Lesen Sie vor der ersten Benutzung

Ihres Gerätes diese Originalbetriebs-

anleitung, handeln Sie danach und be-

wahren Sie diese für späteren Ge-

brauch oder für Nachbesitzer auf.

Benutzen Sie den Bodenreiniger ausschließlich für die

Hartbodenreinigung im Privathaushalt und nur auf was-

serfesten Hartböden.

Keine wasserempfindlichen Beläge wie z. B. unbehan-

delte Korkböden reinigen (Feuchtigkeit kann eindringen

und den Boden beschädigen).

Das Gerät eignet sich zur Reinigung von PVC, Linole-

um, Fliesen, Stein, geöltem und gewachstem Parkett,

Laminat sowie allen wasserunempfindlichen Bodenbe-

lägen.

Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind recyclebar.

Bitte werfen Sie die Verpackungen nicht in den

Hausmüll, sondern führen Sie diese einer Wie-

derverwertung zu.

Altgeräte enthalten wertvolle recyclingfähige

Materialien, die einer Verwertung zugeführt wer-

den sollten. Bitte entsorgen Sie Altgeräte des-

halb über geeignete Sammelsysteme.

tungen mit einem Querschnitt

sichtigt lassen, solange es in

Betrieb ist.

 Körperteile (z. B. Haare, Fin-

ger) von den rotierenden Rei-

nigungswalzen fern halten.

 Hände während der Reini-

gung des Saugkopfes schüt-

zen, da Verletzungsgefahr

durch spitze Gegenstände (z.

B. Splitter).

ACHTUNG

 Das Gerät nur einschalten,

wenn Frischwassertank und

Schmutzwassertank einge-

setzt sind.

 Mit dem Gerät dürfen keine

scharfen oder größeren Ge-

genstände (z. B. Scherben,

Kieselsteine, Spielzeugteile)

aufgesaugt werden.

 Keine Essigsäure, Entkalker,

ätherische Öle oder ähnliche

Stoffe in den Frischwasser-

behälter füllen. Ebenfalls dar-

auf achten, dass diese Stof-

fen nicht aufgesaugt werden.

 Die Lüftungsöffnungen des

Gerätes dürfen nicht blockiert

werden.

 Gerät nur auf Hartböden mit

wasserfester Beschichtung

(z. B. lackiertes Parkett,

emaillierte Fliesen, Linoleum)

verwenden.

 Gerät nicht zur Reinigung von

Teppichen oder Teppichbö-

den verwenden.

 Gerät nicht über das Boden-

gitter von Konvektor-Heizun-

gen führen. Das austretende

Wasser kann nicht vom Gerät

aufgenommen werden, wenn

es über das Gitter geführt

wird.

 Bei längeren Arbeitspausen

und nach Gebrauch das Ge-

rät am Hauptschalter / Gerä-

teschalter ausschalten und

Netzstecker ziehen.

 Das Gerät nicht bei Tempera-

turen unter 0 °C betreiben.

 Das Gerät vor Regen schüt-

zen. Nicht im Aussenbereich

lagern.

ACHTUNG

Gerät darf nur Schmutz und Flüssigkeiten (max. 250 ml)

aufnehmen.

Vor Arbeitsbeginn evtl. Gegenstände, wie z. B. Scher-

ben, Kieselsteine, Schrauben oder Spielzeugteile vom

Boden entfernen.

Boden vor dem Einsatz des Gerätes an unauffälliger

Stelle auf Wasserbeständigkeit überprüfen. Keine was-

serempfindlichen Beläge wie z.B unbehandelte Korkbö-

den reinigen (Feuchtigkeit kann eindringen und den Bo-

den beschädigen).

Hinweise

Um Stolpern über das Netzkabel zu vermeiden, Hand-

griff in einer Hand und Netzkabel in der anderen Hand

halten.

Damit keine Fußabdrücke auf dem frisch gewischten

Boden entstehen, rückwärts Richtung Tür arbeiten.

 Gerät in einen Winkel von ca. 60 Grad am Hand-

griff halten.

