POUŽITÍ

1.1.1 Vysokozdvižný koš

Vysokozdvižný koš VK 400 je určen k připojení k žacím strojům UJ 102 4x4 a slouží ke sběru

posečené trávy, vyzdvižení do potřebné výšky a vyklopení do dopravního prostředku nebo

kontejneru. Zvedání koše je realizováno pomocí hydromotoru, napojeného na vnitřní hydraulický

systém převodové skříně stroje. Vyklápění koše zajišťuje elektrický lineární aktuátor. Ovládání

funkcí koše je řešeno elektronickým systémem, ovládaném spínači.

2 | OCHRANA A BEZPEČNOST ZDRAVÍ PŘI PRÁCI

2.1.1 Obecné bezpečnostní pokyny

! Vysokozdvižný koš lze používat pouze s určenými žacími stroji společnosti SECO.

! Před použitím odstraňte všechny případné závady.

! Na vysokozdvižném koši nesmí být prováděny žádné technické změny bez písemného

souhlasu jeho výrobce. Neoprávněné změny mohou vést k hazardním podmínkám bezpečnosti

práce a ke zrušení záruky.

! Před započetím práce vždy zkontrolujte, zda jsou veškeré ochranné prvky, jako kryty, na svém

místě a řádně upevněny.

! Maximální zatížení zvedacího mechanismu koše je 60 kg.

! Je přísně zakázáno zvedání osob.

2.1.4 Během provozu stroje

! Dodržujte všechny bezpečnostní pokyny, uvedené v návodu pro žací stroj, ke kterému

vysokozdvižný koš připojujete.

! Po nárazu na cizí předmět ihned žací stroj zastavte a vypněte motor. Zkontrolujte, zda nedošlo

k poškození stroje a koše a v případě potřeby proveďte nebo nechte provést nezbytné opravy.

Teprve potom pokračujte v práci.

! Při práci s vysokozdvižným košem dochází k postupnému usazování zbytků zeminy uvnitř i na

povrchu ochranných krytů i žacího ústrojí. Doporučujeme proto tyto kryty ihned po ukončení

práce vyč

istit.

! Jakoukoliv údržbu nebo opravy vysokozdvižného koše provádějte pouze při vypnutém motoru

žacího stroje.

! Použití mechanizmu zvedáni je povoleno do 4° náklonu.

! Pro ponechání koše ve zvednuté poloze je nutné koš zajistit mechanicky proti spadnutí.

K tomuto účelu je na levé straně pevných kolejnic umístěna servisní tyč, která se vkládá do

otvoru v pohyblivých kolejnicích.

! Couvaní se zvednutým košem je povoleno jenom pomalou rychlostí.

! Je zakázáno pohyb osob pod zvednutým košem.

! Je zakázáno sahat do prostoru zvedacího mechanizmu a navíjecího mechanismu při běžícím

motoru.

2.1.5 Po skončení práce se strojem

! Udržujte vysokozdvižný koš vždy v čistotě a dobrém technickém stavu.

! Kontrolujte pravidelně upevňovací šrouby, matice čepy a závlačky a dbejte, aby byly řádně

dotaženy či upevněny.

! Kontrolujte komponenty pravidelně a dle potřeby nahraďte ty, které je dle doporučení výrobce

nutné vyměnit.

3 | PŘÍPRAVA PRO UVEDENÍ DO PROVOZU

3.1 | VYBALENÍ A KONTROLA DODÁVKY

V balení strojů s vysokozdvižným košem naleznete:

(6) Dokumentace (balící list, návod k obsluze žacího stroje, návod k obsluze motoru,

3.3.3 Vysokozdvižný koš

Z přepravních důvodů bylo demontováno víko, koš na trávu a přední závaží. Při zpětné montáži

postupujte následovně:

3.3.3a

Nasaďte koš na otočné body závěsných konzol na zadní desce vysokozdvižného

mechanismu.

3.3.3b

Připojte lineární aktuátor k ramenu uvnitř koše pomocí čepu a závlaček. Připevněte jej

k otvoru, který je blíž k závěsným konzolám koše.

