Wichtig

Dieses Gerät ist mit einem Spezialkabel (6) mit integriertem

Netzteil für Sicherheitskleinspannung ausgestattet. Es dürfen

weder Teile ausgetauscht noch Veränderungen vorgenommen

Hat das Gerät die Markierung 492, so kann jedes Braun

Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und von Personen mit

reduzierten physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten

oder Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder Wissen benutzt werden,

Personen benutzen.

• Wenden Sie es nicht auf gereizter Haut an.

• Verwenden Sie den Epilierkopf nicht, um Wimpern zu entfernen. Der Epilierkopf kann

für die Entfernung einzelner Härchen zwischen oder über den Augenbrauen

verwendet werden, jedoch nicht, um die Augenbrauenkontur zu formen.

• Das eingeschaltete Gerät darf nicht mit Kleidung, Bändern oder langem Kopfhaar

Laden Sie das Gerät vor dem ersten Gebrauch 1 Stunde lang mit dem Spezialkabel (6)

auf. Trennen Sie das Gerät nach Beendigung des Ladevorgangs vom Strom und

verwenden Sie es kabellos.

Die beste Umgebungstemperatur für das Laden, die Verwendung und die Aufbe-

wahrung liegt zwischen 15 und 30 °C. Bei höheren oder niedrigeren Temperaturen kann

der Ladevorgang länger dauern.

Bei Überhitzung oder blockiertem Motor blinkt/leuchtet die rote Kontrollleuchte

durchgehend und der Motor schaltet sich ab. Warten Sie, bis das Gerät abgekühlt und

das rote Licht erloschen ist, bevor Sie das Gerät erneut anschalten.

Ein-/Austaste (4)

Drücken Sie die Ein-/Austaste mittig (I), um das Gerät ein- und auszuschalten.

Einschaltsperre

Drücken Sie 3 Sekunden lang die Ein-/Austaste (I), um das Gerät zu sperren. Ein

Signalton bestätigt, dass die Einschaltsperre aktiv ist. Um das Gerät zu entsperren,

drücken Sie die Taste erneut für 3 Sekunden. 3 Signaltöne zeigen an, dass das

Verwendung des Epilierkopfs (nur Trockenanwendung)

• Stellen Sie vor jeder Anwendung sicher, dass Ihre Haut und der Epilierkopf gründlich

gereinigt sind.

• Halten Sie mit Ihrer freien Hand die Haut im Behandlungsbereich gespannt und

bringen Sie das Gerät mit den Pinzetten in Kontakt mit Ihrer Haut. Bewegen Sie es

sanft und mit leichtem Druck gegen die Haarwuchsrichtung. Zu fester Druck kann zu

Hautverletzungen führen. Führen Sie im Oberlippenbereich Ihre Zunge von innen

unter die Haut, um diese zu spannen.

• Um die Haut zu entspannen, empfehlen wir, nach der Epilation eine Feuchtigkeits-

creme aufzutragen. Wenn Sie zum ersten Mal epilieren, ist es ratsam, dies abends zu

machen, damit eventuelle Hautrötungen über Nacht abklingen können.

Allgemeine Informationen zur Epilation

Bei allen Formen der Haarentfernung an der Wurzel kann es zum Einwachsen von

Haaren oder zu Hautreizungen (z. B. Brennen, Rötungen, Jucken) kommen, abhängig

von Haut- und Haartyp.

Das sind normale Reaktionen, die auch rasch wieder abklingen. Sie können jedoch

stärker auftreten, wenn Sie zum ersten Mal epilieren oder wenn Sie empfindliche Haut

haben.

In aller Regel nehmen die Hautreaktionen und das Schmerzempfinden nach

mehrmaliger Anwendung deutlich ab. Falls die Hautreizungen nach 36 Stunden noch

anhalten, sollten Sie sich an Ihren Arzt wenden. Es kann vorkommen, dass sich die

Haut durch das Eindringen von Bakterien entzündet (z. B. wenn das Gerät über die

Haut gleitet). Eine gründliche Reinigung des Epilierkopfs vor jeder Anwendung

reduziert weitestgehend dieses Infektionsrisiko.

Wenn Sie Zweifel bezüglich der Verwendung dieses Geräts haben, wenden Sie sich

bitte an Ihren Arzt. In den folgenden Fällen sollten Sie unbedingt zunächst Ihren Arzt

konsultieren, bevor Sie das Gerät verwenden: bei Ekzemen, Wunden, Hautentzün-

dungen wie Follikulitiden (Eiterknötchen), Krampfadern, im Bereich von Leberflecken,

sowie bei reduzierter Immunität der Haut, z. B. durch Diabetes, Schwangerschaft,

bei Vorliegen des Raynaud-Syndroms oder des Köbner-Phänomens, durch die

Bluterkrankheit, Candida oder bei Immunschwäche.

