Die Gewährleistung erstreckt sich ausschließlich auf Mängel,

die auf Material- oder Herstellungsfehler zurückzuführen sind.

Bei Geltendmachung eines Mangels im Sinne der

Gewährleistung ist der original Kaufbeleg mit Verkaufdatum

beizufügen.

Von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen sind unsachgemäße

Anwendungen, wie z. B. Überlastung des Gerätes,

Gewaltanwendung, Beschädigungen durch Fremdeinwirkung

oder durch Fremdkörper. Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchs- und

Aufbauanleitung und normaler Verschleiß sind ebenfalls von

der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen.

Die Bedienungsanleitung muss vor der ersten Anwendung

des Gerätes ganz durchgelesen werden.

Schützen Sie sich und Ihre Umwelt durch geeignete

Vorsichtsmaßnahmen vor Unfallgefahren.

 Unbedingt darauf achten, dass der Arbeitsraum gut

belüftet ist.

 Schutzkleidung, insbesondere Atemschutz und

Schutzbrille tragen.

 Die Spritzpistole nicht zweckentfremden.

 Vorsicht mit brennbaren Materialien.

 Druckluftwerkzeuge vor Kindern sichern.

 Nur ausgeruht und konzentriert zu Werke gehen.

 Die Pistole nie gegen Menschen oder Tiere richten.

 Druckluftanschluss nur über eine Schnellkupplung.

 Arbeitsdruckeinstellung muss über einen Druckminderer

erfolgen.

 Als Energiequelle keinen Sauerstoff oder brennbare

Gase verwenden.

 Nur Originalersatzteile verwenden.

 Vor Wartung und Störungsbeseitigung Gerät von der

Druckluftquelle trennen.

Reinigungsmittel und Farbreste müssen umweltgerecht

entsorgt werden.

Verhalten im Notfall

Leiten Sie die der Verletzung entsprechend notwendigen

Erste Hilfe Maßnahmen ein und fordern Sie schnellst

möglich qualifizierte ärztliche Hilfe an. Bewahren Sie den

Verletzten vor weiteren Schädigungen und stellen Sie diesen

ruhig. Für einen eventuell eintretenden Unfall sollte

immer ein Verbandskasten nach DIN 13164 am

Arbeitsplatz griffbereit vorhanden sein. Dem

Verbandskasten entnommenes Material ist sofort wieder

aufzufüllen. Wenn Sie Hilfe anfordern, machen Sie

folgende Angaben:

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Diese Spritzpistole ist eine handliche, druckluftbetriebene

Lackierpistole für den Einsatz im Heimwerker- und

Profibereich. Sie eignet sich besonders zum Lackieren von

mittelgroßen Flächen und Spot-Repair Lackierungen. Die

Farbe wird dabei mit dem Luftstrom sehr fein zerstäubt und

auf das Spritzobjekt aufgetragen.

Das Spritzbild kann durch die Einstellung von Rund- und

Breitstrahl entsprechend dem Spritzobjekt angepaßt werden.

Bei der Breitstrahleinstellung für größere Flächen kann der

Luftkopf stufenlos in vertikale oder horizontale Stellung

gebracht werden.

Gefährdung durch Werkstoffe und andere Stoffe

Kontakt, Einatmung

Bei großer Farbpartikelentwicklung kann dies zu

Schädigungen der Lunge führen. Emission

gesundheitsschädliche Farbpartikel beim Betrieb ohne

Absaugung.

Beim Arbeiten mit dem Gerät muss immer eine

Staubschutzmaske getragen werden. Idealerweise sollte eine

Absaugung vorhanden sein.

Vernachlässigung ergonomischer Grundsätze

Unangemessene örtliche Beleuchtung

Mangelhafte Beleuchtung stellt ein hohes

Sicherheitsrisiko dar.

Sorgen Sie bei der Arbeit mit dem Gerät immer für

ausreichende Beleuchtung.