3.3.3c

K rámu koše přišroubujte víko.

3.3.3d

Pomocí dodaných šroubů a matic přišroubujte závaží k levé i pravé straně rámu stroje

vpředu, pod nárazník.

5 | PROVOZ A OBSLUHA STROJE

5.7 | OVLÁDÁNÍ VYSOKOZDVIŽNÉHO KOŠE

Ovládání pohybu zvedacího a vyprazdňovacího mechanismu se provádí přes dva kolébkové

spínače, umístěné na pravé straně vedle sedadla obsluhy.

Spínač „ZDVIHÁNÍ KOŠE“ slouží pro pohyb koše nahoru a dolu. Pro pohybu koše je spínač nutno

držet. Zastavení pohybu koše se provede uvolněním spínače a to v jakékoliv poloze koše na

kolejnicích. Koncové polohy koše jsou hlídány automatickými dorazy.

Spínač „OTEVÍRÁNÍ KOŠE“ slouží k otevření a vyprázdnění koše směrem od zadní desky. Pro

pohybu koše je spínač nutno držet. Otevření koše je možné zastavit v jakékoliv poloze uvolněním

spínače. Dosažení koncové polohy je pro obsluhu signalizováno cvakáním.

Oba dva pohyby sběrného koše, jak pohyb svislý (zdvihání a spouštění), tak vyprazdňování koše

(otevírání a zavíraní) jsou možné provádět v jakékoli poloze a nezávisle na sobě.

Pro účinnější plnění koše doporučujeme na žací ústrojí instalovat vysokozdvižné nože.

6 | ÚDRŽBA A SEŘÍZENÍ

6.5 | ÚDRŽBA VYSOKOZDVIŽNÉHO KOŠE

Pravidelně kontrolujte stav kolejnic a pojezdových kol - kolejnice nesmí být zanesené nebo

ucpané posečeným porostem, zejména v dolní části.

Při ucpání dolních částí kolejnic nedojde k automatickému vypnutí odvíjení při spouštění

koše a koš se začne opět zvedat. V takovém případě vypněte stroj, vyčistěte kolejnice

a spusťte koš k dorazu na pohyblivém rámu.

APPLICATION

1.1.1 High-dump grass catcher

The VK 400 High-dump grass catcher is designed to be attached to UJ 102 4x4 riding mowers and

serves to collect grass clippings and then lift them up to the necessary height to be dumped out on

to a transport vehicle or into a container. The grass catcher is lifted by means of a hydraulic motor

connected to the internal hydraulic system of the mower's gear box. The grass catcher is dumped

out by an electric linear actuator. The functions of the grass catcher are controlled using a switch-

controlled electronic system.

2 | WORK SAFETY AND HEALTH

2.1.1 General safety instructions

! The high-dump grass catcher can only be used on the designated SECO riding mowers.

! Remove all potential defects before using.

! It is not permitted to perform any technical modiﬁ cations to the high-dump grass catcher without

the manufacturer's written consent. Unauthorised modiﬁ cations may lead to hazardous work

safety conditions and void the warranty.

! Prior to starting work, always check that all protective elements, such as covers, are in their

place and securely fastened.

! The maximum load on the grass catcher lifting mechanism is 60 kg.

! It is strictly forbidden to lift people.

2.1.4 While operating the machine

! Adhere to all safety instructions in the user's manual for the riding mower to which the high-

dump grass catcher will be attached.

! After hitting a foreign object, immediately stop the riding mower and turn off the motor. Check

the riding mower and the grass catcher for damage and if necessary carry out necessary repairs

or have them done for you. Only then continue working.

! When working with the high-dump grass catcher, soil remains gradually build up inside and

on the surface of the protective covers of the high-dump grass catcher and the mowing deck.

Therefore, we recommend that these covers are cleaned immediately after ﬁ nishing work.

! Only perform maintenance or repairs on the high-dump grass catcher with the riding mower

engine turned off.

! It is permitted to use the lifting mechanism up to an incline of 4°.

