Vermeiden Sie Lebensgefahr

durch elektrischen Schlag

Lassen Sie die Elektroinstallation durch einen

ausgebildeten Elektriker oder eine für Elektro-

installationen eingewiesene Person durchführen.

Überprüfen Sie vor jedem Netzanschluss die

Leuchte und das Netzanschlusskabel auf etwaige

Beschädigungen. Benutzen Sie Ihre Leuchte

niemals, wenn Sie irgendwelche Beschädigungen

feststellen.

Beschädigte Netzkabel bedeuten Lebensgefahr

durch elektrischen Schlag. Wenden Sie sich bei

Beschädigungen, Reparaturen oder anderen

Problemen an der Leuchte an die Servicestelle

oder eine Elektrofachkraft.

Entfernen Sie vor der Montage die Sicherung

oder schalten Sie den Leitungsschutzschalter im

Sicherungskasten aus (0-Stellung).

Vermeiden Sie unbedingt die Berührung der

Leuchte mit Wasser oder anderen Flüssigkeiten.

Die Leuchte nicht auf feuchtem oder leitendem

Untergrund installieren!

Überprüfen Sie unmittelbar nach dem Auspac

ken

jede Leuchte auf Beschädigungen.

Für den Fall einer Beschädigung, setzen Sie

sich bitte für Ersatz mit der Servicestelle in

Verbindung.

Nicht direkt in die Lichtquelle (Leuchtmittel, LED

etc.) hineinschauen.

Nicht mit optischen Instrumenten in die Lichtquelle

schauen (z. B. Lupe).

Die Lichtquelle dieser Leuchte ist nicht ersetz-

bar; wenn die Lichtquelle das Ende ihrer

Lebensdauer erreicht hat, ist die gesamte

Leuchte zu ersetzen.

So verhalten Sie sich richtig

Montieren Sie die Leuchte so, dass sie vor

Feuchtigkeit und Verschmutzung geschützt ist.

Vor der Installation

Wichtig: Der elektrische Anschluss muss durch

einen ausgebildeten Elektriker oder eine für Elekt-

roinstallationen eingewiesene Person erfolgen.

Diese muss Kenntnis über die Eigenschaften der

Leuchte und Anschlussbestimmungen haben.

Stellen Sie vor der Installation sicher, dass an

der Leitung, an der die Leuchte angeschlossen

werden soll, keine Spannung vorliegt. Entfernen

Sie hierfür die Sicherung oder schalten Sie den

Leitungsschutzschalter im Sicherungskasten aus

(0-Stellung).

Überprüfen Sie die Spannungsfreiheit mittels

2-poligem Spannungsprüfer.

Leuchte montieren

Entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial

von der Leuchte.

Lösen Sie die seitlich am Anschlussgehäuse

sichtbaren Fixierschrauben und nehmen Sie

den Montagewinkel auf der Rückseite ab.

Markieren Sie die Bohrlöcher mit Hilfe der im

Montagewinkel für die Schrauben vorgesehe-

nen Langlöcher.

Bohren Sie nun die Befestigungslöcher (ca.

Ø 6 mm, Tiefe ca. 40 mm). Stellen Sie sicher,

dass Sie die Zuleitung nicht beschädigen.

Führen Sie die Dübel in die Bohrlöcher ein.

Befestigen Sie den Montagewinkel mit den

mitgelieferten Schrauben.

Ziehen Sie die Schutzschläuche über die Kabel

L und N des Netzanschlusskabels (extern).

Verbinden Sie das Netzanschlusskabel (extern)

mittels Lüsterklemme mit der Leuchte.

Hinweis: Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie die ein-

zelnen Leiter des Netzanschlusskabels (extern)

jeweils richtig anschließen: stromführender Leiter

schwarz oder braun = Symbol L, Neutralleiter,

blau = Symbol N, Schutzleiter (grün-Gelb) = .

Verschrauben Sie nun die Leuchte mittels der

Fixierschrauben mit dem Montagewinkel.

Setzen Sie die Sicherung wieder ein oder

schalten Sie den Leitungsschutzschalter am

Sicherungskasten ein (I-Stellung) (Abb. I).

Ihre Leuchte ist nun betriebsbereit.