Entsorgung

Die Entsorgungshinweise ergeben sich aus den

Piktogrammen die auf dem Gerät bzw. der Verpackung

aufgebracht sind. Eine Beschreibung der einzelnen

Bedeutungen finden Sie im Kapitel „Kennzeichnungen auf

dem Gerät“.

Anforderungen an den Bediener

Der Bediener muss vor Gebrauch des Gerätes aufmerksam

die Bedienungsanleitung gelesen haben.

Qualifikation

Außer einer ausführlichen Einweisung durch eine

sachkundige Person ist keine spezielle Qualifikation für den

Gebrauch des Gerätes notwendig.

Mindestalter

Das Gerät darf nur von Personen betrieben werden, die das

16. Lebensjahr vollendet haben.

Eine Ausnahme stellt die Benutzung als Jugendlicher dar,

wenn die Benutzung im Zuge einer Berufsausbildung zur

Erreichung der Fertigkeit unter Aufsicht eines Ausbilders

erfolgt.

Schulung

Die Benutzung des Gerätes bedarf lediglich einer

entsprechenden Unterweisung. Eine spezielle Schulung ist

nicht notwendig.

Transport und Lagerung

• Bei längerer Lagerung sollte die Maschine gründlich

Bedienung

Niemals Nahrungsmittel oder Chemikalien

sprühen!

Farbbecher und Luftschlauch müssen fest und dicht an die

Lackierpistole angeschlossen sein.

Der optimale Luftdruck zum lackieren liegt je nach Viskosität

und Verarbeitungszustand der Farbe bei 3 – 3,5 bar. (ggf.

Ermitteln)

Ein optimales Farbbild erreicht man durch einen Abstand von

ca. 15 – 20 cm. Zu geringer Abstand und zu schnelle oder zu

langsame Bewegungen führen zu einem schlechten Farbbild.

Tipp: Nehmen Sie sich ein Stück Karton und machen Sie

vor jeder Arbeit eine Sprühprobe.

Störungen-Ursachen-Behebung

ACHTUNG: IMMER ZUERST DIE ÜBERLAST-

UNGSSICHERUNGEN ÜBERPRÜFEN !

Der Farbstrahl wird unterbrochen oder spritzt stoßweiße.

1. Zu wenig Farbe im Behälter.

2. Schräghalten der Pistole.

3. Sperrung der Farbpassage.

4. Lockerer/beschädigte Düse.

5. Zu hohe Viskosität.

6. Verstopftes Loch im Deckel.

Abgenutzte Nadeldichtung oder lockerer Kern.

Spritzbild nur teilweise vorhanden.

1. Luftkopf verschmutzt oder beschädigt.

2. Farbe klebt an der Düse oder Teile sind beschädigt.

Unregelmäßiges Farbbild mit Tropfenbildung.

1. Beschädigte Düse.

2. Zu geringer Arbeitsdruck.

3. Zu hohe Viskosität

Ungleichmäßige Materialanhäufung.

2. Farbe verstopft den Luftkopf und/oder die Düse.

Inspektion und Wartung

Nach Gebrauch muss die Spritzpistole immer gründlich

sauber gemacht werden. Dazu den Becher mit unverdünntem

Lösungsmittel füllen und mit der Pistole auf eine Lappen oder

eine saugfähige Fläche sprühen, bis sich keine Farbreste

mehr im Lösungsmittel feststellen lassen. Die Pistole von

außen mit einem mit Lösungsmittel befeuchteten Lappen

sauber machen. Um die Pistole gründlich sauber zu machen,

die Farbregulierung Kontermutter (4) komplett

herausschrauben und dabei auf die Feder achten. Dann den

Spieß der Düse herausziehen, den vorderen Ring (11)

abschrauben und den gelochten Kopf der Düse (10)

herausnehmen. Mit einem Schlüssel die Düse abschrauben.

