Why does the device display the lack of liquid while there is liquid in the barrel?
Pull out the water gauge in the lower barrel to inspect internal parts of the water gauge
successively: Whether the float spindle is stuck. Inspect whether the top magnet or the
bottom pearl wool of the float spindle is lost. If the lack of liquid is still displayed after
the above inspections are conducted, contact the customer service personnel.
Why does the device display that the liquid is remaining while there is no liquid in
the barrel?
Pull out the water gauge in the lower barrel and inspect whether the internal part (float
spindle) is stuck.
Why is the function key unusable?
First, inspect whether the orange indicator light of lock is on. If the orange indicator light
is on, it means the device is locked. At this time, the device cannot be used. You can
unlock the device by double clicking the lock key. The orange indicator light will be off,
and the function key can be used again after unlocking. In case of failure in unlocking or
the indicator light being unresponsive after double clicking the lock key, contact the
customer service personnel. To prevent touch errors, the lock key cannot be used
withing two seconds after unlocking.
For how long can a package of purification liquid be used approximately?
The service time of the PETKIT Concentrated Air Purifying Refill is different due to
difference in environment, use pattern and frequency. It can be used for about one
month when it is working for eight hours per day under the powerful mode (refer to
reminder for lack of liquid).
Why can’t I switch between Fahrenheit degree and degree centigrade?
The switch between Fahrenheit degree and degree centigrade can be done in the PETKIT
app only.
Is there any colloidal or crystalline solid in the barrel after a long time of use?
The colloidal or crystalline solid in the barrel is educt of the PETKIT Concentrated Air
Purifying Refill after a long period of use, which is normal.
