5. Startup and Operation

Warning

•Connect the product only to a socket that has been

approved for the device. The socket must be installed close

to the product and must be easily accessible.

•Disconnect the product from the network using the power

button – if this is not available, unplug the power cord

from the socket.

•When using a multi-socket power strip, make sure that

the sum power draw of all the connected devices does not

exceed its maximum throughput rating.

•If you will not be using the product for a long period of

time, disconnect it from mains power.

Note

Please note that the number and quality of stations received

may vary depending on the position of the antenna and local

conditions.

5.1 Powering the antenna using a power supply unit

(Fig. 1)

•Connect the coaxial cable from the antenna to the set-top

box or TV.

•Connect the power supply unit to the antenna’s DC input and

plug the power supply unit into an electrical socket. (Please use

only the power unit supplied with the product.)

•Switch on the antenna using the power switch.

•Switch on the TV (and the set-top box, if present).

•Check the reception quality. If the reception quality is not

good, adjust the position or angle of the antenna. Depending

on the station, the amplier performance must be adjusted

using the dial on the back.

•Switch off the antenna when it is not in use.

5.2 Powering the antenna with the set-top box or

digital TV (Fig. 2)

•Connect the coaxial cable that is attached to the anten-

na with the antenna input on the set-top box or digital

television.

•Ensure that the power supply for the antenna is activated on

the set-top box or digital TV.

•Check the reception quality. If the reception quality is not

good, adjust the position or angle of the antenna. Depending

on the station, the amplier performance must be adjusted

using the dial on the back.

•Switch off the antenna when it is not in use.

Note

Powering the antenna directly from the set-top box or

digital TV requires a supply voltage of 5 V. No USB cable or

power supply unit is necessary.

5.3 Setting up the antenna on a table, cabinet or

similar

Next, place the antenna on an even surface such as a table

or entertainment stand. Check the reception quality. If the

reception quality is not good, adjust the position or angle of

the antenna.

6. Care and Maintenance

Note

Disconnect the device from the power supply before

cleaning it or if it is not going to be used for a long period

of time.

Only clean this product with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and

do not use aggressive cleaning agents.

5. Mise en service et fonctionnement

Avertissement

•Branchez l‘appareil à une prise de courant appropriée. La

prise de courant doit être située à proximité du produit et

doit être facilement accessible

•Coupez le produit du secteur à l‘aide de l‘interrupteur

- débranchez la prise de courant en cas d‘absence

d‘interrupteur.

•En cas de prises multiples, veillez à ce que les appareils

consommateurs branchés ne dépassent pas la puissance

absorbée totale admissible.

•Débranchez l’appareil si vous ne comptez pas l’utiliser

pendant un certain temps.

5.1 Alimentation électrique de l’antenne à l’aide du

bloc secteur (g. 1)

•Raccordez le câble coaxial branché à l’antenne au décodeur

(set top box) ou au téléviseur.

•Raccordez le bloc secteur à l’entrée CC de l’antenne et

branchez-le à une prise (veuillez utiliser uniquement le bloc

secteur fourni).

•Mettez l’antenne sous tension à l’aide de l’interrupteur prévu

à cet effet.

•Allumez votre téléviseur (ou le décodeur - set top box - et le

téléviseur).

•Vériez la qualité de réception. En cas de mauvaise récep-

tion, modiez la position de l’antenne ou placez-la dans un

autre angle. Selon la station, vous devrez ajuster la puissance

d’amplication à l’aide du bouton de réglage rotatif situé sur

la face arrière.

•Mettez l’antenne hors tension lorsque vous ne l’utilisez pas.

5.2

Alimentation électrique de l’antenne via le décodeur

(set top box) ou le téléviseur numérique (g. 2)

•Raccordez le câble coaxial branché à l’antenne à l’entrée

antenne du décodeur - set top box (ou de votre téléviseur

numérique).