Alle Komponenten einige Stunden lang in einen Behälter mit

unverdünntem Lösungsmittel legen. Die Teile sorgfältig

abtrocknen und die Pistole wieder zusammenbauen.

Dabei in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wie beim

Auseinanderbauen vorgehen.

Sicherheitshinweise für die Inspektion und Wartung

Nur ein regelmäßig gewartetes und gut gepflegtes Gerät kann

ein zufriedenstellendes Hilfsmittel sein. Wartungs- und

Pflegemängel können zu unvorhersehbaren Unfällen und

Verletzungen führen.

Emergency Action

Apply the first aid adequate to the injury and get qualified

medical assistance as quickly as possible. Protect the

injured person from more accidents and calm him/her down.

For the sake of eventual accident, in accordance with

DIN 13164, a workplace has to be fitted with a first-aid

kit. It is essential to replace any used material in the

first-aid kit immediately after it has been used. If you

This spray gun is lightweight pneumatically driven, a

varnishing gun for DIY and professional purposes. It is

suitable for varnishing mid-sized areas and minor repairs. The

paint is sprayed with a stream of air very finely and applied on

the article to be sprayed. .

The spray application may be adjusted owing to setting of the

circular and wide beam. The airhead may be shifted vertically

or horizontally when the broad beam is adjusted for larger

areas.

When the paint articles are formed in large quantity,

lungs may be impaired. Health-hazardous articles

emissions may form in result of operation without

exhaustion. Always wear a respirator. Ideally, provide for

exhaustion.

Insufficient local lighting

Insufficient local lighting represents considerable safety

hazard. Always provide for sufficient lighting when working

with the unit.

Disposal

Disposal instructions are given by pictographs on the unit or

packaging. For meaning of individual symbols refer to chapter

“Symbols on Unit.“

Operator Requirements

The operator shall read the instruction manual carefully

before using the unit.

Qualification

No special qualification is required for use of the unit except

for detailed direction by a professional.

Minimum Age

Only persons above 16 years of age are allowed to work with

the unit. .

Exempted from the provision is the use of the juvenile

trainees if they work in the course of their professional training

with an aim to obtain the skill under trainer supervision.

Training

Use of the unit requires adequate lesson by a professional or

the use of the manual only. Special training is not required.

Transportation and Storage

Assembly and Initial Operation

The spray gun is fully assembled.

Operation

Never spray foodstuff or chemicals!

The paint can and air hose must be attached to the spray gun

firm and tight.

The optimum air pressure for varnishing is 3 – 3.5 bar subject

to viscosity and the paint process condition (to be found out if

necessary)

The optimum spray application is at a distance of 15 – 20 cm

approximately. Too small distance and too fast or too slow

moves make the spray application poor.

Tip: Make a test spray on a piece of cardboard before every

application. .

Caution: Always check on overheating protection first!

The paint beam is intermittent or spasmodic.

1. Too little paint in the can.

2. The gun held aslant.

3. The part with paint blocked.

Inspections and servicing

After being used, the spray gun must always be cleaned

thoroughly. Pour in undiluted solvent to the container and

spray with the gun on the cloth or absorbent surface until

there is no more remaining paint in the solvent. Clean the gun

from the outside with a cloth soaked in the solvent. Before

cleaning the gun thoroughly, fully unscrew the paint control

lock nut (4) while looking out for the spring. Then, pull out the

nozzle needle, unscrew the front ring (11) and remove the

nozzle (10) punched head. Unscrew the nozzle using the

spanner. Put all the components to a container with undiluted

solvent for a few hours. Dry out the components thoroughly

and refit the gun.

In doing so, proceed in the reverse order than when

dismantling.

Inspections and Maintenance Safety Instructions

Only a unit maintained and cared for regularly may be a

satisfactory aid. Lack of maintenance and care may result in

unforeseen accidents and injuries.

