manual carefully before using. Once the product is installed or used, it indicates that you

have carefully read and accept the safety instructions below.

Our company will neither assume any responsibility nor undertake any legal liabilities

for any accidents and damages caused due to violations. The company reserves the

right of explanation and revision for the terms.

Quick Guide

Place the product in a right position.

To better exert the performance of AIR

MAGICUBE, a certain distance (no less than 10

centimetres) between air inlet and the shelter

(such as wall) shall be kept in use. Considering

different pet habits, it shall be placed in the

position where the pet cannot reach it.

Add the concentrated air purifying refill.

Add enough water to reach the water level mark

and pour the whole PETKIT concentrated air

purifying refill to the water barrel. Specifically, a

solution of nine parts water to one part mixture

should be formed.

(Grade III wind speed – powerful air cleaning)

Complete the installation.

Align the mainframe cover with the water barrel,

then press down.

Switching on.

Connect the power adapter. After switching on for

the first time, the device will enter the default

mode (AUTO mode); or switch the mode by short

pressing the function key. (Refer to Key Functions

for the detailed description of key use.)

App Access

After powering on, observe the Wi-Fi indicator light

state. If the indicator light flickers, it means the

device entered the network pairing mode.

Note: In case of network change, press function key with

lock key at the same time for a couple of seconds under

the state of unlocking, until the Wi-Fi indicator light

flickers, and then start network pairing again.

Download and open “PETKIT” app to enter the home

page of the app, click “+” to add a new device and

select the device that should be added.

Connect the device with the network. You can use

the help of a video by clicking “Watch video”.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Before thorough cleaning of the device, please turn off the power supply and unplug the

power adapter.

Cleaning the cover

Remove the upper cover.

Pull out the filter screen at the bottom of the

cover. There should be no water in the remaining

parts of the cover.

Tips for taking down the filter screen: Pull out the white

periphery of the cover outward with left hand and

pinch the grey handle of the filter screen with right

hand thumb for lifting upward, as shown in the picture.

The filter screen should be rinsed with flowing

clear water or ordinary cleaner. Brush and sponge

from the PETKIT Cleaning Kit can be used for

cleaning, too.

It is suggested to use a clean, soft cloth for

scrubbing or brush and sponge from the PETKIT

Cleaning Kit for dust removal.

Cleaning the water barrel

Pour out excess liquid in the barrel.

The barrel should be rinsed by flowing clear water

or ordinary cleaner.

Do not use a chemical reagent, such as gasoline or

kerosene bleach.

The water gauge and the built-in water level

detector can be taken out for cleaning.

All parts included in the water gauge: Water gauge cover, float spindle (water level

detector), PE foam (water level detector)

Precautions for use

• No water should be present in the mainframe cover.

• The device should be washed and used only with cold water.

• The PETKIT Concentrated Air Purifying Refill can be diluted only with normal

temperature pure water.

• The product shall be used together with PETKIT Concentrated Air Purifying Refill.

• The purification liquid is inedible. Do not let pets to lick the liquid in the device.

• Do not place the product in the place with direct sunlight, which shall be far away

from combustion source.

• Keep horizontal placement of the product to avoid liquid outflow or device

abnormality.

• After used for a long time, the educt in the barrel is the educt of PETKIT

Concentrated Air Purifying Refill, which is normal.

• Do not place any article on top of the device.

• Do not shield the inlet/outlet or avoid foreign matter entering inlet/outlet.

• The device is under the low-voltage mode, but the electric leakage will happen if

the pet bite the electric wire. Correct guidance for you shall be necessary.

• Do not drag the wire to avoid breakage when using, plugging and unplugging

power lines.

• Do not move the product when in use and cut off the power supply at the time of

movement.

• Do not touch the power adapter or the socket with wet hands.

• The product shall be properly stored after removing the liquid in the lower barrel

and unplugging the power adapter if the product isn’t going to be used for a long

time.

• If the device is used by a child, it shall be used under the guidance of an adult.

• Except for repair personnel, nobody is allowed to repair the product to avoid

various accidental damages.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does the device display the lack of liquid while there is liquid in the barrel?

Pull out the water gauge in the lower barrel to inspect internal parts of the water gauge

successively: Whether the float spindle is stuck. Inspect whether the top magnet or the

bottom pearl wool of the float spindle is lost. If the lack of liquid is still displayed after

the above inspections are conducted, contact the customer service personnel.

Why does the device display that the liquid is remaining while there is no liquid in

the barrel?

Pull out the water gauge in the lower barrel and inspect whether the internal part (float

spindle) is stuck.

Why is the function key unusable?

First, inspect whether the orange indicator light of lock is on. If the orange indicator light

is on, it means the device is locked. At this time, the device cannot be used. You can

unlock the device by double clicking the lock key. The orange indicator light will be off,

and the function key can be used again after unlocking. In case of failure in unlocking or

the indicator light being unresponsive after double clicking the lock key, contact the

customer service personnel. To prevent touch errors, the lock key cannot be used

withing two seconds after unlocking.

For how long can a package of purification liquid be used approximately?

The service time of the PETKIT Concentrated Air Purifying Refill is different due to

difference in environment, use pattern and frequency. It can be used for about one

month when it is working for eight hours per day under the powerful mode (refer to

reminder for lack of liquid).

Why can’t I switch between Fahrenheit degree and degree centigrade?

The switch between Fahrenheit degree and degree centigrade can be done in the PETKIT

app only.

Is there any colloidal or crystalline solid in the barrel after a long time of use?

The colloidal or crystalline solid in the barrel is educt of the PETKIT Concentrated Air

Purifying Refill after a long period of use, which is normal.

PETKIT Concentrated Air Purifying Refill

The product shall be used together with PETKIT concentrated purification liquid which

filtering performance is different based on actual environment.

• The PETKIT concentrated purification liquid is a concentrated liquid which can be

used after being diluted as per the proportion – 1:9, as instructed above.

• The following data comes from a third-party detection institution.

o Under the experimental conditions, the product reaches the actual non-

toxic grade after acute oral toxicity test according to Version 2002

standard of disinfection technology standard. It is of actual non-toxic

grade after acute inhalation toxicity test.

o Under the experimental conditions, the inhibition ratio against Escherichia

coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans of the product is >99%

pursuant to GB 15979-2002 standard.

o Under the experimental conditions, the inhibition ratio against common

germs (such as aspergillus niger, malassezia furfur, salmonella

typhimurium and klebsiella pneumoniae) of the product is >99% in line

with QB/T 2738-2012 standard.

o Under the experimental conditions, the bacteriostasis rate against

staphylococcus albus of the product in the interior space reaches to 77%

as per GB 21551.3-2010 standard.

o Under the experimental conditions, the removal efficiency of the product

against common indoor pollutants (including ammonia, hydrogen

sulphide and formaldehyde) is >80% pursuant to QB/T 2761-2006

standard.

Note: Aroma concentration and duration are different on account of difference in space

environment, use pattern and frequency.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you

need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller

directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.

The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for

which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

• Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended

or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the

product.

• Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized

person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport,

cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).

• Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as

batteries, etc.).

• Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or

electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage,

electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and

inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power

supplies, etc.

• If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or

adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the

purchased design or use of non-original components.