•Assurez-vous que l’alimentation électrique de l’antenne

est activée sur le décodeur - set top box (ou le téléviseur

numérique).

•Vériez la qualité de réception. En cas de mauvaise récep-

tion, modiez la position de l’antenne ou placez-la dans un

autre angle. Selon la station, vous devrez ajuster la puissance

d’amplication à l’aide du bouton de réglage rotatif situé sur

la face arrière.

•Mettez l’antenne hors tension lorsque vous ne l’utilisez pas.

Remarque

Une tension d’alimentation de 5 V est nécessaire an

d’alimenter directement l’antenne en électricité via un

décodeur (set top box) ou un téléviseur numérique. Aucun

câble USB et aucun bloc secteur ne sont nécessaires.

5.3 Installation de l’antenne sur une table, une armoire,

etc.

Placez l’antenne sur une surface plane (table, étagère TV, etc.).

Vériez la qualité de réception. En cas de mauvaise réception,

modiez la position de l’antenne ou placez-la dans un autre

angle.

6. Soins et entretien

Remarque

Débranchez l'appareil avant de procéder à son nettoyage et

en cas de non-utilisation prolongée.

Nettoyez la balance uniquement à l’aide d’un chiffon non

breux légèrement humide ; évitez tout détergent agressif.

5. Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb

Warnung

•Betreiben Sie das Produkt nur an einer dafür zugelassenen

Steckdose. Die Steckdose muss in der Nähe des Produktes

angebracht und leicht zugänglich sein.

•Trennen Sie das Produkt mittels des Ein-/Ausschalters vom

Netz – wenn dieser nicht vorhanden ist, ziehen Sie die

Netzleitung aus der Steckdose.

•Achten Sie bei Mehrfachsteckdosen darauf, dass

die angeschlossenen Verbraucher die zulässige

Gesamtleistungsaufnahme nicht überschreiten.

•Trennen Sie das Produkt vom Netz, wenn Sie es längere

Zeit nicht benutzen.

empfangenen Sender von der Position der Antenne und

5.1 Stromversorgung der Antenne über das Netzteil

(Pic 1)

•Verbinden Sie das an der Antenne angeschlossene Koaxialka-

bel mit der Set-Top-Box oder TV.

•Schließen Sie das Netzteil an den DC-Eingang der Antenne

an, und stecken Sie das Netzteil in eine Steckdose. (Bitte nur

das mitgelieferte Netzteil verwenden)

•Schalten Sie die Antenne an dem dafür vorgesehenen

Schalter ein.

•Schalten Sie den Fernseher ein (oder Set-Top-Box und Fernseher).

•Prüfen Sie die Empfangsqualität. Wenn Sie keinen guten

Empfang erhalten, ändern Sie die Position der Antenne oder

stellen Sie in einen anderen Winkel. Je nach Sender muss

die Verstärkerleistung mit dem Drehregler auf der Rückseite

angepasst werden.

•Schalten Sie die Antenne aus, wenn sie nicht benötigt wird.

5.2 Stromversorgung der Antenne über die Set-Top-Box

bzw. über den Digitalfernseher (Pic 2)

•Verbinden Sie das an der Antenne angeschlossene Koaxial-

kabel mit dem Antenneneingang der Set-Top-Box (oder des

Digitalfernsehers).

•Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Stromversorgung der Antenne an

der Set-Top-Box (oder des Digitalfernsehers) eingeschaltet ist.

•Prüfen Sie die Empfangsqualität. Wenn Sie keinen guten

Empfang erhalten, ändern Sie die Position der Antenne oder

stellen Sie in einen anderen Winkel. Je nach Sender muss

die Verstärkerleistung mit dem Drehregler auf der Rückseite

angepasst werden.

•Schalten Sie die Antenne aus, wenn sie nicht benötigt wird.

Hinweis

Für die direkte Stromversorgung der Antenne über die Set-

Top-Box bzw. des Digitalfernsehers wird eine Speisespannung

von 5 V benötigt. Es wird kein USB-Kabel oder Netzteil

benötigt.