Conduite en cas d’urgence

risque d’accident, le lieu de travail doit être équipé

d’une armoire à pharmacie selon DIN 13164. Il est

nécessaire de compléter immédiatement le matériel

Ce pistolet-pulvérisateur est un pistolet à vernir à

entraînement pneumatique pour bricoleurs et professionnels.

Il convient en particulier au vernissage de moyennes surfaces

et aux petites réparations. La peinture est finement pulvérisée

par air et déposée sur l’objet pulvérisé.

La pulvérisation peut être adaptée à l’objet pulvérisé grâce au

réglage du jet circulaire ou large. Lors du réglage du jet large

pour grandes surfaces, il est possible de déplacer

verticalement ou horizontalement en continu la tête à air.

Transport et stockage

• Lors du stockage prolongé, il est nécessaire de nettoyer

soigneusement l’appareil.

Montage et première mise en service

Le pistolet-pulvérisateur est déjà complètement monté.

Manipulation

Ne pulvérisez jamais des aliments ou des produits

chimiques !

Le récipient à peinture et le tuyau d’air comprimé doivent être

solidement raccordés au pistolet-pulvérisateur, le raccord doit

être étanche.

La pression d’air optimale pour le vernissage dépend de la

viscosité et de l’état de la peinture, elle s’élève à 3 – 3,5 bars.

Vous obtiendrez une pulvérisation optimale à une distance de

15 – 20 cm. Une distance trop petit et des mouvements trop

lents proquent une mauvaise pulvérisation.

Conseil : Prenez un bout de carton et effectuez un essai

avant chaque travail.

Pannes - causes - suppression

Révisions et entretien

Le pistolet de pulvérisation doit être nettoyé soigneusement

après chaque utilisation. Versez dans le récipient un

dissolvant non dilué et pulvérisez avec le pistolet sur un

chiffon ou une surface absorbante jusqu’à ce que le

dissolvant ne contienne plus de peinture. Nettoyez l’extérieur

du pistolet avec un chiffon imbibé de dissolvant. Avant le

nettoyage minutieux du pistolet, dévissez le contre-écrou de

régulation de peinture (4) et faisant attention au ressort.

Retirez ensuite l’aiguille de la buse, dévissez l’anneau

frontal (11) et retirez la tête perforée de la buse (10).

Dévissez la buse à l’aide d’une clé. Mettez tous les

composants pour plusieurs heures dans un récipient avec

dissolvant non dilué. Séchez soigneusement les

composantes et assemblez à nouveau le pistolet.

Procédez alors dans l’ordre inverse.

Consignes de sécurité relatives aux révisions et à

l’entretien

Seul un appareil régulièrement entretenu et traité peut donner

satisfaction. Un entretien insuffisant peut engendrer des

accidents et des blessures.

pistole pro kutily i profesionály. Hodí se především

k lakováním středně velkých ploch a drobným opravám.

Barva je přitom velmi jemně rozprášena proudem vzduchu a

nanesena na stříkaný objekt.

Nástřik lze stříkanému objektu přizpůsobit díky nastavení

kruhového a širokého paprsku. Při nastavení širokého

paprsku pro větší plochy lze vzduchovou hlavici plynule

Nikdy nestříkejte potraviny či chemikálie!

Nádobka s barvou a vzduchová hadice musí být k lakovací

pistoli pevně a těsně připojeny.

Optimální tlak vzduchu k lakování činí v závislosti na viskozitě

a stavu zpracování barvy 3 – 3,5 bar. (příp. zjistěte)

Optimálního nástřiku dosáhnete ve vzdálenosti cca 15 – 20

cm. Příliš malá vzdálenost a příliš rychlé či příliš pomalé

pohyby způsobují špatný nástřik.

Tip: Vezměte si kousek kartonu a před každou prací

proveďte zkušební nástřik.

Prohlídky a údržba

Po použití musí být stříkací pistole vždy důkladně vyčištěna.