 Bodenreinigung erfolgt durch Vor- und Zurückbe-

wegung des Gerätes in einer Geschwindigkeit wie

beim Staubsaugen.

 Bei stärkeren Verschmutzungen das Gerät lang-

sam über den Boden gleiten lassen.

 Bei Lieferumfang der Walzenpaare in grau und

gelb: Beide Walzenpaare haben die gleiche Funk-

tionalität, können aber für unterschiedliche Anwen-

dungsbereiche (farbliche Unterscheidung z. B. für

Küche und Bad) verwendet werden.

ACHTUNG

Sobald das Gerät eingeschaltet wird, beginnen sich die

Reinigungswalzen zu drehen. Damit sich das Gerät

nicht von selber fortbewegt, muss der Handgriff festge-

halten werden.

Sicherstellen, ob Frischwassertank mit Wasser befüllt

ist und Schmutzwassertank im Gerät eingesetzt ist.

 Zur schnellen Befeuchtung der Walzen die Reini-

gungsstation mit Hilfe eines Messbechers mit 50 ml

Frischwasser befüllen.

 Gerät einschalten und in der Station für 5 Sekun-

den in Betrieb nehmen.

Das Gerät besitzt dann die optimale Feuchtigkeit

um eine schnelle Reinigung zu ermöglichen.

ACHTUNG

Nach Beendigung der Arbeit das Gerät immer mit der

Reinigungsstation und frischem Wasser durchspülen

lassen. Durch diesen Vorgang wird das Gerät optimal

gereinigt und es wird vermieden, dass Schmutz- und

Bakterienansammlungen oder unangenehme Gerüche

im Gerät entstehen.

 Für den Spülvorgang den Frischwassertank mit et-

was kaltem oder lauwarmen Leitungswasser befül-

len, um Saugkanäle und Schlitze des Saugkopfes

vollständig von Reinigungsmittelrückständen zu

befreien.

 Frischwassertank in das Gerät einsetzen.

 Messbecher mit 200 ml Wasser füllen.

 Nach Bedarf können für den Spülvorgang entspre-

chende KÄRCHER-Reinigungsmittel hinzugeführt

werden.

 Zum Einschalten den Geräteschalter (Ein-/Aus)

drücken.

 Gerät 30-60 Sekunden laufen lassen, bis das Was-

ser vollständig aus der Reinigungsstation aufge-

saugt ist.

Spülvorgang ist nun beendet.

Hinweis

Je länger das Gerät eingeschaltet ist desto weniger

Restfeuchte bleibt in den Reinigungswalzen zurück.

 Gerät ausschalten, dazu Geräteschalter Ein-/Aus

drücken.

 Falls sich noch Wasser im Frischwassertank befin-

det, Frischwassertank herausnehmen und entlee-

ren.

ACHTUNG

Bevor das Gerät zur Walzenentnahme auf dem Boden

abgelegt wird, muss der Frischwasser- und Schmutz-

wassertank entleert werden. So wird vermieden, dass

währen der Bodenablage Flüssigkeiten aus den Tanks

auslaufen.

Bei starker Verschmutzung können die Reinigungswal-

zen separat gereinigt werden.

ACHTUNG

Bei Reinigung in der Waschmaschine keinen Weich-

spüler verwenden. So werden die Mikrofasern nicht be-

schädigt und die Reinigungswalzen behalten ihre hohe

Reinigungswirkung.

Die Reinigungswalzen sind nicht für den Trockner ge-

eignet.

 Nach der Reinigung Walzen an der Luft trocknen

lassen.

 Auf die farbliche Zuordnung von Walzeninnenseite

und Walzenhalterung am Gerät achten (z. B. blau

zu blau).

 Nach dem Einbau überprüfen, ob Reinigungswal-

zen fest sitzen.

ACHTUNG

Bei starker Verschmutzung oder wenn Teile (z. B. Stei-

ne, Splitter) in den Saugkopf gelangen, muss dieser ge-

reinigt werden. Diese Teile verursachen während der

Arbeit ein klapperndes Geräusch oder verstopfen die

Saugkanäle und vermindern die Saugleistung.