5.3 Aufstellen der Antenne auf einem Tisch, Schrank o.ä.

Stellen Sie dann die Antenne auf eine ebene Oberäche wie

z.B. einem Tisch oder einem Fernsehregal. Prüfen Sie die

Empfangsqualität. Wenn Sie keine gute Empfangsqualität be-

kommen, ändern Sie die Position der Antenne oder platzieren

Sie die Antenne in einem anderen Winkel.

6. Wartung und Pege

Hinweis

Trennen Sie das Gerät vor der Reinigung und bei längerem

Nichtgebrauch vom Netz.

Reinigen Sie dieses Produkt nur mit einem fusselfreien, leicht

feuchten Tuch und verwenden Sie keine aggressiven Reiniger.

5. Puesta en marcha y funcionamiento

5.1 Alimentación de corriente de la antena a través de

la fuente de alimentación (g. 1)

•Conecte el cable coaxial conectado a la antena con la Set-

Top-Box o el TV.

•Conecte la fuente de alimentación con la entrada CC de la

antena y enchufe la fuente de alimentación a una toma de

corriente. (Por favor, emplee exclusivamente la fuente de

alimentación suministrada)

5.1 Alimentazione elettrica dell‘antenna mediante

alimentatore (g. 1)

•Collegare il cavo coassiale dell’antenna al decoder o alla TV.

•Collegare l’alimentatore all’ingresso DC dell’antenna e inse-

rire l’alimentatore in una presa. (Utilizzare solo l’alimentatore

fornito)

•Accendere l’antenna dall’apposito interruttore.

•Accendere il televisore (o il decoder e il televisore)

•Controllare la qualità della ricezione. Se la ricezione non

è buona, modicare la posizione dell‘antenna o cambiare

5. Ввод в эксплуатацию и работа

Внимание

•Разрешается подключать только к соответствующей

розетке электросети.Розетка электросети должна

находиться рядом с устройством в легко доступном

месте.

•Отключать с помощью выключателя электросети,а при

его отсутствии вытащить провод из розетки.

•При подключении к колодке с несколькими розетками

5.1 Питание антенны через блок питания (рис. 1)

•Подключите коаксиальный кабель антенны к телевизион-

ной приставке или телевизору.

•Подключите блок питания к входу питания антенны,за-

тем вставьте вилку блока питания в розетку электросети

(используйте только входящий в комплект блок питания).

•Подайте питание антенны с помощью выключателя.

•Включите телевизор (или телевизионную приставку и

телевизор).

•Проверьте качество приема.Если прием неудовлетво-

рителен,измените положение антенны или установите

другой угол.В зависимости от уровня сигнала ручкой

настройки,которая находится на задней панели,устано-

вите коэффициент усиления.

•Если антенна не используется,выключите питание.

5.2 Питание антенны через телевизионную пристав-

ку или цифровой телевизор (рис. 2).

•Подключите коаксиальный кабель антенны к антен-

ному входу телевизионной приставки или цифрового

телевизора.

•На телевизионной приставке (или цифровом телевизоре)

включите питание антенны.

•Проверьте качество приема.Если прием неудовлетво-

рителен,измените положение антенны или установите

другой угол.В зависимости от уровня сигнала ручкой

настройки,которая находится на задней панели,устано-

вите коэффициент усиления.

•Если антенна не используется,выключите питание.

Для прямого питания антенны через телевизионную при-

5.3 Установка антенны на столе,шкафу и т.п.

Разместите антенну на ровной горизонтальной поверхности

(например,стол,подставка под телевизор). Проверьте каче-

ство приема.Если качество приема неудовлетворительное,

измените местоположение антенны или ее угол.

6. Уход и техническое обслуживание

Примечание

Перед очисткой,а также если прибор не используется

в течение длительного времени,всегда отключайте

питание.

