein

geeignetes Produkt, um Reibung zwischen Kederband und Schiene während des Auf- und Abbaus zu minimieren.

 Packen Sie den aufblasbaren Vorbau aus und legen Sie ihn mit der Hinterseite Richtung Wohnmobil aus. Legen Sie Pumpe, Heringe und anderes

Zubehör bereit.

 Führen Sie die Vorderseite des Keders hinten in die Kederschiene ein und ziehen Sie das Vorzelt vorsichtig in die richtige Position. Achten Sie darauf,

dass das Dach des Vorzeltes waagerecht zur Kederschiene ist. (Bitte ziehen Sie das Vorzelt nur an der Gurtschlaufe, die sich an beiden Seiten des

Keders befindet.

 Befestigen Sie die hinteren Ecken des Befestigungsstücks des AirAway/AirAwning am Boden Ihres Fahrzeugs.

 Machen Sie die Aufblaspunkte an der unteren Seite jedes Trägers ausfindig.

 Bei der ersten Nutzung des AirAway/AirAwning schrauben Sie bitte alle Ventile von den AirBeams ab und schrauben Sie sie sorgfältig wieder an,

bevor Sie sie aufblasen - dies stellt sicher, dass das Ventil nicht verkantet ist.

 Beginnen Sie mit dem mittleren AirBeam und stellen Sie ihn aufrecht hin, während er aufgepumpt wird.

 Blasen Sie alle AirBeams mit 7psi auf. Die Vango AirBeam® Pumpe wird mit einem Überdruckventil ausgeliefert, das Druck vermindert falls mehr als

7,5-8psi in den AirBeam hineingepumpt werden.

 Entfernen Sie die Pumpe & drehen Sie die Schraubkappe fest. Achten Sie darauf, dass beide Teile des Ventils korrekt liegen, sodass das Ventil

luftdicht jedoch nicht zu stark angezogen ist.

 Versichern Sie sich, dass alle Türen geschlossen sind und befestigen Sie dann die vorderen Ecken des AirAwning Vorzeltes mit den mitgelieferten

Heringen, die Seiten und das Vorderteil des Vorzeltes müssen straff sein. Mit den verstellbaren Abspannpunkten kann man die Heringe an mehreren

Stellen befestigen, um Felsen und Steinen im Boden auszuweichen. Sie sind verstellbar, damit das Material straff gespannt werden kann.

 Wenn alle 4 Eckpunkte des Vorteltes in Position sind, sollten alle anderen Abspannpunkte (verstellbare und elastische Schlaufen) am unteren Ende

jeder Tür mit den mitgelieferten Heringen befestigt werden.

 Am unteren Ende jeder Tür ist eine Gurtschlaufe mit 2 Ösen. Schlagen Sie einen Bodenhering (ein Hering mit einem flachen, runden Kopf) in jede

dieser Ösen, um so die Gurtschlaufe am Boden zu befestigen.

 Blasen Sie die AirBeam Balken innen im Vorbau auf und befestigen Sie diese mit der Haken und Aufhängevorrichtung zwischen den tragenden

AirBeams. Die AirBeam Dachstreben werden die Spannung im Dach erhöhen und bieten somit mehr Stabilität bei schlechtem Wetter.

 2 lange Polster werden mitgeliefert. Diese werden senkrecht zwischen dem AirAwning Vorzelt und dem Wohnwagen installiert, um Zugluft zu

verringern. Diese werden mit der Haken und Anhängervorrichtung befestigt. Um die Polster bei windigem Wetter in Position zu halten, werden 2

verstellbare Stahlstangen mitgeliefert. Stecken Sie die flache Seite dieser Stangen in die Bandhüllen, die sich auf beiden Seiten des Vorbaus, unter

den äußeren Airbeams befinden. Stecken Sie das untere, spitze Ende in eine der beiden Ösen hinten am Boden des Vorzeltes. Die Länge der

Stangen kann angepasst werden, um Spannung zwischen dem Dach und dem Boden zu bringen. Befestigen Sie schließlich noch die Stahlstange

am Vorzelt, indem Sie die Klettverschlüsse darum wickeln.

 Nehmen Sie die PVC Rad- und Windblende. Schieben Sie die Windblende in die Kederschiene unten am Wohnwagen in Position. Das untere Ende

der Windblende wird mit Bodenheringen befestigt. Die Radblende wird mit den mitgelieferten Saugnäpfen angebracht. Für Wohnwagen mit nur

einer Achse wird nur eine dieser Abdeckungen benötigt.

 Bei schlechtem Wetter könnte das Vorzelt in der Kederschiene hin und her rutschen. Um das zu verhindern, kleben Sie einen der Saugnapfhaken an

den Wohnwagen, befestigen Sie dann die Gurtschlaufe am Ende des Kederbands am Haken.