Bitte beachten Sie auch, dass zu Beginn der Einnahme oder bei einem Wechsel von

Hormonpräparaten (z. B. Pille) die Veränderung des Hormonspiegels Einfluss auf den

Haarwuchs nehmen kann. Dies geht auf die hormonelle Umstellung zurück und wird

nicht durch das Gerät verursacht.

Verwendung der Gesichtsreinigungsbürste (Nass- und

Trockenanwendung)

Entfernen Sie den Epilierkopf und setzen Sie den Bürsten-Adapter (8) und die

Gesichtsreinigungsbürste (7a) bzw. den vitalisierenden Aufsatz (7b) auf.

Verwenden Sie diesen Aufsatz bei Ihrer täglichen Reinigungsroutine mit Wasser, Seife,

Reinigungsmilch/ -gel oder Peeling-Produkten.

Der vitalisierende Aufsatz bietet zudem eine intensive Massage zur Verbesserung Ihres

Hautbilds.

Führen Sie die Bürste bzw. den Aufsatz in kreisenden Bewegungen mit sanftem Druck

über die Haut. Vermeiden Sie den Augenbereich und den Haaransatz.

Verwendung des MicroVibrations-Kopfs

Setzen Sie den MicroVibrations-Kopf auf (9). Sie können zwischen dem sanften und

intensiven Modus wählen, indem Sie den Schalter (9a) nach links oder rechts

bewegen. Jeder Modus kann mit Geschwindigkeitsstufe 1 oder 2 betrieben werden.

Wir empfehlen den MicroVibrations-Kopf für das Auftragen flüssiger bzw. cremiger

Hautpflegeprodukte.

Die sanfte Klopfbewegung ermöglicht eine effiziente und sparsame Anwendung

Ihres Hautpflegeprodukts. Führen Sie den MicroVibrations-Kopf langsam über die

3 Gesichtszonen (je 20 Sekunden).

Reinigung und Wartung

Nach jeder Anwendung sollten Sie das Gerät wie folgt reinigen:

MicroVibrations-Kopf (9): Verwenden Sie ein feuchtes Tuch für die Reinigung. Nicht

unter Wasser reinigen.

Epilierkopf (2): Verwenden Sie die Bürste (10) für die vorsichtige Reinigung der

Pinzetten. Sie können die Bürste gelegentlich mit Ethanol (70 %) benetzen. Den

Epilierkopf nicht unter Wasser reinigen.

Bürsten- und Aufsatz-Adapter (7,8): Dieser Aufsatz kann als einziger unter fließendem

Wasser gereinigt werden. Falls Sie ihn mit Seife und warmem Wasser reinigen

möchten, können Sie die Gesichtsreinigungsbürste/ den vitalisierenden Aufsatz (7a/b)

abnehmen, indem Sie die Entriegelungstaste (8a) drücken. Lassen Sie alle Teile nach

der Reinigung vollständig trocknen, bevor Sie sie erneut aufsetzen.

Für beste Ergebnisse, empfehlen wir einen Austausch der Gesichtsreinigungsbürste/ des

vitalisierenden Aufsatzes (7a/b) alle 3 Monate oder auch früher, falls sie durch häufigen

Gebrauch verformt sind. Verschiedene Ersatzbürsten (Referenz-Nr.: 80 Face) sind bei

Ihrem Einzelhändler, im Braun Service Center oder über www.service.braun.com

Informationen zum Umweltschutz

Before using the appliance, please read the use instructions carefully and completely

integrated Safety Extra Low Voltage power supply. Do not

exchange or manipulate any part of it. Otherwise there is risk of

electric shock. Only use the special cord set provided with the

appliance.

If the appliance is marked 492, you can use it with any

Braun power supply coded 492-XXXX.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and

above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental

capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been

given supervision or instructions concerning the safe use of the

Charging

Before use, charge the appliance for 1 hour using the special cord set (6).

Unplug after charging and use the appliance cordless.

The best environmental temperature for charging, using and storing is between 15 and

30 °C. Beyond this range, charging might take longer.

In case of overheating/motor blocking, the red pilot light flashes/shines constantly and

the motor turns off. Wait for the appliance to cool down and the red light to turn off

before switching on again.

Switch (4)

Press the switch centre (I) to turn the appliance on and off.

Additional switch functions depend on the head attached:

* Both the Brush attachment and the MicroVibration head are provided with a

treatment timer. A short pause after every 20 seconds of operation indicates that it is

time to move on to the next face zone (left cheek, right cheek, forehead).

Travel lock

Press the switch centre (I) 3 seconds to lock the appliance. A beep confirms that the

travel lock is activated. To unlock, press the switch 3 seconds. 3 beeps will sound when

your unlock attempt failed. Try again or simply connect the appliance to the mains.