Чистку изделия производить только безворсовой слегка

5. Ingebruikneming en werking

Waarschuwing

•Sluit het product alleen aan op een daarvoor geschikt en

intact stopcontact. Het stopcontact moet in de buurt van

het product zijn aangebracht en goed bereikbaar zijn.

•Het product met behulp van de aan/uit schakelaar van

het net scheiden – indien deze niet ter beschikking is, trek

dan de netstekker uit het stopcontact.

•Let er bij meervoudige stopcontacten resp.

tafelcontactdozen op dat de aangesloten verbruikers

niet het toegestane totale opgenomen vermogen

overschrijden.

•Indien het product gedurende langere tijd niet wordt

gebruikt, trek dan de stekker uit het stopcontact.

Aanwijzing

Houd er rekening mee dat het aantal en de kwaliteit van de

ontvangen zenders afhankelijk kan zijn van de positie van

de antenne en van de omstandigheden ter plaatse.

5.1 Stroomvoorziening van de antenne via de voe-

dingsadapter (afb. 1)

•Verbind de op de antenne aangesloten coax-kabel met de

set-top-box of de tv.

•Sluit de voedingsadapter op de DC-ingang van de antenne

aan en steek de voedingsadapter in een stopcontact. (Ge-

bruik alleen de meegeleverde voedingsadapter a.u.b.)

•Schakel de antenne op de daarvoor bestemde schakelaar in.

•Schakel het televisietoestel in (of set-top-box en televisie-

toestel).

•Controleer de ontvangstkwaliteit. Als u geen goede

ontvangst vaststelt, wzigt u de positie van de antenne of

probeert u een andere hoekinstelling. Afhankelk van de

zender kan het versterkervermogen met de draaiknop op de

achterzde worden aangepast.

•Schakel de antenne uit als zniet wordt gebruikt.

5.2 Spanningsvoorziening van de antenne via de set-

top-box resp. via het digitale televisietoestel (afb. 2)

•Verbind de op de antenne aangesloten coax-kabel met de

antenne-ingang van de set-top-box (of van het digitale

televisietoestel).

•Let erop dat de spanningsvoorziening van de antenne

op de set-top-box (of van het digitale televisietoestel) is

ingeschakeld.

•Controleer de ontvangstkwaliteit. Als u geen goede

ontvangst vaststelt, wzigt u de positie van de antenne of

probeert u een andere hoekinstelling. Afhankelk van de

zender kan het versterkervermogen met de draaiknop op de

achterzde worden aangepast.

•Schakel de antenne uit als zniet wordt gebruikt.

Aanwijzing

Voor de directe spanningsvoorziening van de antenne via

de set-top-box resp. het digitale televisietoestel is een

voedingsspanning van 5 V nodig. Er is geen USB-kabel of

voedingsadapter nodig.

5.3 Opstellen van de antenne op een tafel, kast e.d.

Plaats de antenne op een vlak oppervlak zoals een tafel of

televisiemeubel. Controleer de ontvangstkwaliteit. Als u geen

goede ontvangstkwaliteit heeft, wzigt u de plaats van de

antenne of plaatst de antenne in een andere hoek.

6. Onderhoud en verzorging

Aanwijzing

Trek de stekker van het apparaat uit het stopcontact voordat

u het reinigt en wanneer het apparaat gedurende langere

tijd niet wordt gebruikt.

Reinig dit product uitsluitend met een pluisvrije, licht

vochtige doek en maak geen gebruik van agressieve

reinigingsmiddelen.

7. Uitsluiting van garantie en aansprakelijkheid

Hama GmbH & Co KG aanvaardt geen enkele

aansprakelijkheid of garantieclaims voor schade of

gevolgschade, welke door ondeskundige installatie,

montage en ondeskundig gebruik van het product ontstaan

of het resultaat zijn van het niet in acht nemen van de

bedieningsinstructies en/of veiligheidsinstructies.