 Spannriemen: Entnehmen Sie die mitgelieferten Spannriemen aus der Heringtasche, und verbinden Sie diese mit den entsprechenden

Blitzverschlüssen an der Rückseite des Vorzeltdachs. Ziehen Sie die Riemen über das Fahrzeugdach und befestigen Sie sie am Boden, mithilfe der

Heringe. Ziehen Sie die Riemen nach Aufpumpen der Träger fest, damit das Vorzeltdach ausgespannt wird.

 Spannen Sie alle Spannseile um sicherzustellen, dass sie sich in einer Linie mit dem AirBeam oder der Naht, an dem sie befestigt sind, befinden.

 Das aufblasbare Vorzelt sollte bei stürmischem Wetter mit den mitgelieferten Sturmleinen abgespannt werden.

 Die Sturmleinen sollten an den jeweiligen Clips am hinteren AirBeam des AirAway befestigt werden und mit den mitgelieferten Heringen im Boden

gesichert warden

UM DAS AIRBEAM/ AIRAWAY/ AIRAWNING ZU ENTLEEREN:

 Schrauben Sie das Ventil vollständig vom Träger ab. Dabei mit Vorsicht vorgehen, da das Ventil durch die im Schlauch befindliche Luft unter Druck

steht.

 Lassen Sie beim Wegpacken die Ventile offen, da so die Luft entweichen kann.

 Für den unwahrscheinlichen Fall einer Undichtigkeit:

 Luft aus dem Träger ablassen. Öffnen Sie den Reißverschluss des internen Außenzeltkanals, in dem sich der betroffene Träger befindet.

 Schlauch mitsamt seiner Schutzhülle entnehmen.

 Die Reißverschlüsse der Schutzhülle sind mit Kabelbindern zusammengebunden, um einen unbeabsichtigten Zugriff zu vermeiden. Schneiden Sie

den Kabelbinder durch und öffnen Sie den Reißverschluss.

 Diese Reißverschlüsse NICHT öffnen, wenn der Schlauch aufgeblasen ist.

 Entnehmen Sie den durchsichtigen gummierten Schlauch aus der Schutzhülle - Vorsicht bei Entnahme des Ventils aus der Schutzhülle.

 Pumpen Sie den Schlauch etwas auf und ziehen Sie ihn durch einen Eimer oder eine Schale mit Wasser, wobei Sie nach Luftblasen Ausschau halten.

Diese zeigen die undichte Stelle an.

 Legen Sie den mitgelieferten Reparaturflicken auf das Loch und befolgen Sie die auf dem Flicken gegebene Anleitung. Schieben Sie den Schlauch

wieder in die Schutzhülle ein, schließen Sie den Reißverschluss auf beiden Seiten, sodass sich die Reißer im Außenzeltkanal befinden (dies ist bei leicht

aufgeblasenem Schlauch evtl. einfacher)

KORREKTE PUMPENAUFSTELLUNG:

 Pumpenkörper > Druckventil > Druckmesser > Schlauch

 Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ventil/Messer/Schlauch mit dem Aufblasanschluss der Pumpe verbunden sind)

 Garez votre véhicule au meilleur endroit possible, pendant votre montage, vous assurant qu'il y a au moins 3.5 mètres d'espace libre sur le côté où

vous voudriez monter votre AirAway/Awning.

 Assurez-vous que l'endroit ou l'auvent est fixé est propre, ne contient pas d'objet tranchant et que toutes les fermetures écalirs des portes soient

fermées. (Nous recommandons d'étendre le tissu du AirAwning sur un tapis de sol avant de l'attacher à votre caravane, ceci évitant au tissu de se

salir et d'être mouillé. Cela aide également à prévenir les déchirures lors de l'attachement de l'auvent à son rail).

 Assurez-vous que le rail de votre caravane soit propre et sans débris avant l'installation de l'auvent AirAwning. Si besoin est, veuillez utiliser un produit

accessoire afin de réduire les frictions entre le kit de fixation Kador et le rail de votre caravane lors du montage et du démontage de l'auvent

AirAwning.

 Déballez et ouvrez l'auvent AirAwning en le positionnant correctement, c'est à dire avec les attaches du dos de l'auvent touchant votre caravane.

Placez la pompe, les piquets et les autres outils sur un côté.

 Insérez le kit de fixation Kador à l'intérieur du rail de fixation de votre caravane et faites-le glisser doucement le long du rail dans la position désirée.

Assurez-vous que le toit de l'auvent est positionné sur la partie horizontale du rail de votre caravane. (Ne faites glisser votre auvent AirAwning que

par les sangles en forme de bouche situées aux chaque extrêmités du kit de fixation Kador).

 Attacher les coins arrière de la partie de l'AirAway/AirAwning attachée à la base du véhicule.