Using the epilation head (dry use only)

• Before use, make sure your skin and the epilation head are thoroughly clean.

• Hold the appliance with the tweezers against a section of skin that you keep

stretched with your free hand. Carefully guide it with gentle pressure against the

direction of hair growth. Do not press too hard as this may lead to skin injury. To

stretch the upper lip area, use your tongue to push from below.

• To relax the skin we recommend applying a moisturizing cream after epilation. When

epilating for the first time, it is advisable to epilate in the evening, so that any possible

reddening can disappear overnight.

General information on epilation

All methods of hair removal from the root can lead to skin irritation (e.g. itching,

discomfort, reddening) depending on the condition of your skin and hair.

This is a normal reaction and should quickly disappear, but may be stronger when you

are removing hair at the root for the first few times or if you have sensitive skin.

In general, skin reactions and the sensation of pain tend to diminish considerably with

the repeated use. If, after 36 hours, the skin still shows irritation, we recommend that

you contact your physician. In order to minimise the risk of infection or inflammation

due to penetrating bacteria (e.g. when sliding the appliance over the skin), thoroughly

clean the epilation head and the skin before using it.

If you have any doubts about using this appliance, please consult your physician. In the

following cases, this appliance should only be used after prior consultation with a

physician: eczema, wounds, inflamed skin reactions such as folliculitis (purulent hair

follicles) and varicose veins around moles, reduced immunity of the skin, e.g. diabetes

mellitus, during pregnancy, Raynaud’s disease, koebner phenomenon, haemophilia or

immune deficiency.

When you begin taking hormones or if you change the type of hormone medication

(e.g. contraceptive pill), the growth of your hairs may be influenced due to a change of

your hormone level. This is caused by the change of hormonal conditions, but not by

the appliance.

Using the cleansing brush (wet & dry use)

Pull off the epilation head, attach the brush adapter (8) and click-in the cleansing

brush (7a) or the vitalizing pad (7b).

Use this attachment as part of your daily cleansing routine with water, soap, cleanser,

cleansing milk, gel or peeling products.

The vitalizing pad additionally provides an intensive massage to improve your skin

appearance.

Guide the brush/pad with gentle pressure and circular motions. Avoid the eye area and

hairline.

Using the MicroVibration head

Attach the MicroVibration head (9). You can choose between gentle and intense mode

by sliding the switch (9a) to the left or right. Each mode can be operated with speed

1 or 2.

We recommend the MicroVibration head for applying liquid skin care products.

The delicate tapping action ensures an efficient and economic application of your skin

care product. Slowly guide the MicroVibration head over the 3 face zones (20 seconds

each).

Cleaning and maintenance

After use, clean the appliance as follows:

MicroVibration head (9): Use a damp cloth for cleaning. Do not clean in water.

Epilation head (2): Use the brush (10) to carefully clean the tweezers. You may want to

dip the brush into ethanol (70%). Do not clean the epilation head with water.

Cleansing brush/pad (7,8): Only this attachment can be rinsed under running water.

If you prefer cleaning it thoroughly with soap and warm water, you may detach the

brush/pad (7a/b) by pressing the release button (8a). After cleaning, leave all parts to

dry before reattaching them.

For best results, replace the brush/pad (7a/b) every 3 months or sooner if bristles

become deformed due to frequent usage. A range of brush refills (ref. no. 80 Face) is

Avant la première utilisation, chargez l’appareil pendant 1 heure au moyen du câble

spécial (6). Après le chargement, débranchez l’appareil et utilisez-le sans fil.

La température idéale de chargement, d’utilisation et de stockage de l’appareil se

situe entre 15 et 30 °C. En dehors de cette échelle de température, le chargement peut

être plus long.

En cas de surchauffe/blocage moteur, le témoin lumineux rouge se met à clignoter en

continu et le moteur s’éteint. Attendez que l’appareil refroidisse et que le témoin

lumineux rouge s’éteigne avant de l’allumer à nouveau.

de soin. Une petite pause après 20 secondes d’utilisation indique qu’il est temps de

passer à une autre zone du visage (joue gauche, joue droite, front).

Verrou de sécurité pour le voyage

Appuyez sur le bouton au centre (I) pendant 3 secondes pour verrouiller l’appareil. Un

bip sonore signale que le verrou de voyage est activé. Pour le déverrouiller, appuyez

sur le bouton pendant 3 secondes. 3 bips sonores d’affilée signifient que la tentative

de déverrouillage a échoué. Essayez à nouveau ou branchez simplement l’appareil sur

secteur.

Utilisation de la tête d’épilation (à sec uniquement)

• Avant toute utilisation, assurez-vous que la peau et la tête d’épilation sont

correctement nettoyées.