 Um Schaumbildung zu vermeiden, den Frischwas-

sertank zuerst mit Wasser und dann mit Reini-

gungs- oder Pflegemittel befüllen.

 Damit die Füllmenge „MAX“ vom Frischwassertank

nicht überschritten wird, bei der Wasserbefüllung

noch Platz für die Menge der Reinigungs- oder

Pflegemittel lassen.

Störungen haben oft einfache Ursachen, die Sie mit Hil-

fe der folgenden Übersicht selbst beheben können. Im

Zweifelsfall oder bei hier nicht genannten Störungen

wenden Sie sich bitte an den autorisierten Kunden-

dienst.

To prevent yourself from tripping over network cables,

keep the handle in one hand, and the network cable in

the other.

forth at a similar speed as if you were vacuum

ATTENTION

After switching on the appliance, the cleaning rollers will

begin to rotate. Hold the handle tight to prevent the ap-

pliance from moving forwards by itself.

Make sure the fresh water tank is filled with water and

the waste water tank is fitted in the appliance.

 To quickly wet the rollers, use a measuring cup to

fill the cleaning station with 50 ml of fresh water.

 Switch on the appliance and put it into operation in

the station for 5 seconds.

The appliance then has the ideal level of moisture

ATTENTION

When the work is finished, always rinse the appliance

through with the cleaning station and fresh water. This

is the best way of cleaning the appliance. It prevents the

build-up of dirt and bacteria or unpleasant odours.

The rinsing procedure is now complete.

The longer the appliance is switched on, the less resid-

ual moisture is left over in the cleaning rollers.

do so.

 If there is still water in the fresh water tank, remove

the fresh water tank and empty it.

Do not use any soft detergents when cleaning in the

washing machine. This avoids causing damage to the

microfibres. It also preserves the high performance lev-

els of the cleaning rollers.

The cleaning rollers are not suitable for the tumble dry-

er.

 After cleaning, allow the rollers to air-dry.

to the mechanical stop.

 Pay attention to the colour-codes on the inside of

the roller and roller holder on the appliance (e.g.

blue should match up with blue).

 After the installation, check to ensure that the

cleaning rollers sit snugly.

ATTENTION

In the case of heavy contamination or if parts such as

stones or splinters get into the suction head, it will need

to be cleaned. While the appliance is working, these

parts will cause a rattling noise or will block up the suc-

tion ducts, diminishing suction performance.

Add cleaning or disinfecting agent as required.

 When dosing the detergent and care product, fol-

low the manufacturer's dosage instructions.

 To prevent foaming, first fill the fresh water tank

with water then cleaning or disinfecting agent.

 To avoid exceeding the "MAX" fill level on the fresh

water tank, leave room for the cleaning or disinfect-

ing agent when filling with water.

Often, failures have simple causes and you can do the

troubleshooting yourself using the following overview. If

you are in doubt or if the failure is not listed here please

contact the authorized customer service.

Filter inlay is not inserted.

 Remove fresh water tank and insert filter inlay with

rubber pin facing upwards.

Filter inlay is inserted the wrong way round.

 Remove filter inlay and insert with pin facing up-

wards.

The suction hose is blocked by deposits of dirt.

 Carefully remove the suction hoses from the suc-

tion head and basic unit.

 Place the suction hoses in cold water for 10–20

minutes.

 Clean suction hoses with a dull object and/or under

running water.

No water in the water reservoir.

 Refill water

Fresh water tank does not fit properly in the device.

 Insert the fresh water tank so that it sits snugly in

the appliance.

Cleaning rollers missing or not fitted correctly.

 Fit the cleaning rollers or turn them onto the roller

holder up to the mechanical stop.

Cleaning rollers are contaminated or worn.

 Clean the cleaning rollers.

Rollers are blocked.

 Follow the manufacturer's dosage instructions.

The initial moistening of the rollers was not used or was

not used long enough, meaning that the rollers are not

completely moistened (rollers therefore only clean par-

tially).

ATTENTION

Do not remove the handle from the basic unit once it has

been assembled.

The handle may only be removed from the basic unit if

the unit is sent out for service purposes.

opening at the rear side of the handle and remove