 Trouver les points de gonflement en bas de chaque 'poutre'

 Pour la 1e utilisation de l'AirAway/AirAwning, défaire toutes les valves des tuyaux gonflables et les remettre avec soin avant de gonfler – pour

s'assurer que les valves ne sont pas inversées.

 Commencer par le tuyau central arrière et le diriger dans une position droite, pendant le gonflage

 Gonfler tous les tuyaux gonflables à 7 PSI. La pompe Vango AirBeam est fournie avec une valve de décompression qui relâchera la pression si plus

de 7.5 – 8 PSI est envoyé dans les tuyaux gonflables.

 Enlever la pompe et resserrer le bouchon. S'assurer que les deux parties soient bien placées pour que le tout soit étanche. Ne pas trop serrer.

 Avec les portes complètement fermées, fixez les coins de l'avant de l'auvent avec les piquets spécial "rochers" (pour terrains durs) fournis. Assurez-

vous que les les côtés et l'avant de l'auvent soient bien tendus. Les points d'ancrage réglables permettent aux piquets d'être positionnés à plusieurs

endroits afin d'éviter les cailloux et pierres au niveau du sol. Ils sont réglables et ajustables afin de tendre les sangles vous permettant ainsi de tendre

correctement la toile de l'auvent.

 Lorsque les 4 coins de l'auvent AirBeam sont positionnés, tous les autres points de fixation (les sangles ajustables et élastiques) à la base de chaque

porte doivent être fixés en utilisant les piquets pour terrains durs.

 A la base de chaque porte se trouve une sangle avec 2 œillets. Insérez un piquet de tapis de sol (un piquet avec un haut plat et rond) dans

chacun de ces œillets afin de garder la sangle au contact du sol.

 A l'intérieur de l'auvent, gonflez et installez les tuyaux de renforcement AirBeam entre les principaux arceaux de l'auvent. Les extrémités de ceux-ci

se fixent grâce aux carrés velcro. Les tuyaux de renfocement augmenteront la tension du toit et apporteront une stabilité supplémentaire à l'auvent

en cas de mauvais temps.

 2 longs boudins sont fournis : ils se positionnent verticalement entre l'auvent AirAwning et la caravane afin de réduire les courants d'air. Ils

s'attachent en utilisant du velcro. Afin de fixer les boudins contre la caravane en cas de vents forts, 2 poteaux réglables en acier sont fournis. Placer

la partie plate de ces poteaux dans les manches à chaque extrémité des bases de l'auvent. Placer l'extremité pointée vers le bas, dans l'un des

deux oeillets à la base arrière de l'auvent. La taille du poteau peut ensuite être réglée afin d'ajuster la tension entre le haut et la base de l'auvent.

Enfin, attachez le tissu de l'auvent AirAwning au poteau en acier en enroulant la sangle-boucle autour.

 Sortez les caches-roues et la jupe de caisse. Faites glisser la jupe de caisse en utilisant les rails pour auvent situés à la base de la caravane. Le bas

de la jupe de caisse est fixé au sol avec des piquets. Les caches-roues sont attachés avec les ventouses. Pour une caravane avec un seul essieu, un

seule couverture sera nécessaire.

 En cas de très mauvais temps, l'auvent AirAwning peut glisser le long des rails. Afin d'éviter ce phénomène, attachez l'un des crochets ventouses à

la caravane et attachez la sangle-boucle à l'extrémité du kit de fixation Kador à l'intérieur du crochet.

 Sangles – Retirer les sangles fournies du sac contenant les piquets et clipper dans les boucles correspondantes, à l'arrière du toit de l'AirAway. Passer

les sangles par-dessus le toit du véhicule, et fixer les piquets au sol. Ajuster les sangles pour maintenir une tension parfaite au niveau du toit.

 Attacher TOUTES les cordes de tension, pour s'assurer qu'elles s'adaptent bien à la structure gonflable ou au joint auquel elles sont attachées.

 Lorsque le AirAwning doit être utilisé en cas de vent fort, Vango recommande l'utilisation des sangles anti-tempêtes.

 Les sangles doivent être attachées aux fixations correspondantes sur les broches attachées au tuyau gonflable arrière de l'auvent.

POUR DEGONFLER GONFLABLE- AIRBEAM/ AIRAWAY/ AIRAWNING :

 Desserrer totalement la valve, en prenant soin puisqu'elle est sous tension pneumatique

 Laissez les valves dévissées, ceci permettra à l'air de s'évacuer des tuyaux gonflables lors du pliage.