• Positionnez les pincettes de l’appareil contre la zone à épiler, en maintenant la peau

tendue avec la main libre. Déplacez doucement l’appareil dans le sens inverse de la

pousse du poil, en exerçant une légère pression. N‘appuyez pas l’appareil trop fort

contre la peau pour éviter de l’irriter. Pour tendre la peau au-dessus de la lèvre

supérieure, gonflez la zone à l’aide de la langue.

• Il est recommandé d’appliquer une crème hydratante pour apaiser la peau après

l’épilation. Il est conseillé d’effectuer la toute première épilation le soir, afin de laisser

le temps aux éventuelles rougeurs de disparaître pendant la nuit.

Informations générales sur l’épilation

Toutes les méthodes d’épilation à la racine peuvent entraîner des irritations cutanées

(par exemple : démangeaisons, gêne et rougeur), selon l’état de votre peau et de vos

poils.

Il s’agit d’une réaction normale qui doit disparaître rapidement. Cette réaction peut

être plus importante après les premières épilations ou si vous avez une peau sensible.

En général, les réactions cutanées et la sensation de douleur tendent à diminuer

considérablement après plusieurs utilisations. Si votre peau montre toujours des

signes d’irritation après 36 heures, il est recommandé de consulter un médecin. Afin

de minimiser les risques d’infection ou d’inflammation causées par les bactéries de

contact (par exemple : en passant l’appareil sur la peau), nettoyez correctement la

tête d’épilation et la peau avant toute utilisation.

En cas de doutes à propos de l’utilisation de cet appareil, consultez un médecin. Un

avis médical est nécessaire avant toute utilisation de cet appareil dans les cas suivants

: eczéma, plaies, réactions inflammatoires cutanées telles qu’une folliculite (follicules

pileux purulents), varices autour de grains de beauté, immunité réduite de la peau, par

exemple, en cas de diabète sucré, de grossesse, de maladie de Raynaud, de

phénomène de Koebner, d’hémophilie ou de déficit immunitaire. En cas de prise

d’hormones ou de changement de traitement hormonal (par exemple : pilule

contraceptive), la pousse des poils peut varier à cause du changement du niveau

d’hormones. Ce changement résulte de modifications hormonales et non de l’appareil

lui-même.

Utilisation de la brosse nettoyante (utilisation sous l’eau et à sec)

Retirez la tête d’épilation, fixez l’adaptateur de brosse (8) et mettez en place la brosse

nettoyante (7a) ou la tête revitalisante (7b).

Utilisez cet accessoire dans le cadre du nettoyage quotidien avec de l’eau, du savon,

un nettoyant, un lait nettoyant, un gel ou des produits exfoliants.

La tête revitalisante offre de plus un massage intensif pour améliorer l’aspect de la

peau.

Déplacez la brosse/tête avec des mouvements circulaires, en exerçant une légère

pression. Évitez la zone des yeux et la naissance des cheveux.

Utilisation de la tête de micro-pulsations

Fixez la tête de micro-pulsations (9). Il est possible de choisir entre le mode doux et

intense en faisant glisser le bouton (9a) vers la gauche ou vers la droite. Chaque mode

peut être utilisé sur vitesse 1 ou 2.

Il est recommandé d’utiliser la tête de micro-pulsations pour appliquer des produits de

soin cutané liquides. Le mouvement de tapotement délicat assure une application

efficace et économique du produit de soin cutané. Dirigez doucement la tête de micro-

pulsations sur les 3 zones du visage (20 secondes chacune).

Nettoyage et entretien

Après utilisation, nettoyez l’appareil comme suit :

Tête de micro-pulsations (9) : utilisez un chiffon humide pour le nettoyage. Ne pas la

laver sous l’eau.

Tête d’épilation (2) : utilisez la brosse (10) pour nettoyer délicatement les pincettes.

Il est conseillé de tremper la brosse dans de l’alcool (à 70 %). Ne pas nettoyer la tête

d’épilation sous l’eau.

Brosse/tête nettoyante (7,8) : Seul cet accessoire peut être rincé à l’eau courante.

Pour un nettoyage au savon et à l’eau chaude, il est possible de retirer la brosse/tête

(7a/b) en appuyant sur le bouton d’éjection (8a). Après le nettoyage, laissez toutes les

pièces sécher avant de les réassembler.

Pour de meilleurs résultats, remplacez la brosse/la tête (7a/b) tous les 3 mois ou plus

tôt si les poils commencent à se déformer en raison d’un usage fréquent. Une gamme

de brosses de rechange (réf. n°80 Face) sont disponibles auprès de votre revendeur,

des centres de service Braun ou via le site www.braun.com/fr.

Ce produit contient des piles et/ou des déchets électriques recyclables. Pour

protéger l’environnement, ne les jetez pas dans les ordures ménagères, mais

dans un centre de recyclage approprié disponible dans votre pays.