Do nádobky nalijte nenaředěné rozpouštědlo a pistolí stříkejte

na hadr nebo savý povrch tak dlouho, až v rozpouštědle

nebudou již žádné zbytky barvy. Pistoli očistěte zvenku

hadrem namočeným v rozpouštědle. Před důkladným

vyčištěním pistole kompletně vyšroubujte kontramatici pro

regulaci barvy (4) a přitom dávejte pozor na pružinu. Poté

vytáhněte jehlu trysky, odšroubujte přední kroužek (11) a

vyjměte děrovanou hlavu trysky (10). Trysku odšroubujte

pomocí klíče. Všechny komponenty vložte na několik hodin

do nádoby s nenaředěným rozpouštědlem. Součásti pečlivě

osušte a pistoli opět smontujte.

Přitom postupujte v opačném pořadí než při rozmontování.

Jen pravidelně udržovaný a ošetřovaný přístroj může být

uspokojivou pomůckou. Nedostatečná údržba a péče může

vést k nepředvídaným nehodám a úrazům.

Obsluha

Nikdy nestriekajte potraviny alebo chemikálie!

Nádobka s farbou a vzduchová hadica musia byť k lakovacej

pištoli pevne a tesne pripojené.

Optimálny tlak vzduchu na lakovanie je v závislosti na

viskozite a stave spracovania farby 3 – 3,5 bar. (príp. zistite)

Optimálny nástrek dosiahnete vo vzdialenosti cca 15 – 20 cm.

Príliš malá vzdialenosť a príliš rýchle či príliš pomalé pohyby

spôsobujú zlý nástrek.

Tip: Vezmite si kúsok kartónu a pred každou prácou

vykonajte skúšobný nástrek.

POZOR: KONTROLUJTE VŽDY NAJPRV POISTKY PROTI

PREHRIATIU!

Lúč farby je prerušovaný alebo strieka nárazovito.

1. Príliš málo farby v nádobke.

2. Šikmé držanie pištole.

3. Zablokovanie časti s farbou.

Prehliadky a údržba

Po použití sa musí striekacia pištoľ vždy dôkladne vyčistiť. Do

nádobky nalejte nenariedené rozpúšťadlo a pištoľou striekajte

na handru alebo nasiakavý povrch tak dlho, kým

v rozpúšťadle nebudú už žiadne zvyšky farby. Pištoľ očistite

zvonka handrou namočenou v rozpúšťadle. Pred dôkladným

vyčistením pištole kompletne vyskrutkujte kontramaticu na

reguláciu farby (4) a pritom dávajte pozor na pružinu. Potom

vytiahnite ihlu trysky, odskrutkujte predný krúžok (11) a

vyberte dierovanú hlavu trysky (10). Trysku odskrutkujte

pomocou kľúča. Všetky komponenty vložte na niekoľko hodín

do nádoby s nenariedeným rozpúšťadlom. Súčasti starostlivo

osušte a pištoľ opäť zmontujte.

Pritom postupujte v opačnom poradí než pri rozmontovaní.

Bezpečnostné pokyny pre prehliadky a údržbu

Len pravidelne udržovaný a ošetrovaný prístroj môže byť

uspokojivou pomôckou. Nedostatočná údržba a starostlivosť

môže viesť k nepredvídaným nehodám a úrazom.

Garantie

De garantie heeft uitsluitend betrekking op onvolkomenheden

die op materiaal- of productiefouten betrekking hebben.

Bij een claim van een onvolkomenheid, in de zin van garantie,

dient de originele aankoopfactuur met de aankoopdatum

bijgesloten te worden.

Van garantie uitgesloten zijn verkeerd gebruik, zoals bijv.

overbelasting van het apparaat, gebruik van geweld,

beschadigingen door vreemde invloeden of door vreemde

voorwerpen. De niet-naleving van gebruiks- en

montageaanwijzingen en normale slijtage zijn eveneens van

garanties uitgesloten.