 Dans le cas (peu probable) d'une crevaison:

 Dégonfler la poutre. Défaire la manche du double toit là où se trouve la poutre crevée

 Enlever le tuyau ainsi que sa protection extérieure

 Les fermetures de la protection extérieure sont attachées par câbles afin d'empêcher tout accès non souhaité. Couper l'attache de câble et ouvrir

la fermeture éclair

 NE PAS ouvrir les fermetures quand les tuyaux sont gonflés

 Enlever le tuyau transparent de sa manche, en prenant soin de séparer la valve et la manche

 Partiellement gonfler le tuyau et passer sous l'eau dans un bassin, en cherchant des bulles d'air qui signalent l'endroit de la crevaison

 Se servir de la rustine fournie pour couvrir le trou, suivre les instructions imprimées sur la rustine. Réintroduire le tuyau dans sa protection extérieure, en

fermant l'éclair aux deux bouts. Les tire-fermetures se trouveront dans la manche protectrice. Cette action est plus facile si le tuyau est partiellement

gonflé

UTILISATION CORRECTE DE LA POMPE

 Corps de la Pompe > Valve de Pression > Jauge de Pression >Tuyau

 (S'assurer que la valve/jauge/tuyau sont connectés à l'orifice de gonflage de la pompe)

 Parcheggiare il veicolo nel punto migliore della piazzola assegnata, in modo che ci siano almeno 3.5 m di spazio libero sul lato dove si desidera

installare il proprio AirAway/ Awning.

 Controllare che nella zona in cui verrà montata la veranda non ci siano oggetti appuntiti e che tutte le cerniere delle porte siano chiuse

(consigliamo di stendere il telo dell'AirAwning su un catino prima di attaccarlo alla tua roulotte, perché in questo modo si evita di bagnarlo o

sporcarlo. Così facendo, inoltre, si possono evitare danni al tessuto quando si inserisce la veranda nella sua rotaia).

 Controllare che la rotaia della roulotte sia pulita e priva di sporcizia prima di installare l'AirAwning. Se necessario, utilizzare un prodotto lubrificante

per ridurre l'attrito tra il profilo di scorrimento qeder e la rotaia durante il montaggio e la rimozione dell'AirAwning.

 Disimballare l'AirAwning e posizionarla nella direzione richiesta, con la zona di fissaggio posteriore rivolta verso il lato della roulotte. Mettere la

pompa, i picchetti e gli altri componenti da un lato.

 Inserire il profilo di scorrimento qeder dal lato posteriore della rotaia della roulotte e tirare dolcemente l'AirAwning nella posizione desiderata,

facendo in modo che il tetto dell'AirAwning sia posizionato sulla parte orizzontale della rotaia della veranda della roulotte (tira l'AirAwning usando

solo l'anello di fettuccia su entrambi i lati del profilo di scorrimento).

 Fissare con i paletti gli angoli posteriori della parte di collegamento dell'AirAway/AirAwning alla base del veicolo.

 Localizzare i punti gonfiabili alla base di ciascun tubo

 La prima volta che si usa l'AirAway/AirAwning, svitare completamente tutte le valvole dei manicotti AirBeam e riavvitarli con cura prima del

gonfiaggio - in questo modo si evita che la filettatura delle valvole possa rovinarsi.

 Iniziare dal tubo centrale AirBeam posteriore e guidarlo in posizione eretta mentre lo si gonfia.

 Gonfiare tutti i manicotti AirBeam a 7 psi. La pompa AirBeam® Vango è fornita con una valvola di sicurezza che fa uscire l'aria se la pressione

all'interno dell'AirBeam supera i 7.5-8 psi.

 Rimuovere la pompa e stringere il coperchio a vite. Assicurarsi che entrambe le parti della valvola siano ben chiuse, in modo che tutto sia a tenuta

d'aria ma non eccessivamente avvitato

 Con le cerniere delle porte completamente chiuse, fissare gli angoli anteriori dell'AirAwning con i picchetti da roccia forniti, facendo in modo che i

lati e la parte anteriore della veranda siano ben tesi. I punti di fissaggio regolabili permettono di fissare i picchetti in modo variabile, evitando rocce

o pietre nel terreno. Sono regolabili per permettere di tendere le fettucce, così da ottenere un telo ben teso.

 Dopo aver posizionato i 4 angoli dell'AirAwning, si devono fissare tutti gli altri punti di ancoraggio (sia le fettucce regolabili che gli elastici) alla base

di ogni porta per mezzo dei picchetti da roccia forniti.

 Alla base di ogni porta è presente una cinghia di fettuccia con due occhielli. Inserire un picchetto da catino (un picchetto con la testa tonda e

piatta) in uno degli occhielli per fissare la fettuccia vicino al terreno.

 All'interno dell'AirAwning, gonfiare e installare i "braccetti" trasversali AirBeam tra le travi AirBeam principali. Le loro estremità vengono posizionate

con fettucce in velcro. Gli AirBeam trasversali aumentano la tensione della copertura e la rendono più resistente con il cattivo tempo.