Leuchte ein- / ausschalten

Schalten Sie die Leuchte über den Wandschal-

ter ein bzw. aus.

Wartung und Reinigung

Trennen Sie zur Reinigung die Leuchte zuerst

vom Stromnetz. Entfernen Sie hierfür die Siche-

rung oder schalten Sie den Leitungsschutzschal-

ter im Sicherungskasten aus (0-Stellung).

Lassen Sie die Leuchte vollständig abkühlen.

Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung nur ein trockenes,

fusselfreies Tuch.

Setzen Sie die Sicherung wieder ein oder

schalten Sie den Leitungsschutzschalter am

Sicherungskasten ein (I-Stellung).

Entsorgung

Die Verpackung besteht aus umwelt-

freundlichen Materialien, die Sie über

die örtlichen Recycling stellen entsorgen

können.

Das Produkt und die Verpackungsmateri-

alien sind recycelbar, entsorgen Sie diese

getrennt für eine bessere Abfallbehandlung.

Have electrical installation performed by a

trained electrician or a person trained for elec-

trical installations.

Always check the light and mains connection

cable for damage before plugging it in. Never

use the light if it shows any signs of damage.

A damaged mains cable poses a danger to life

due to electric shock. In the event of damage,

repairs or other problems with the light, please

contact the service centre or an electrician.

Remove the fuse or switch oﬀ the circuit

breaker (0 setting) in the fuse box prior to in-

stallation.

Never allow the light to come into contact with

water or other liquids.

Do not install the light on a wet or conductive

surface!

Prevent fire and

injury hazards

Check each light for damage immediately after

unpacking.

If you ﬁnd any damage, please contact the ser-

vice centre for a replacement.

Do not look directly into the light source (light

bulb, LED etc.).

Do not use optical instruments to look at the

light source (e.g. magnifying glass).

The light’s illuminant is not replaceable. The en-

tire light needs to be replaced if the illuminant

reaches the end of its service life.

For your safety

Install the light in a location where it is protected

from moisture and dirt.

Prior to installation

Important: The electrical connection must be

performed by a qualiﬁed electrician or a person

trained in electrical installations. This person must

be familiar with the properties of the light and the

connection requirements.

Before installation, ensure that the circuit to

which the light will be connected is not ener-

gised. For this purpose, remove the fuse or

switch oﬀ the circuit breaker (0 setting) in the

fuse box.

Check that the power is oﬀ using a 2-pole

circuit tester.

Installing the light

Remove all packaging material from the lamp.

Unscrew the locating screws visible at the side

of the connection housing and remove the

mounting bracket at the back.

Use the slotted holes on the mounting bracket

intended for the screws as a guide to mark the

drilling holes.

Now drill the mounting holes (approx. Ø 6 mm,

depth approx. 40 mm). Be sure not to damage

the power cable.

Insert the wall plugs into the drilled holes.

Fasten the mounting bracket using the screws

provided.

Pull the protective tubes over cables L and N of

the mains connection cable (external).

Connect the mains connection cable (external)

with the lamp using the lustre terminal.

Note: Ensure that each wire of the mains con-

nection cable (external) is properly connected

in the correct place: live wire, black or brown =

symbol L, neutral wire, blue = symbol N, pro-

tective earth wire (green-yellow) = .

Now use the locating screws to connect the

light to the mounting bracket.

Replace the fuse or switch on the circuit

breaker (I setting) in the fuse box (Fig. I).

Your light is now ready to use.

Switching the lamp on / oﬀ

Use the wall switch to switch the light on or oﬀ.

Maintenance and cleaning

Disconnect the light from the power supply be-

fore cleaning. For this purpose, remove the fuse

or switch oﬀ the circuit breaker (0 setting) in

the fuse box.

Allow the light to cool down completely.

Only clean with a dry, lint-free cloth.

Replace the fuse or switch on the circuit

breaker (I setting) in the fuse box.

Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable mate-

rials, which you may dispose of at local recycling

facilities.

The product and packaging materials

are recyclable, dispose of it separately

for better waste treatment. The Triman

logo is valid in France only.

To help protect the environment, please

dispose of the product properly when it

has reached the end of its useful life and

not in the household waste. Information

on collection points and their opening

hours can be obtained from your local

authority.