De gebruiksaanwijzing dient, vóór de eerste ingebruikneming

LET OP!

• Houd de werkomgeving schoon en opgeruimd.

Wanordelijke werkruimtes en werkbanken verhogen het

gevaar van ongevallen en letsels.

• Let op de omgevingscondities waaronder gewerkt

wordt. Zorg voor een goede verlichting.

• Laat geen vreemde personen met het apparaat

werken. Bezoekers en toeschouwers, vooral kinderen

evenals zieke en moeilijk ter been zijnde personen

moeten van de werkplek weg gehouden worden.

Veiligheidsinstructies voor de éérste ingebruikneming

Beschermt u en het milieu door geschikte

veiligheidsmaatregelen tegen ongevallen.

 Beslist letten dat de werkplaats goed wordt geventileerd.

 Beschermende kleding, met name stofmasker en

veiligheidsbril dragen.

 Het spuitpistool niet voor andere doeleinden gebruiken.

 Voorzichtig met brandbare materialen.

 Persluchtwerktuigen voor kinderen beveiligen.

 Enkel uitgerust en geconcentreerd te werk gaan.

 Het pistool nooit op mensen of dieren richten.

 Persluchtaansluiting enkel via een snelkoppeling.

 Instelling van de werkdruk moet via een drukregelaar

plaatsvinden.

 Als energiebron geen zuurstof of brandbare gassen

gebruiken.

 Uitsluitend originele onderdelen gebruiken.

 Voor onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen het

apparaat van de persluchtaanvoer afkoppelen.

Reinigingsmiddel en verfresten moeten op milieuvriendelijke

wijze verwijderd worden.

Handelswijze in noodgeval

Tref de noodzakelijke maatregelen om éérste hulp te

verlenen, die met het letsel overeenkomt en vraag zo snel

mogelijk gekwalificeerde medische hulp aan. Bescherm

gewonde personen voor overig letsel en stel ze gerust.

Voor het eventueel plaatsvinden van een ongeval zou

altijd een verbandtrommel, volgens DIN 13164, op de

werkplaats bij de hand moeten zijn. Het uit de

verbandtrommel genomen materiaal dient onmiddellijk

aangevuld te worden. Indien u hulp vraagt, geef de

volgende gegevens door:

Gebruik volgens bepalingen

Dit spuitpistool is een praktisch, met perslucht gedreven

lakpistool voor gebruik binnenshuis evenals voor

professioneel gebruik. Het spuitpistool is in het bijzonder

geschikt voor het lakken van middelgrote oppervlakken en

kleine reparaties met lak. De verf wordt daarbij met de

luchtstroom zeer fijn verneveld en op het object opgebracht.

Het spuitresultaat kan door het instellen van een ronde of

brede straal overeenkomend met het te spuiten object

aangepast worden. Bij de instelling van een brede straal voor

grotere oppervlakten kan de luchtkop traploos in verticale of

horizontale positie gebracht worden.

Bedreigingen door werkstoffen en andere stoffen

Contact, inademing

Bij een grote ontwikkeling van verfdeeltjes kan dit tot

beschadiging van de longen leiden. Emissie van

gezondheidsschadelijke verfdeeltjes bij werken zonder

afzuiging.

Bij werkzaamheden met dit apparaat moet altijd een

beschermingsmasker tegen stof gedragen worden. Ideaal zou

de aanwezigheid van een stofafzuiging zijn.

Verwaarlozing van ergonomische beginselen

Gebrekkige verlichting stelt een hoog risico voor.

Zorg bij het werken met het apparaat voor voldoende

verlichting.

Verwijdering

De verwijderinginstructies zijn met pictogrammen

aangegeven die op het apparaat, resp. op de verpakking, te

vinden zijn. Een beschrijving van de afzonderlijke

betekenissen is in het hoofdstuk “Aanduidingen op het

Eisen aan de bedienende persoon

De bedienende persoon moet, vóór het gebruik van het

apparaat, de gebruiksaanwijzing goed gelezen hebben.