 Le due lunghe imbottiture incluse vengono installate verticalmente tra l'AirAwning e la roulotte per ridurre gli spifferi. Si fissano con fascette in velcro.

Per tenere le imbottiture aderenti alla roulotte anche quando c'è vento, vengono forniti due paletti in acciaio regolabili. Posizionare l'estremità

piatta di questi paletti negli alloggiamenti di fettuccia a ciascuna estremità della veranda, appena sotto gli AirBeam più esterni. Posizionare

l'estremità inferiore appuntita in uno dei due occhielli alla base della parte posteriore dell'AirAwning. La lunghezza del paletto può quindi essere

regolata per aumentare la tensione tra la parte superiore dell'AirAwning e la base. Infine, attaccare il tessuto dell'AirAwning al paletto in acciaio

fissandogli intorno le fascette in velcro.

 Identificare i copriruota in PVC e la gonna antispiffero. Montare la gonna inserendola nella rotaia alla base della roulotte. La parte inferiore della

gonna antispiffero viene tenuta ferma usando dei picchetti per catino. I copriruota vengono fissati con le ventose fornite. Per roulotte a un solo

asse, sarà sufficiente usare un solo copriruota.

 In condizioni climatiche estreme, l'AirAwning potrebbe spostarsi lungo la rotaia della veranda. Per evitarlo, fissare uno dei ganci a ventosa alla

roulotte e attaccare l'anello di fettuccia all'estremità del profilo di scorrimento qeder al gancio.

 Cinghie di fettuccia - Prendere le cinghie di fettuccia fornite dalla borsa dei picchetti e agganciarle alle fibbie corrispondenti sul retro del tetto

dell'AirAway. Passare le cinghie sopra al tetto del veicolo e fissarle al suolo con i paletti. Regolare le cinghie per tendere bene il tetto.

 Fissare TUTTI i tiranti, in modo che siano allineati al manicotto AirBean o alla cucitura a cui sono collegati.

 Quando l'AirAwning viene usato con venti forti, Vango consiglia l'uso delle cinghie antivento fornite

 Le cinghie devono essere collegate ai ganci corrispondenti sui nastri attaccati all'AirBeam posteriore dell'AirAway e fissate con i picchetti forniti.

PER SGONFIARE LA AIRBEAM/ AIRAWAY/ AIRAWNING:

 Svitare del tutto la valvola dal tubo, facendo attenzione poiché la valvola sarà sotto pressione a causa dell'aria all'interno il tubo

 Lasciare le valvole svitate, perché in questo modo l'aria potrà uscire dalle travi AirBeam quando vengono riposte.

 In caso - improbabile - di foratura:

 Sgonfiare il canale ad aria. Aprire il manicotto interno del telo esterno che contiene il tubo danneggiato

 Rimuovere il tubo e il suo rivestimento protettivo

 Le zip del rivestimento protettivo sono legate insieme da cavi per evitare ogni accesso accidentale. Tagliare il laccio del cavo e aprire la lampo

 NON aprire queste zip quando il tubo è gonfio

 Rimuovere dal manicotto protettivo il tubo gommato svuotato, prestando attenzione quando si rimuove la valvola dalla manica

 Gonfiare il tubo parzialmente e farlo passare attraverso un secchio o una bacinella d'acqua cercando eventuali bolle d'aria. Questo servirà ad

individuare la foratura

 Usare la pezza riparatoria a disposizione e coprire il buco, utilizzando le istruzioni sulla pezza. Reinserire il tubo nel rivestimento protettivo chiudendo

la lampo su entrambe le estremità, in modo che le linguette delle zip siano nel manicotto del telo esterno (questo potrebbe risultare più facile da

eseguire con il tubo parzialmente gonfiato)

INSTALLAZIONE CORRETTA DELLA POMPA:

 Corpo pompa > Valvola pressione > Manometro > Tubo

 (Accertarsi che la valvola/manometro/tubo sia collegato al raccordo di gonfiaggio della pompa)

TENT PITCHING INSTRUCTIONS – Varkala (NL)

 Parkeer uw voertuig op de beste plek op uw kampeer plek en zorg voor minimaal 3.5m vrije ruimte aan de kant waar u uw AirAway/ Awning wil

opzetten.

 Controleer de ondergrond waar u de luifel wilt gaan opzetten op scherpe voorwerpen en zorg dat alle ritsen gesloten zijn. (Wij raden u aan het

doek van de AirAwning op een grondzijl te leggen voordat u deze aan uw caravan bevestigt. Zo voorkomt u dat de luifel nat en/of vies wordt.

Hiermee is de kans ook kleiner dat het doek beschadigd raakt wanneer u de luifel aan de stang vast maakt).