! In order to leave the grass catcher in the raised position it is necessary to mechanically secure

the grass catcher against it falling. For this purpose there is a service rod located on the left side

of the ﬁ xed rails, which is inserted into the hole in the moving rails.

! Reversing with a lifted grass catcher is only permitted at a low speed.

! It is forbidden for people to walk under a lifted grass catcher.

! It is forbidden to place hands into the area of the lifting mechanism and the winding mechanism

while the motor is running.

2.1.5 After ﬁ nishing work with the machine

! Always maintain the high-dump grass catcher clean and in good technical condition.

! Regularly inspect the fastening bolts, nuts, studs and cotter pins and ensure that they are

properly tightened or securely ﬁ tted.

! Regularly inspect all components and if necessary replace those that need to be replaced

based on the manufacturer's recommendations.

3 | PREPARATION FOR PUTTING INTO OPERATION

3.1 | UNPACKING AND INSPECTING THE CONTENTS

In the packaging of machines with the high-dump grass catcher, you will find:

(6) Documentation (packed parts list, user's manual for the riding mower,

user's manual for the engine, user's manual for the battery, service log book)

3.3.3 High-dump grass catcher

For transportation reasons, the lid, grass catcher and the front ballast are removed. Reassemble

as follows:

3.3.3a

Place the grass catcher on to the rotating point of the suspension consoles on the rear

plate of the high-dump mechanism.

3.3.3b

Attach the linear actuator to the frame inside the grass catcher using pins and cotter

pins. Attach it to the hole nearest to the grass catcher suspension consoles.

3.3.3c

Screw the lid on to the grass catcher frame.

3.3.3d

Using the supplied nuts and bolts, screw the ballast to the left and right side of the

machine's frame at the front underneath the bumper bar.

5 | OPERATION AND HANDLING OF THE MACHINE

5.7 | OPERATING THE HIGH-DUMP GRASS CATCHER

Controlling the motion of the lifting and dumping mechanism is performed using two rocker switches

located on the right side next to the driver's seat.

The "LIFT CATCHER" switch serves to move the grass catcher up and down. It is necessary to hold

down the switch for the grass catcher to move. The movement of the grass catcher is stopped by

releasing the switch in any position of the grass catcher on the rails. The end positions of the grass

catcher are monitored by automatic stoppers.

The "OPEN CATCHER" switch serves to open and empty out the grass catcher in the direction

away from the rear plate. It is necessary to hold down the switch for the grass catcher to move.

The opening of the grass catcher can be stopped in any position by releasing the switch. The end

position being reached is indicated by a clicking noise.

Both movements of the grass catcher, that is vertical (lifting and lowering) and dumping of the grass

catcher (opening and closing), can be performed in any position independently of each other.

For more effective filling of the grass catcher, we recommend installing high-lift blades on

the mowing deck. Any authorised sales representative will provide you with information.

6 | MAINTENANCE AND ADJUSTMENT

6.5 | MAINTAINING THE HIGH-DUMP GRASS CATCHER

Regularly check the condition of the rails and the travel wheels - the rails must not be clogged or

blocked by grass clippings, in particular in the bottom part.

When the bottom part of the rails is clogged, the winding is not automatically turned off

when the grass catcher is being lowered and the grass catcher will start to be raised

again. If this occurs, turn off the machine, clean out the rails and lower the grass catcher

to the stopper moving frame.

ANWENDUNG

1.1.1 Grasfangvorrichtung mit Hochentleerung

Die VK 400 Grasfangvorrichtung mit Hochentleerung ist darauf ausgelegt, an einem Aufsitzmäher

vom Typ UJ 102 4x4 montiert zu werden und den Grasschnitt im Auffangbehälter zu sammeln,

um diesen anschließend anzuheben und in einem Transportfahrzeug oder Container entleeren zu

können. Die Grasfangvorrichtung wird mit einem Hydraulikmotor angehoben, der an das interne

Hydrauliksystem des Mähergetriebes angeschlossen ist. Die Grasfangvorrichtung wird mit einem

elektrischen, linearen Stellantrieb ausgekippt. Die Funktionen der Grasfangvorrichtung werden mit

einem elektronischen Schaltersystem gesteuert.