Kwalificatie

Behalve een uitvoerige instructie door vakkundig

verkooppersoneel is er geen speciale kwalificatie voor het

gebruik van het apparaat nodig.

Minimale leeftijd

Het apparaat mag slechts door personen gebruikt worden van

16 jaar of ouder.

Uitzondering hierop is het gebruik door jeugdige personen bij

een beroepsopleiding ter verkrijging van vaardigheid en

indien dit onder toezicht van een opleider plaats vindt.

Scholing

Voor het gebruik van het apparaat is passend onderricht

voldoende. Een speciale scholing is niet noodzakelijk.

Transport en opslag

• Bij een langdurige opslag moet het apparaat vooraf

grondig gereinigd worden.

Montage en de éérste ingebruikneming

Het verfspuitpistool wordt al compleet gemonteerd geleverd.

Bediening

Nooit levensmiddelen of chemicaliën bespuiten!

De verfbeker en de luchtslang moeten vast en dicht aan het

lakpistool aangesloten zijn.

De optimale luchtdruk voor lakken is afhankelijk van de

viscositeit en verwerkingstoestand van de verf, tussen 3 en

3,5 bar (eventueel vaststellen).

Een optimaal verfresultaat wordt met een afstand van ca. 15 -

20 cm bereikt. Te kleine afstand en te snelle of te langzame

bewegingen leiden tot een slecht verfresultaat.

Tip: Neem een stuk kartoon en voer altijd éérst een

sproeitest uit.

Storingen – Oorzaken - Oplossingen

LET OP: ALTIJD EERST DE OVERLASTZEKERINGEN

CONTROLEREN!

De verfstraal wordt onderbroken of spuit schoksgewijze.

1. Te weinig verf in het reservoir.

2. Schuin houden van het pistool.

3. Afgesloten verfdoorgang.

4. Losse/beschadigde spuitmond.

5. Te hoge viscositeit.

6. Verstopt gat in het deksel.

Versleten naalddichting of losse kernen.

Spuitbeeld is slechts gedeeltelijk aanwezig.

1. Luchtkop vervuild of beschadigd.

2. Verf plakt aan de spuitmond of delen zijn beschadigd.

Onregelmatig spuitresultaat met druppelvorming.

1. Beschadigde spuitmond.

2. Te kleine werkdruk.

3. Te hoge viscositeit.

Onregelmatig opbrengen van materiaal.

1. Te hoge werkdruk.

2. Verf verstopt de luchtkop en/of de spuitmond.

Inspectie en onderhoud

Na het gebruik dient het spuitpistool altijd grondig

schoongemaakt te worden. Hiervoor de beker met een

onverdund oplosmiddel vullen en met het pistool op een

doekje of een ander absorberend vlak sproeien, tot zich geen

verfresten meer in het oplosmiddel laten vaststellen. Het

pistool aan de buitenkant met een met oplosmiddel

bevochtigd doekje schoonmaken. Om het pistool grondig

schoon te maken, de contramoer van de verfafstelling (4)

geheel uitschroeven en daarbij op de veren letten. Dan de

naald van de spuitmond verwijderen, de voorste ring (11)

afschroeven en de geperforeerde kop van de spuitmond (10)

verwijderen. Met een sleutel de spuitmond afschroeven. Alle

componenten enige uren in een bak met een onverdund

oplosmiddel onderdompelen. Daarna de onderdelen

zorgvuldig afdrogen en het pistool weer samenstellen.

De samenstelling in omgekeerde volgorde als die van de

demontage.

Veiligheidsinstructies voor inspectie en onderhoud

Enkel een regelmatig onderhouden en goed verzorgd

apparaat kan een tot tevredenheid werkend hulpmiddel zijn.

Onderhouds- en verzorgingsfouten kunnen tot onvoorziene

ongevallen en letsels leiden.