 Controleer of de stang aan uw caravan schoon en vrij van vuildeeltjes is, voordat u de AirAwning bevestigt. Indien nodig, gebruik een glijmiddel om

de wrijving tussen de kador strip en de stang bij het aanhechten of losmaken van de AirAwning tot een minimum te beperken.

 Haal de AirAwning uit de verpakking en positioneer deze in de juiste richting zodat de bevestigingskant naar de caravan toe ligt. Leg de pomp,

haringen en andere onderdelen bij elkaar.

 Bevestig het hoofdeinde van de kador aan de stang van uw caravan en trek de AirAwning voorzichtig in de gewenste positie. Controleer of het

dak van de AirAwning gelijk staat met het rechte stuk van de luifelstang van uw caravan. (Voor het in positie brengen van de AirAwning, enkel aan

de lussen aan de uiteinden van de kador trekken).

 Zet de achterste hoeken van het verbindingsdeel van de AirAway/AirAwning vast met haringen aan de basis van het voertuig.

 Lokaliseer de opblaas punten aan de basis van elke balk

 Voor het eerste gebruik van de AirAwning/AirAway, schroef alle kleppen van AirBeams los en schroef ze voorzichtig weer vast voor het opblazen,

om kruis draaien te voorkomen.

 Begin met de middelste AirBeam en geleidt deze met het rechtop zetten terwijl hij opblaast

 Blaas alle AirBeams op tot 7psi. De Vango AirBeam® pomp is voorzien van een drukmeter welke los schiet als de druk in de AirBeam hoger wordt

dan 7,5 - 8psi.

 Verwijder pomp en doe de schroef dop er goed op. Zorg dat beide delen van het ventiel goed passen zodat deze lucht dicht is, maar draai het

niet te strak vast.

 Zorg dat alle ritsen volledig zijn gesloten en zet de voorste hoeken van de AirAwning vast met de bijgeleverde rotsharingen. Zorg dat de zijkanten en

de voorkant van de luifel strak staan. De verstelbare bevestigingspunten zorgen ervoor dat de haringen op verschillende plaatsen in de grond

kunnen worden geslagen en rotsen en stenen kunnen worden ontweken. Met deze verstelbare bevestigingspunten kunt u de lijnen altijd strak

spannen zodat u op iedere plek verzekerd bent van een strak staand doek.

 Wanneer alle vier de hoeken van de AirAwning in de grond zijn gezekerd, kunt u de andere bevestigingspunten (elastiek en banden) aan de

onderkant van de deuren met de bijgeleverde rotsharingen vastmaken in de grond.

 Aan de onderkant van iedere deur bevindt zich een bevestigingspunt met twee ogen. Gebruik een grondzijlharingen (haring met de platte,

afgeronde kop) voor beide ogen om de band in de grond te zekeren.

 Pomp de ''Bracer'' AirBeam op en breng hem aan tussen de hoofd AirBeams aan de binnenkant van de AirAwning. De uiteinden van de Bracer

kunnen worden vastgezet met behulp van de haak- en lusverbindingen. De Bracer AirBeam brengt extra spanning op de dakconstructie en zorgt

voor extra stabiliteit tijdens slecht weer.

 Twee lange tochtstrips zijn bijgeleverd: deze kunnen worden aangebracht tussen de AirAwning en de caravan om tocht tegen te gaan.

Bevestiging ervan gebeurt door middel van de haak- en lusverbindingen. Twee verstelbare, metalen stokken zijn bijgeleverd om de strips extra te

zekeren tijdens winderig weer. Plaats de platte kant van deze stokken in de mantels aan beide kanten van de luifel, net onder de buitenste

AirBeams. Plaats de puntige kant van de stok in één van de ogen aan onderaan de achterkant van de AirAwning. De lengte van de stok is

verstelbaar, zodat de onder- en bovenkant van de AirAwning op spanning kan worden gebracht. Het doek van de AirAwning kan aan de stokken

worden vastgemaakt met behulp van de haak- en lusverbindingen.

 Zoek de PVC wielkappen en tochtstrip. Schuif de tochtstrip op zijn plaats over de luifelrail aan de onderkant van de caravan. De onderkant van de

tochtstrip wordt op zijn plaats gehouden met behulp van grondzijlharingen. De wielkappen worden aangebracht met behulp van de bijgeleverde

zuignappen. Voor een caravan met enkele as, is slechts één van de wielkappen voldoende.

 Tijdens slecht, winderig weer is het mogelijk dat de AirAwning over de rail gaat glijden. Om dit te voorkomen, breng één van de zuignappen aan op

de caravan en verzeker de luifel hieraan met behulp van de haak- en lusverbinding.

 Spanbanden - Verwijder de bijgeleverde spanbanden uit de haring zak en bevestig ze aan de overeenkomende gespen aan de achterkant van

het AirAway dak. Leg de banden over het dak van het voertuig en bevestig ze aan de grond metharingen. Pas de banden aan tot het dak

helemaal strak staat.

 Zet ALLE scheerlijnen vast met haringen, om er zeker van te zijn dat ze uitlijnen met de AirBeam of naden waar ze aan vast zitten.

 Wij raden u aan de bijgeleverde stormbanden te gebruiken tijdens winderig weer.

 Deze banden dienen worden vastgemaakt aan de bijbehorende banden met clips aan de achterste AirBeam van de AirAway en met de

bijgeleverde haringen in de grond te worden gezekerd.

DE AIRBEAM/ AIRAWAY/ AIRAWNING LEEG LATEN LOPEN:

 Schroef het ventiel helemaal los, let wel op gezien het ventiel onder druk staat van de lucht in de slang.

 Laat de ventielen openstaan. Op deze manier kan de lucht uit de AirBeams lopen tijdens het inpakken en opvouwen.

 In het onwaarschijnlijke geval van een lek:

 Laat de air beam leeg lopen. Rits de binnenste buitentent zak open waar de betreffende slang in zit.

 Verwijder de slang en diens beschermende omhulsel.

 De ritsen van de beschermende omhulsel zitten aan elkaar vast gemaakt om toegang per ongeluk tegen te gaan. Knip de ritsen los en open ze.

 Open deze ritsen NIET wanneer de slang opgeblazen is.

 Verwijder de doorzichtige rubberachtige slang uit het beschermende omhulsel, wees voorzichtig bij het verwijderen van het ventiel uit de zak.

 Blaas de slang gedeeltelijk op en haal deze door een emmer of bak met water, zoek naar belletjes welke de locatie van het lek aangeven

 Gebruik de bijgeleverde reparatie patch om het gat te dichten, volg hierbij de instructies op de patch. Doe de slang terug in het beschermende

omhulsel, sluit de rits aan beide kanten zodat de ritsen in de zak van de buitentent zitten (dit is wellicht makkelijker als de slang gedeeltelijk

opgeblazen is)

CORRECTE POMP SET-UP:

 Pomp Body > Drukventiel > Drukmeter > Slang

 (Zorg ervoor dat het ventiel/meter/slang verbonden zijn aan het opblaas punt van de pomp)

TENT PITCHING INSTRUCTIONS – Varkala (CZ)

 Zaparkujte vaše vozidlo tak, abyste měli dost prostoru pro umístění vašeoh AirAway/ Awning.

 Ujistěte se, že v místě, kde hodláte předstan postavit, nejsou žádné ostré předměty a že jsou zapnuty všechny zipy vchodových dveří. (Před

připojením ke karavanu doporučujeme nechat plachtu předstanu ležet na podlážce, aby se předešlo jejímu ušpinění a navlhčení. Navíc to také

pomůže zabránit poškození tkaniny při zavádění předstanu do kedrové lišty u auta.)

 Před instalací předstanu se ujistěte, že kedrová lišta Vašeho karavanu je čistá a zbavená všech nečistot. Použijte případně přípravek pro snížení tření

mezi kedrovým pásem a kanálem kedrové lišty, je-li to při montáži a odstranění předstanu potřeba.

 Vybalte předstan a položte ho v požadovaném směru se zadní připevňovací částí směrem k boku karavanu. Pumpu, kolíky a ostatní součásti

umístěte k jedné straně.

 Nasuňte zaváděcí hranu kedru do zadního konce kedrové lišty u Vašeho karavanu a opatrně vytahujte předstan do požadované polohy a

zajistěte, aby střecha předstanu byla umístěna ve vodorovné části kedrové lišty karavanu. (K vytahování předstanu používejte, prosím, výhradně

poutek na obou koncích kedru.)

 Připevněte zadní rohy AirAway/AirAwning ke spodní části vozidla.

 Umístěte nafukovací body na dně každého nosníku

 Pro první použití AirAway/AirAwning odšroubujte všechny ventily z AirBeams a zašroubujte je zpět dříve, než začnete nafukovat - tím zajistíte, že HTE

ventil není zkřížen.

 Začněte s vnitřní AirBeam-em, pomožte tunelu do vzpřímené polohy během nafukování

 Nafoukněte všechny AirBeams na 7 psi. Vango AirBeam® pumpa je dodávána s pojistkou, která uvolní tlak, pokud je tlak v Airbeam vyšší než 7,5 - 8

psi

 Odstraňte čerpadlo a utáhněte šroubovací uzávěr. Ujistěte se, že obě části ventilu sedí tak, že se zamezí vstupu vzduchu, ale zároveň ventil není

příliš utáhnutý.

 Přesvědčte se, že zipy vchodových dveří jsou úplně zapnuté a pomocí kolíků, jenž jsou součástí dodávky, ukotvěte rohy přední části předstanu,

zároveň přitom dbejte na to, aby předek a obě boční strany předstanu byly řádně vypnuté. V případě kamenitého terénu je možno kolíky umístit v

určitém rozsahu míst díky nastavitelným kotvícím bodům. Napnutím jejich popruhů se dosáhne vypnutí plachty.

 Po umístění 4 rohů předstanu, by měly být ukotveny všechny ostatní kotvící body (jak nastavitelné popruhy, tak elastická poutka) v úpatí všech

vchodů pomocí dodávaných kolíků.

 V úpatí každého vchodu je popruh se dvěma očky. Zasuňte podlážkový kolík (kolík s placatým kruhovým vrškem) do každého z těchto oček tak,

aby držel tyto popruhy těsně u země.

 Nafoukněte rozpěru AirBeam a nainstalujte ji uvnitř předstanu mezi hlavní nafukovací nosníky AirBeam v hřebeni konstrukce. Její konce jsou pro tento

účel vybaveny suchými zipy. Nafukovací rozpěra AirBeam zvýší vypnutí střechy a poskytne vyšší stabilitu za nepříznivých povětrnostních podmínek.

 Pro zmenšení průvanu jsou dodávány 2 dlouhé závěsy, které se pomocí suchých zipů připevní svisle mezi předstan a karavan. Aby desky držely i za

větrnějších podmínek, jsou dále dodávány 2 nastavitelné ocelové tyčky. Plochý konec těchto tyček se vsune do návleků z pevné tkaniny na obou

koncích předstanu těsně pod vnějším nafukovacím nosníkem AirBeam a spodní špičatý konec se umístí do jednoho ze dvou ok v úpatí zadní části

předstanu. Pro využití napětí mezi horní části předstanu a jeho základnou je možno následně uzpůsobit délku těchto tyček. Nakonec se k tyčkám

připojí tkanina předstanu tak, že se kolem ovinou pásky na suchý zip.

 Vyberte z dodaných součástí plastové kryty na kola a dále plachtu na zakrytí podvozku. Zasuňte tuto plachtu do kedrové lišty v dolní části

karavanu. Spodní část plachty ukotvěte pomocí podlážkových kolíků. Kryty na kola jsou upevněny pomocí přísavek, které jsou součástí balení. Pro

karavany s jednou nápravou bude stačit pouze jeden kryt na kola.

 Za extrémních povětrnostních podmínek může plachta předstanu po kedrové liště klouzat. Aby se tomu zabránilo, připněte na karavan jeden

přísavný háček, do kterého zahákněte poutko na konci kedrového pásu.

 Popruhy: Dodané popruhy připněte k příslušným sponám na zadní straně střechy AirAway. Přehoďte popruhy přes střechu vozidla připevněte je k

zemi. Poté je přiměřeně vypněte.

 Připevněte všechny napínací šňůry, což zajistí, že jsou v souladu s AirBeam nebo vypadají, že jsou připojeny.

 Bude-li nafukovací předstan používán za větrného počasí, doporučujeme aplikovat přiložené bouřkové popruhy.

 Popruhy se připojí k zadnímu nafukovacímu nosníku AirBeam, který je pro tento účel vybaven pásky s plastovými sponami a ukotví se pomocí

přiložených kolíků.

VYFOUKNUTÍ AIRBEAM/ AIRAWAY/ AIRAWNING STANU:

 Vyšroubujte ventil úplně z nosníku. Davejte přitom pozor, ventil bude pod tlakem.

 Při balení nechte ventily vyšroubované, aby mohl veškerý vzduch z duší uniknout.

 V nepravděpodobném případě defektu:

 Vypusťte vzduch. Rozepněte vnitřní tunýlek tropika, ve kterém je defektovaný nosník.

 Odstraňte trubku a její ochranný vnějšek

 Zipy na ochranný vnějšek jsou sepnuté dohromady, aby se zabránilo náhodnému vstupu. Odstřihněte kabelové šňůry a otevřete zip.

 NEROZPÍNEJTE tyto zipy, když je trubka nafouknutá.

 Ostraňte čistou trubici z ochranného tunýlku, dávejte pozor při odstraňování ventilu z tunýlku.

 Částečně nafoukněte trubku a propláchněte ji kýblem vody, sledujte vzduchové bubliny. Tyto budou naznačovat místo defektu.

 Použijte poskytnutou záplatu a zalepte otvor, pomocí pokynů na záplatě.Vložte znovu trubku do ochranného vnějšku, zapněte zip na obou

stranách tak, aby konce zipu byly v tunýlku tropika. Toto může být jednodušší, když je trubka částečně nafouknutá.

SPRÁVNÉ NASTAVENÍ PUMPY:

 Tělo pumpy > Ventil > Tlakoměr > Hadice

 (Ujistěte se, že ventil/tlakoměr/hadice jsou připojeny k čerpadlu)
